Finally I got the chance to move to Texas which I wanted for a while to live with my parents. I was looking for a moving company until my colleague told me about Quest Moving. Gave them a call and got a pretty good quote. They offered what they promote - quality service! It’s nice to see all my furniture arrived in good shape. The sofa sets were getting kind of old but they’re all in the same condition. Thanks for everything Quest Moving. I strongly recommend them.

Hire for move from RI to SC Additional charges were unexpected, late delivery costing me to stay in hotel extra days, had to eat out, when delivery came it was in a 18 Wheeler unable to get into plat, had to pay to rent of a truck, when furniture came multiple damages, many broken dishes. Furniture had large chips , scrapes,large dent in New flat screen TV. I have estimated they had moved my belongings at least 4 times. Put in a claim took 3 months then received email ins no longer covers Quest. Have call several times no response. BAD experience all a scam don't do it!!!!

Poor communication, with an estimated delivery window of 2-14 days they picked up in Los Angeles on July 30th and delivered to Seattle on September 16th, thats 48 days or if you are feeling charitable 35 business days. Only after filing a complaint with both the BBB and FMCSA did any movement happen, our stuff left LA on the 12th of September and was in Seattle on the 16th, I'm just glad we didn't get charged a storage fee!

I needed movers at the last minute, so called Quest Moving the day before I had to move, and these guys really came through. They even helped with packing due to my lack of preparation and it was such a relief. I've had bad experiences with movers in the past but these movers were prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. They definitely know what they are doing, really care for your belongings and are extremely courteous. I am so thankful they made my move so easy.

I was a big skeptic...Nothing worse than moving The anxiety always gets to me, because a lot of my art & furniture is extremely expensive.... I was moving from Florida to NYC and these guys were legit the BEST. Easy on the phone, no adjustments with the quotes, and they even let me have a couple of extra boxes without incurring additional charges. . They also communicated dates well, and followed up after the service was completed. Highly recommended

Our move went really great and easy. They were friendly, helpful and super-efficient. They didn't waste any time and got to work right away. Each of my belongings was carefully packed into boxes and the furniture was wrapped in shrink tapes. Literally the company does a perfect job, where you just have to pay and relax for everything.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Run away from this company if you are considering hiring them. We hired a new colleague in our department (a university). She moved from CA to central NY to begin her new position. This moving company has been a nightmare for her. They indeed moved her stuff from CA (and she paid them half the cost up front) but it is all now in NJ and has been for weeks. They are holding all her possessions hostage in northern NJ. She was supposed to have delivery within the month of September and has been six weeks without her possessions. They are refusing to deliver to NY (despite fact that they knew her new address at pick up and when she signed the contract and paid them) and now want her to pay for a shuttle to bring her items to NY. They also want her to pay for the time it has been in storage. They do not return her calls. I am involved because our college is paying her moving expenses (within a preset budget).

I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. Highly ridiculous people. If you don’t want to waste your money and property then do not go with them. They quote me close to $4000 over the phone and ended up charging me $10000 for moving my stuff. Which they didn’t even move. They left all my stuff in my apartment garage because the guy who came was too tired to move it to our house and set it up. Then he messaged and said that he will move the stuff to our house the next day and he didn’t turn up and when questioned he started using abusive language and said that he will not come to move our stuff to our house and that his job here is done. Whenever you try to call the company it goes to voicemail no matter what time of the day you call. They don’t respond to emails once they get your deposit money. Please don’t fall for the lower price as you will end up paying more for sure.

I suffer from severe anxiety and I can not remember a move that didn't send me through the roof. My husband was being transferred with little notice and his relocation department was pretty much incompetent. I was able to get a quote, and a truck the next day. I would have done the packing myself but with the little notice we got I had Quest do the packing for me. They treated my things with care and I they made me feel at ease which is very hard to do! I am impressed with how they packed up my breakables and the things I hold dear. Start to finish Quest eased a very stressful situation. The truck got to our new house in 3 days. I will use them again if I ever have to move again.

