Received outstanding service and support from the ABF/U-Pack team. I had a complicated time trying to move from Oahu, HI- Missouri and most of the moving companies i contacted were little to no help or 2 weeks after U-Pack already helped me out are contacting me if I still need to move. I talked with multiple people on the phone and can't express how much it impressed me that they cared about my specific situation and did everything they could to work with me. The mechanical aspects of perfecting a business is relatively simple...just give good service and do what you say you will do...when you say you will do it...it's a lost concept for most companies. What separates U-Pack from the "crowd" of container type services is their people. Every single contact I had was outstanding! This family of employees are focused on what makes them successful...The Customer! This doesn't just happen. It starts from the top and works it's way throughout the entire company. Employees must love their job and this is directly related to working conditions, concern for them by management and the overall perception that they are important and the force that makes the difference. An outstanding group of people with outstanding service!! I had one single cube moved from Atlanta to Panama City Beach. You would have thought it was the biggest and most important task for them of the year!! Cannot say enough good things for the entire process!! It makes you want to move again just to experience something most companies have no clue about!!

Worst experience in my life. I was given one price and charged another. It all started when moving to Georgia. When speaking to the representative I was given a quote of 941, if I took my belongings to a service center. I told the representative that I did not know my address at the time, she stated no problem, no additional charges will be incurred unless we have to store it for you. Fast forward, give them my new address, they charged me an additional 150 because they had to move a bin, yesssss 1 bin 10 miles to another loading station. This was not my fault. I addressed it with a representative and he said that he would look into it. This never happened, 2 days later my credit card on file was charged another 150 dollars without even a courtesy phone call back. They are the most rudest people to man-kind. Do you self a favor and find elsewhere. Thank me later!

The only way to move any distance! We packed the cube ourselves in Indiana & absolutely nothing had moved when I opened the doors in Denver. Saved me driving a rental truck 2 days and a night along the way. Highly recommend moving by cube! ABF freight lines were great people to work with also.

From the beginning working with the online booking to having a Rep call me direct was beyond impressive this day and age. Knowledgeable, flexible and courteous!!!! When we loaded the pod, the team at the shipping yard (which was very tidy and organized) offered assistance several times ;) then when the pod made it to California..... that team hit the mark! Courteous, they don't leave you on hold for ages, kept us informed and were very flexible!!!! Howie is clearly running a fabulous team that enjoys their job and helping others! 10 stars!!!!! Northern,South Bend,IN went quite smoothly.U Pack handled our things very carefully,were informative and hard working. Southern end,Slidell LA had some delays,as crew couldn't find location and were late by 1.5 hr.this was a split load,house gear and warehouse storage. House gear no problem,Storage a problem as crew could not find Cube Smart Location,and more delays. This resulted in a nitetime unload in the rain,and then more next day. This resulted in some disorganized placing of warehouse totes & goods that will make locating and unpacking difficult.Still under the conditions,I would say the crew worked hard and were courteous.Pricing was fair,and I would still recommend U Pack to anyone moving.Perhaps It would help to get exact locations of destinations.

Horrible customer service led me to cancel my reservation today, and I believe that it's important for me to share this experience. I called the Manassas, VA facility to ask about their storage procedures. Matt talked to me in the most offensive and unprofessional way as he continuously told me that I had to pay my bill if I wanted access to my items. I explained to him that I did not have have a bill, and just needed information. He proceeded to tell me that most people don't understand that they need to pay their bill. I explained that he was was being offensive and unprofessional assuming that I'm not going to pay my bill, especially when I don't have a bill. He continued to talk down to me. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with, he told me that no one else was available. I then called U-Pack directly and talked to Neil, he was just as rude and offensive. I asked him how much it was to cancel, and he stated $50 because the move was "tomorrow." I explained to him the statements from Matt in Virginia. Neil made sure to reiterate that bills needed to be paid, and then -- although he was not on the line -- he told me what Matt mean, and that I needed to understand my contractural obligations. I also explained to Neil, that he was assuming that I was not going to pay my bill, and that he was being very offensive. He continued with his position that I needed to pay my bill and understand the contract. I explained to Neil that I would be treated in such a way and ended the call. He then stated VERY sarcastically: Thank you for your business. I cancelled that business. No one should be treated this way.

