UNITS was outstanding to work with, and Jocelyn was nothing short of stellar! She was very communicative, answered every question in a timely and energetic fashion, and she made our process as easy as can be. We had a UNIT dropped off at our home by Chris (who was also great), loaded it up, had it picked up, stored, dropped off at our new home a few weeks later, and picked up again. The entire process seems daunting at first, but it's very simple and they folks over at UNITS made it seamless. It's rare to get such high-end customer service these days, and it's easy to post negative reviews, but it's important to also give credit when it's due. I'd highly recommend Units Portable Storage!! They also have the best prices around. 5 stars!!!

Sturdy all metal container. They were able to get my fully loaded container up a steep driveway to a parking pad on the side of my house without damaging the lawn. Highly recommended.