Once services were scheduled, I received courtesy follow-ups by emails and phone calls just to make sure I didn't have any additional questions or concerns. Do not! I repeat DO NOT work with this company. I have tried to get my stuff from them for two months now. I have made servers attempts to contact them and they have not made the attempt to contact me back. Many people conviently are no longer with the company if you are to get a hold of them. I have been harassed the night before my stuff was to be delivered by the truck driver kris. He unprofessionally called and texted my phone from 4am to 6am asking me to come to his room when I answered so on. I explained he was calling the wrong person and he continued to call my phone keeping me and my kids up. Next day my stuff did not come. Finally after days someone named Rey who is no longer with the company now contacts me says my stuff was back in LA and the truck was in the shop. He told me that Whitney was working on my case and now weeks have passed and still can not contact anyone. No one returns the calls. I still have not got my stuff and we are living in our new Oregon home without our possessions. It never ends and I would never want anyone else to go through this and be harassed by a employee on top of it.

I recommended this company to two friends that were moving. After the drama my first friend had the second cancelled. TOM her marketing rep. was beyond nice and helpful but - FOLLOW-THROUGH IS AWFUL!! No calls to confirm anything and when she tried to leave messages the calls were never returned. She is living with me until her 'late delivery' actually comes through. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN....I WOULD SUGGEST THAT OTHERS FOLLOW MY LEAD!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ALL OF THE REVIEWS LISTED HERE HAVE BEEN BOUGHT! (My local Apple store has fewer reviews than this company) It has been over a calendar month (+21 business days) since I have had my items picked up, I have notified the company that I am ready for immediate delivery, and I am yet to receive an update on the status of my delivery, let alone actually receiving my delivery. The number posted on their website is not the actual company and it is just simply an answering service company that has no significant connection with the moving company. Every time I call I get the call center and all they can do is leave a message for "Quest Moving". I have called almost everyday for the past two weeks and I have not once received a call back with an update. I have emailed multiple times and all you get is a Non-answer when it comes to requesting any kind of information regarding your delivery. I have no idea where my possessions are! The company is officially outside the promised delivery window and I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHERE MY POSSESSIONS ARE OR WHEN I WILL RECIEVE THEM! I am in the process of starting legal actions against these criminals! This is not my first move, and I completely understand how difficult and hectic a move like this can be. This is not a case of high expectations not being met! With movers like this I assume they will be difficult to deal with and at least a fifth of my stuff will be broken, and I accept that! With that being said, they have fallen below my already low expectations and as far as I am concerned, they have stolen my stuff. DO NOT USE! *Update* 1 day later. If you note the response the moving company provided me, assuring me that my items are in the truck and on route; This is simply not true. I contacted the company the next day to confirm this and of course there is no record in their system that my items have been picked up. This company has no problem lying about things to avoid problem. When it comes to the two calls listed in his response to my review, this is approximately how those calls went; ME: Can I please receive an update on my delivery status? Quest: Can we have your name and number? ME: *Provides Name and Number* Quest: We do not see anything on record regarding an update on your move. ME: Can I at least have a ball park date for when I can expect my items? Quest: No, we cannot provide you with that info. Let me place a request with shipping to get you that info, please call back in a few hours. Me: OK ME: *Calls back in a few hours and has this entire conversation all over again* I have gone through this process multiple times over a number of weeks. As far as I am concerned, this company has stolen my possessions, I am currently taking action against this company until I receive an legitimate update on my delivery status. DO NOT USE QUEST MOVING! You are literally paying them to rob you.

Kris from Quest Moving was my initial contact when I hired them for my move. He answered the phone and remained very helpful till the end. They movers were also very helpful. They showed up right on time and wasted no time while packing everything. Everything went very smoothly, even the delivery. I really have nothing to complain about. I don’t know how the other companies would have performed, but I’m happy with the way they handled my move. I highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY!!! Actually my second review just to make sure people know about this company. I will go on every web page I can to let people know. This company stole my deposit and literally did not do a thing!! I tried to call them which is another JOKE and get my deposit back and they refused. They said my belongings wouldn't fit in the truck they had so they had to double their quote. I rented the exact same size truck and packed it. It all fit fine!! This company is a scam!! STAY AWAY!!

