excellent! I love the fact that the owner of the company came to give me an estimate. NOT a sales guy that has nothing to do with the moving process. The estimate was high, but they assured me they would rather go over instead of lower, so I wouldn't be surprised when paying the remainder. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The total was $500 less than the estimate! The movers were respectful, efficient, helpful, and kind. I could not have asked for a better crew! I had already set up my move with a different mover but decided to contact Best Deal Movers after reading the reviews on them as I had some concerns with moving costly pieces of furniture going to two locations. Lance came out to go over my concerns and gave me an estimate of what it would cost and I hired them two days before the move and it was the best decision I made. The team of Pedro, EJ, Vinny ,Yohan and Eric moved quickly and efficiently to load up the two trucks and they were on their way. Upon arrival at both locations, they unloaded quickly and set up everything in the right places as instructed . I am amazed at the ability of this team to seamlessly move as they did and all items were delivered with not a thing damaged. This particular group of guys performed at a first rate level. Three weeks ago, this company moved me from Alpharetta, GA to Vero Beach, Florida. Every step of the way, from arranging the move with Lance to finishing my exhausting job of packing, to loading and unloading, Anthony and James were extremely patient and polite. I was not positive about the exact date I needed to leave, and changed once (and maybe twice). They told me it was not a problem. They are very easy to work with and their price was comparable to others, but just a little lower. If I were to move again, I would use them again. And I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing an honest and excellent family run company.

We moved all of our stuff 150 miles yesterday with Best Deal. They are truly what they claim to be. They quoted me $600 less than competitors and then came in $ 100 under their quote! The experience was made even more outstanding by all of the excellent staff that helped us. From Brandon in sales, to the office manager, to Ashton and Chris who actually moved us. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! This is a sham company- this is one guy named Jeremy with a cell phone, who rounds up guys for moves. That's it. There is no physical location of an office or any staff- just Jeremy and his cell phone. He DOES NOT carry any insurance. He will tell you they have insurance- it's a lie! Ask for a copy of the policy, then call to verify that it is real. It's not. They damaged my chandelier and glass dining table beyond repair- they assumed no responsibility, then tried to disappear. They eventually sent me a message saying "there is no paperwork, so you can't prove that we were ever in your home". If you hire them, it is 100% on you if there are any damages. We are taking them to court.

The truck arrived as scheduled and the team was very helpful in explaining the logistics plan for the move and the cost associated with it. Upon delivery of our furniture to our new offices, a miscommunication was discovered within our staff as to the placement of furniture in two of our rooms. Today I had the pleasure of meeting two of the hardest working young men I've ever met. Typically I only write a review about a Moving company if the service was bad and I want to warn others, but in this case, after meeting Edward ( EJ ) and Vincent ( Vinnie ) I had to share my positive experience. The two arrived promptly Saturday Morning and they were eager to get started. After I showed them around my home, which my wife and I were still in the process of packing, they still went right to work to move everything and I do mean everything. I tell you, they were working so I was tired just watching them, and every time I offered to help, They said, we'll take care of that for you. When I tell you these two Super Human young Men moved my things with lighting fast speed while treating each of my items like they were priceless works art and while all the while keeping a fantastic attitude and answering my many questions. This was my first experience with a moving company. When I called to reserve my move I was told I was getting three men. On the day of the move only two men arrived. They called and confirmed I was supposed to have three men. Best Deal offered no explanation for the mix up, but did drop my hourly rate. The two movers I had were friendly and worked efficiently. My move took a total of 7 hours. They did put a gouge in the dry wall in front of a staircase trying to angle a piece of furniture. I am not upset about it. That is a risk for anyone moving a large piece of furniture in a small space. The workers pointed it out to me immediately. There is a lost arm cover for a chair that I haven't found yet. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with Best Deal Movers.

Both of the movers took care in moving our company's office from one location to the other. No damage to our furniture. They were quick, efficient and very courteous. We hired them for both packing and moving. They did pack things but I had to constantly run after them because they kept leaving random stuff unpacked. It was a little annoying to have to continuously keep checking the drawers and cabinets to make sure they did pack all items. Consequently, they ended up packing a lot of it on the day of the move. We had to have them hold our stuff for a few days because our closing was delayed. When we got our stuff and started unpacking, we realized some items were missing. I have a bunch of kitchen items, a brand new iPad which was still boxed and a glass table top missing. They supposedly weren't able to find it and asked us to file a claim. I don't have the purchase receipts for most of these anymore. It's particularly upsetting because my table is useless without the glass and the iPad was a Christmas present from work. This has been a pretty tarnished experience overall.

Throughout the process the team communicated to us at each step. During our move Anthony, Marlon and Bernard took great care of us. They were fast and efficient. Despite being told that our load would remain on the original truck and secure... it didn’t happen. About 6 boxes and the bolts to our bed frame were lost. While the team who loaded and unloaded were great.. I can’t say the same for the management. While I don’t have an alternative to recommend... I can’t recommend this company. I hope I was the exception and that others have a better experience.

