A. Arnold Relocation your company is a complete joke! This was our 9th military move and by far the absolute worst! Our living room love seat is ruined, a 2 week old mattress is ruined, several pieces of furniture are scratched, dented and chipped, and several other items just completely broken! When asked about the mattress, your employee handed us a furniture pad for our son to lay on, one that had just been wrapped around a dresser! We had absolute horrible service with your company, and will refuse to use them ever again! I wish I could give you a zero star rating!

I experienced over $11k in damages to my personal property during the military contracted move from Louisville, KY to Nashville, TN. The magnitude of damage and short travel distance indicate gross negligence in the handling of my personal property. Upon delivery, it was clearly evident that unacceptable damage occurred to my personal property. Over 50% of my property was totally destroyed and in pieces. This extensive damage is only possible as a result of gross negligence. Personnel who unpacked the items were shocked to see such extensive damage. One employee stated that the shipment had been poorly packed and appeared as if the truck had crashed or the shipment had been mishandled in some other extreme manner. Is this how A. Arnold treats America's military team?

They went bankrupt 2 years ago. Other companies are answering the phone and pretending to be them. Do not fall for this! No one takes credit for who they really are a. Totally bogus. Totally ripped off. Triple charged. Damaged goods. Will never recommend.

Terrible place that hires family and girlfriends. After 33 years in the business and starting with the original family this person was given the boot. Stating his job no longer needed or there. But later gave his job to others. My parents did business with them long ago they were wonderful. Made things right when there was a problem. Really sad how its faded. Carefully packing and moving.

Ok. So I guess I need to give them one star to review.WORST move ever!! They told us they were done w our old house, after doing all that I could to make their day bearable since we were moving on July 4th weekend ( I got a big galvanized tube filled it with ice, waters, and their resisted favorite drinks, bought them their requested food for lunch, tipped each man something I thought was appropriate, they told me that they were done at my old house and could they do anything else. Of course I sent them on their way on their word. BIG MISTAKE. They left our heaviest thing a HUGE workbench (one of the main reasons we needed a mover), bikrs, marble top tables...enough to fill 4 15' box truck loads that took 2.5 days to move ourselves. It was a physically painful experience and my husband and I are not young. They have avoided our calls and concerns. Please do NOT USE them.