We used Quest Moving to move my family from FL to CA. We had a nightmare with a prior mover we had booked and canceled that company upon their arrival. This moving service was able to pick up the furniture within a few hours.The furniture was delivered on time. The delivery drivers were very polite and careful with the items. Everything was in great condition. So pleased that our new furniture was in perfect shape. I would definitely use them again.

We scheduled a move and got efficient moving service. We moved from FL to GA. The three movers worked hard and didn't even take a lunch break. We are so thankful that we didn't have to worry about our stuff being harmed. Everything came in perfect shape and movers never slacked. From the get-go, I was nervous about hiring a moving company. I researched each company and read reviews and decided to go with Quest Moving, although they were not the cheapest option. I am SO thankful we chose them! From Tony to the loaders and transporters...this move could not have gone any better! I will always remember you get what you pay for and just because someone provides a lower bid doesn't mean they will provide the best service. Quest provides TOP NOTCH service and customer support! If I ever have to work with a moving company again, Quest will be my choice!

After 21 business days I only got a portion of my belongings now its past 30 business days and you could guess no word from them. DO NOT USE this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved from SoCal to Texas over TWO MONTHS ago, and still have not received my things, after I was guaranteed 3-21 business days. They literally give ZERO F*cks that I have been sleeping on the floor and only having a suitcase of clothes, as we’ve called about 30 times now asking for an update on where my things are. No one wants to answer our questions, and don’t even get me started about their customer service. Whitney, and Chris who is the Transportation Director won’t even answer my calls or texts, he even hangs up on you when you call. They refuse to give me anyone else’s number, and lie about getting someone to call us back. I got an attorney involved to help me get my things back, which is really sad that it’s even had to come to this. PLEASE save yourself this nightmare and use someone else. I know I’m not the only one who is dealing with this problem with them, but i’ll Definitely stand up for everyone who is dealing with this and take legal action. These company needs to be shut down.

I absolutely advise against using this company. I moved while pregnant with my first child. Little baby Davey was due approximately a month from the day I moved and I was assured all my belongings would be delivered in 21 business days at the very latest. It's now been 33 business days, baby Davey is 2 weeks old and I'm living in an empty apartment. I called their customer care line but they treated me so horribly it made baby Davey cry. Hopefully they "load the truck" soon and transportation reads the multiple notes they've apparently been left. Avoid this company like the swine flu

Many boxes have oil spills on boxes. Boxes are crushed and some smashed open. Delivery guys were not professional. Many items are broken that we have to submit for via their process. For the price (over 10 grand) and for their advertisement of excellent service, did not even meet expectation to exceed it. Poor communication. Still have to see the condition of the second load. Update: the remaining items not delivered are big items and now the company is saying they lost all of the items. I am now seeking a lawyer. This company is not a good company and i think i was fooled by fake reviews.

I spoke with Anthony who was amazing and reassuring.. I told him I was very uncomfortable estimating my own volume since I had a lot of stuff that wasn't furniture. When the movers showed up, they were hours late and were surprised that there was packing to be done. Anthony had told me they would pack stuff and the truck the same day. I had asked for the Packers to come the previous day but they didn't show up. Anyway, Roman and his guys basically started packing things and after a course hours, where practically pitching things into boxes. I had paid for a TV box for the 55 inch TV...nope. not packed in one. One chest fell off the ramp and broke while shoving stuff in the truck and many items were actually left behind. I had an antique Asian chest and antique walnut table I had paid extra to pack, and both items actually had wood broken. But the worst part, it was pouring down rain when they showed up at the new house at around dinner time. Even though things were marked as to which floor (1-3 or basement) items were to be taken to, most ended up in the dining room. Or in the leaky detached garage at the back of the property where they xsuffered water damage. My husband and I are senior citizens, and we had to personally had to transfer furniture, boxes, and large trunks over the next few weeks. I was, according to the customer service rep at quest, supposed to resize they were tired and ready to quit. That! After being charged an additional $6200. I have not filed claims

