THIS COMPANY IS A RIP! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN CHANGE THEIR PRICE AND THEN CANCEL AND KEEP YOUR CASH! I KNOW THIS FIRST HAND!

Megan Hilderbrand

Would never do business with them again. They refuse to refund damaged and lost items and now hang up on me every time I call. I will be making a BBB complaint. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Teany Acosta

Jessica was wonderful and very helpful. My furnitures got to me right on time... Thank you Progressive Relocation Systems.

Don’t even deserve one star. Our furniture were picked up a month ago. They came with someone else’s load. And still after a week, we are not given any update on our delivery. Customer representatives gave different answer keep delaying our delivery.

Progressive Relocation Systems from Miami, FL has made a wonderfully exciting time in our lives an absolute move from HELL. From the initial contact and misleading quote from Troy in April to now in June not having all of our furniture. The furniture we do have is mostly damaged or broken. They have missed delivery dates/ times and now multiple multiple pieces of furniture are still missing. The nightmare began in April when the movers arrived in Alabama in a truck that was too small for our 4 BR home. They loaded what they could into that truck but had to stop, drive back to Atlanta to get a second truck to complete the move. Then fast forward to the delivery date scheduled for May 29th. They kept changing dates and times until it was finally set and executed on June 3rd. They arrived in 2 Budget rental box van/trucks and from the onset we knew all of the furniture could not possibly be in those 2 trucks. They had NO MANIFEST or inventory list with them. They did not lay down anything to protect the floors or carpet. Furniture was offloaded, multiple pieces were noted to be damaged. Near the end of emptying the truck we noted many pieces/ items both large and small were missing. The driver said " oh I'm sure they're in the storage unit in Atlanta" We immediately contacted our customer rep at Progressive (Eva) to notify her of the missing items. The next couple of days emails and phone calls were exchanged with promises to ship the remaining furniture in a couple of days. Even comments and emails stated they had "found the furniture"; "there was too much furniture to go on the original delivery". Fast forward another 10 days of emails and phone calls and moved delivery dates and times, we finally have another rental truck (Ryder this time) deliver our "furniture" at 10pm last night. ONLY 1 rug and 2 ladders were on this truck. We had sent the company an email outlining 20+ pieces that are missing. The driver contradicted himself about how he's only the driver, he gets texts of when and where to pick up and deliver goods. Then after quizzing him on who his boss is (would only say he has that guys phone number and wouldn't give it to us) to where the physical storage unit is (Durham ,GA) how to contact anyone in the company (NO name could be given) he somehow finds a video of an empty storage unit with a faded aluminum patio chair (not ours) and says this and the rugs where the only things in the unit except for the broom and dust pan HE used to clean up the unit. Completely contradicting his story of " I am only the driver". We have spent 10k for this move and are missing sooo many items not to mention amassing a box of broken items that cannot repaired or replaced. Oh, but on a positive note, they did include 1 LARGE RAT free of charge. It came from their storage unit and reeked havoc in our newly constructed home. Please do not use this company. I hope and pray this can help other people out there so you don't go thru the torment of this company. Move size: 4+ Bedroom 2800+ square ft home

I am very greatful and thankful to jimmy and the staff at PROGRESSIVE RELOCATION for doing a great job handling my families relocation from fort lauderdale to California and the me were really professional and accomodating and the service was above par. My cat Reeree got out duing the delivery and climbed a tree and I kid you not Danny climed the tree to help coax her down by offering treats great people and company

Martha Sierra

You guys did an amazing job.

Progressive Relocation Systems gave us a quote and we had walked through my home and surprise it was way off and we were charged three times that original amount. Progressive subcontracted with USA Logistics and we felt like hostages. They loaded our belongings and then told us the new amount. Our beautiful home goods were damaged and broken. Very saddened and disappointed with the overall experience. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.

I contacted progressive relocation due to a friend of mines who referred them. I moved from CA to AZ and they did well all my stuff was intact and they moved me in a matter of 4 days right on the time i expected . Theh arrived a little late to my pickup but they called me to let me know they would arrive a little later tjan expected which was ok .i guess things happen but they were profetional about it.... A Forman name junior was on site I loved him he made sure everything was done professionally he did well, very serious and punctual man straight to business . I was referred to this company and I'll refer this company to any of my friends and family as well.i moved with another company in past it was alright but didn't go as well as this one . If i ever plan on moving again I will defiantly call them again .

I bounce around often for work and I am totally inept at manual labor so I have used mover more times than I can count and I can definitely appreciate a well executed move and that is what I got out of Progressive Relocation. They were totally professional and handled the move from florida to socal like it was routine and the price was more than fair. I was worried they might break my TV cause its one of those fragile curved samsung TVs but Danny packed it up so well you could have dropped that TV off a third floor and it wouldnt have broke great a job.

