The team I had to conduct my move from Hickam to Honolulu was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Being in the military, Inhabe moves both locally, nationally, and internstioanlly and I have not had a more professional team that have worked more diligently and timely than Charles, Karl, Che, and Jake! The BEST experience BY FAR of any moving company I have ever had. Not only was Gene extremely helpful, kind and personable, the rates were very reasonable despite it being last minute, they handled all of my things with perfection, and additionally-I was moving my things out with the expectation that my ex was not around... He showed up right before they came to take everything and is such a royal pain that he may honestly be in jail soon/ended up assaulting a friend of mine later that same day... (Cody Spencer-he should honestly be on every girls blacklist... biggest nightmare of my life) BUT, the first team of movers made the woman facilitating the move feel totally safe. The team of movers obviously had to leave when they realized they couldn't take my things, but as soon as I called Gene back 2 hours later when things had been sorted out, his response was, "No worries, what time should I send another team?" This was one of the most toxic days of my life and JF Moving Services came through with FLYING COLORS. The next team that ended up being available happened to be the TOP team they had on staff, with twice the movers. This was the team that ended up taking all of my things, and there was no additional charge. Through all of this, Gene was instantly communicative every step of the way, via phone or text, and every single person involved on the end of JF Moving Services was as kind as professional as could be. My things were moved and palletized as efficiently as could be. I would recommend JF Moving Services to EVERYONE........... They honestly could not have done a single thing better throughout the entire process!!! If you want a move--big or small--Johnny is your man! He will work with you with regards to scheduling and quality of your move. If you are unhappy with anything, he will do everything in his power to make things right. He is a good businessman who is honest and thorough and a pleasure to work with. Requested JF movers to help us move from Waipio to Kapolei. On the day of moving Carl and Charles showed up and did an excellent job with the move. They were very professional and they made sure all our things were packed correctly before putting them in the truck. Moved to Honolulu from Orange County , I am a picky when it comes to my things specially work out equipment , collectibles and solid wood closed top desk . I have a couple friends who live in Hawaii Honolulu they suggested J.F Moving Services . I did my own research I looked into the reviews of other business who actually has PUC license and make it long story short end up calling J.F gave them aprx description all the details they asked. Very professional friendly staff was the key of this review. should be highlighted .Also never heard about price match i thought that stores like target best buy does it but i guess i was wrong. . No other company gave me better quote. 5 stars all day and night.

I used JF movers when my other moving company flaked on me the morning of my move, I spoke with the owner who answered right away and was able to squeeze me in that same day he was polite and courteous and affordable. He sent 2 movers a few hours later Daniel and tiny who were both very professional polite and prompt. I called and asked for a last minute move last week and I got moved today by Charles and Carl. They were very professional and got all my furniture moved and setup from my storage to a new apartment. First time I’ve been moved and nothing came up broken. The move was very affordable and the one of my best moves yet.

Had great experiences both times I used Johnny’s crew! First, when I was moving into storage months ago and second, to move a piece of furniture to my new home yesterday ... and at the last minute, ended up where I was able to downsize my storage unit and the guys efficiently moved all my things to a smaller unit before they delivered my console... I met Johnny unexpectedly at the public storage for the first time yesterday. Johnny(pic) and his crew(pic) - Charles, Dante & Karl were all really friendly, respectful, nice and professional~✨ I didn’t ask, but Charles seemed to be the lead man and he made me feel that all would go smoothly.. and it did.. The three of them worked very well as a team; all team players helping each other and the energy of the three of them made the situation much less stressful (I wasn’t sure if my remaining items would fit in a unit half the size of the previous unit. Since it was a minimum charge of two hours, I wanted to see if the guys could help me move to a smaller unit and deliver my console within the two hours... Thanks to their combined knowledge and great teamwork, they were able to do it!✨