Everything went awesome. I've never had better service before. The foreman and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time, a little early actually and they were quick to begin working. They were able to disassemble, pack and move all of our things quickly and efficiently. They were professional, friendly and made us feel comfortable with them handling our things. Quest moving is a DISHONEST and UNETHICAL company. If you can’t spare the extra hundred dollars or so for the next company then go ahead and get a trailer and do it yourself.... it will be less hassle. Quest will be days late, lie bout almost everything as to when and why, try to hike up the price, and most irritating be completely unavailable to you after you give them your deposit. They even comically have a bit about how customer service -Are they picking up with your trucks? Yes (lie it was a rental at both pickup and dropoff, a hallmark of a low end moving company, but do I care that much anyway? no just want honesty and they couldn’t provide it. -We guarantee Saturday or Sunday. Lie picked up Monday afternoon. -Employee Whitney “look I’ve spoken with the foreman and he’ll be there this afternoon” lie -Foreman, I’ve never spoken to anybody from the Quest company except for our dispatcher (not Whitney)... also I won’t be there til tomorrow. Just a few examples outside of the very common “yeah I’ll call you back soon” or the “no they won’t try to jack the price up” -Over $400 in damages done upon delivery, including two lamps that were completely and carelessly smashed... like smithereens style. Do your self a favor and avoid this company like the plague.

I recently did a long distance move and we hired Quest Moving for the job. Since it was such a big move, we knew we needed help. I was hesitant about using a moving company because I was afraid to entrust all of my possessions to a couple of complete strangers, but I am I glad did hire this amazing moving service. Not only were they punctual, but not one item arrived scratched or broken. I am pleased to have relocated using this moving company.

Not even a one star. They picked up my daughter's things 8/2/18 to move from Vancouver Washington to Texas, still have not received her household goods. They will not return calls regarding where and when it will be delivered. Reported them to the BBB and filed a police report and reported them to the DOT. Now hired an attorney. Most unscrupulous company ever!!!!! Gary White has no conscious or we would have our stuff!!!! The belongings are the only thing I have left of my marriage to my husband who passed away in June. All my photos and furniture we purchased during our marriage. All my memories. You are a despicable person!!!!

I've some worst experiences using movers in the past, so this time I was very cautious when choosing a moving company. I cannot move myself so I had to go with someone. I submitted a request for quote online and got a response from Quest Moving within 20 minutes. Gentleman on the phone with a nice accent explained me all the options. It was nice talking to someone with an actual experience with this company. I booked them immediately and worked with a 4 men crew including an excellent foreman. My move was great, organized and quick. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again if ever needed.

Many moving companies share the same characteristics of damaging things and wasting a client’s time but not Quest Moving. These Guys were exceptional and excellent. We hired these movers last week for our office relocation from Pompano Beach to San Diego. They helped us to successfully complete our move without any issues. Beside the guys were well mannered, courteous and efficient in their working. Their work output was perfect and at the end not a single property was damaged. They are in no doubt the best movers we have around. My previous poor experiences with past movers left me skeptical. It made me think that every mover is just that way; ill-mannered, careless and unprofessional, but I was wrong. The movers from Quest Moving proved me wrong with their excellent service. They made my move outstanding, perfect and henceforth I will always move with them. This has reignited the trust and confidence I had with moving guys. Thanks for your great service. THE WORST!! I was quoted $5200 they showed up to move us and said it will be $9200!! I said fill what you can for $5200 and I would handle the rest. They refused saying excuse after excuse like your 3 person couch is actually a 3 person "oversized" couch or your washer and dryer we thought was a stackable washer and dryer which I never said. They refused and left with nothing. Quest Moving is refusing to give my $1700 deposit back. This company is a scam!! Stay away from this company!!!!!!! THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I got the best move of my life. Quest Moving gave me such a perfect move. All was done very quickly and carefully. All my things were delivered on time and not a single thing was damaged. Their movers’ packing skills were amazing and they were very prompt. They followed my every instruction and never complained or asked for a break. None of my valuables suffered any damages. I have to commend them for being so efficient and hardworking. I have to mention how affordable they really were. I was given a reasonable quote to begin with. The final bill was even lower. This company is just amazingly cost, time and energy efficient.

