Never been there before. But it is a must have for anyone visiting Chicago. I have never had a burger so perfect before. I had the Sunnyside up one. It had an egg and bacon and cheese. The fries were the best I every had and my daughter had a milkshake and she said it was amazing. My daughter also ate the turkey burger and said she had never expected it to taste so good. The food was made to order and the wait was no more than we would have waited at some cheap burger chain. The price was not bad either. Can't say enough great things about this place. Clean, polite, and fun.

We enjoyed Good Eatery. Right in downtown Chicago. Tasty burgers and fries and milk shakes. The atmosphere is nice and clean. But the music was way too loud. That was the most negative thing about it. I liked the choice of music, but I dont want to have to speak OVER the music. Any who. The bathrooms where CLEAN. Looked clean and smelled clean great job! Good Eatery is the place we will be back to when we want a good burger ! ** they also have salads as well. Which is what I may get next time **

Wow! The burgers were so good! Much better than I expected. I even had to get a second one. The free mayos are mouth watering, I wish they’d sell them separately to take them home. Staff is very friendly and attentive, the restaurant (and even the bathroom) was very clean. I’ll come back for sure.

The burgers at good stuff are simply put good stuff. The fries are also a tasty experience especially when paired with one of their flavored Mayo's. The shakes are plentiful and filling to the point they could fill you up without a burger. My one pet pieve is they use to have an Obama burger but it is now a prez burger. Yet the Michelle burger stuck. The burger is just as tasty regardless of name but I liked the old name better.

Really good place to eat. Their burgers are pretty good, and they have a nice selection of specialty burgers. They give out a generous amount of fries if you order fries with your burger. In the back they have different types of mayonnaise to choose from. The place is clean and they have free WiFi. There are no servers/waiters here so it's safe to call it a fancy fast food place. 10/10, it's a nice place to eat.

Good burgers, pretty fast service. I've had the Good Stuff Melt and Steakhouse Burger., both very good, very messy, just like a good burger should be.. try their special sauces, they add extra flavor.

Fantastic little hidden gem in downtown Chicago! With amazing, farm fresh burgers and a central location, it is the perfect spot for a quick lunch! Definitely try the fresh cut fries, and the shakes! Burgers were delicious, and the vegetarian option Mushroom Burger was to die for!!! Highly recommend! Seating is limited and the restaurant is loud, so be prepared that this may not be the best spot for your business lunch. But if you are in the market for a laid back, decent meal with outstanding flavor, this is your spot!!!

Limp, greasy fries with the herb seasoning in a large clump in the center of the bag. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was slapped together with hot sauce squirted onto one corner of the bun ?! Why be so lame?

This is a great place for a delicious burger. I think it lies between fast food and restaraunt quality. Very similar to shake shack or in-n-out if you will. It's a reasonable price for the quality and they have tons of different condiments and aoiles to dip your fries into. The one downside now is that they used to sell beer but their liquor license wasn't renewed otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars.

Plenty of burger places in Chicago, I would imagine, but you can get a tasty burger here for around 8 dollars, which given the prices in Chicago, that's a bargain. I thought because of the price, it would be an average burger, but actually it is very tasty, and they have around 4 or 5 concoctions you can try. Fries are also good, but that runs you another 3.50 or 3 bucks if you get the small size. So yea, add a drink, about 15 dollars, but if you're just here for the burger, can't go wrong. Would come back again if in Chicago.

Food was excellent. Went once and then went again about a week later. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Have tried the farmhouse with cheese and the smokehouse so far. Prefer the farmhouse but still both great burgers and good fries. Recommended.

Delicious all-natural burger place. 100% farm raised grass fed beef and all natural shakes with tons of flavors to choose from. They offer salads and grilled chicken sandwiches for those not wanting a burger. All items are fresh and all-natural. A little pricier than your average fast food place would be, but worth it. It's worth at least one try to taste the difference. Friendly service at the counter to place your meal orders. They give you a buzzer along with your receipt to alert you when your order is ready. You have to go back to the counter to retrieve your food and return the buzzer. Cozy, clean environment with TVs quietly playing various cable channels. Self-serve fountain drink machine to use while waiting on your made-to-order meal. They also have a variety of flavored condiments that you can choose from next to the drink machine. I always leave happy and satisfied with everything.

The Prez Burger, with Roquefort cheese and Onion is the BEST burger I've ever tasted. I've not had that much interaction with the staff, but you order and they give you a beeper so you can step outside while you wait for them to cook it.

I had the portabello burger which was okay, but the fries were a little greasy (or else had sat out too long) and soggy. Overall just okay for the vegetarian option I tired, but they have a fried green tomato burger which might be better. No idea about the meat based burgers as I didn't try those.

Of course my fave burger place has a top milk shake too! Had the new red velvet shake today with my veggie/cheesy/mushroom burger and it was to die for, thick and creamy with chocolate ribbons throughout! :) Always wonderfully, chef-inspired burger recipes too. Yummy!

We stopped in for just a snack and ordered the fries. They we're pretty good, handcut with some of the skin still on. The real highlight is the variety of sauces they offer. I'm not sure if they rotate but when we were there they had mango mayo, Sriracha mayo, Chipotle mayo, and old Bay mayo as well as regular ketchup and mustard. The mango and Sriracha mayo were my favorites and worked super well with the fries. The bathrooms we're clean as well.

*Based solely upon how we were treated, not the food. We waited to be seated as the sign says then the hostess tell us that a table was ready, great! We sit down to look at the menu and she comes back to tell us we need to order at the counter, okay whatever. We go up to the counter to order and we were told quite curtly that we were supposed to wait in line. You mean the long line we just got done waiting in and had we known we were supposed to order at the counter we would have just walked right on up and ordered instead of sitting down and losing our spot in line? That line? No, ma'am. We left.

Just a REALLY great burger! 1/3 pound patties cooked and seasoned pretty perfectly. A regular fries is plenty for 2 people. Also lots of mayo and condiment dipping options. Love this place! Great atmosphere. Nothing bad to say about this burger joint. Food was cooked very quickly as well.

I love burgers and I've had em all from all over. The burgers here are decent. They specialize on grass fed cattle for the beef if I remember correctly which sets them apart from a lot of other burger joints. The shakes are also decent as well as the fries. Overall though, they aren't the greatest burgers, shakes, & fries in the city/burbs but definitely better than a lot of fast food chains. I'd rank em (4/5⭐️) just below the best burger n fry joints of the world and higher than an average fast food chain.

Loved it. Amazing (Nashville hot) chicken, fries, and Vidalia onion petals. I had a couple bites of the burger my son ordered, and that was great too. The prices were very reasonable, and I'll certainly come back again!

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! We were looking for takeout burgers that weren't going to require a long wait and weren't a chain. Great Stuff Eatery delivered! We got a double pattie Farmhouse Bacon Cheese (the patties are massive) and a Colletti's Smokehouse with a side of Regular Handcut Fries. So good. Fast, short walk from Millennium Park and delicious. We will be coming back. Maybe I'll try some ice cream next time too!

Being my first time here, I was skeptical of the quality due to eating at similar restaurants. I ordered the Farmhouse Bacon and Cheese with fries and a drink, it tasted better than expected! Prices are a bit high but worth the quality of food served! I would highly recommend other to try!

Have visited two times and both I've had a great time. The place is clean unlike some other places in Chicago downtown. The service is also very good but the best thing here is the food. You can't go wrong with whichever burger you pick. The only con I would give is that is a bit pricier compared to other burger joints. If you want a great burger regardless of the cost, this is the place.
