Philpot Relocation handled my move very professionally. The guys doing the moving were great. Very fast and careful. The office staff continually checked on the progress of the move. In summary I would highly recommend Philpott to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Missed deadlines, charged my credit card with out my knowledge, broken/missing items. I moved in June and I am still dealing with my move. Philpot absolutely does not care about their clients.

Delivery of household goods kept getting pushed back. Currently 1 week late, won't be here for another week or two. Currently sitting in empty apartment with no furniture and only clothes I have are what was in my flight bag but they aren't concerned about it at all. Even told me they had the choice to take an ADDITIONAL week if they wanted to. Would never recommend.

I wish I had used someone else for my move that is accountable for their mistakes and does not pass blame and responsibility onto others. Philpot hangs their hat on the fact they are an agent for Atlas and when they do not adhere to the terms of the agreement they negotiated and signed, and it causes the consumer to lose time and money dealing with it, they blame Atlas and offer no help.

Avoid Philpot Relocation. I contracted with Atlas moving for a cross-country move. Philpot was the transportation agent, providing the movers on both ends and doing the entire haul. They arrived hours late in order to unnecessarily shuttle my possessions using a second truck. The driver purports to have been unable to park the full-length truck in front of my building. I never saw him drive by, and there was only one car parked on the entire block. They clearly had no idea how to properly pack. Not only did they open sealed boxes to add items and, then, use my tape to reseal it, they packed boxes inside of furniture that is clearly incapable of holding the mass during the move. They damaged my sofa attempting to get it out the door, and ended up giving up and leaving it. After scheduling delivery, they had to reschedule for several days later, purporting to need to repair the truck more or less right in their home territory. When I asked why they couldn't just dispatch a new truck to pull the trailer the few hours to me, there was no response. When they arrived, I watch them throw my possessions around and roll wardrobe boxes end-over-end. In the middle of moving the items in, they stopped to drop the trailer so that the driver could go to the DMV. He refused to say why, but the office here is open late enough on Saturdays that he could have gone afterwards. While he was gone, the whiny helper spent more time smoking and pulling up his sagging sweatpants than actually moving my stuff. He was constantly asking where things went, when it was clearly marked on the box. When all was said and done, I had more in loss and damage claims than the cost of the move. They did thousands of dollars in property damage alone. When those claims were referred back to them by Atlas, they did nothing. To top it off, they billed me incorrectly, making up charges to match the estimate and lying about the weight. If you like slow and damaged, these are your guys. They will come up with any kind of baloney reason to take your money. I suggest that you go elsewhere.

They dont treat drivers very good and play favorites with work assignments. Mangement is dishonest not a very good place to work.

Moving sucks there's no two ways around that. What made it easier was the dedication and hard work of everyone in Philpot Relocation Services. Each person who I dealt with was extremely kind and compassionate (a rare thing these days). All my items arrived on time and one small item damaged. The quote was actually less than the final cost. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Everything went fine with our move which also required storage time. It would have been helpful if someone called us the day before to let us know what time movers would arrive for delivery. We had one small claim for a lost item which was resolved much quicker than I expected. I would use them again. I thought they charged fairly for their services.

RUN!!!! do not trust what you are promised by Don Wilson. I was told that he had the "perfect boxes" to move my hand made wreaths. instead the packers just shoved them on top of each other and on top of other items in a wardrobe box. In that same box they packed an artwork poster with no protective backing and it was ripped and color was damaged. they also failed to put any supportive binding on a dolly while they tried to move several pieces down a flight of stairs. my chest style end table tumbled down the stairs. THEY determined that several fractures in the leaf on my kitchen table was the fault of changes of humidity from the trip from Atlanta to Dallas. This trip took place in April. I have since learned that this is a common claim by moving companies. BEWARE! They really don't desearve any stars.

We had several quotes but chose Philpot Relocation Systems because of Don Wilson's professionalism when giving us a quote. He made the estimate process so simple and took the stress out of ensuring that we had included all that we intended to move for our estimate. He was quick to answer any questions and was really on the ball from start to finish. Mot to mention Philpot Relocation Systems had the best quote out of the 4 companies we contacted. Jody was the agent who guided through any pre-mobe questions and concerns leading up to the day of the move and she was also phenomenal. She stayed in touch the whole way through and was polite and very helpful. The movers truly cared about making our moving experience as comfortable as possible. The moving crew (Manny, Chuck and another young man whose name now escapes me) were polite, considerate, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. I hope I am in my forever home but if I ever have to move again it will only be with Philpot Relocation Systems. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a stress free move!

We selected Philpot and Atlas to relocate a large household from Boston to Atlanta. In addition to damaging bookcases, chairs, and a table, Atlas also lost one of several oriental rugs. After submitting a claim, Atlas refused to compensate for the lost rug, claiming that the missing item was not noted at the time of delivery, even though the delivery crew made no offer to assist in inventorying hundreds of items from a fully loaded van at 10PM in the evening. ( I suppose they did not wish to stay up all night!) After spending more than $20,000 and $1,120 for Atlas' "Full Value Protection" the company not only REFUSED the claim, but took six (6) months to finally decide to deny the claim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU SEEK HONORABLE ALTERNATIVES.

The WORST Experience I've ever had! They sent 2 slow and older gentleman while nice there was no haste in moving. The estimated 6hrs took 2 days. They took frequent breaks and didn't pack the truck correctly. Items broke before they even got on truck. Screws mixed up placed in pockets or napkins. My boys bed could not be put back together. The General Manager would not take ownership of his employees mistakes. Worst move ever. Don't be baited and switched! It is not work the headache or money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Everything was fine until I filed a claim. Sales estimate was good, packing and driver were professional, Delilvery was as promised with a few adjustments to the schedule. Then I tried to file a relatively small claiim for some damaged and broken items! I submitted papwerwork, furnished photos and all I have gotten is delays and excuses about an adjustment, repairs or a settlement! The slaim is now 6 weeks old and no contact other than people telling me someone would contact me to set up an appontment to inspect the damaged items. If I do not have a person on site or give me an offer in 2 weeks I am going to file complaints with the ICC, GA and SC BBB. Sad to see a good Cusotmer Experience go bad over a small claim! Otherwise I would have given them high marks.

It was very good to work with Don Wilson. He did a thorough inventory of our belongings to get as close to the estimated cost of the total move and he ended up being not very far off. The movers arrived on time and took very good care of our belongings and homes, both the one we sold and the one we bought. Don and his team kept in touch with me throughout the whole process to ensure a trouble-free move and explained all of the costs and processes. They also answered any questions I had. I never had to call them. They were on top of it every step of the way. Overall, one of the best moves I've made. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great service at a reasonable price.