Best move yourself. This company has a long list of poor reviews. Hopefully you don't experience never receiving your property as well as your money you paid in advance. Steer clear ....Ray Routh my former manager a veteran, Marine, has had his belongings stole from him. Steer clear. Update. The quote that was $3900 went up to $9000.. SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN. BAD REVIEWS IF YOU DO BUSINESS. BE PREPARED TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR PER RAY ROUTH... UPDATE :AFTER LEGAL PRESSURE ON THIS COMPANY HIS STUFF GOT DELIVERED... HIS STUFF FINALLY ARRIVED. THIS COMPANY OR WHO EVER OWNS IT SHOULD BE ASHAMED THEY LET THIS BAIT AND SWITCH ON PRICE QUOTES GO ON.. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Rob Salamon

Changed pick up date. (Tried to change a second time). Failed to deliver on dates specified. Failed to meet changed specified delivery dates. Charged double what was quoted. Forgot stuff that was tagged to go on the truck. Three separate departments gave three different messages as to capability. *Update* 30 days after the original delivery date my belongings showed up....well kind of. Not all of them arrived and many were damaged. Movers also damaged the property (apt). Wall damage, floor damage and broke a light fixture. Byhe way, they are also doing business as First Call Relocation (which also has terrible reviews). So look at both for full context of what you are getting into.

Michayla Adler

Awful. Cheap price because of the cheap quality of service. They lost my late grandparents memorabilia that can never be replaced and offered an insulting $100 as a settlement for the loss.

Mc Awesome

Worst moving company ever!!!! This company picked up and stored my stuff after me and my wife split while I was deployed in the middle east. They quoted me $1600 and then when I wanted to pick up my stuff they told me that the total was $3200 and if I wanted my stuff I had to pay another $1600. They didn't mark down detailed description on the list of what they picked up and my ex wife didn't know they needed to so they stole all my tools and claimed they never picked them up. Everything they did pick up and store they damaged or destroyed. Filed a claim and for about $4000 in lost and damage they offered to pay me less than $300. They are scammers and thieves!!!

Katie Brost

Im a single female & have never moved out of state. They made me totally at ease with having my whole life on a truck driving across country! Joshua walked me through everything step-by-step and even on moving day he made sure that everything was handled just right. I highly recommended these guys.

Raising three kids is hard work so when it came time to make our big move me and my wife new that finding professional movers was a must and we wanted to go with movers that we could trust so we did our homework and found all the big movers had complaints but some friends had used Progressive for their move and they said the workers were professional so we got a quote from them that was very competitive and we had a good repertoire with with representative who covered all the bases and addressed all our concerns. The movers came on tie and they had ID badges and were clean cut . The price quoted was accurate and they were not skimpy on packing materials which translated to no damages happy wife happy kids great move by me ha ha

Please save yourself the headache of being scammed by these scam artists. A complete and total ripoff. Rude, unprofessional, and simply incapable of doing their job. Could not get my stuff picked up within a 2 day window. Showed up late with only 1 person (was promised I would have 4 people). Then wanted more money. $500 for a “shuttle fee” then said my quote was too low and it would be more but couldn’t tell me how much. Miraculously I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to fix the situation. A complete scam. Please consider ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Truck arrived 2 days late after promising they would arrive on Monday. They are unloading the truck now, so far they have lost our fooseball table, ping pong table, broke our washer and dryer knobs and water hose attachments, busted antique cast iron bench, knocked a huge chunk of a baseboard out in our new house, and the nightmare is continuing. 2 Dining room chairs, one king size bed frame, a teeter hanger, a gazelle exercise machine, 2 bar height outdoor chairs (delivered the table), and 2 chairs to a regular height outdoor table, numerous cushions for all the chairs are missing, 2 office chairs, and this is only what is not boxed or not crated. Tony is a smooth talker to convince you to go with his company, and offers a fantastic price. Don't believe a word he says. I told him numerous times the size of the storage unit we were moving from, and he kept saying that it was only xx amount of cubic foot. Once they loaded the truck, they charged us twice as much as the estimate. This is only part I of our move, we will definitely use a different company for the second move. EDIT: add 2 office chairs missing. When I asked the loader on the front end why everything wasn't stickered and numbered, he said he had run out and would do it when they moved everything to the larger truck. No stickers were ever put on, so some of our items will probably never be recovered. I also found out today, they didn't say this at any point during our business, but our belongings started off in a smaller truck. We knew they would be moved to a larger truck (their excuse was because the maneuvering a large truck through smaller winding streets). They didn't tell us the larger truck was in Atlanta until they had us loaded. But it apparently didn't go right on a large truck. Items were unloaded into a warehouse, and moved around in there for who knows how many times, before being loaded on to the truck for today's delivery. They also said today, when confronted with the so far known missing items, that some of our items were removed to make space for the other deliveries. They proceed to say that 7 families shared that truck. IMPOSSIBLE! There is no way that 7 households could fit their belongings on one semi. It has been been well over 2 weeks and we finally received what is supposed to be the rest of our belongings and furniture. I'm not living there yet, so I'm leaving it up to my husband to determine that. Today the ping pong table arrived, damaged. Bins and boxes arrived, damaged. An office desk and the coordinating furniture arrived, destroyed. etc... And only one person arrived on the truck today, so my husband had to help him unload and carry our things. I certainly hope Progressive is up to date with their insurance because they will be receiving a huge claim from us. Tony still isn't responding to our calls. SECOND EDIT: A few weeks ago I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to warn others of the sham this company is. Progressive responded that they were looking over our claim and would be getting in touch with us. We didn't even send our claim in until this past week. In the meantime we have gotten estimates to have items replaced and fixed and the total is over $1000.00. Let's see how Progressive responds to the claim. THIRD EDIT: . Still missing numerous items, pieces of furniture, and misc boxes. We found some of these out after we filed our initial claim, and they would not let us add on to that claim. Basically they just said it was "our loss". Also after emailing back and forth, David came back to us and said that although we had checked "full valuation" of damaged items, we did not have full replacement valuation. So, apparently if you check and pay for the "full replacement valuation", they won't honor it. Then they came back with an offer saying that they had "reserved" $176 to compensate us for damages. We will now be following up with our own attorney's, and the Attorney General to once and for all settle this claim.

