They called the day before with an ETA and kept us informed of their ETA on delivery day. They arrived in a FL pouring rainstorm, waited until it subsided and used moving blankets on the floor to avoid getting the floor wet. I regret not remembering the names of two men who did the delivery. They were great. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We had a great experience with Nobel Van Lines. The movers showed up on time and were efficient and careful with all of our belongings. It was my first time hiring movers and I was so impressed! We were done with the move from one condo in Hallandale to another one in Aventura in less than 6 hours with no damage or hassle at all. Our experience using Nobel was excellent. Aden walked us through getting a quote in only a few minutes, which turned out to be very accurate (and much cheaper than competition, I compared to two guys and truck and all my sons), and was on top of every step including contacting our condo building and scheduling us in with only a couple days notice. She then followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. The movers showed up right on time on day of the move, and the guys were extremely professional and got right to work. They were very fast, and we even came under budget as a result. Would definitely Nobel again next time I move.

I have used them twice to move a delicate antique cabinet and found them extremely reliable each time. When they wrap something to protect it they do a very thorough job. The first time I gave them the wrong measurements and the wooden box they built did not fit. They refunded my money for the box (even though it was probably my fault) and used their overkill method of layers and layers of bubble wrap. Ive been very happy with their service.

I contracted Nobel to ship my stuff from Miami to Luxembourg. All my stuff arrived safely in Luxembourg and in good shape but I give four stars for the following reasons: 1. The person that came over to estimate the stuff I have to ship did not do a great job as the total volume was twice the size estimated by him and resulted in an additional amount of money. 2. In the day of the move the crew was late about 3 hours even if a few days before I specifically asked and received confirmation for the time 3. I was not made aware that the total volume of my stuff will not fill a container and I have to wait until Nobel fills in a container for Europe with stuff from other clients. I don't mind it, I just wanted this was told me before they put all the stuff in the truck. It took more than a month for the boxes to leave Miami and a lot of follow-ups from my side. On the pro side: 1. the crew that packed the stuff was ok. They've nicely packed everything. I've seen better but I cannot complain. 2. All my stuff arrived in one piece, even Christmas decorations. 3. I was surprised (after the wrongfully estimation and the costs incurred for it) that they did not ask more money to deliver my stuff. 4. The price for the shipping was a good one. would I recommend Nobel? Yes, with a pinch of salt.

I used Nobel Van Lines to move an (extremely heavy) executive desk from an office complex in Doral to a private home in Cutler Bay. The booking agent Paul was proficient and highly professional. Communication on the day of delivery was excellent. The movers (there were three) were GREAT! I would highly recommend this company. I will be using them in the future.

Nobel Van Lines ruined several important pieces of furniture because they failed to properly pack and handle them. They wrecked my dining room table beyond repair and broke the legs off my cherry wooden office desk. They would not issue any credit, and it took them days for them to even admit they were at fault. I had taken out insurance but the insurance won't pay because of the improper packing. If you have anything of value, I would find another moving company.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience from Nobel Relocation! Aden helped me through the process and was prompt and responsive with the estimate and scheduling. Not only was the quote one of the lowest I received, but the the customer service was above and beyond what anyone could have asked for. Additionally the moving crew was a great group of guys, with exceptional service. They were on time, and kept me in the loop the whole time. They were efficient, careful, and all around pros. The actual cost was even lower than what was originally estimated. I'd recommend them 100% and will be sure to use them again in the future!

The entire staff from the salesman to the office staff and the men that did the moving were knowledgeable and respectful. I had them pack most of my belongings since we were doing a long distance move. Everything was packed with care. We had several items crated which we felt were not replace able. The men who delivered our furniture on the date we requested were also very respectful and careful unloading our items. Everything was put in it's place and where needed reassembled. I moved with Nobel Van Lines just a few weeks ago, from Hallandale to Brickell Ave. I only need two words to describe their service THE BEST. It all starts with a great sale representative who explained everything and provided me with an accurate estimate. My building required a certificate of insurance and they took care of it instantly. On the move day, 3 guys showed up. They were all very professional, experienced, quick and moved all of my furniture and boxes very carefully. I can gladly say that finally I found a moving company that I can trust. There is no doubt that when I move next year I'm choosing Nobel Van Lines.