Learn more about our filter. - This was found on the Movers Review Site I'm only putting one star because it made me give a star rating to post, otherwise it would be ZERO. I started looking for a moving company in July for a move in August. While looking the rep from Quest continued to reach out by calling and emails and text. I decided to go with Quest as the price was reasonable. I did not like the fact that it would take up to 21 days however it was going to be worth it and the reason why we scheduled the move a week before we were set to leave. We had our original date and a backup date for the next day. On the original date there was no call and no show. Not a big deal as we knew this could happen. The next morning I requested information and that afternoon was told that it was not going to happen as there were "truck issues". I was asked if the next day would be okay at a discounted rate. On that Wednesday I contacted them to find out if I would be getting picked up because if I wasn't I needed to make other arrangements. Mind you I had already paid a deposit of $1371.00. I was told that it was not going to happen and that I would get a refund. I should see the refund in 3-5 business days. At the 6th day I was told I needed to go through pay pal for my refund. I did this I was even sent a receipt from pay pal stating that Quest had sent the refund. It was never deposited into my account. I contacted pay pal and was told that while they did issue a refund the refund was then reversed by Quest. 2 months later I am still out the $1371 and I had to pay over $2000 for a U haul and the gas it took for that to move over 2000 miles. While they provide upfront good customer service they are not ethical afterwards. I have not been able to get a response from them at all. Big Companies don't care about the money that average people are out.

There are so many things that can go wrong during a move. But if you hire Quest Moving for the job, chances are it would go perfectly. They handled my move last week. They gave me such a good quote that I hired them right away. The movers arrived early on the moving day with all the proper tools. They finished the packing process very creatively and quickly. Then they loaded all my stuffs to the truck. The delivery was made four days later. I checked the inventory list and everything survived the trip. They really couldn’t do anything wrong.

This is the worst moving company! Stay away! We moved from California to Ohio on September 3rd & still haven’t gotten our things. They give you little to no updates. One guy came to move our stuff and my husband felt bad so he helped move everything. They misquoted us several thousand dollars. We are now getting nervous that we will never see our things.

Horrible company who doesn't answer the phone and doesn't return calls. I was promised a 3 day delivery window when I signed up and was rudely told that was not going to happen so I will be sitting in a new place with no furniture for days.... They quoted me $1900 and are charging me $3700, and I gave a detailed list of all my items for the quote... I finally got a rude employee on the phone and he refused to allow me to speak to a manager. Horrible experience, do not use them.

Horrible moving company. Doubled the cost of what our initial estimate was and told us AFTER they loaded the truck which is against company policy. Did not call us the night before the move to give us a time took us calling them multiple times to figure things out. Told us it would take 2-14 business days to get us our stuff from San Diego to Oregon and it took 26 business days. During those 26 days it was impossible to get ahold of the company and people did not follow through on returning our calls. They called to let us know our stuff was coming the next day and it never showed and no one called us to let us know this. It took 2 more days of “miscommunication and lost paper work” to get us our stuff. On our contract we had them set to deliver to two locations and they confirmed this the night before we finally got our stuff. The day of delivery they denied this and tried to charge us extra. People say they will contact you with management and never do. DO NOT use this company. Horrible experience and customer service.

A few months ago I hired quest moving to move from Illinois to Florida and they took 3 EXTRA months to move my stuff. On top of that it seemed like some of the boxes had been opened (i could tell because the tape had been removed and a new tape had been reapplied) and some of my expensive electronics had mysteriously gone missing. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! they are unreliable, untrustworthy, and all around unprofessional.