I am a single mom on a limited budget and I really needed the moves to make it an easy move for me and they did.The cost was fair and the workers were top notch. Everything came on time in mint condition and I couldn't have asked for more.Progressive Relocation were real pros!

Zuber Sykora

Man these guys sure are life savers I was really stuck in a jam when my movers didn't show on the reserved day. I was panicked and I tried a few movers and only Progressive Relocation was able to come out that day and get me moved out so I could avoid the huge penalties of not vacating my house and they made it happen and made it look easy stairs and all. The price was more than the other guys had quoted but I guess that Is why they didn't show up. Thanks Progressive Relocation

Wendy Bitzan

When I got the first call from Tony at Progressive I was very impressed. He was polite and seemed very anxious to please. Once he got the deal, it was a different story. His estimate on the space needed was so far under the actual. At the time of pick-up, the movers asked for $800 more. We could only get $300 at the time, as they said they needed cash. We were told that we could make up the difference at delivery. We agreed thinking this would give us time to get to the bottom of this. Two days later, we received a call and an email stating that if we didn't pay the extra $500 our delivery would be delayed indefinitely!!! What a scam!! How or why they have so many great reviews is beyond me! After a phone call to tthe owner, and threats to contact several different agencies, we finally got a reduction in the price. The delivery was first scheduled with almost no notice. We told them that was impossible, we didn't have the keys yet to the apartment. A new date was agreed upon. The movers showed up over 2 hours late. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, or destroyed. Boxes were torn up and missing. This has been such a nightmare. I would tell anyone who was thinking of using this company to run. This appears to be an ongoing scam. As the saying goes "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I usually never do reviews, but I will certainly take the time to do one about this company because of the way things have been handled. My situation is a matter of the past but I do wanna prevent this from happening again to other people! By the way if I could give 0 starts I would To summarize The company did not arrived to pick up the things the day they were supposed to Finally the arrived 2 days later and my things were shipped The truck driver called to inform us that his truck was too big to fit in the street were we live so he was going to rent a smaller truck to bring our things and this was going to cost us 800 extra!!! I called the office to ask what was this all about!!! They said:” ITS WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT”. I saw the contract in the middle of my moving day by the way... and of course when this happened I read the contract and its is written there with very small letters.... It just makes me furious that me and my husband have spoken with the people that work in the office on several ocations and they have never consider important to verbalize something like “oh by the way there is a chance you are going to be charged extra money if the truck doesnt fit in your street” so in my case I was charged $800 extra I spoke with a men that told me he was going to call the truck driver to see if he was able to do something and that he was going to get back to me... he never called back The truck driver called to tell us he was going to deliver our things in the morning of jul 25th, he arrived at 6 PM. Finally the truck driver arrived (they were nice and polite by the way) they unloaded the things I opened the boxes and found one broken lamp, 5 broken glasses, broken coffee table and a complete destroyed wooden drawer! On top of all this I received a huge box from someone else. I called the company to complain this morning and their response was “oh we are sorry I will send you and email so that you can write a formal complain” I am extremely dissapointed and hurt by the way things have been handled, I wish no one has to go through such a bad experience. The bottom line is... I WILL NEVERE HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN

Joan Fachler

As someone who had a difficult experience in the past, I was worried about hiring this company, in part because the price was so reasonable. Israel & Al were efficient, warm, friendly. They wrapped my artwork and furniture, all heirlooms, as if it was their own grandmother's. I expect the delivery in NY will be equally wonderful. Highly recommend. My furniture and other belongings were finally delivered yesterday. 22 days from NC to the Bronx. The quote was almost exactly what I was told at the beginning, however, an additional $210 was charged on-site and had to be in cash. This was a huge inconvenience, but nothing was damaged or missing. For the money, it's probably as good as you can get. A local moving company gave me an estimate that was 2.5 times as much.