I have hired Best Deal Movers twice in three years. One for a huge, entire household move, second for two bedrooms of furniture to be moved literally 2 minutes away. Both times, my actual charge was practically DOUBLE what was quoted...because they don't give guaranteed quotes...and they're slow. Probably on purpose. The people are wonderful, truly nice and careful, both on the phone and in the move. But be forewarned, their super competitive low quote is what reels you in, and then you end up paying more in the end because it IS going to take them much longer than they tell you it will up-front. When you call to voice your concern, they slightly discount something to make you feel a little better and you thank them, but you will still feel taken advantage of and regretful for hiring them. I'm sorry to write this review, I hate leaving negative reviews for any business, but twice is too much. I was hoping they would restore my faith in this company the second time around, but nope

The least professional company ever. The crew they sent out was suppose to be"their best" when they showed up I wasn't crazy about their attitudes but proceeded anyway. As the day progressed I could hear the tension between the guys and the yelling. Needless to say and making a long story short I had 2 guys out on my front lawn dropping the " f" bomb and getting ready for a fist fight. I called the police and asked them to leave. They scratched my floor in my brand new house and left it in shambles. The response from the owner was very nonchalant. I apologize I don't know what else to say but we did fire one of the guys. The next day they came back with my second truck that was already loaded and didn't have a choice but to finish out my move, his first thing was wanting payment I full before finishing the move. My suggestion is to go elsewhere. This is the least professional company and they were never trained to handle your precious cargo that you spent a lot of money on. I found a piece of broken art work they must have thrown out the rest because I can't seem to locate it. Oh and btw the profanity they were using was in front of my children.

I give them a 5+ ! They define the phrase " Great movers you can trust." I have heard so many bad things about moving companies, but Best Deal restored my faith in movers! They called/emailed to keep me completely informed about our move. They arrived exactly on time, did a thorough walk-thru. Then the team leader developed a "game plan" for the order of packing and made assignments to the team members. He then explained the plan to me in detail and got my concurrence. The team members all were well trained in how to correctly pack and move, and they loaded and unloaded our items with the utmost care. When we got to the new house, they reversed the process. They went "above and beyond" in helping us get our things in the right places and set up. It was a hot, very long day for all of us, but everyone on the team kept a great, positive attitude, and worked hard right up to the last item. When you think of the word "deal", usually you first think of cost, but there is so much more that goes into getting a great, satisfying deal, and Best Deal delivers.

I had a good move even in the pouring rain that day. The 2 guys worked very hard. I had a ton of boxes. The only hiccup was we couldn't get my oversized sofa thru the door based on the entryway and the sprinkler head directly above. Otherwise everything was great. Very pleased with Best Deal!

We used Best Deal to move items from our storage unit into our new home. Stacks of items were left unattended in the elevators, and even though we took out full, no deductible insurance, our claims for a severely scratched furniture piece, and broken decorative plate, were rejected as not being the responsibility of the movers! ! The original estimate, based on the specific storage unit size, was incorrect and ended up being a few hundred dollars higher. I would not recommend this moving company if you are looking for a careful mover.

We had a wonderful experience with Best Deal movers every step of the way. Nothing about our moves was simple. Jeffrey was extremely sweet when I initially called in. Lance arrived at my home for a walk thru and had some wonderful tips on how to keep it all straight. The day of the move, the team arrived on time and were very courteous. We had two separate moves, one to temporary housing with the balance of our household goods going into storage. They really listed to my needs of what needed to go to the town house and what could be placed in storage.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! They advised us that they have all their employees screened yet we had multiple things stolen from us, including a brand new Ipad that was bought for my wife. We made claims to them and now they won't even respond to anything related to these claims. There are other great movers out there, don't settle for second hand movers. Hired this company to move a few pieces of furniture. I explained to Brandon that I was on a very tight time restraint because my son was graduating high school yesterday. He said 1230-1:00pm was no problem and never once mentioned a window of time in our conversation. Time came and went, driver finally called at 2:30pm and said it would be 4-4:30pm. Unacceptable with graduation celebrations starting soon after which had been stressed to Brandon. I called the manager Jeff, he cared less about the situation, refused to refund my deposit, lied that Brandon told me there was a window of time because he saw it documented but could not prove with a taped conversation. Jeff basically said TOUGH. I would never recommend this mover to anyone. I should have read the reviews closer, there are a number of negative ones.