My cubicle was picked up on June 12th in Sacramento, was at the dock in Southern California 2 days later, and then sat there for 9 days. I was given estimated delivery date of June 26-28 once the item arrived in Southern California, but now am told it should be on the ship tomorrow with arrival 8-10 days later (meaning July 6th).

I was recommended by one of my friend, i would highly recommended for long distance move, move from one state to other. They are best. Have used Relocubes for move, booked three Relocubes and used two and they have charged for two. Things arrived as is as they were packed, no breakage. Got the delivery of shipment in three days, which is real quick. Very reliable, cheap, prompt and cooperative staff. Much appreciate the service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I've used U-Pack twice (Las Vegas to Hawaii and Hawaii to Las Vegas) and each time both U-Pack and ABF provided excellent service and support along the way. I called about 10 times during my last move because of various reasons, I even called to cancel my move and U-Pack worked with me to accommodate my needs. U-Pack makes moving smooth and painless and you can't ask for more during a move.

I will recommend U-PACK service. We moved from Atlanta, from 2 bed room house. We were unable to find any1 on particular date and decided to choose U pack and Moving staffers. U pack was very professional from phone calls to the staff, they responded well to questions address. Atlanta office was kind enough to take the trailer back at midnight as we requested due to apartment complex policy. Moving staffers - packing was very good! My book shelf got damaged during packing and later they reimburse that amount. They gave us 3-4 days of arrival to location and our trailer arrived on time . Everything spent smoothly. Will choose U pack again for any move.

Coordinating was easy. We ordered three cubes, used two and were sending them to two separate locations. Everything went off without a hitch. Retrieved one cube immediately and the other approximately 2.5 months later. All the contents were safe and dry. Delivery process and empty cube retrieval were super easy/painless. This is the new way to move your stuff!

Working with the folks on Sample St was a good experience. Just a word of caution regarding using pods, make sure either you pack it well or that you have really great movers to help you. We now wonder if we should have used the movers that UPack has a contract with or at least bought a bunch of furniture pads. Our movers pack things in a way that caused a lot of damage. The UPack folks were good to work with both in South Bend, IN and New York state. In fact, we were able to empty the pods shortly after delivery and they picked them up later that day! :) Usually you would not get it picked up until next day, but they were in the area.

We're relocating to Ohio after living on Oahu for 25 years. Checked out a number of companies which provide you pack container shipping. This was the cheapest so contacted the main office. We wanted to send a couple of cubes in advance and up to 2 more in a 4-5 months when our renovation is complete and house sells. Got an estimate. Was contacted about a month later with a reduced price if we could ship 1 or 2 cubes by the end of the year. We just finished that move. Went off without a hitch. Delivery and pickup of cubes in HI was timely. Based on their estimated arrival date and the ability to track the shipment online, I was able to fly to OH to be there to unload. Cubes arrived at their facility in OH on schedule, were delivered to the storage facility within 1 day of my call to schedule. Same with pickup when emptied. All staff, from the call center to local contacts and drivers in each state, were courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They did not keep track of my ReloCube and some thieves stole everything inside and did not notify me or even knew it happened. Horrible service, poor customer service, and they offered no insurance. Please stay away from this company for moving or shipping goods.

Atlanta GA to Glen Burnie MD - Had no issues with the move, used bungee cords on all boxes and large items in the shipping pod and everything was shipped in good condition. Cost was 900 but would have been 600 if I had opted to used the storage center to storage center instead of door to door. Box was delivered quickly, and the shipment took from Monday pickup to Friday drop off (4-5 days). Container was picked up next-day after we emptied it. Basically, the service was to be expected. No issues at all.