DIY Froyo

This is my third move with this company in the last 6 years. The service has been great every time they assembled everything in the new location and my items arrived on schedule. I would recommend this company every time.

RICHARD VALENCIA

So being a single mom is difficult enough with the holidays approaching I was totally overwhelmed with the kids and this move I went online to get quotes and I got ambushed by phone calls luckily I got a call from Jake at Progressive relocation and he was really kind understanding and patient he did a great job explaining the moving process to me and gave me a very detailed quote I booked with them and I'm happy I did I moved a Irvin who goes by jr. Was great he came out with the guys and he was a pleasure to work with he cracked jokes and kept the mood light and even wore the cutest little Santa's hat great job he rested relocation thank you very much I highly recommend them

Michelle Howard

This company has stold everything from a family member of mine. After quoting him a price they loaded his property and more than doubled the quoted price to ship him his property. Do not use this company they lie and steal from their customers He still has been unable to collect his property Everytime he tries to post his review they block or delete it Look for reviews from R. ROUTH

Catherine Hankinson

Run from this company. They treated our furniture and belongings with gross negligence resulting in 90% being damaged. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, or texts once they have your initial deposit. The movers charged us an additional $2000 after they had loaded all of our furniture onto a truck as they said we were over the allotted amount. There is absolutely no way we were but what could we do. They tried to charge an additional $1000 on the back end to drive over a mountain that they knew from the beginning was there. We were charged for and promised special care for an antique grandfather clock that arrived thrown on top of other jam-packed furniture and completely destroyed. Do not trust salesman, Tony Martino. He will sell you on this horrible company and make promises that the company has no intent on honoring. Do not use this company. I cannot say it strongly enough.

Karr Decker

I have used movers a few times in my life and it never goes perfectly there is always some extra fees or some scratched items but the guys at Progressive relocation knocked it out the park by really packing with care and working carefully. The move ws not cheap but the service was excellent down to the last box being unpacked. True white glove service and the transported our two vehicles too so that made it alot easier for us as well

Star Albright

My move wasn't big or long distance, but it was getting on my nerves when I was trying to do it myself without any help. So I called a lot's of movers. What a headache it was. But I chose Progressive relocation because Jake wasn't pushy like other sales people and took his time to explain me everything to the teeth. And when actual movers came and took all my stuff it was fast and efficient. Will use then again if I'll ever move again.

Josh Kinney

These guys are real troopers it was pouring rain and my condo didn't have access for the truck to roll right up to the door so they had to hike it quite a ways and it was so hot but they did it with no complaints and didn't nick a thing. My girlfriend is very obsessive so she really inspected all the belongings on arrival and every single piece was intact and the guys were super patient with her request to put thing in certain spots so thanks a million fellas

Jeannie Moles

Please beware of this company and pay close attention to the 1-star reviews listed - they are exactly right. Here is what is going on. Their sales people are great -- they are very professional and kind and follow up with you a lot. But, they give you a "low-ball" estimate. Then, they load up the truck and demand almost double the original estimate or threaten to keep your items -- for us, that was an extra $6000+! Then, they fail to deliver part of the shipment in a timely manner, if at all. And, they cause tons of damage by carelessness and mistreatment (see pictures). When our items were delivered, nearly $15,000 worth of belongings (and counting - we're not done going through it all yet) are missing or damaged. We were told that some of our items were left in storage and will be delivered later -- but that was 3 weeks ago with no updates since. Progressive Relocation claims that there wasn't enough room on the truck so they had to deliver in two shipments. But, there was another customer's belongings on our truck when it arrived or it would have fit! We have reached out to Progressive Relocation several times for an update as well as information to start filing an insurance claim for all of the missing and damaged items. They have yet to provide either. Please heed our warnings and those of the other truthful reviewers and do not ever, ever think of hiring them. Moving is stressful enough without these types of villains preying on the vulnerable.

Menzel Joy

So had to move my retired parents in South Florida and they were really on edge about it which translated into a ton of stress for me. So I looked for movers in their area of Pembroke Pines Florida and Found Progressive Relocation who has great reviews. I called up and spoke with Jimmy who was an absolute delight. He set up all aspects of the move and the packers and loaders did a great job on both ends and there were no hiccups or headaches great job Progressive Relocation

Grace Logan

Wow what a great relief to have this move over and done with. I must have lost 10 pounds from the stress but thanks goodness the move went smooth as silk and I wanted to say thanks to Jake for setting up the logisitics and thanks to Danny and Nardo for the great care and attention they gave all my belongings. The move went seamlessly and the price was not cheap but for the service it was definitely worth every penny. I could have not done it by myself and I wanted to say thanks

Francis Hamilton

DO NOT , I REPEAT.....FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!! GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE COMPLETELY FAKE.

