They seemed unprofessional and immature when they showed up. They also didn't place any of my large furniture in any of the respective rooms.

I called the company due to a very good previous experience. They scheduled a visit for estimate but it was a no show. When I called for the second time there were no apologies or explanatios. Second scheduled visit also turned into no show. Good luck doing business with this company.

The rating was averaged base off my initial experience with the agent on the phone who started off with an attitude problem. I've had better experiences with other companies, but the only reason I gave them two stars was because of the driver who delivered my items. He was great, and arrived early. First impressions last longer than second impressions.
