Worst terminal yet. Unorganized. Over crowded. Can nearly get around. TA has more space than this! Exiting and entering is a joke. You have to Enter on the LEFT side of the guard shack... he literally “hands” you paper work with a POLE! you don’t leave from where you entered. (No signs indicating that) you have to exit the gate(on the other side of the yard) and get the bills from the shack(I don’t mind exercise at all) but who designed this place? No place I’ve ever been to is so screwed up. Guy at the guard shack is a prick too when you ask him any questions ... this place needs to be relocated or just shut down completely

If there is anyone looking out there to get their CDL training, I definitely recommend Roadmaster truck driving school in Atlanta. The instructors are awesome the office Personnel are absolutely wonderful they would definitely help you. Everything from the recruiter to the exit survey I have no complaints about any of the program. I have only one regret that I didn't do it sooner. Thanks again to everyone at Roadmaster for helping me start my new career and my new life.

The local employees are nice, but the managers in Omaha are psycho. I used to routinely be up more than 24 hours because they were so arrogant and incompetent. Not a single day went by without some sort of major mistake. And HR would defend the incompetent employees and allowing them to harass employees who complained.

Staff in this terminal from the supervisors down to the employees are rude, self important, and arrogant. Wait times are almost unbearable and when u finally get to talking to saftey they are not only unprofessional but they treat the drivers like we are cattle and are clearly bothering them. The terminal has no pet area or bench anywhere except next to the building with signs saying no pets...how hard would it be to set a bench somewhere (near grass) where I can actually sit while my truck is being repaired. how about picking staff that doesn't treat the drivers (back bone of werner) like we are something foul they stepped in.

The worst trucking company ever! My experience is from 12/4/18 until current. All 4 trainers that I had were unprofessional! One trainer left me in a hotel 10 hours from my house and told dispatch that he didn’t want to train me anymore, and not take me back home . the safety line (when you call for emergency) are unprofessional ! Don’t waste your time with this company. I am currently stuck in Missouri in a hotel wonder if I will get a ride home

She could have killed someone. Luckily only 1 hour of my life gone that I'll never get back. next time try doing an actual pretrip.

Currently been waiting a week and a day for a trainer, I came 06/07/19 and my drug test came back clean. You're basically sitting around all day at the hotel waiting for a trainer. You ask someone when are you going to get a trainer and the only answer you receive from them is they don't know and don't have a time frame on when a trainer will become available. Did my etrainers and promos but still no trainer, I really thought this process would be faster than this !

Dwayne the terminal manager is a little prick who thinks he is all big and bad I kept writing my truck up for repairs they kept giving me my truck back after having it in the shop for 20hrs then they say there's nothing wrong then I wrote it up again guess what nothing wrong and again and again and again to the point they had the pb guy that was at the shop take a look at it he didn't even take it around the block he cranked it up and said it was the turbo like I was telling them it was gets threatened to be fired I told the terminal manager to shove the truck up his ass and as I was cleaning it out so I could leave I had omaha call me and asked me to stay I told them no so then they asked what could they do to keep me well long story short I make 50cent a mile and get 5 truck washes a month and 100 a day for being broke down and 100 a shag run

Simulator broken until December 1st at the earliest. Smith Training not available until Thursday. Today is 10/1/2018 a Monday. DOT Physical had 8 people ahead of me. Guy couldn’t get into their own computer for me to do the first part of DOT Physical. All this is required by the company so it caused a considerable delay. #FunDaysAtWerner

Sitting for 2 weeks waiting on a trainer. I've heard so many good things about Werner and I love everything I know but I didn't get my CDL to sit in a hotel I'm ready to work and I'm on the verge of going somebody else. Once I get on a truck with a trainer I'm not looking to go home so it will be a couple months before I see my daughter again and it kind of makes me sick to think about it. Werner tells you home life is just as important and work life but they are not very forgiving for people being gone and wanting to go home to see family when they've been gone for weeks and months. After training I'm sure it's great but this is a pain to get to that point.