Maria Rosario

DO NOT USE!!! ***update *** 7 months later*** NO RESOLUTION TO DAMAGE. OFFERED A $97 SETTLEMENT AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. NO ANSWER BY PHONE OR EMAIL. STAY AWAY!!! Original Review: Look for a different moving company. The absolute worst moving experience I have ever had, and I have moved quite often. Disrespectful personnel. The movers took many shortcuts and damaged many items during the packing and delivery process. They insisted on delivering during a storm and now many of my items are water damaged. They damaged my neighbors property and claimed no responsibility. There is no coordination between any of the different components of the company. Misleading and inaccurate information was given throughout the process. Every error was someone else's fault, and no relolutions for any problem was given. Several of my furniture items have been severely damaged and no compensation or repairs have been offered by this company. Move mysteriously costed $1000 over quote and to ensure you cannot recover your money the last payment is DEMANDED in cash or post office money order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

April Allen

Awful. Don't trust their reviews AT ALL. They are BROKERS. Please do your research before choosing a moving company.

lenny krause

I was kind of sketchy about using a mover because I just don't like people touching myself and being careless with it but my friends Dad had recommended these movers form my cross country trek to Florida from Oakland and I was really happy with the job they did cause they didn't break anything and the guys were on time on professional not like how I pictured movers so thanks Progressive

AVOID!! Our nightmare started on June 10, 2019. I had a lovely conversation with Troy. He was nice, informative and even gave me another web-site to check the validity of other moving companies. Within conversation, he was helping me recall items we needed to move. (state to state move) We talked about several items and he said a few times, it seems like a rather straight forward easy move. Yes! We already had most everything packed just needed help with larger items. I hurt my back so am limited on what i can do. Troy told he, "i am here to make this as stress free as possible." He also told me he works 6 days a week. (I thought that was odd, but ok.) Well Troy lied. I was sending him updates via email of our items since i had more than originally anticipated. My last email was Friday at 8pm. Since he said he worked 6 days, i assumed i would have a response on Saturday. I got nothing. Worse than than, You cant reach ANYBODY! I thought to myself, what if there was an emergency or i needed to cancel. Earlier in the week our move was scheduled for Sunday. By Saturday at 5 pm I was getting nervous. I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Then at 7 pm I get a call to schedule an approx time of arrival on Monday! I said that is not what was agreed upon. We went back and forth and when i said i wanted to cancel is when miraculously a solution was provided. The movers would be there on Sunday by 2 p.m. I was getting nervous because we had added items and Troy was missing in action. We rented a 16 foot truck and loaded it up. I wasnt giving this company or Troy anymore of my money. He knew what he did! I reached out to him on Tuesday to try to get an idea on when our items would arrive. No response, Never heard from him again! When the movers showed up with a Ryder moving truck, they never would of had room for our updated list of itmes i sent Troy. Oh my gosh, then what would have happened Let me tell you, the only positive part of this was the contracted movers who moved us on Sunday. They were great. so Monday i call dispatch at 10 am. The ladies response was, " well its monday and I have a lot of orders from the weekend. I need time to sort it out. Can you call me back later." I just laughed and thought, why as the customer am i having to track my stuff down? She never returned my calls moving forward. I had my husband call, she answered his call cause it was a new number. We were given an estimated time. The movers who brought our items were also good. So, I am telling you, dont use them. Dont talk to Troy. You are better off moving yourself. They should not even be in business...it is only a matter of time and they will be caught. my advice to them, hire honesty and fire Troy for his dishonesty. He represents your company and i see he has been mentioned previously. he will cost you money and your reputation.

danny melendez

So I have moved many times over my life being that I was raised in a military family and served as well so I know the what it is to move a longs way and I know that it can be very stressful and even a nightmare if not handled correctly so I want to give a shout out to Anthony and the guys at Progressive Relocation for handling my move form Jersey to Miami professionally. The crew was punctual the quote was on point and the packing was very detailed and it resulted in smooth move with no damages on my families items, no delays and no surprises. Troy the head mover was a beast and and Anthony the rep who set it all up orchestrated things beautifully. They even handled my auto transport. Great job all around!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, BUT IF YOU DO, BE AWARE. I am a 79-year-old widow and I wanted to move back to my home state of Maryland. After researching many moving companies, I decided to go with Progressive Relocation Systems. No one ever visited my home and the inventory and contract was done by internet. I was charged a deposit of $1,069 but was not told that this deposit was non-refundable. Several weeks before the set moving date, I learned that I would not be able to move because of a serious health problem. I gave the company 15 days notice, asked them to cancel the move, and refund my deposit. They have consistently refused to return the deposit and they will not respond to my attempted communications with them. With further research (which I should have done before selecting a moving company), I have learned that (1) "Down payments aren't very common..." (2) ...it's important to know that moving deposits are not common and rarely should you be faced with making a down payment." (3) Down payments or deposits may also be common among rogue movers." (4) "How much is a reasonable amount? Overall, deposits may range from as low as $100 up to $500. Amy amount between is considered reasonable." And finally, "If you've been asked for a reasonable deposit, the mover should also provide you with a reasonable time to cancel the move and still retain your deposit. Most cancellations need to be done at a minimum of two weeks before the moving date." In my case, I was way over-charged with a deposit of $1,069.00. I gave the company 15 days notice that I had to cancel because of health. Since the company will not respond to me or refund my deposit, I am now turning this over to my attorney in the hope that he will be able to get my money back.

dean smashville

They offered me a great price cause they bundled the package with my insurance and the guys who did the move were clean cut and really professional. I had no issues no damages no suprises and the price was within my budget. I would definitely recommend these movers and when I need to move I will be calling them .

