Good experience overall. Hard working and very professional. The leader knew what he was doing. Only thing I will mention for others to know; you will need to purchase packs of tape from them even if all of your belongings are in boxes already and also bubble wrap for your TVs and fragile items. I had glass in boxes and marked it as “glass” and “fragile” but they were threaded as any other box (nothing broke tho). I read on the email they sent me that travel time was not included (I thought this meant if they take a lunch break and driving from one place to another). But I was charged hourly since the time they got to my place so I paid for one extra hour while they took their lunch break and drove to the drop off location. Cannot say enough good things about their work ethic tho, I have a baby and they set up one room completely first so the baby can take his nap. Best prices in Miami for a moving company too!

Recently, I had to move out of my apartment on a short notice and I didn't have much time to locate a new apartment. So I was looking for moving & storage company where my belongings could be stored carefully. I found Pro Movers Miami. I told them the entire situation that I need to store my belongings and valuables & move them to new apartment when I found that. They were really professional and didn't quote a heavy price to take advantage of my emergency situation. They came within an hour of my call. Guys were really polite and professional. When I was given the job of finding a commercial furniture moving company to relocate our business to Orlando, I shopped around for the best price and a Miami local moving company that had commercial moving experience. These guys showed up and without batting an eye told me "don't worry, we can do it" and proceeded to do what a number of others found every excuse for why it couldn't be done. Gee, I wonder why they have a 100% 5 star score here? For me, because they moved an expensive 600 lb refrigerator up 20 vertical feet of stairs, with a U-turn in the middle, in the Keys, where you are lucky to get anyone to even show up at all. Then they took the old one out and left it at the curb right where I asked that they put it. Did it smart, nobody got hurt, and the "package" didn't take a header down the stairs, not to mention there was not a single scratch on the black stainless finish. Had to pay extra for them to drive all the way here, but after dealing with all the others and the never-ending BS (like suggesting to use a forklift to the patio requiring that I rip out my screen enclosure first), I was just so happy to have my new fridge which I was seriously thinking might never get installed. You get what you pay for, and this company was worth every penny paid.
