Having moved a few times long distance, I would say they would stack up against any top company that I have seen around so far. Trinity Moving & Storage has moved my belongings too many times already. They were very efficient every time. The movers are extremely punctual, both during arrival and delivery. It’s always a treat seeing these men at work because they make it seem so easy. They boxed up my stuff very carefully and then loaded them onto the vans. My furniture was carried with caution so they don’t end up damaging the floors or walls. I have a lot of respect for the crew and I always request for the same movers. I think they are the most reliable moving company in USA.

Gone are the days when a typical moving company would be made of incapable, untrained and inexperienced touts. I recently hired Trinity Moving & Storage to handle my relocation and I was absolutely surprised seeing how efficient and professional these guys are! From their uniform to their experience, everything was top notch. They were so quick to finish loading everything from my 3500 sqft house. More surprisingly, not even a glass was delivered broken! I don’t know if every other modern moving company performs the same way but I don’t care! I have found the perfect moving company.

I couldn’t believe how many people were referring Trinity Moving & Storage to me before I moved. I have read many people complaining about how much packing materials these guys use. But in my opinion, they only do what is best for the valuables. They came with plenty of boxes and other packing materials. The regular things were packed inside the boxes with a layer of tape to secure the box. The breakables were layered inside the boxes with plenty of newspaper and bubble wraps to make sure nothing breaks. Even my furniture was wrapped in shrinking tape. They delivered all my belongings completely unharmed. By the way, most of the packing materials were free anyway. I don’t know why people were complaining about such a minute thing!

I have no words to describe their customer service, communication and etc. The movers were enough professional and well trained. They didn’t tell me to extra payment or any tip. I tried moving on my own and then I tried hiring a lower end moving company. On both occasions, some things broke, some furniture got damaged and some boxes went missing. I finally decided to stop being so stuck up and hire someone who knows what to do! That’s when I hired Trinity Moving & Storage. These guys came in and made relocating seem like a piece of cake. The movers were punctual, efficient and above all, experienced. Their experience is what really made this move so much easy. They were always prepared for any unforeseen issues and handled the situations very skillfully. This time, none of my things broke, damaged or got lost. I agree that they are, by no means, the cheapest but pretty close the cheapest bid for sure! I actually thought it was great value for money for the effort the movers put in.

Most moving companies are ridiculously overpriced. I didn’t want to spend a fortune on moving. After much research and numerous phone calls I hired Trinity Moving & Storage. Their estimate seemed the most rational to me. The movers arrived half an hour early on the moving day and got to work immediately. The heavy furniture was a big issue but they carried everything with such ease and efficiency. Their efficiency must have saved me tons of money. The delivery was made on time. They stuck to their original quote which is why I’m writing this review.

Thankfully, Trinity Moving & Storage made it a super easy process and took that weight off of us. They were very professional, well-priced, and attentive. More than that, they had a very competitive price that was well worth it. The men who showed up for the job were experienced and their foreman had a good handle on how to handle a move. Overall, I'd say that this company is definitely worth 5 stars and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better moving service around here.

I believe my moving experience couldn't have turned out better. I priced out several companies and Trinity Moving & Storage was the best! They handled my move very professionally. When I called initially, I spoke with a young lady who gave us the quote. Then, 15 minutes later a guy called back and confirmed our moving date. I wasn't sure how that happened but that was the only experience that was a little confusing and awkward for us. Everything else was a pleasant experience. This is the third time in three years I had to move and this was my best experience. From the pricing to the customer service, everything was outstanding.

I needed to move my belongings on short notice because of a situation in which the room I had originally intended on renting was deemed uninhabitable by the city. I had to scramble to find another room and ship my possessions there in time for the first day of my new job. The only issue was that the room I found was about 150 miles away. I was dreading this move simply because of the stress of relocation. A friend of mine suggested that I hire Trinity Moving & Storage to make things go smoothly. I never hired a moving company before and didn’t really know what to expect. But, their services were good enough for me to write this review. When I called them, They gave me a very reasonable quote. They sent over a crew on the moving day. The movers were all very young and strong. 2 of them were college kids and I was worried how professional they would be. But all four men were very skilled and experienced. They packed all my belongings with great care and precision. Efficiency was really their forte. I was glad to see how fast they were, which essentially saved me some money.

I hired Trinity Moving & Storage for a big move and they had to bring the packing materials, wrap everything and move. It was a big task but they did respond in style. The moving team arrived on time with the things and they brilliantly wrapped and moved all my belongings and managed to finish the move before the scheduled time and without any damage. Moving an office of 28 employees to another state needs a lot and the team of Trinity Moving & Storage provided what was needed. Trinity Moving and Storage did a good job moving our things from Colorado to Illinois. The problem was that they also delivered a box that was NOT ours and, despite calls and emails over three weeks, did nothing (as far as I can tell) to find the owner. We provided the move number, and the box contents, but never heard a word from them. So now we have a bible, a baptismal candle, a children’s book and a soup pot that aren’t ours. Disappointing.

The supervisor at the apartment complex we chose for my sister-in-law suggested us to hire Trinity Moving & Storage to help with her move. I live quite far away but setting up an appointment with them through the phone turned out to be very easy. I flew in for the day and every detail of the move as arranged with the company was exact. The movers knew what they were doing. It took them a very short time to pick up my sister’s things from the storage unit and transport them to her new apartment. I only hope there is a company here in hometown that would take the interest to accomplish everything we discussed this well. These guys provide nationwide services so we might not even need a moving company now that we know of them.

I have a lot of respect for Trinity Moving & Storage as a moving company because they are very different from the other ones. While other companies only focus on making profits, these guys actually show genuine interest in their job. They really showed a lot of care while moving my stuff last time.
