I hired moving mania and they sent Tron, Anthony and Kenny to move me and they were amazing! They were so professional and fast! They even worked in the pouring Miami rain. They answered all my questions and provided me with all of the information I need. I’m not sure if you can ask for them but if you can I suggest you do. I’m happy they sent me them. This is my post at pick up, I will post another review at drop when it’s different ppl and let y’all know if I got the same service.

Honestly if I could give this so called "moving company" no stars I would. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They quoted me a price on the phone. I gave them all exact accurate information. Then the day of my move they had 2 guys meet me at my storage unit. These men seriously looked like drug addicts off the side of the street. They were both very clueless and honestly I know they were intoxicated. They reeked of liquor. They had this big black very sketchy looking truck. They then gave me a whole another price and said they weren't moving the stuff unless I pay an extra $500 even though all the info I gave on the phone was 100% accurate. We had paid a deposit before they came. I called the manager and he basically acted as if he didn't care and he was also very rude and yelling at me on the phone. They did no service and never gave us our deposit back. So now we have to go through our bank and we are also going to a lawyer seeing as to the fact they had movers drunk on the job, who were suppose to be driving our items across state. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY BY ALL MEANS.

These are bought reviews. Don't use this company. They quote low and increase price when they arrive. Owner unprofessional! He did refund my deposit when I refused to pay the difference in price. Asked to pack only what is included in the price ( moving a rental property). This infuriated him and cancelled my move. Had to scramble and find new movers for the weekend to have my rental property open for the new buyers. Don't be scammed!!! Using pod and paying another company to pack since I live out of state. Same price. Moving industry is a scam. Use pods or equivalent ( new companies that have same idea).

These guys were really professional, polite, and nice. They moved a ton of stuff from my apartment in SF that has very narrow stairs in a very reasonable amount of time. I have not had a better moving experience before. Highly recommend them!!

It was very smooth sailing, and the crew was extremely professional which we highly appreciated. They were also very friendly and I felt like I was able to trust them. I am so glad that I decided to go with these guys because in retrospect, I don't think any other company would have done a better job. They arrived on time and were able to swiftly move all of my items with such ease. Worst moving company EVER. THEY HAVE FAKE REVIEWS. Don't make the same mistake we did. They made this a horrible nightmare. Not only did they raise the rate after they were given measurements of all our items. When they picked up and dropped off our items they were in a rented truck. They were late for both pick up and drop off. Thats just the start of how unprofessional this "company" is. They lied about the estimate of arrival by month's and I was living out of a back pack for over two months. When you try and call and email you will get told you will get a call or email back and they won't. Each employee we spoke with was beyond unprofessional, disrespectful and could not even tell us a estimate of when our stuff was going to arrive until the day before. Not only did they make this the most stressful move I have ever experienced. When they finally did arrive everything was damaged and broken. All the boxes marked fragile were completely smashed and destroyed. The furniture was either destroyed or missing pieces. They even had the decency to throw some of our items away probably due to damage or were stolen before they arrived. All of the boxes looked as if they were just thrown across the truck. Every single box was either crushed in or broken.They do not care about your belongings or customer service. Don't waste your time money you are better off finding a stranger on the street to do a better job. This company should be shut down. The employee's should be ashamed of how they treat people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Do not fall for the fake review's like we did you will regret it. I have never been so devastated and stressed. This company caused me so much anxiety and pain do not let this happen to you!!!!!!!!!!!

As everyone knows moving can be a horrible, stressful dreaded experience. I found, by using Moving mania inc, that moving can actually be quite stress free and easy. I recently had a family sickness and had to relocate close to the hospital. I was overwhelmed from costs to dates and everything in between. The man I originally spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The day of the big move everything went smooth and all the workers were extremely polite and courteous. All my belongings ended up safe and in perfect condition! I just don’t have proper words to thank these guys- they helped me out so much!

I've moved a larger number of times in the most recent 8 years than I want to concede. This was effectively the least push move I've ever done. The group was spot on time, wrapped up all my stuff genuine decent, moved super snappy, had no trouble exploring a tight entryway, emptied everything right were I needed it, and were done in the assessed measure of time. Worth each penny, profoundly prescribed.

Horrible company! Stay away. Our stuff didn't arrive until 2 weeks after what we put as our delivery date. The boxes looked like someone had slammed them around and kicked them. Every single fragile thing in them was broken. Every picture frame and wine glass, despite being wrapped in clothing and towels, was shatteted. On top of that, the delivery driver at our destination held our boxes hostage until we paid him an additional and unexpected $300. This company should be prosecuted.

I typically do not write negative reviews, but I would like to warn anyone who is in the moving process. Please find another company! This company passed me off to a "sister" company (American Home Relocation) who has been horrible with communication. My items were scheduled for pick up yesterday, but then that changed for today. Today, my pick up time has changed 3 times. Now, I've been told by the driver that "there has been a mixup with the jobs." I still have not been contacted by the office. The company discloses that pick up times will vary, but the lack of communication is completely unprofessional and frustrating.

