My Busy Bee crew was Chris, Roscoe,Tyler and Joshua. I used the company twice. They were respectful, careful and meticulous. They truly just wanted to and did a good job. They made multiple stops to goodwill and to my mothers house. The crew was so quick and careful it was an amazing experience! These gentleman have hidden strength I would highly recommend Busy Bee and the above crew! Thanks again!

Staff was friendly however, items were broken, as well as walls pretty beat up when they were moving items. I spoke to the claims person however I never heard back as to what was going to be fixed. I had to end up fixing everything myself. I would not recommend.

Wish I would have gone with a different company but it is what it is. We hired Busy Bee based on the price; it was comparable to others and it was one of the first ones I found so I just went with them. Definitely should have looked at the reviews though. Two people came and the younger one literally did 95% the work BY HIMSELF. They did not bring up any equipment (dolly, bands etc..) which seemed pretty strange. They brought a van even though I told the company we didn't need it since we were moving within the same apartment building and then had to spend time looking for somewhere to park it. At the end of the stuff we needed their help with, the guy casually mentions that its a 3 hour minimum (including 1 hour flat rate charge) and they had only done an hours worth of work. I told him that if they expected me to pay for 3 hours worth of work then I guess they would be continuing to work for another hour and he was genuinely surprised that I made them keep working. They definitely should have mentioned that ahead of time since I only had a few pieces of big furniture to move..... I would have done something else if I knew that. The kid moved most everything by himself. The only reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 0 is because the younger guy worked so hard and did it all. Overall, bad experience minus the one guy who was pleasant and a very hard worker. Whoever that kid is, great job. The rest of the experience definitely don't recommend.

The owner saw my husband's review of their company. He repeatedly called my phone, not leaving messages, until I answered. He did not call my husband, or ask to speak with him. Then he attempted to intimidate and scare me into having the negative review removed. I don't like to cause a fuss, but he crossed the line, and I would warn people away from dealing with him. It's how a company deals with their customers after the transaction is completed that really tells you if you want to do business with them again.

I called on a Monday afternoon and they had an opening for Tuesday morning. Chris and Tyler showed up, worked very efficiently, and handled all items with care. I’ve used several other movers in the area, and I believe this is where quality meets value. 10/10 would recommend.

This will be the first bad review I have ever written. I am a business owner myself and I always try to be understanding in bad situations, but this move was unacceptable. The Movers arrived 6 hours and 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, I was charged $200 more than the amount quoted, and they were unloading our things at 12:00 am in the morning. Along with the inconvenience of losing an entire half day of getting settled in, my son was sleeping at midnight when they were unloading and I have some pretty unhappy new neighbors. Their customer service is also lacking. When I wrote the owner an email explaining my dissatisfaction with the move, I was offered a $41.75 discount. I couldn't believe that after all the problems, I wasn't at least offered the amount of the original quote. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. The actual movers themselves were fantastic. They were professional, hard working, and accommodating even after working a 17 hour day. I would give the men working 5 stars, and the company 0. I understand that problems arise and always try to be reasonable. I feel like this was a pretty big issue and we were not offered an apology from Busy Bee until after I wrote the owner asking for one. In hindsight, I wish I would have booked All My Sons Moving, or two guys and a truck.

This is my second move with Busy Bee movers. Before they arrived, I received a phone call. Busy Bee asked me if I wanted to upgrade to 3 guys, for an extra $20 per hour. I agreed to the upgrade, and waited for the truck. The guys were scheduled between 8:30-9am. They arrived 5 minutes early and got right to work. I appreciated that the supervisor took the time to explain the contract to me. All 3 men were clean and smelled good (this is important to me). My biggest compliment to Busy Bee would be their customer service. If you call the office, you talk to a real person. The guys who moved me were extremely polite and helpful. I've used big corporate movers before, and I felt like a number. All the employees at Busy Bee movers called me by my first name. The guys were constantly checking to see if I was happy. They asked me where I wanted the items, as they brought them in. They even put boxes in the correctly labeled rooms. I moved from an upstairs apartment to an upstairs apartment. Busy Bee movers had everything moved and set up in 2 hours flat. The last time I used a big name mover, it took them 3 hours. That was with less stuff, and the same amount of guys. What a huge difference! My move wasn't complete, until I told the guys that I was satisfied. They politely took my payment and thanked me profusely. I recommend Busy Bee movers to anyone, who wants that personal touch. These guys are professional, and do it all with a smile. I couldn't have had a better moving experience!!