U-Pack is the most reliable, economically move that I have ever experienced. I used U-Pack to move me from Atlanta to Yonkers New York and I could not ask for a smoother move. They dropped off the container on time picked it up as soon as I called them. It was funny because they reached Yonkers with my belongings before I reached there. I called them to deliver it the next day and it was there before the day was over. As soon as I unpacked and called for a pick up it was gone by the time I woke up next day. Whatever they tell you that is exactly what they do. I was very pleased with their level of professionalism and I would not hesitate to use them again. I have no problem recommending them to other friends who are considering a move.

I spent a long time researching moving options for my move from northwest Indiana to Phoenix, AZ. We knew driving a moving truck was out of our budget but I was nervous to do pods/cubes. Reviews of them weren't great everywhere I looked. I was more than pleased with our experience with UPack and the local transport used on either end of the move. First, the customer service rep I dealt with understood my unique moving needs and recommended the exact, perfect number of cubes needed. We literally filled 3 cubes to the brim, with no room to spare but managed to fit everything! He even looked up satellite images of our home to ensure that the cubes would fit in our very short driveway. The cubes were dropped off and picked up super timely I was able to track their location online. It was super simple. I would definitely use Upack again and will gladly recommend them to family and friends!!

Be weary of this moving company. This company made my entire move much more complicated than it needed to be. If there was a "zero stars" option I would give it. First off, the company set up the paperwork with me via phone. I received no follow up calls and a ton of various emails that were not informative. When I didn't hear anything back from the company letting me know the logistics of the move, I decided to go with another company. Then Upack sends a trailer to my house A WEEK before I was supposed to move (their error on the date). Luckily my mom was home and tells me that there is a trailer being delivered to my house. I talked to the driver and the driver told me that he would come back on Wednesday (very nice guy). Later that day, I receive an email from the company stating that I would be charged a $150 cancellation fee and notice that there is a $150 unauthorized charge on my bank account. I am likely not going to get my money back, but let it be known, I will NEVER use this company again. Besides, there are companies out there that offer better services for the same (or lower) price.

This is our first time interstate/long distance move.We used UPack to move from Denver,Colorado to Atlanta,Georgia. I have got quotes from other moving services, but UPack gave me the best(cheap) estimate. We ordered two relocubes, but surprisingly all my stuff(1 king bed & mattress, dining table, tv stand & tv, 6X4 feet armour/shelf), office table/chair and lot of my kids toys and house hold stuff) was put into one cube. So they charged me for only one cube, my total moving cost of a 1BD apartment stuff is around $1800 including storage for 1 month. I recommend UPack for safe and cost effective moving. They were always reachable on phone and updating me every time there was a change in the status. I drove to Atlanta from Denver, we took 3 days to drive to Atlanta. By the time we reached Atlanta our upack already reached Atlanta. Since I dont have an apartment to unload my stuff we took one month storage, but after 3 days we got and apartment and unloaded our stuff. None of my stuff is broken, including my TV. Here is what I did to properly pack my stuff: 1. watched lot of youtube videos on packing 2. took pictures of all my rooms before packing, just incase to claim if anything misses during transportation. 3. Bought all packing stuff from HomeDepot, like packing tape, rope, heavy duty medium boxes(28 boxes) and bubble wrap, they are all very good quality compared to the ones available at Walmart. 4. Noted all the items packed into each box, on the boxes and on a separate notebook. 5. after each 2 rows of boxes loaded in the relocube , tied the rope so that the last two rows of boxes wont fell down or move during transportation. 6. Took pictures after loading the boxes.

If you are shipping furniture or other household items out of state, I can highly recommend U-Pack. From our first contact with them, delivery of moving trailer to our driveway, to picking up furniture at their service center in New Hampshire (door-to-door delivery to northern NH was not offered, but in other areas it is), the process and communication were seamless. Very professional, reputable and cost-efficient; they charge by the linear foot for trailer space utilitized. They also offer PODS type storage boxes at a much lower price than their competitors.

Great experience!!! Pick and drop off were flawless. Completely stress free experience. Everything made it to the final destination in one piece. My load went from Illinois to Arizona. Definitely recommend!!!!!!
