This review is about the 1-800-ASK-USPS number, not specifically this location. THE ABSOLUTE WORST AUTOMATED SERVICE POSSIBLE. Whoever designed this system needs to be flayed and dunked in lemon juice. If I say I want to speak to a representative or an operator the response is not "no".

Agent did not engage customers - stood there waiting for him to finish whatever he was doing, and finally asked what I wanted. I indicated stamps, and he said "how many". I was expecting him to tell me the price of the various stamp rolls, so I had to guess, saying "24?" He replied "How about 20?" Sure. Handed him my card and the rest of the transaction occurred with no words, including providing me the receipt, as he eyeballed my kids sitting on the squeaky leather chairs in the lobby. How "professional." Place looked dingy and disorganized, like an L.A. post office.