Corynne Menard

If you want missing items, destroyed items, delayed moving times, and a business that does not care about you and your belongings, PRS is the company for you! DO NOT USE THEM. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. THEY ARE AN AWFUL COMPANY THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE.

Fangzhou Liu

This company just a FRUAD!!! WALK AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Trego Zook

I cannot thanks the movers enough especially Frankie and Dannie who worked their buts off and hiked up three flights of stairs in humidity and heat and managed to get us loaded up and out in a timely and fashion and three days later we met the same crew in the windy city and yet another hike up stairs and the guys were all smiles and put things were we asked and every piece was accounted for so great effort

SovietSpecter

I must say I’m very impressed with this company the guys were so nice from start to finish. Everything was very carefully wrapped and all my items were as is once they arrived. I will be using you guys again in two years when I relocate to New York

They did exactly what they promised. We were on a tight deadline but the movers arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. They did a great job putting things together at the final destination. Guy was wonderful in helping me arrange the move and everyone in the office was helpful and courteous. I expected this move to be a nightmare but they made it soooo easy!

SCAMMER!! BE AWARE!!! BBB has multiple files for Movers that utilize the same name of "Moving Services." Please check your communications, the business' address, your contract, etc. to ensure that you're reviewing the correct business. They are not licensed with the DOT and are under investigation for fraud. PREVIOUS NAME was Crown Van Lines, Inc... Previously shut down for fraud!! BUYER BEWARE. All they care about is a deposit!!

Professional and really did a great job packing up our stuff. They treated our stuff like they really cared about it and we had no headaches or suprises.

Brian Deems

So getting a job was the good news the difficult part was that I had to go clear across country to start my new job I contemplated doing the move myself but between the gas and the cost of the truck I explored possibly using iMovie I got quotes from several moving companies but I found a Chris or Progressive Relocation Systems airy helpful keep explained everything to me so I feel comfortable hiring them and I’m glad I did the movers came on time with smiles on your faces and it everything I asked delivery came on time and the price was close the estimate I received very good job thanks a bunch I appreciate it

Joshua Frame

Please make sure you read all the online reviews before hiring. They are not a professional moving company.

These guys made it happen in a pinch not much notice and they got guys out to my house in 2 days and got me moved out and time packed all my valuables and even handle my paintings and artwork with care they had special craters I came out measured up to the mentions so I could create my antiques awesome service thank you so much no damages no extra charges

Progressive relocation is the worst thing happened to me. They are very very unprofessional and only care about the money they will be getting for offering services. I recently moved and unfortunately opted this company for my needs. My experience with them: - They took more than a month to deliver my stuff when they promised for 7-10 days, that too when I made atleast 100 calls with no answer to most of them and when I happen to talk to their supervisor he mentioned I should have paid extra for guaranteed delivery. - First thing their people said immediately after entering my apartment - you have more stuff then what you agreed on, though I mentioned everything I had and they gave me wrong estimate so that they can charge more later. I ended up paying almost double the prices I agreed on initially - I paid extra to let them only pack my stuff, they did packed but it was just lifting anything that they saw and dumping it in boxes with no concern to how it is being packed. They packed my vacuum cleaner with the dust in the container as it is, just removed the container and kept it in the box trashing dust in it, it was all over the parts of vacuum. - In terms of big sized items, I only had a dresser, coffee table and a TV. Coffee table and dresser were completely damaged with coffee table glass brutally smashed. TV was saved because I packed it myself and I had its original box. Icing on the cake, they offer 60 cents per pound for any damage that occur during transit unless you pay extra for full coverage - I called for making a claim, they want images of damaged items developed by some professional photo printers that will cost me another 20-30 bucks else they wont entertain the claim Overall, “Progressive Relocation” is not worth going for, please avoid doing business with them. —Akash

SCAM ALERT!!! Very Shady Company ! I am very displeased with how my move turned out I was charged over $1100 on top of the move after giving a price.multiple items broken. I am actually surprised this company even has 3 star reviews. I would give them zero stars if possible. Please don’t make the same mistake I made ! SCAM artist !