I was most displeased with the lack of professionalism and organization by this company. I surveyed several moving companies for quotes prior to selection and ultimately chose Busy Bee because they were the cheapest, by at least a couple hundred dollars. Perhaps this should have been my first indication that something was amiss. The price I was charged upon completion of the move was practically double the quoted price. I do not think that first number can qualify as a quote if it is nowhere close to the final price. I do understand that quotes are not perfect, and Busy Bee indicates as much on their website. Nevertheless, and again, I would tend to think that a quote would be in the ball park of the final price. For the most part, I had no problem with the movers themselves. They were polite and friendly. Although they took an hour and a half to get to my new home when the drive takes less than an hour. They also broke the leg off a shelf (they were the ones who discovered the break) and broke a leg off of an end table. They also damaged our kitchen griddle and a lamp. They tried to leave without providing any information as to how we might be compensated for our damaged items. They finally told us that we just had to "call Matt." I called the office several times, and each time the staff indicated that I would have to speak to Matt about this matter; however, each time Matt was not available. I also left Matt a voicemail containing all the information in this review but have still not heard back. If I had the choice, I would have went with one of the more expensively quoted moving companies and probably paid less upon completion of the move.

This was my first experience with using a moving company for my move. Getting a quote and scheduling the move was really easy. The three movers were amazing! Friendly, SUPER helpful, professional & efficient! The only negative I had is that I was given a window from Noon to 3 p.m. to expect a call from the movers. I did not receive that call and had to call the company only to find out that there was a delay and a new crew would be helping me. Other than that my experience was overall good and I would use them again.

Seriously regret going with these guys. They quote you one thing over the phone, then jack it up once they're done moving everything. Then, as someone mentioned before, that it's a 3 hour minimum, which also wasn't mentioned on the phone. My neighbor after the fact told me one of the guys was peeking into his truck and trying to get into it. Very shady service. Do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstance. I was total one price and charged 400.00 more then i was told. They broke a 65 inch and 60 inch tv, a beer mug from Germany my husband got on deployment. This cant be replaced. My sons storage container for legos, coasters, They throw boxs, didnt come prepared, made stops driving from one house address to storage unit. Made promise to take money off the bill for how slow they were and unprepared but then charged the card double. I will be contacting the new stations and BBB

Horrible service, a lot of damages, of course they won't pay you for it, they didn't offer me insurance, they charge extra to haul flat screens TVs just to put them on the floor of the truck and throw a dirty blanket on top of them, they don't secure nothing, no straps, no load locks, no nothing, they touch every thing with their dirty hands, etc, horrible experience, if you have nice things or care for them wrap and pack every thing very well before these people damage them.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER. Three movers showed up and started literally just started throwing our stuff in the truck. The office girl assured me that they would bring the materials to protect my expensive furniture and televisions but when they showed up that wasn’t the case. They had FOUR PADS for my entire house. They proceeded to use MY blankets and comforters to wrap up these things and put them into their dirty truck. The crew reassured me that everything was protected so I trusted that it was. When we arrived at my new house it was a nightmare. They banged up all of my walls (this house was a rehab so most of the drywall was brand new) and damaged EVERY piece of furniture in my bedroom. My furniture was less than 6 months old! Then when they were moving my husbands Big Green Egg (meat smoker) they let it slide off the base and it completely BUSTED. Instead of putting it onto a dolly and strapping it down they were just pushing it down the alley on the tiny castors. Unbelievable. BUT once again, they reassured me that they had insurance and they were going to call and tell their boss immediately. This never happened. They then proceeded to load up my smoker onto their truck and TAKE IT WITH THEM. Thank god I got pictures before they took it. Then they added a few hundred dollars at the end for some fee that was not explained to me in the beginning. By that time I was defeated and just wanted them out so I paid it and they told me to call and discuss it with the office. I assumed that the owner would fix all of the problems because that’s what I was so kindly promised in the beginning. 3 1/2 months later and I can’t get a call back, no email, nothing. I have filled out all the paperwork. I have sent pictures of the damage. Nothing. Keep in mind my husbands smoker costs $1800 to replace. I got them a price quote for a new one as they asked me to do and still haven’t heard anything. I am beside myself. I own a business. I work with contractors every day of the week. I know what questions to ask and my very FIRST question was if they were insured. They assured me that they were. However, I was never offered any additional insurance. Ever. This would have been helpful because apparently their “insurance policy” pays SIXTY CENTS A POUND. That is nowhere near enough to replace any of the broken items and of course that wasn’t explained to me at any point! I would never want anyone to experience what we have experienced with this company. They have had over 3 months to make this right and have yet to do so. My attorney has advised me to first call our local police department and report them taking our smoker and then to take legal action. I just never thought it would come to this. I assumed the owner would take responsibility and fix it and I have given them plenty of time. I am going to call once again today and ask them to fix the problem then I will be taking legal action. It just sucks that business owners won’t stand behind their services.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! The owner Matt is not on the level. He will beat other quotes, then get to your new place and charge you way more. He will hold your items hostage until you pay! He even threatened to call the police on me... They use temps, they charge you more, they damage your items, and we even had to rent another truck because theirs was too small...

