Excellent, capable, and professional service. Prompt arrival time, had everything they needed and went straight to work. Very efficient, even with a new guy learning some things. Also took great care while moving and loading/unloading everything. If you have items you are very particular about, you may want to pad/wrap them yourself, but these guys did a good job protecting the parts that needed it, and nothing was damaged.

Hired Duffel Donkey last week to assist removing an old couch and bring in a new one. These were sleeper sofas (super heavy and awkward) and the crew made sure all safety measures were looked at. I felt assured that there would be no damage to anything in the house or the furniture. I will highly recommend this company! They even took all the cardboard and plastic packaging so we didn't have to.

I needed help delivering a shipment in Jackson Wy on Wednesday the 16th of September. One company who had told me they would supply labor for the delivery on Monday said they had no record of my request. So Wednesday morning I was left hanging. I then called Marshall at Duffle Donkey he told me that he didn't have anyone at that time but that he would make some calls. He worked diligently and was able to provide me with two men. Moving is my least favorite thing to do and this one was the worst I've ever experienced. Thank goodness we had the team from Duffel Donkey here to help us out. Marshall was responsive and communicative in scheduling the move and the Duffel Donkey team of Ty, Kip, Ryan and Alex were professional, friendly and very hardworking. We had 5 bedrooms of heavy furniture and they worked solidly for close to 10 hours! I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

As the superintendent / project manager of a major hotel remodel in Jackson, WY, I owe much of the success of my project to Marshal and his exceptional crew at Duffle Donkey. Over the course of several months, the project required dozens of rooms-worth of furnishings shuffled all around the hotel in order to recarpet and paint. Duffle Donkey demonstrated an ability to handle complicated logistics on the fly, while executing objectives with a level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to problem-solve. Amazingly, Duffle Donkey's rates are still reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