I just moved from Miami back to Boston and had a great experience! I was nervous to hire a moving company after seeing all of the horror stories online however I ended up speaking with Jake at Progressive and set everything up and me and my wife couldn't be happier with the results.Everything was done just as they told us I highly recommend this company we will be using their services again in the future

Clint Barnett

So when I got a quote from Joe who came out to our home to look over things and meet us I immediately got a good vibe from him. He was polite to the wife and kids and he was very professional starting with him being punctual to his description of what to expect during the move process and how things would proceed. We hired Progressive for the move and it went easy peasy as described and planned by me and Joe . No delays and the movers even managed to reassemble the monster bed when we gt to our destination all the way in LA. I sincerely want to say thanks to the staff at Progressive Relocation especially my friend Joe

They called to say they had my blue box. It had been left in their truck after the move. It had all my precious things- songs i wrote when I was 11, baby videos of my son. They kept saying they'd bring it but never did. I am so sad. I tried calling so many times and said I'd drive to meet them and I'd give them a big tip, but they didn't care about my belongings. I recommend you use UHaul Uboxes. We used them twice before this and it was awesome. You know none of your stuff will get lost because only your stuff is in the box. They are totally professional too. The only reason I booked Progressive instead this time was because I thought it would be a week faster, but it wasn't. After they had all our stuff they said we had to pay an extra $500 cash to get it on time. Then they demanded another $500 in cash because it was more space than they thought- but that was because they were putting tiny things in huge boxes with loads of tape and charging us for the boxes and space. I hugely regret getting these guys. It was so much more pleasant when we had UHaul UBoxes.

Mike Fleming

These guys are a shame. They gave me a quote of $2500. Sounded great the sales guy was very smooth. When they showed up they more than doubled my estimate. I contacted the sales guy who ignored my calls until finally telling me it is what it is. Run the other way.

I was super excited about my recent job offer but I was absolutely dreading the upcoming move. I had moved myself a couple times but only in town and that was an ordeal to say the least so now needing to move clear across the country I was almost terrified at the thought of doing it myself even with the very capable help of my wife. So I started looking for movers and when I put my info online to get move estimates I received an avalance of calls and emails. The person that stuck out to me was Joshua from Progressive because he was patient, likeable and informative above all rise e put together a thoughtful bid and I went with him. The crew that came out was equally professional and affable. The formen Nardo was very kind and went above and beyond with the care he showed to my items by wrapping them so very carefully as if they were his very own. Great job and care

Alicia Bettes

Worst company ever. Scammers. Do not use. Gave me a quote over the phone, day of move, the estimate tripled, even though I was extremely clear about all of my belongings. Told them I needed approval from my company for the new amount, the driver called his supervisor who told him he received approval from my company and to continue the move. Lie! My mistake for believing them. When it was time for delivery, I was shocked when I was told I owed more then $2700 before they unloaded. Next, began the harrassment about paying the fee from everyone, including an agrressively, unprofessional woman named Eva Jonson, among other employees including a manager named David, drivers and other people who claim they were just responsible for getting my stuff out of storage. Then, when the 9delivery day arrived, I was told I had to pay the drivers $70 to carry anything up more than 7 stairs!!! Several of my items were damaged and broken while in their possession. I have a lot of stuff, so only time will reveal what is damaged, broken or missing. Here's the irony...for a company who claim they estimated my move properly and was surprised by the extra amount I have, they sent 5 people to move me out of my place. They only sent 2 to unload/deliver.. who only speak Russian. Really? Scam!

Victor Gaskins

From start to finish the staff was very helpful and the workers did a great job. They were on time for pickup and also delivery. The price they gave me didnt change and I didnt have any surprises come the day of pickup! Would recommend to anyone making a move. Thanks Progressive.

Carlos Salas

If I was able to put "0"stars I would do it. I do not know how there can be so many good reviews on this page about these people, they must be a lie. Never, but I would never recommend this company to make a relocation. They broke my furniture and also charged me more than what they put in the truck. In my case they were 200 cubic feet in excess, which represent approximately 1000 dollars more. When I called and complained they treated me like trash, because they know I told them the truth. I do not understand how there can be free thieves in the streets and justice does not do anything. Really a very bad experience. I recommend them for nothing. I am ready to answer any questions and my review is supported with photos and videos, I do not lie,

Best Service ever! Jessica was very helpful and nice! They made my moving super easy and affordable. They came on time and were very careful moving everything. I’ll definitely use their service again.

Gia Gomez

Best moving company! Jessica was so helpful. The movers were on time and well prepared. Amazing service, the price for a move this size was great. We are very happy and will use this company again in the future.

NOOOOO..NEVER AGAIN!!! OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER & UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I was CUSSED OUT, YELLED AT & THREATENED by CHRIS several times for asking where my belongings were after they weren't delivered as guaranteed & when they would finally arrive. Our calls went unanswered for 6 days. My kids & I had to spend Christmas week in a hotel. And that's on top of being charged double our original estimate. Then told by Chris If the new $9K balance wasn't paid by delivery when the truck finally arrived a week later than expected, my belongings would be tossed into the street along with some more foul language. I'M DEVASTATED AT THE WAY WE WERE TREATED!! PROGRESSIVE RELOCATION NEEDS TO RIGHT THIS WRONG!!