We used Busy Bee movers to transfer items to a storage unit. The Tuesday following the move, we contacted Busy Bee movers regarding several thousands of dollars worth of missing jewelry. Spoke with Matt who indicated he was the owner. He said that jewelry should be moved by the owner and is excluded on the contract that I signed. I told him that nothing in my master closet was being moved and therefore his response was not accurate. I have asked for the name of the bonding company he claims to have, no response. Offered to pay for lie detector test of the movers that were in my house, no response. Now I am saddled with the process of hiring an attorney not to mention the time and cost. In my opinion, they appear to be thieves in the disguise of a moving company.

Our experience with Busy Bee was GREAT! Matt, the owner, worked with us from start to finish to get all scheduled and coordinated. He gave us tips on how to make our time less so our cost would be down. Very honest and helpful. The guys were on time and did NOT mess around! All of the guys were respectful, accommodating, and put the customer first! James did a great job "ring-leading" the crew, and boy does he know how to pack a truck! Bill was a workhorse from the beginning to the end. Kenny was always going above and beyond to be sure we were completely satisfied. Hollis was always able to lift things like it was nothing and able to help arrange my shed to maximum capacity! All of the guys had a great work ethic and a great sense of humor too which made it less tedious on us. I would highly recommend Busy Bee for great service at a great price!

This company was perfect. I have had to hire movers several times in the last few years and this company did everything right to make moving day easy and stress free. From the start, the person I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable, easy to talk to about the move and willing to answer all of my questions. Next, once we agreed on the date and time, I received a confirmation email!! A few days prior to the move, I followed up on the email to confirm the move service and received an email within 30 minutes confirming my move. On move date, the crew called me when they were on their way. They were actually early, which we were happy about but they asked if we were ready. The crew was professional and considerate and made sure to handle our items with care. They also noticed a large scratch on a piece of furniture and made sure we were aware of it prior to them moving it (smart on their part). We all drove to the new home together and they didn't veer off or take an additional stop, which I have had happen with other moving companies. They were considerate with laying down a runner to not track dirt in our home and followed any special instructions we had. The paper work was provided up front and had the same information I discussed when booking the reservation. They worked quickly but carefully and calling to pay with a credit card was a breeze. Plus they don't nickel and dime you for using their truck. They were perfect. I would easily recommend this company to anyone i know for a mover recommendation

Beware. They will mishandle your property. They will also consistently send 2 people instead of 3, irrespective of the crew you hire when you book the job. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They used a dolly to stair-step our new Frigidaire front loader dryer down 4 flights of stairs, now it doesn't work. I filed a claim with them, and they say they're only liable for $0.60/pound for your property. I will never trust them again. They actually had my teenaged sons help with the move. The quoted cost was overrun by more than $175 as well.

If there was a way to give no stars I WOULD! Not only did Busy Bee movers chip and break almost every piece of furniture they moved into my home, but they broke the front step to my new home, lost or STOLE 2 boxes with valuables inside. On top of that, the owner told me to fill out a claim form, I did so, and its been 3 weeks, I've called over 20 times and no one has returned my call. My next step is to get a lawyer! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They steal your boxes, break your furniture, destroy your property, and DO NOT answer calls to rectify!

