CONVOY BROKERAGE BOOKS LOAD WITH OUR COMPANY TELLS US WE NEED TO DELIVER AT 11:59 PM AND WE ARRIVE AT THIS WAREHOUSE AND THEY ARE CLOSED MOST LIKELY THIS IS AN ERROR ON THE BROKERS SIDE BUT MAKES YOU GUYS LOOK JUST AS BAD FIND BETTER BROKERS!

Very Unprofessional place. Long wait to be get loaded. Doesn’t go according to the appointment time. I got the appointment from Convoy and if it doesn’t go by appointment then it’s even more worst Cause i got here 11:30am and got door just now at 4:30pm and god knows how long these guys will take to get me loaded. Sorry but This is my experience with you guys.

Picked up load here. Nice people, but I waited 3 1/2 hours to get a dock + 1 1/2 of loading... hand loading. Very unprofessional loading, no securing whatsoever.

This company was in charge of transferring our entire new kitchen cabinet order from a factory in Connersville, IN to our home in Indianapolis (around an hour away). After 9 business days, we had heard nothing. Upon calling the company today, we have been informed they have LOST our entire cabinet order. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, even if our order is found, I have no idea whether our brand new cabinets were stored in a climate controlled warehouse this entire time, or if they have been exposed to the summer humidity and elements. I am livid, and would recommend if given the choice, you never do business with this company.

Delivery was going to be delayed for two days because of a driver call off. We went to pick up our shipment they took forever to load (waited 40 plus minutes watching 10 guys in the loading Bay stand around and one girl scan boxes.) Finally got loaded after losing half a day to their failures. Finally left and then the called 15 mins later and said that they did not give us all of our material. I am now going to lose a whole day because they can't get organized. I recommend using another distributor or Warehouse, this place operates in a leisurely fashion without a care in the world. As a business owner I need reliability in my distributors and this company is NOT reliable.

Wish you could give a 'no star'....Been over 2 weeks and still no delivery...they called two weeks ago wanted to set up a delivery date of 5/18 (Thursday) and told them Friday would be better they st the date for 5/19. They called 5/18 and wanted to delivery it today because their truck would be ion Noblesville Friday, called them back and stated to give me an hour to get home and Thursday would be fine. They replied they'll stick with Friday to be delivered between 1 and 5 pm. 8 pm no delivery...no phone calls...called them and of course the close at 5 pm so left a message....Monday 22nd no calls....Tuesday called them and they stated they calls us back...no call back...Called main office they said they'll call back...no call back....This place really sucks...Calling the place we bought the stuff and cancelling order...Let this company pay for it

Only one bathroom in the whole building for employees. Male and female. The vending machine is not working. No clocks in the whole building where the employee's work.

Very slow loading.... 3.5 hrs just to get a dock 1hr to get loaded. Why we could not get it done with in 2hrs time frame ???

Tortoises are faster than the people who are working here . 6 hours to unload . One star is still a compliment for this place . All this reflects the poor management.
