Bill was super easy to work with, and the move went off without a hitch! The customer service was impeccable from the get go, and the actual move was smooth sailing. I have used other movers before, but never had such a positive experience such as with Bill. I will use them again and again, and I am telling all my friends about them as well. 5 stars isn't enough....I give them 10 stars!!!!

We needed to coordinate a last minute move and Bills Moving was able to accommodate us with only 2 days notice on a holiday weekend - a life saver! Tony and George worked quickly and carefully to unload our truck and then packed up another load from storage and brought it to our new house. Not only did they treat our belongings carefully but they took care to deliver them to the rooms and places that we wanted them. All that at a price my husband approved - Thank you!

Bill's movers DID NOT show up to move me as scheduled and screwed up my moving plans the morning of. Jim, who I think works for Bill was very unapologetic, completely unprofessional and had the nerve to give me the number to another moving company to call. Luckily, I was able to find a better company (ON MY OWN) to move me for less than what Bill initially quoted. Moving is stressful enough as it is and I would AVOID these people at all cost to streamline your move.

Awful experience. First of all, they arrived at 8:40am and started 9:00am, ended at 3:00pm, which is 6 hours and charged us full 7 hours. And they even don’t bring any tools to disassemble large furnitures??? Secondly, they left the floor lamp shades and bulbs in our old place after disassembled them. And they just left. Even worse, they even not told us when they were leaving, while we still have our bikes need to be taken. Thirdly, Bill called us firstly to see if anything ok, we told him the truth that we needed to carry the rest of stuff and the bikes by ourselves cause they have left without noticing us. Then Jim called us later said “ three boxes and two bikes take you an hour?! You are lying”. ??? The truth is that we only have 24 boxes and one bed, one sofa. They so-called three professionals took 7 hours(?, as they said) to take those stuffs. After yelling at us. They finally did give us 50 bucks back, I guess that is why they charge us 7 hours fee. Ridiculous. We finally did not ask them to assemble anything at our new place. Don’t ever ever use this company. They are just scammers!!!

Dealt with bill on the phone he was amazing, very informative. My move was schedule on the spot which was a relief for this being a last minute move. his wokers took care with wrapping the furniture and were extremely careful with everything that was fragile. Bill's Moving Service is great. They were extremely flexible when I had to change things twice because of a late arrival. The movers they sent over were on time and extremely cooperative and friendly. Very good guys. They helped me unpack my truck and charged accordingly, unlike other movers I've used who fluff'd the times to make more money. I will definitely use them exclusively for anything moving-related moving forward. 5-star all the way!

I can't emphasize enough how happy I was with Bill's Moving Services! They were very accommodating to my roommate and I's schedule during a busy summer moving weekend, and very prompt to reply in a friendly, professional manner with any additional questions I had about their services. They even called the day before the move to verify our order and agenda one additional time for clarity's sake. The morning of the move, the 2 helping hands we hired showed up early and ready to work. They were friendly and efficient, demonstrating their experience with the careful way they handled heavy, fragile items, and the proficiency with which they packed the moving truck we rented. With their help we were able to move 3 years worth of collected items and furniture down the road and into our new apartment in 3 hours! Wow! I am recommending Bill's Moving Services to all of my friends who need help moving, and I will be giving them a call every time I need help in the future. It's a great feeling knowing that you've found a great, honest, and affordable company that takes the stress out of what would otherwise be a stressful event.

We found Bill on craigslist, and we lined him up to help us pack up a truck to move from Chicago across the country. They showed up promptly at 10:30am, and about 5 hours later, the truck was packed, safely and quickly. These guys worked the entire 5 hours. Constantly. I can't remember a single time I noticed them standing around doing nothing. They were always working, covering up furniture, moving boxes, packing up the truck, organizing the truck, etc. They like to make sure all your furniture is overly protected in the truck, so make sure you have plenty of padded blankets and tons of tape (we used probably 100 blankets and 20+ rolls of tape). We really could not be happier with the job they did. I highly recommend them. You probably can't find a better company to pack up your truck and make your move substantially easier and worry-free. I only wish that they could help us with our next move! :) After posting my review, I noticed that there are several negative reviews about damage to property, etc. We had none of these issues. They were actually very safe with all our stuff. Just wanted to add this, after reading some of the other reviews.

Bill's Moving Services helped us so much in retrieving our belongings from another moving company that was tripling our price from Detroit to Knoxville. They went above and beyond to get all the necessary paperwork done. They took possession of our property, & delivered it promptly to our home in Knoxville. Everything was wrapped and taped. Not one item was broke, scratched or damaged. Alex and Jacob were great. Assembled our beds and table. Very respectful & professional. Highly recommend Bill and his crew. I have moved many times in many cities and am astounded how great Bills Moving Services experience was-Services is the key word-I called to inquire about moving a 2 bdrm unit to storage last minute due to flooding-Bill took action immediately and found a very well priced storage/got 2 men to me within 11/2 hrs to start packing then 1 man/truck within another hour to start moving everything out-we got everything packed up and moved to storage before anything got damaged--when the contractors are done with repairs we definitely are call ing Bills Moving to move everything back!!!

We had a wonderful experience with them from the very first phone call to the end of the move. Paul, Brian and Jimmy were friendly, fast and professional. They were on time and experienced. I'm really disappointed about this experience. We moved to Chicago from out of state, so we were heavily dependent on online reviews. Bill's has great reviews, so we thought we'd hit the jackpot. We were wrong. Bill's guys NEVER SHOWED UP on our move date. We waited three hours (after countless phone calls assuring us the movers were on their way), before finally calling a different company. The new movers did an awesome job, and finally at 7:30, FIVE AND A HALF hours after our scheduled move, Bill called us back to apologize and let us know the movers weren't going to make it. He offered to send someone the next day, but we had already gotten the help we needed, at a much lower price. Bill said the truck had been involved in some kind of accident, but if that were true, why didn't he tell us that sooner? Why did he insist (several times over the course of five hours) they were just finishing up another job and would be here soon? Two thumbs down for Bill.

Using Bill's Moving really saved me a lot of time and problems. When my home loan didn't close in time and I had to be out of my aparmtnet, they were the only ones offering me a solution. They had an extra storage unit for my belonging to move into over the weekend while I had to wait for my loan to close the following Monday. When my loan still wasn't closing on time, they waited for it to work out and moved my things into my new home way after hours. Nothing was broken despite the number of times they had to move it in and out of a truck. They really were able to provide a solution when no one else could! I have recommended them several times and were great to work with.