Great company, great terminal, except!..... Could the gate guards be any nastier and disrespectful? The skinny guy in daytime could not be any less of a help.. He is rude, condescending and generally miserable.. The girl that is working tonight, 2000hrs, on 1/16/17... Same thing.. Someone please talk to these two personnel.. They make our terminal look bad, when everyone else here is incredibly helpful! 07 16 17 still a great company.. the gate guards here could not be worse! Rude, uniformed nasty people.. we need to work on that

Werner seems to be a good company so far, But... My trip to the Atlanta Terminal is a different story!! SAFTEY at this terminal is super slow. They seem to need more help in the front office, I don't think 2 people in a terminal this busy is subdue. Even though the people seem nice, The lady that works the front office I noticed Just in the HOURS I was there to see safety she asked I don't know how many drivers for cigarettes, and food.It was so unprofessional and made her seem very needy. The showers in the terminal are very nasty and Half of the washer and dryers don't work. I think my clothes came out dirtier than they went in sooo disgusting... On the brighter side they had people who brought homemade food for dinner it was pretty good $10 a plate is a little steep but it was pretty good food. The lady who drives the van in the evening she is such a sweet lady, and a great help to us drivers. I notice they run her to death non stop and she still has such a great attitude and is very humble to us drivers probably the nicest person there by far! I see a lot of people complain about the mechanic shop I personally didn't have any issues with them a little slow maybe but not a problem. NOW ONTO THE NASTY BUG INFESTED HOTEL YOU HAVE US DRIVERS IN... ITS REDICULUS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN JUST NASTY, AND THE STAFF THERE IS RUDE AND BEYOND UNPERFESIONAL WERNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THAT ONE!!

I can't believe nobody mention how over crowded this terminal is. Besides the normal in-use tractors and trailers they have CDL school equipment, tractors to be sold and trailers to be sold. There are signs that indicate what should go where, but in all my visits those don't seem to mean anything. The area for TCU trailers was all tractors the other night. The trailers, loaded or empty, all go in the same crowded corner of the property so good luck searching. One trip I found our load on the opposite end of the yard tucked into the school area. There's also a small area that seems to be for high value loads on the end closest to the guard shack. I'm not sure since the guard didn't tell us about it. I'm only guessing because I watched them freak out when some other driver started to back in there. It wasn't blocked off or marked, so telling the drivers not to park trailers in one of the only empty spots in the yard is the only way they're going to get that information out to the drivers. The mechanics seemed friendly and they tried to be helpful. We were told to wash out our TCU using the tractor wash. I just laughed. The wash was so crowded with parked equipment that you'd be lucky to get a tractor in there, let alone a 53' trailer and tractor. Once we explained the situation the mechanics took care of everything. They pulled the trailer over to the trailer building, sprayed it out, then left it parked next to their building so it was easy to get to. The drivers lounge seemed nice enough. Didn't really use it other than the coffee machine. Coffee was good at least. The rest room seemed really small for such a busy terminal. I kind of wonder if there was another one that I missed. The one I found had a single seat and a urinal. When you get here make sure you swing out wide. The entrance with the guard shack is one way with trucks going in on the left side of the shack. The truck exit is in that overcrowded trailer yard I mentioned earlier. There's a chain link gate with a speaker next to it. If you drive TCU you'll want to get the guard shack number because you won't understand half of what they say with that reefer running next to you. It was easier on the phone.

Yes the yard is crowded but there is a secondary yard in Conyers i believe ask your dispatch for that address if need be .yes the guard shack is rude i know they should treat everyone like there new but yall are just as unfriendly and rude too just fyi and the day time guard shack guy little skinny dude works 2 and 3 shifts a day some times and if you havent been there long enough then you dont know that last year they changed companys and half have quite because the new company sucks that runs them Yes werner needs more signs of were to go but if half of yall would use common sence you be ok some of yall try to put ur trucks in the smallest places instead of looking for the large open area to drive through. The showers werent locked when i started 4 yrs ago a couple of nasty drivers have forced then to start locking them there are two bathroom areas one near the front desk and one near the gym, game room and laundry room if you walk past it a bit Yes safety are ass holes but thats every terminal ive been too but once again theres ass hole drives that make it bad for the rest of yall but if your there long enough and put in the time to get to know everyone you will have a better experiance. oh and with finding an empty your dispatcher is saposed to asign it to you.

