My shipment was almost a week late but I heard back from customer service making sure that I was compensated correctly per the contract. No issues at all with the packers or unloaders who were great. Also all of my glass, frames and other fragile items survived.

Mesa Moving and Storage was great throughout my entire move from Boise to Seattle. They gave me free boxes, coordinated all the date/time information and were very friendly throughout! If you are considering a long distance move out of Boise they are the ones to choose!

Terrible experience. Mesa was the agent contracted to assist in our cross-country move (unloading the truck). After arriving in Boise, our driver showed up as scheduled but the Mesa crew was a no-show. To make matters worse, the Mesa office was closed the day of our move and, thus, no one could be reached to remedy the situation. As a business practice, it beggars belief that a move could be scheduled on a specific day and, yet, no representative would be available on that day to troubleshoot if necessary. If you agree to a particular day, have someone on-call, please. How else can you ensure that you deliver on your obligations? Quite simply: you can't. In our case, an entire household became the responsibility of one man, myself, and my 67 year old mother, which was not feasible. As a result, I would strongly discourage utilizing this company if other options are available to you.

I had an excellent experience with Mesa Moving here in Whitefish, and want to extend my thanks to the crew of Micah, Brian and Tyler. I received delivery of a baby grand piano and the crew went above and beyond to ensure both the piano and my home were completely undamaged. They were careful to protect my flooring and furniture, and to ensure the piano was in good working order once assembled. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Very smooth experience with them, from the beginning to the end. The estimator was courteous and helpful. The driving team seemed like family. They explained everything they were doing and how the items would be inventoried and checked. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional. I knocked off one star because we did lose some small parts for assembling shelves. It was hard to blame them though because they were so much trying to please.

I was very impressed with Mesa Moving's team of Clark, Greg, Richard, Chuck, Oliver and Derek who recently helped in our move. No only were their attitudes positive throughout the whole process (even climbing stairs), but they were extra careful in moving furniture. They didn't hit the walls or scrap any of the furniture. Very impressed and would certainly use/recommend them. Good job!

We asked several moving companies for an estimate of our move. Without question Mesa Moving sent a personable,professional and knowledgeable gentleman to estimate our moving needs. The packers were thorough and respectful of everything they touched. The Driver and the men who moved our belongings into the van were no less than awesome. A little apprehension regarding the unloading, but once again the three men seemed to take pride in their work and unloading went smooth. There was not one aspect of this experience that was not spot on with what was promised. An unusual and surprising experience. Something always goes wrong? right?? Not this time. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of us.