We just moved from Cape Coral, Fl to Aguada, Fl. Nobel Van Lines was great. We had our 49 large boxes all packed and they arrived on time. The guys were great loading our boxes. They arrived safely in Puerto Rico and were delivered to our home. The men were also on time and very helpful. Paul in the office was soo much help. Shirly and Genesis helped me every step of the way, we had excellent communication, they were always available, they explained me all the procedures, and even though I made so many changes to my final inventory, they were incredibly patient and adjusted the quote accordingly. The scheduled pick up time was between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. At 8:27a.m. I got a call from Ray to tell me that he and his crew were arriving in 20 minutes. They were very courteous, fast and experienced. They packed everything thoroughly and perfectly sealed.

I had many concerns about hiring a moving company. I asked for recommendations from friends. I had appointments with a mover to provide estimates and he never showed up. Another mover was unable to provide the required documents for my condo association. I searched the internet and finally used Home Advisor. Nobel Relocation had stellar reviews. Yaniv phoned immediately and scheduled a time to look at all that was needed to be moved. Yaniv came and spent a good deal of time listing all my items. He asked a lot of questions. Always a good sign. When I received the estimate, it was the most detailed of the 5 I obtained. Very fair price. Elena is a pleasure to work with either on the phone or email. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and very polite. Once I signed the contract, she immediately sent the required documents to my condo association. I mean within minutes. The move was on Monday. Close to on-time arrival, a team of 3 hard-working, funny, kind, careful with every piece and box employees. I never saw them stop to take a break, or use their cell phones. Floyd, Jr., Jimmy, and Ben are an A+ team. Everything arrived safely, except my printer. I saw them wrap it, but things happen. Photos were taken, Danny called me the next morning, and a credit was issued the following day. I know this is a long review, but peace of mind, and a stress- free move are so important. Use the services of Nobel. You will not be sorry.

I've used Nobel three times now in the past 7 years and they've exceeded my expectations each time. From quoting to actual move, I have been very impressed with how helpful and responsive they've been. The moving crews are very well trained, move efficiently in and out of a unit and typically finish faster than the quotes they've given me. I've never had any damage to my furniture or belongings and they've also navigated some larger items down and up tight staircases with no damage to walls. Nobel Van Lines is the most terrible moving company. They broke a few pieces of my furniture. They broke my TV entertainment unit, a lamp, and kitchen cart. They claimed that my furniture was too old, however my kitchen cart was brand new less than 3 months old. Do not use this company.

If I could I would give Nobel Van Lines 6 stars. From the very beginning during initial communication with Shirly Cohen until the delivery in Germany I could not be happier. Shirly was quite instrumental in helping me decide to go with Nobel rather than other carriers I had been in communication with. The problem with the other carriers is they did not want to communicate in a timely and complete manner as did Shirly. It was Shirly's early communication that swayed me to work with Nobel. And now all I can say is everything she said or promised was fulfilled to the letter. Even her communication regarding the foreign service provider in the UK. Greens Removals in the UK was also extremely helpful, so just as Shirly indicated, any foreign provider of service that Nobel contracts with to complete service is to be trusted and given high scores. Obviously the shipper (the person shipping the goods), must do their part and convey all information to Nobel that is pertinent to their move so there are no surprises - for example no surprises at Customs Clearance. Kudos to you Shirly Cohen, you have made our sea freight move from the US to Germany all you said it would be, I would Nobel Van Lines for any type move.

I contracted this company to move to Brazil. They used third part company to do the relocation in Brazil. The fact is I had a lot of damaged furniture and some boxes disappeared. We tried to contact them and the only thing that we heard was to look for the insurance company. If you want to guarantee your stuffs safe look for other company. This is a good deal to loose a lot of money! Totally disappointed. Please send your email. I really want to find my boxes!