Sherry, Nate and Cliff were very good. They kept me informed of their arrival time as they ran into a little traffic. They were very polite and worked extremely efficiently to complete the move quickly. So much so, that the final price came in under the quoted price. There was a small bit of damage done to a coffee table that was addressed and repaired within a week. Crystal coordinated the whole thing and was always very responsive. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Busy Bee Movers is great! We scheduled a move and then had to reschedule at the last minute. Even so, they were very accommodating. Our move was somewhat complicated with three different delivery locations. The actual moving crew, Joshua and Mike, were on-time, extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Everything was loaded and delivered in perfect condition and the final cost matched the estimate that I had received within $20 so there were no "surprises". When looking for movers I had called another company and contacted them via their webpage and they never even called me back. With this in mind, the next time we need a moving company, we will call Busy Bee Movers and I will recommend Busy Bee to anyone who needs a moving company.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!! They hire thieves and are run by people of low moral standings. During a recent move one of their employees STOLE a credit card out of my wife's purse and made fraudulent charges on it. We also had a gold bracelet come up missing during our move. The owner was slow to respond to our request for a call back and did not really want to listen to our complaints about our experience. We have filed a police report and will be following up with the BBB and Attorney General about our experience and I would highly recommend using another company. During our move they damaged several items, scrapped several walls, and put holes in several different places throughout our freshly painted home. The insurance payment was a joke after the owner of the company said he would take into consideration the fact that the crew that was assigned to our move was inexperienced and one employee was recovering from a back injury that the employee complained about and used as an excuse as to why they were very slow. Prior to Busy Bee coming, we had moved over 45 boxes on our own so there was less stuff for them to move. We used Busy Bee to completely pack us 2 years earlier and they took half the time. They were so slow we had to have two extra crew members come over to help with the unload because they had already been there more than 8 hours. The owner, was quick to respond to our dispute of the insurance payment and that they would not be changing anything to the compensation they awarded us. He did not keep his commitment to consider our experience and should not be trusted. AVOID AT ALL COST

We hired Busy Bee for our move, and we were very impressed with their service. They wrapped the furniture with drawers, and then they removed the plastic wrap once it was moved to the new place. They put our belongings into the rooms that we wanted. Nothing was broken, and they were quick and efficient.

I recently moved out of state and had John and Kenney help me move. They showed up right on time, were friendly and loaded my personal belongings extremely fast. Once at the new location, they were quick to unload and moved my belongings to their new rooms without any hesitation. It started raining, but this did not slow them. They proceeded to cover all my electronics/wood furniture with blankets to prevent them from getting wet. They even put blankets down as to keep the carpet dry and clean. I'd recommend them any day for their speed, efficiency and positive attitudes. They were friendly and polite.

5 stars is not enough for what Matt and the Busy Bee movers crew helped me through. I had to plan a full out of state move in less than two weeks. I had quotes from 3 major moving companies prior to calling Busy Bee, and none compared cost effective as Busy Bee. Matt came to my home, completed the walk through, told me that he would meet or beat the other 3 moving companies, I was doubtful, but he emailed the quote in less than 12 hour and I could not believe the cost difference. I called Matt to double check that the price was correct and he explained to me how his company is able to save movers like myself the HUGE amount of money that I saved by choosing Busy Bee. With his honesty and price how could I not choose Busy Bee! There were a few hiccups before the move came and Matt walked me through everything, reassured me, he even went as far as helping me find a rental unit close to the new place out of state that I moved to. What company president and moving company will go out of there way like this for their customers? I have only found one and that is Busy Bee. The day of the move was great! The movers arrived on time, they were very polite and considerate of all our belongings, labeled boxes so we would know what box went to storage and what boxes went to the new home. The level of professionalism is beyond anything I have ever experienced and I can't thank Busy Bee, Matt, Cliff, and Sherry for all their help. Upon arrival to our new home and to storage they were just as professional. They unloaded everything where I needed it and at the storage unit they organized and packed everything in there with precision. I was so pleased with this move and with Busy Bee that although I live in a different state, I would call for their services again because I know that I have found a company that I can trust and that takes care of their customers. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. The first move went great. The second move four months later was the move from hell. We reserved a three man truck.....after they arrived it became a two man truck. One of the employees just left....no one knew where he went. Once at the new address the other man got tired and didn't want to work anymore. The damages we're several and they refused to make good. Let the buyer be ware for this company.