They are worse company. They quoted me $2500 and picked up 60% of items and left 40% items. I called them 20 times and They did not picked up the call (@Aaron - who scheduled move). Also, They charged me $700 more and still I am not able to reach them.

Never get Quest for moving, they are the worst moving service possible, they lie all the time and have have no customer service number. We gave then an exact count of every item in the house for an estimate, and we were within that limit when they picked up everything. And yet the actual amount of money they asked for was waaay higher than the estimate provided. The delivery service from CA to TX was quoted as 2-14 days. It’s been 4 weeks and I have no idea if they dumped my stuff in a lake or if it’s on its way. They hire a 3rd party service for customer care that does nothing but forward messages to Quest and it’s at Quest’s mercy to call you back. We’ve left MANY messages over the past few weeks and haven’t been called back once. They can’t track your stuff, they can’t put you in touch with a Quest agent who can track your stuff, they can’t guarantee Quest getting in touch with you. Calling this service is a waste of your time. I even talked to the manager, Michelle who was nothing more than a waste of my time. She could do nothing more than a regular agent. It’s been way past due date and I have had to buy everything again, at this point I could have thrown everything away and bought everything again and there would have been no difference. In fact, that would be better than hiring Quest as a moving service.

We just had our shipment show up at the house. We were forced to pay before they unloaded the truck. More then half of our stuff is missing, and what they brought is so damaged it is unsuable. There is also a lot of things that are not ours. Now no body will return our calls. Do NOT use this company

I was very satisfied with everybody that I dealt with in Quest Moving. They was nice and cooperative. The consultant was knowledgeable and got all the details of the move correct. The moving crew and packers were good and friendly. They did everything the way I wanted it. I will use them again and tell anybody that my experience was great.

I used quest to help move my mother out of a muffin of a house to a nice studio near me downtown. It was a move within state but somehow it took quest 4 months to complete. When I called quest to please please give me any update on her stuff, they refused to give me a straight answer and they practically verbally assaulted my poor 92 year old mother on the phone when she called them. She passed away a few weeks ago and I cant shake the feeling that this abusive customer service, coupled with the stress of not knowing where the urn containing of her late husband was, is what pushed her over the edge to choose to end life support. This kind of treatment towards customers, especially elderly customers, is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I will be spreading this review on every social media platform and review board that I can.

For the second time now we have utilized Quest Moving to take us to a new home. This team of movers was as efficient as the first. Firstly, they did all the things we expected them to do. The moving team was punctual coming to do the packing and the loading as well as on delivery, they did not damage our things. The gave us more than that – they were friendly and responded to all our concerns without getting irritated. It was an awesome experience and I would definitely refer this amazing moving company to others.

We moved on July 1st and provided quest with a new address on July 20th. That's when we found our new apartment. Every time we asked for an update, we were told that we would receive our stuff between 3 - 21 business days from that date, July 20th. 21 business days was more than two weeks ago. They are already at 33 business days. 33 business days. 48 actual days! Quest REFUSES to provide a new delivery date or update window. They will not tell us when we will be receiving our belongings or where our belongings are located with an exact address. This is a violation of the federal DOT rules. It is ILLEGAL to hold someones belongings hostage. We have been calling and texting on a daily basis without any information being provided other than "We are working on getting your items loaded, We will put in a note to transportation". Absolutely nothing else. Asking for more information just leads to WHITNEY, JIM or SETENA being EXTREMELY unprofessional and hostile towards us. At this point we are terrified that Quest has scammed us completely and stolen our belongings. Their absolute refusal to communicate what is happening suggests that they are not merely backed up, but intentionally keeping us in the dark. We simply want our belongings and nothing more. This should not be difficult, unless the are not a real moving company.