I would go back if they would stop slicing about $300 off my paycheck etc. Every week and claim they pay for miles as the crow flies, yet inform you in orientation that they pay every mile that's in the Qualcomm on their predetermined routes. Which sometimes puts you on ridiculously narrow scenic routes not meant for trucks!!! Rude.

Former employee. They treat drivers like pieces of meat. Get your year experience (no reportable accidents etc no tickets) and quit. No sense of wasting time with them. My trainer got a little more pay then I did when I signed on to 3m account. He was on a different account. And he was there with them for over 15 years. I tried owner operator with them and came out with 1400-1500 a week. I quit that. I'm making almost 1k more as o/o at a better company.

The staff is rude, not management but guard shack, and the van driver. I got a bad attitude from both of them in just one visit. The van driver acts like the van is his personal vehicle and has no schedule. And the management allows that? You get dropped off at Walmart and he might pick you up in one hour maybe two? He wants me to stand at the window by the coke machine at Walmart and wait for him to pick me up instead of saying I'll be back in one hour. And the guard shack employees have been unfriendly every time I visit, maybe they could smile and act like they are glad to see the drivers, it is the people they allow to work at Lithia Springs that give off bad vibes and it's a place I don't like to stay. Sad:(

We have been here a few times and only this last time we were here the shop guy came and got us when the work was done, everyother time they say I'll call you or get you but they dont really. The showers are always nasty. However trying to shower at night is awful. Got a key from the guard and walked in on a guy already in there. Doesnt look like there is any housekeeping done at all. Shower 4 always floods to the drain by the toilet and sink. And I fixed the shower head in there for yall. Overall not bad but...it is at the same time

MOST of the staff is great miss Donna And Mr. Lary are good people. Terminal Manger is pretty nice guy. The buildings are dated, but still usable. The morning shift at the shop are pretty nice, but 2nd shift Manger has a don't bother me attitude that bleeds into some staff their. It all depends on the mood their in if your going to have a smooth visit. My biggest complaint in is I'm grown adult not a child that can be bullied or intimidated. Talk to me as such and I'll do the same for you.

Receptionists are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Incorrect seat belt was installed for female end. Then said was gtg. Trying to see safety- good luck! Might be waiting for a few (5) hours. Regards to pets- very unfriendly. They say Werner is a pet-friendly company? Wrong. Not this terminal.

The terminal is ok but the staff here are seriously a bunch of assholes.. Guards at shack are rude always. Gra Gar is a joke here and absolutely hate helping drivers.. I would love to sit in a meeting face to face with superiors here and show them what I'm talking about.. The trailer repair side is always helpful and has a positive attitude.

The terminal is ok, the shuttle driver was awful, the hotel Suburban is the worst I have been in, roaches, heaters that don't work, loud people who don't care about others sleeping and beds that dash in the middle. Oh yeah, having to pay half the hotel cost when it's not our truck or fault that it's here.

Does WERNER really teach these drivers how to drive the truck? Had a driver pull out on front of me on my way to work this morning from their Lithia Springs location and then proceed to drive the next 1.5 miles at 23 MPH - blocking traffic. By the time we got to the corner we had a 10 car parade following this truck. Not the first time its happened. Get your act together before you leave the yard and DO THE SPEED LIMIT! Update - 03/11/2019 Cut off by a Werner truck this morning. Truck headed I-20 east inside the perimeter. Driver moved from second right lane to the right lane without adequate space. Had to slam on brakes to keep from being hit by the truck - less than half mile later the truck was back in the lane where he started. Unable to get a vehicle number due to being dark outside. I know Atlanta traffic is a beast - I drive it every day but get it together and pay attention.

We just installed new carpet the hometime before this service and the shop crew destroyed it!! Didnt even try to put down the paper runners or clean their boots!! Ill try to add the pics.