Busy Bee was able to work in 2 moving jobs for me this week, 1 at very short notice for an urgent need. Andrea in the office is organized and helpful. The movers showed up on time and they couldn't have been more professional, skilled, and careful yet quick and efficient. Moving can be stressful and expensive but I'll use this company again because they helped make this busy week more manageable. I highly recommend.

I decided to use a moving company for the first time, and chose Busy Bee Movers because they gave the lowest quote. I had a typical 2 bedroom apartment with a washer/dryer. The initial quote was between $500-550, and our total ended up at $655. The Terms & Conditions/contract were provided to me when the movers arrived to my location. I highly recommend that Busy Bee provide this written information PRIOR to moves, even prior to making a deposit. This is very helpful information that would allow customers to have a better understanding of what base and extra charges may be assessed. Examples of items listed in the terms and conditions include: three-hour minimum on all moves, arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed, items company is not liable for, etc. (See attached photo.) The 3-man team were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, they arrived 40 minutes after the scheduled 2-hour window. Busy Bee did not reach out to me about a late arrival. I had to call the office and ask. We ended up with multiple scratches on our bed frame, and a couple of scratches on the door of our dryer. Now that I'm able read the terms & conditions thoroughly after the matter (instead of hurriedly looking over a piece of paper for the first time when the movers arrived), I see that our bedframe would not be covered by Busy Bee had I chosen to submit a claim, as the terms & conditions indicate that they are not liable for items made of particleboard (like our bed frame). A 3% "convenience fee" is typically added if paying by credit card. Because of this, we planned to pay with cash. Given the late arrival, however, the bank had closed by the time our total amount due was available (which is not finalized until the very end of the move). The crew told me they do not carry cash, so they would not be able to provide change. Thankfully, the owner agreed to waive the paying-by-card fee. There was a lot of back-and-forth when trying to resolve the 3% fee issue. I spoke with Crystal over the phone multiple times, who then had to call the owner, and then I had to follow-up with Crystal again. She reported that the owner initially refused to waive the fee, but agreed to waive the fee after my second request (i.e., second follow-up call with Crystal during the move). I would recommend that Busy Bee eliminate the "convenience fee" entirely, given that credit cards are commonplace and much safer to use than cash. I appreciated that the movers disassembled and reassembled our tricky bedframe. However, one screw was missing at reassembly, so one small piece of a slat support is not entirely attached. They did not inform me of this prior to leaving. I learned it was missing when the slat support fell down after I opened a pull-out drawer underneath the frame. In summary, my experience with Busy Bee Movers was subpar-to-okay. Not 1-star terrible, but also not 4-5 star amazing. I will likely try a different moving company in the future.

As a small business owner myself I’m very hesitant about leaving bad reviews. But these guys overall were absolutely terrible. No padding put down and it had been raining so you can imagine the mess I’m left with and they billed me double the cost quoted. Equipment costs were never mentioned in original quote. I also had to go buy my own shrink wrap to cover my furniture. The 2 guys were hard working nice guys but overall the experience was pretty low end. $768 to move my house of one level is just silly. If you want to charge that kind of money you better be providing a service that will blow me away. They also left behind trash in my driveway. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone very frustrated.

Josh, Jeff and Michel were awesome. They were sweet to our puppies and moved everything quickly. Once they got to the new house they made sure everything went in the right rooms and handled it with care. They were in good spirits considering it was blazing hot out. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was fooled by the good ratings on here and on Yelp, but I have no good things to say about this company. I had a move scheduled between 12-3, which I was then told day of that it would be a little later because the movers were running behind. I was told I would get a call back with a new estimated time of arrival. Nothing. Called the office number to get another ETA and another promise of a call back. Nothing again. Called back again and got an ETA of 6pm. When no one showed up by 6:30 I got in touch with one of the guys, he told me they were still half way across town (approx 40 minutes away.) I had to cancel. 4 hours late is not "running behind." It's completely unacceptable and I don't know what kind of company expects a client to wait around for 4 hours with no communication about what's going on. I took the day off from work for this and now I'm going to have to take off even more time. I did not even get an apology from anyone for this. Moving companies are supposed to help with the stress of moving, not make it worse. Im just overall very frustrated and disappointed.