We were so happy with our move with Best Deal Movers! My husband and I downsized from a large house that we had been in for a long time. We had a lot of stuff to move! Lots of boxes and several VERY large, heavy pieces, including a baby grand piano. The piano is one that belonged to my grandfather and is sentimental to me. The guys worked carefully taking it apart and wrapping it for the move. Some of the things in the house had to come down a long flight of stairs, and then when they were moving things into the apartment, the elevator stopped working! The guys didn't complain at all when they had to walk further, and carry everything up the stairs to the apartment. And then they helped me with suggestions about how to place things once they got them in. All the guys- James, Harold, Nate, Mike and Dameon were willing to go the extra mile, and were happy to help me. They were polite and courteous and friendly, and worked really hard. If you want to pay 5 men $300 an hour to smoke cigarettes and check their smart phones all day then this is the moving company you should hire. The original proposal was for 200+ items to take 9.5 hours. I rented a box truck and moved 130 of those items myself in 8 trips in 9 hours... They came for the last 60 items and it took them 9 hours... That is less than 7 items per hour... 1.3 items per mover per hour. I am pretty sure this is so slow it may be a Guinness Record Breaker. The owner of the company bragged about how they completed the work under the time allotted by 30 minutes. When I asked to audit the inventory moving estimate, my emails were ultimately ignored. Slow movers, high dollar, broken 75 inch flat screen, two Refrigerators with doors removed and parts missing, plastic wrap left on everything.... and now crickets. Read the Facebook reviews and see how Yelp is not matching any other sites' star count. Look at the picture below. That's how "hard" these movers worked in the middle of the move and all the time. I submitted to my credit company a request to refund half of my fees. The owner of the company blamed on us, the weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Classic bait and switch tactics. They first quoted me three hours at $581.00 and then after collecting the deposit and knowing that I was under time constraints, they remembered that they forgot to quote me the price for the mattress covers. The cost went to $654.00, I ended up buying the covers my self, so the cost would have come back to $581.00 including disassembling and assembling all the furniture they picked up. I ended up paying $900.00, while disassembling and assembling all the furniture myself. When I called the supervisor to let him know I was not happy especially after they damaged some bedroom furniture, his response was "it's not perfect science". Another moving company contributing to the horrible reputation movers have.

Office staff was great, price was good, and showed up right on time. However 2/3 of the staff had an attitude. I addition all furniture was thrown around, screws lost, and some items not packed. I asked about taking a break and had offered to buy them Subway for lunch. They declined both, but found the truck pulled over in route. They had just takes a break without notice leaving me sitting at the new house waiting. We then changed our order to pizza because it was cold out. They ate some of it but also #! :)$@ed about always having pizza. Bottom line is they did the showed up on time and moved 99% of what I asked. That's why they got a 2 and not a 1. My wife and I used Best Deal Movers to move from our old house to our new home yesterday. My wife initially contacted them to get a quote, and they went over each room to get an accurate estimate. They came up with an hour estimate and the need for only two guys. On moving day we were told they would be there at 9:30, and they were right on time. Vinny and Anthony asked me to show them what was going to be loaded and away they went. They had everything loaded and on the truck at 12 and we were in route to the new house. They didn't even take a break. I was floored. They got it all in one go. They also unloaded the truck quickly and had finished up at 1:15. We ended up paying half of what we were quoted. Better than the best experience I have ever had with movers, this was a better experience than I ever expected to have with movers. All 4 of the guys (Vinnie, EJ, Ashton, and Anthony) shook my hand and introduced themselves. They worked constantly the entire time, although they did not rush me; they assisted each other well (which I appreciate) and did the job as quickly as was quoted to me - and I thought it would have gone longer. We used Best Movers today and had a terrific experience. We were moving from Roswell to Cumming, and while their quote was not the cheapest, Brandon was the only one of the movers we called who came to our house to do a walk-through before providing a quote. He also told us all movers are employees, not contractors. He quoted 6 hours, the movers showed up within the window promised. Clyde was the lead who was very professional and did a walk through prior to starting move. Chris, another one of the movers, and Clyde were amazing and did a tremendous job moving all our things from a 3 story townhome to our new 2-story home. The third crew member, Jay, was new and not as experienced so much slower than Chris and Clyde (but he had a great attitude, everyone needs a start!). While the move took 45 minutes more than quoted, Best Movers agreed to only charge for the 6 hours due to Jay being slower than Chris and Clyde. All moved with only minor typical issues. Very pleased.

They understood it was was their job to get us out and into the new home , 40 miles away, on the same day. Best Deal was hired to move us from our home, into temporary storage (30 days) and into our new home. Our experience with the move out from our home was very good. The team was on-time, they were careful and considerate of our home and furniture and paid attention to detail. They were also courteous and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the move-into our new house was not to the level of our initial experience. The move-in team was on-time and also courteous, but we had several issues that led me to reduce my original rating (5-stars) to 3-stars. The issues were as follows: 1. Some furniture that had been been disassembled by the team during move-out were not re-assembled at move-in. 2. We suffered some damage (minor) to several pieces of furniture, most notable being our "new" dresser. Damage was not observed until after movers had left. Also lost some pieces to our entertainment console. 3. Company lost our 12' Step ladder in their storage facility and never located. Paid for insurance but deductible was higher than cost of the lost items. 4. Paperwork, at move-out, was not organized and couldn't locate some of our inventory list. Was eventually found. 5. We were incorrectly billed for some extra storage fees. After I reported, they were promptly removed. Overall the company was responsive and professional. It's unfortunate that the move-in team didn't appear to have the same attention to detail as the original move-out team. And we can't figure out how they lost a 12' ladder. Fortunately, they did not lose anything of real value and damage we experienced was minor.