I had a Horrible experience. Here is my experience. I got enticed by a great low price and deep discount they offered, I provided them with details of everything I was moving and they recommended the boxes based on that. Later Shakarra called to go over and I added afew things based on which she recommended that I go with even more storage than my original quote, which I did. By this time my original quote is already over $7000. However on the day the crew arrived (with enterprise branded moving trucks)their lead guy walks through and to my complete dismay declares that my stuff is going to cost me $16000!!!. One of the trucks already had some stuff from another job. Smelling a scam, I actually told him to leave, but later some guy from florida calls me and offers me a lower per cubic foot rate. Given my deadlines on moving and the fact that I would have lost my deposit I reluctantly agree to have them come back and begin moving. There were many issues with their work, which I am not going to mention. On the plus side they did come in earlier than anticipated. However the drama was not over. So they come and park their truck on the street and BEFORE even moving a SINGLE item out they demand the balance of the payment in cash. I ask them to show me where it says that I have to pay BEFORE they unload my stuff. He is unable to show that. It does clearly state that the balance has to be paid "ON DELIVERY" . Looks like their definition of "ON DELIVERY" means on the street outside your house not inside. Anyway, I refused to pony up the cash before they finished unloading my furniture. I told him look I have your cash but I will give it AFTER delivery into my house. At which point they got angry and just drove off!!! Again I felt completely helpless powerless and at their mercy with no leverage. Given that my son's school was starting the next week It was imperative that we got our stuff back ASAP. So I swallowed my pride and really just had to beg them to come back and unload my stuff even agreed to handing over the money as per their definition of "ON DELIVERY" which means when the trucks arrive on the street in front of your house. Finally they agreed to come back the next day as if they were doing me ahuge favor warning me to have tge cash upfront! Again I had to really urge them to unpack and assemble the big furniture that I had paid them to do. They barely did that leaving one of the 3 beds completely unassembled. The master bed which they had "Assembled" almost broke because they had forgotten to put the load bearing supporting stands under the slats. I had to do it myself after they had gone. They had cracked and dented my dryer door pretty badly. They were in a hurry to leave. All in all the only positive thing I can say is I appear to have got my stuff back and relatively quickly. But all the other aspects of this move was a harrowing experience. I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone and will give these guys a pass. Next time I will stick with the more reputable vendors.

Quest picked up all of our belongings on 8-28-18 and still haven't been able to get them delivered. No one ever answers the phone always goes to an answering service. Having to spend a fortune on new things just to get by.

We had a problem with our original moving plans and we were looking for some alternative solution. We were lucky to find them. They worked efficiently and carefully, and had everything moved out in a short amount of time. They took great care with moving the items in and were quick to ask me the precise location I wanted items to be placed. It was a great overall experience!

This has been the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have moved around the world. Quest lied and outsourced my move to another company in NJ that the BBB can not confirm exists. They do not return phone calls. I only got a call back after I contacted the attorney general and the BBB. When I have spoken to managers they say that they’ll call back with information but then never do. I still don’t have my stuff after a month and a half of them picking up my things. I still do not know when I will get my belongings.

I hired Quest Moving for my recent relocation. Excellent service, excellent speed and polite movers None of my furniture had any scratches and the movers were friendly and professional. Although our stuff was heavy and was not easy to move but they worked efficiently to deliver all the furniture to my new location. They were definitely worth the cost. Moving won't be a drag ever again. I would definitely use again in the future.

The team worked quickly, but were safe and careful with the furniture. There was not a single scratch on anything. We are super happy with this moving company and would totally use them again.

I can't believe it. It's been weeks after the posted date of when in supposed to get my stuff in a coast to coast trip and I still have not received it. Whenever I call questioning about where my stuff is I get condescending replies from the staff. It's been 33+ business days and I'm starting to feel like quest moving had stolen all my things