Interesting, Coco Dav and I had identical experiences. We moved about 3 weeks ago now, and after researching all local companies, BBM clearly had the best estimate. I had this estimate in writing, with all factors known and also in writing. When moving day arrived, the two gentlemen were punctual, professional, and extremely courteous. I showed them the quote I printed out, and they were shocked at how low it was. What resulted was a call to "HQ", also known as the owner. Turns out, although the owner never admitted it once, that what I was quoted was the bare minimum estimate, not an estimate based on our belongings, travel distance, or difficulty. The "real" estimate I was then given was about in line with the others I had gotten from other moving companies. Since I had mine in writing, there was no "too good to be true". I had no further time to take off of work for moving, so I took their new estimate and had them proceed. The move went extremely smoothly, and the movers' time estimate was spot on. They did not damage a single thing and put things exactly where asked. When it came time for payment, the amount was a bit over 2x my original estimate. They had already moved everything in and did their job well, so much like Coco, the situation is pretty much pay or...pay. However, I specifically made sure to ask that BBM accepts a personal check as payment. I was told affirmative to this twice on the phone. Many movers do not, and therefore this was a large plus. BBM doesn't accept personal checks per the owners own words "we haven't accepted a personal check in 8 years". When challenged with the fact that I called and verified twice, what I was told was "all I can tell you is that we don't accept them." He knew who I was, that I had asked, so I was told this information, I imagine, to get their business only. It is cash or credit card only, with a rather high service fee. You give your CCN directly to the owner over the phone, he runs it, and provides a confirmation number. Needless to say, at this point, this man had lost all credibility for trustworthiness, so just to be safe, I canceled that credit card the moment the payment had cleared. One more thing: my move should have been done by 3 men, not 2 as it was. The hourly rate difference between the 3 man and 2 man crew is minimal compared to the increase in efficiency by using 50% more hands. The two movers were surprised that only they were assigned to our job and given the business practices I am now familiar with, he does this so that it takes longer to move. The net result is more money for him. BBM is two parts: movers and owner. The movers are world class and I would trust them to move anything again. Due to their boss, I will never recommend this company to anyone, and suggest to all that you look elsewhere.

My poor neighbors hired this company to come move their furniture and boxes. They showed up an hour late and then refused to move the boxes stating that they only had furniture on their list. When showed the email stating that they were supposed to move everything they refused. My neighbors then asked them to just move the furniture as it was getting late. They then refused to do that and left with no explanation. Do not hire them.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...As a working professional that travels and has had to move often, this was the worst and most unprofessional experience that I have had with a moving company. The lack of concern and customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I was charged $200, which was supposed to be deducted from my estimated total cost. The movers arrived frustrated about having to move me from a 3rd floor apartment, driving to Columbus, OH and having to unload to a 3-story townhome. That was the scope of work that was provided when the estimate was given. Understanding that it was a lot of work, I went out of my way to feed them breakfast and prepared a substantial tip once the move was completed. The entire time they were moving one of the employees made smart comments and was very inappropriate in regards to his experience of working with the company and manager. I hope this clearly outlines the ridiculous experience that my family had during a time that was supposed to be joyous for the new chapter in our lives. Our 6-month-old baby did not have the things that he needed on our first night in our new home. I really try my hardest to be reasonable and understanding with circumstances, but the fact that the company ignored my phone calls and disregarded our concern is TRULY DISHEARTENING. Specifically here are a number of items that occurred during our move: 1. The movers needed to use my husbands tools in order to breakdown some of the items that could not fit through the door, which was fine… but they NEVER returned them aka STEALING! The manager was made aware of the missing tools and never provided any compensation or discount for the missing tools. 4 days later and we still haven’t heard from them about this! 2. The employees said they were hitting the road to head to Columbus after packing, when in all actuality they went to there headquarter office. I’m assuming because one of them specifically told me that he wasn’t going to travel to Columbus unless another guy was sent to help because it was a 3-person job instead of 2. Management told me that there would be 3 men provided for the day of my move when we discussed selecting them as our moving company. 3. About an hour after the movers left my apartment I received a call from Matt stating that something happened to the truck and they needed to get it fixed. My husband had taken time off of work in order to be in Columbus on Thursday when our items were supposed to arrive and now they wouldn’t be arriving until the following day. Again, no compensation or discount was provided for the inconvenience. 4. Once our items did arrive on Friday, there was an entirely different crew that was to do the unload. This crew said they were not liable for any of the items that were taken a part and would NOT be putting them back together. (Including tables, washer and dryer, beds etc.) Since they were not the team that loaded they weren’t liable. BY NO MEANS was it our fault that a new team came the following day. We essentially had to purchase new screws and tools to put our furniture back together. We were told before selecting this company that they would breakdown and put together these various items. 5. Lastly, they forced signature at the beginning of deliver stating that they could unload until signed, which was false because the terms stated 'to be signed in confirmation of delivery" when everything was completed and that's impossible if nothing was unloaded when signed. It felt like the company was holding our property hostage until signed.