Ashlee Headlee

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. There is a good chance most of the positive reviews here are fake. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I absolutely hate movers who take advantage of people, and that's exactly what this company does. My family member Liz Drake was going to use them for her move. They gave her a quote and explained to her how everything worked. She sent them an electronic check(doesn't this scream scam?) for the $700 deposit and when the guy showed up to pick up her things, his price was astronomically higher than what they had told her. Because of this major price difference, she didn't have him pack up or move any of her things, but now they won't refund her deposit.

Jeff Rosenplot

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Let the buyer beware and chock it up to lesson learned. The salesman apparently low-balled the estimate significantly. The company not only increased the cost of the move (by a significant amount), they also said the amount of cargo being moved was too much (after very carefully documenting everything that would be moved). Contracts don't seem to matter to these guys. Ethics don't seem to matter. When the "movers" showed up at my property, they attempted to extort even more money from me while in the process of loading some belongings. Since the amount of money being extorted was significantly higher than what was in the "contract", I told them to leave. They took the cargo they'd already loaded. To me, that's theft. Looking at these reviews, I'd sincerely think twice before contacting these criminals. When I tried to figure out an amicable solution, someone (I'm guessing one of the owners?) sent a series of insulting emails. Don't do business with this company. It can't be much clearer than that. I've lost money and I've lost some of my belongings.

I was so thrilled with the service that progressive gave to me and my children. Being a single mom I was very overwhelmed with this move. Three kids and a dog and I had to go to thousand miles. I got a bunch of different moving quotes but all the sales people were so rude and pushy. But Josh at progressive relocation really took the time to explain the whole process to me do I wrote felt comfortable to hire the movers. The price he gave me was exactly what I paid and the movers led by Danny did a great job wrapping and packing everything and he put it into the truck snug as a bug. I am so thrilled with the good work that they did that I’ll be sending him a little gift basket to show them that I appreciate their hard work and effort. I also want to thank Eva and dispatch for being so polite and staying in touch with me throughout the moving process.

Grow Pearce

So I hardly ever write reviews really who does unless its to say something bad. I think its important to recognize hard work and the movers and staff at progressive relocation demonstrated professionalism from the very first phone call with Frank to the boxes be unloaded by the men it was a pleasure to deal with them and they accepted credit cards which a lot of other companies would not accept for delivery which seemed sketchy to me.

Reel Sportsman TV

This company extorted money from R. Routh. They quoted 3900 for a move to Idaho, once his possessions were on the truck they switched the amount to 9000 dollars. They haven't delivered his possessions and wont answer the phone and now 1 of the numbers is disconnected. Ray has filed Extortion and Grand Theft charges against this company.

I had a really great experience with Progressive Relocation, they were helpful when previous movers didnt show up. They took extra care of my items as alot of items where fragile. Joe who was my sales rep explained everything in detail and added a few additional recommendations when I wasnt sure how how much exta supplies i might need, and told me i would only be charged for what i used. He basically held my had yhrough my whole move from beginning to end. Everyone in the office always helped me with any questions i may have had. I truly recommend this company. So please if your considering moving and want an honest, trust worthy company please contact Progressive Relocation for all your moving needs, you wont be disappointed.

I have used these guys twice to move. The first time was when I first got married about seven years ago and they did a great job considering it involved combining both my stuff and my wives belongings. They were timely and well organized and did a great job. This time around unfortunately I was getting a divorce and it was very difficult for me personally anyways I contacted Progressive for this move and it was comforting to see that the same representative that set up my move was still there and Dan actually remembered me and we talked about the Yankees and it was really comforting in a way plus they did a great job too. Thanks a million

Chad golden

So I am not a stranger to using moving companies I grew up in a military family and have moved my whole life for work so I have had all the moving experience is both good and bad and downright ugly so I just want to thanks Troy and the entire staff at progressive relocation for making my move a successful one is started off with a well put together detailed concise quote by Troy. I went ahead and hired them because the price was reasonable and I feel comfortable using them because all the details were covered and Troy was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I also look these guys up on the department of transportation website and saw that they had a big fleet of trucks and were active with good insurance. So being that they had all their ducks in a row they are the movies I chose and I move day the crew came out led by Daniel was top notch. They had all the proper equipment including a nice new moving truck and clean moving blankets to wrap and secure all my furniture with. They took their time disassembling all the beds including the very complicated bunkbed that I had for my sons. Everything was stacked and loaded in the truck with great care. At the end of all the loading to price that was quoted is exactly what was put on the contract. The good were in transit and the driver kept me updated as to his arrival. The guys came on a designated day and he spent the entire day setting up all the bad putting all the furniture with my wife commanded them and just overall seeing that the house was staged and ready to go so we could start our new life on time. I really appreciate the value the hard work and excellent Work that they did. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality moving company they also arrange the transport of one of my vehicles my pick up truck and I was very happy with its arrival on the same day as our household goods it was very convenient.