I just believed the good reviews some people have written for Quest Moving and booked their service for my coast to coast move. Even after having less expensive quotations from other movers, I booked their service, paid them money whenever however they asked for. Before the deal, their sales guy mentioned that Quest Moving has their own fleet of trucks and they will be having full visibility of the customers' stuff. I feel that was half truth, latter he mentioned that because of the busy season, they use U-Haul and Penske rental trucks where they don't have complete visibility. Somehow the driver who came to pickup my stuff, made mistake in calculation and took lesser amount from me. I just paid whatever he asked for! He also mentioned that the delivery should be done within 8-10 days so made me write the 1st available delivery date after 8 days from the pickup. After this date is gone and 3-4 more days passed, my trouble started. I have to continuously follow with their customer service (which is available if you are very lucky). They always mention that they don't know where your stuff is, and will tell you that they will write a note to the transportation department to update you with the status. I don't think anyone in the world is so lucky to get any call from their transportation department. At least, I am not! After a few days I got call from their accounts department, and the person mentioned about the calculation mistake made by the pickup truck driver. And request me to pay the remaining amount ASAP saying that my shipment is stuck because of this incomplete payment. Considering the human mistake by driver, I immediately paid the remaining amount thinking that they will now ship my house stuff. After that no update from them. I keep on calling customer service, some times expressed my frustration about their service but they always mention the agreement clause of 3 to 21 business days. It's now almost a month and I am staying in an empty house with family having 2 small kids. I had to spend lot of money to buy the necessary stuff which I already had. It's even more frustrating, making kids understand and requesting them to adjust with whatever they have at the moment. Whole summer is over for the kids waiting for their loved toys and stuff. Not sure whether they will spare me for the mistake I made booking Quest Moving for my move. I still have no update from them, don't know when their 21 business days will over and I will get delivery of my household stuff and my family survivor will over finally! I will not recommend Quest Moving to anyone.

Buncha HERBS, my friend used them to move cross country from califont to new york and they still don't even have a bed. He moved on July 1st and it is now August 30th. They have no idea where their belongings are and now they're feeling homeless. Having a baby and moving are the two most stressful things in life and they have made it MUCH worse. Get Dave and Anna their belongings.

It took them two months to tell me they couldn't find a truck to do my move. They are never available to answer calls, don't respond to messages or emails. I was told I'd get a refund credited back to my account. This morning I received a call from my storage company saying they received a check made out to me for the deposit. The storage company doesn't forward mail. I called Quest and surprisingly spoke to a person. They promised someone from accounting would call me back. I'll be surprised if they do. They also overcharged me on the deposit amount. Don't use them. They aren't reputable.

This company is a total and complete scam! I went with them because of the time frame they promised me moving from California to Texas. Other movers were quoting 3-14 days with no guarantee, Quest told me it would likely be 3 days but 7 at the most. After being 3 days late to move us, 1 guy in a rental truck showed up...1 guy. After taking 5-6 hours to pack my 900sqft loft he was finally done. And guess what? The quote doubled, we are now looking at $5000. At that point I was just glad that after sitting in my loft with EVERYTHING boxed up, someone finally showed up. Remember that 7 day max promise? I had zero communication for over 20 days and was close to filing a police report as I thought I had been scammed. It gets better, they showed up with zero notice, although they promised 2-4 days notice as I live in a high-rise downtown and need to reserve the service elevator. They told me time and time again they would give notice. So this guy in a semi truck shows up, although I paid extra for them to deliver in a truck that could fit in the loading dock, and he said he has to deliver the load today no exceptions. I frantically call my building to see if they can help and the elevator was booked solid for two days, just as I told them it would be. I don't hear anything from Quest or the people they hire to move for 5 days. That's when I found out they put my stuff in a random storage unit. They said if I wanted it delivered it would be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks. After 30 days of sleeping on an air mattress that was not an option. In order to get my property I had to hire a REAL moving company to move everything. On top of that, Quest damaged over $4,500 in my property and only offered to pay cents per pound. When they ripped a $2000 painting they offered $5 based on its weight. Luckily my insurance covered a good amount of the damage. This company is a complete joke...I really wish I would have read all the comments on Quest before I trusted them with my property. Oh, they also showed up with not only 5 missing boxes but they mixed our stuff up with other moves. So, if anyone is missing a nice Fender guitar, a cooler and several other boxes let me know.
