I had a wonderful team of experienced movers who took the time to go the extra mile in getting everything I had acquired over 22 years moved professionally. It was no small job and they worked long hours to pack and move my things carefully. It took numerous trips and I had to place some items in storage with Bagby. I can't thank them enough. It was a difficult unwanted move for me and my boys. Bagby's guys knew how hard it was for me still they were patient and took care of it. I'm grateful for such wonderful men on the job and the people who work in the office. They've all worked with me from moving to storage to billing. They priced my move fairly knowing I had a budget to stick to. However I feel like I came out far ahead because of the care and pride they took in their job. I used them about a year ago. Had no problem. So I called them again to move me. This time when they moved me it was a bad experience. They put our headboard for the king size bed in the truck and did not strap it in. The kitchen table was placed in front of the headboard. When the truck was moved in order to put the appliances in, the headboard crashed down on the table breaking the leg and support of the leg. I was aware the headboard was not strapped in because the men told me that was what happened. The men profusely apologized several times and told me the company would "take care of everthing" for us. I did purchase insurance for my belongings, but per their advice I purchased the cheapest package because "it would save you money." I also had a previous good experience with this company and had recommended them to other people over the past year. Now in order to replace the table it will cost me $700 because it paid only 60 cents a pound. Really didn't save anything. So please buy the better insurance package when using a moving company no matter what is recommended.

I have moved 3 times to various states and this is the WORST moving company I have EVER used. They scratched up my kitchen table & bedroom night stand, they lost the wheel to my office chair, tore a whole in my living room sofa and got dirt all over my daughter’s upholstered headboard and footboard. I inspected all of my furniture at the end of the move and saw all of the damage and called the owner immediately on his cellphone and sent him pictures of the damage before signing off on the paperwork. He assured me that it would be taken care of. I expected to be fully compensated for my furniture. His idea of taking care of it was filing an insurance claim which only paid pennies on the dollar. Unacceptable, especially since I called the same day they moved it and there was no dispute by the laborers that my furniture was damaged. They claim to be professional movers but they are not considering the amount of damage they caused to my property. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

I had a small move during construction, and because I couldn't quantify the scope of the project until we got started, I was at their mercy with an hourly rate for a three-man crew. I was impressed at how quickly they loaded up the items I needed moved and helped relocate others on site for temporary storage during construction. I was nervous about inefficiency while they were on my dime, but they rocked it. Finished much faster than expected and cost me less than budgeted. Professional, courteous crew that showed up on time and worked hard until the job was finished. Great company!!!! Chris Goodwin
