Tyler is really good at what he does. Though the quote might be a bit higher on occasion, the quote is actually accurate. Other companies can low ball the estimate and then suprised you with a bill. That will not happen here.

That is a win in my book! Moving day came, and they sent an 18 Wheeler with five guys who were professional and efficient. Wish I could give no stars! set up an estimate for 9am...had a missed call at 8:41am that morning confirming the appointment. When I called back at 9am they said they couldn't do the appointment because he didn't hear back. They said the appointment was for 9-10am, but the confirmation email says 9am. When I said that was unprofessional Cheryl hung up on me. I wouldn't trust them to move me if they can't be professional and timely while doing the estimate!

Ferree Movers gave us the best quote among the companies we talked to. They handled our moves on both ends with professionalism and they offered good storage rates too. Several items were damaged in the move, and some of that is to be expected, I guess. However, we were shocked when moving into our new home because they brought THE WRONG TRUCK (with someone else's contents). As the driver told us, this sort of thing just doesn't happen in the moving industry! They brought the right truck/contents the following day. Our greatest issue was dealing with the company owner in reaching fair and equitable compensation for our inconvenience. We DID ultimately reach a fair agreement, but it took three conversations to do so and it was not a shining example of good customer service. Bottom line: I'm certain from their A+ rating with the BBB that Ferree Movers are a solid and reputable company 99% of the time ... just pray you don't end up that 1% exception like we did.

Worst company ever I shouldn’t never book with them in the first place cause sherl is real rude then when they got to my house they immediately said oh this gone take all day like 10-12 hours ! I move all my life and never took over 5 hours plus I dnt have a lot of items I jus have big items They kept taking smoke breaks, talking on there cell phones taking numerous of breaks .. then when I called in to tell the owner Thay told me they are allow 15 min break each hour They tore so much of my furniture up .. Then on way to my new house they disappear for 2 hours and they thought I was gone pay them for 13 hours I thinks not Gave they 400$ cause that’s all they was worth and they shouldn’t got that cause I Notive they strip all my kids beds They are horrible and the owner I have texts messages from him Cursing at me asking where is the f¥¥¥ all his money

Our family was moving across country and reading the horror stories on-line about moving companies caused us a great deal of dread. The fears, about the hauling and pricing, were unjustified with Ferree Movers. From the beginning, Tyler was upfront, concise and assured us that the price on the quote WAS the price. On moving day, Bill and Tim were amazing. The group of guys took care of our belongings, were friendly and efficiently got our items into the truck. The delivery was on-time and smooth with Bill leading the group of guys at our new home. Would I have my mom use these guys? Yes! While moving is not a fun experience, Ferree made it as good as possible. Thank you.

Movers we nice, worked hard. However, a couple items were damaged during the move. I was happy because the team lead told me that Ferree would either fix the items, or replace them. It's been 2 months since the move. I've called and talked to them, and e-mailed twice (with pictures of the items damaged), have not heard back. There's plenty of other movers around, would recommend skipping these guys.
