Very professional and they didn't waste any time. Moving can be quite expensive however here's your exception to the rule. They are fast and affordable. My family and I have used S&S Moving for a couple years now. Started with moving my father to FL from AZ when my mother passed. Then my mother in law when HER husband passed. And they helped move my daughter to Ohio for college this spring (GO BUCKEYES!). The people on the phones were SO helpful (especially Nicole, Thank you, girl!). There wasn't a question she didn't have the answer to! And the movers they sent out were almost always retired military (so is my husband). So we were completely confident that the men in our home were men of integrity. And they were! I definitely would recommend S&S Moving to anyone looking to move cross country! They've made the process of moving SO much easier, and inexpensive, too!!! They're AWESOME!

Our move date is tomorrow and up to now working with this company has made moving ten times more stressful than it already is. They gave incorrect info to their contractors- I'm talking wrong phone number, email, moving dates, pickup and dropoff locations. And they refuse to take responsibility for any of it. We only found out today about these errors, a day before the move, because they had our contact info wrong! Even though they had all of that info correct on our quote, so you know they have it somewhere. Asked them to provide documentation of their communications with the contractors and they acted like they had no idea what that meant. Maybe they just have a few inept customer service reps- Whitney and Dominique- and we just got unlucky. Otherwise, I have no clue how their reviews are so positive. Steer clear, moving is hard enough without having to deal with this company. UPDATE: they did pick up our stuff and delivered it across the country in four days. This means that the drivers (who also unload) were very overworked- this is their third move in three days with 1600 miles of driving, and two more moves scheduled for today. They haven't slept. They have heat stroke and dehydration. How can this company be so unethical to make these movers work in such unsafe conditions? The actual laborers are honest, hard-working people. But the company managing them is unethical.

Everyone throughout the process was professional and easy to work with. We were beyond impressed with movers. They worked fast and efficiently while taking great care of our items and making sure they were in the right place when moving.