The movers who did the move, Sherry and Cliff, were great! They showed up exactly on time, were professional, courteous, very concerned about cleanliness in both locations (where I moved from and then at the new location), and treated my belongings with great care. A big "thank you" to both of them! When you get your price quote, ask ahead of time what your service charge for drive time will be. You will be paying for drive time to and from their starting location, so it's best you know what to expect up front.

Rosco, Nate, and Bill were the three movers who not only transported all my furniture/apartment components safely, but they did so quickly, in a professional manner, and genuinely cared about the job they did. They arrived on time, evaluated the job they would have to do, and begin working immediately and with care. The move wasn't easy, either. The apartment I moved into required furniture being hauled up 4 flights of exterior stairs into the unit, in the middle of the summer. Hired Busy Bee to move me from Indianapolis to Little Rock and they were great! To be clear, I had 99% of my stuff boxed up when they arrived, so it was a quick move-out/in. They had all the furniture pads, and plenty of straps to make sure nothing shifted during the move. That's a 9-hour move and not a single thing was broken or busted. They moved everything in to my new unit, which allowed me to spend time organizing. I saw previous reviews that weren't as complimentary, and my main takeaway was to communicate early and often. So I called multiple times and sent emails to make sure all details were correct and that we were all on the same page. And I think that helped, because there were no surprises, everything worked out perfectly, and I was very happy with the excellent work they did. I would definitely hire again for my next big move.

Had them move me today. Move was maybe 100 ft .I was transfering between apartments. Bad bad bad bad! Booked them almost a week in advance,they've showed up. 2 people,worked very slow,broke my headboard ( I didn't notice until they've left) and also forgot 2 boxes at the old place, they've taken a break during my move and than they lied about it during bill discussion to their dispatch. Than all of a sudden...there is a 3 hrs minimum and fuel surcharge and also a 3% charge for credit card use!! WTH?? Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!

I was very pleased with the three young men who came to move me. Tyler walked through the house with me to see what was going, not everything was being moved. He remembered it all without continually asking me. They were 45 minutes late but they had to travel quite a distance. I am giving the company a 5 start because I am highly impressed with the job rendered by Sherry and Cliff. They were fast and moved all my furniture and belongings in a professional manner. (I will recommend this company but read along to fully understand how they charge, so you won't be a victim of the surprising total bill like individuals in previous feedback). Moreover, I understand the reason people give poor feedback because I read through previous feedback dating years back. Based on the receipt given to me post move. I believe the company needs to make customers aware that the move has to be 3 hours minimum which can impact on your final bill. Also, make customers aware of all extra charges that will reflect in the totaled price charged and were not in the initial quotes. Extra charges like Fuel surcharged and so many more; Those extra charges can increasingly make an impact on the final total if they have to drive the truck far away from the moving spot, my moving destination was less than 4 min away from the apartment and I was charged $10 for gas; I can't imagine how much they will charge if they had to drive about 20 min to get to the destination. Overall, I love this company and will certainly use them again now that I know how the company charges.

Moved with them yesterday . This was our third time and likely the last time ever moving with busy bee. Last two experiences were ok therefore 2 stars else it would have been zero for this time. Crew came in time but there were a bit too many surprised they asked us to pay ahead of finishing the entire job and then rushed things during unloading and literally threw boxes and stuff in our garage, crew was rude to us and refused to listen when we asked them to handle stuff properly or keep inside the house and not stack everything in garage

Great experience. Accomplished the move quickly but carefully. It could have been confusing because we were only moving some items to storage to get ready for putting our house on the market. Our crew: Jeff, Josh and Roscoe did an excellent job with a smile. Great crew. Actually finished the job in two hours less than their estimate. They stacked everything in the storage space so efficiently that we didn't need to rent additional space which would have cost over $100/month. Will be contacting them again when it's time to move everything to our new location in Oklahoma. Highly recommended.