Moving Mania was the worst possible experience I could have asked for. Starting out (when they want your money) they're super helpful and polite and make you think everything will be okay. When they tell you that paying the security deposit will secure your final cost DO NOT FALL FOR IT. After giving my security deposit and starting the move they started added more and more hidden fees to my cost. What was supposed to be an $1,100 move from Orlando to LA, turned into damn near $2K from added fees. I will NEVER recommend this company and I suggest you stray away from this place.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.. where can I begin let's say the best part of using this company was initially speaking to the agent that I booked the pick up with. After that everything was down hill from kicking my boxes in front of me to promising it will take 1week for delivery which took 4weeks to can't find driver to can't locate dispatcher and the list goes on. I can go on and send proofs of emails of what was promised to what was picked up and how my charges changed to charging me extra becz they decide to park more than 75ft from the entrance. Needless to say it's best if you sell your things and move and start over than put yourself thru the hassle and unnecessary expenses to end up getting your things delivered looking used as they transfer my things from trucks to trailers etc. my kid bed was torn out of the plastic and looked hauled, my boxes were ripped, open thrown down and I was missing parts from my tools etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY SAY IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END. Not to mention I had to deal with 5 different persons thru this personal move and their communications are the worst. with I don't care attitude apparently they get so much complaints that drivers are so use to it and their staff. They should be put out of this kind of biz. I wished I checked yelp before I used their service but most importantly I'm taking the time out to write this review hoping it help someone else to avoid going thru even worst.

This probably was the best move I've done by reaching Moving Mania ! I cant think about Other words to express how grateful I am for the experience I've had with Moving Mania. My sister moved to New York and I had to send her some furniture and boxes and since she was very busy I had to schedule the move ; dealing with a moving companies ( I promise) isn't an easy task since I read some reviews and honestly it’s very frustrating after all the stories I've heard. I submit my information online and Moving Mania was one of the companies to call me and offer their services most of the companies that called me were new they had good reputation online but the sales man from Moving Mania literally directed me on how to check a company what to look for DOT BBB yelp and more .eventually he convinced me to book with Moving Mania .I made the right choice ! The delivery been done yesterday all the items Came in perfect condition in a timely manner ,but what I really like about Moving Mania is they really were upfront with all the charges some of the company we’re trying to hide the fact that I need shuttle in New York or the fact that they charge for long Carrie but Moving Mania never hide it And Dick opposite they went through the process with me explaining what the charges are and for the fact that they were honest I chose them along with 10 years of experience so Moving Mania thank you for doing this easy I think people need to know that they deserve 10 stars I recommend Moving Mania to anybody that consider moving

I cannot recommend Moving mania inc enough. They moved us a few weeks back and did an amazing job. The 4 men team was brilliant; they were right on time, smart, courteous and enthusiastic by nature and worked very well as a team. Some furniture had to be dismantled before loading and nothing was too much trouble. At the other end the crews were also very efficient - I have never seen anybody work so diligently. Furniture had to be re-assembled, and this was done effectively. Nothing was broken or damaged. Any logistical problems were overcome with tact and discretion. It is unusual to find such sterling service in today's business world.

Arrived late Easter Sunday demanding cash payment or my furniture would be taken to storage facility "somewhere". This was after 3 days of office unable to locate where the truck with my furniture was located! Finally took credit card. Expensive furniture and household items broken. SO MUCH damage. These guys will keep your belongings for 3 months without batting an eyelash. 75% of fragile stuff was broken on arrival. Two paintings worth over 1000 each were completely destroyed after proper warnings of their value. Multiple family heirlooms were shattered. We waited 3 months just to find most of our stuff broken or missing the items to rebuild it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKES

If I could give zero stars I would most definitely be giving them that. I called to get a quote to move a couple thins out of storage. A large heavy couch, 2 dressers, a large cabinet and a king and queen size bed set. This was to be moved less than 5 miles away but yet their quote were $250 more than everybody else I called. I still chose them because I thought for that price I must be getting the best of the best. WRONG! They stunk and damaged both cabinet and the king size bed frame. When this was pointed out they immediately denied doing it and stated that it was like that in the storage unit. This after looking at everything before loading to check for broken legs, stains etc and not finding anything. The customer service sucks and no one wants to own up to anything. They weren't fast either almost dragged their feet but not that slow that you notice. These guys are scam artists and you should never use them. All that money for you guys to scratch my items and put a crack in the king size bed frame is not ok.

Don't do it, if you want reliable and honest service, take your business else where, after I explained to them I'm in the military and it was important to get my things in a timely manner, I ended up spending extra money I don't have to get things I already had since it took them 2 weeks after my estimated delivery date to deliver my things, they didn't even have the decency to call an update me about any changes, I had to keep calling. When you call them out on their foolishness they try to tell you, you should've read the fine prints. Don't waste your time, find a reliable company.

The guys were great. My 1bd room townhouse took about 3.75 hours and a very short drive (.5mi) but I had some heavy items and a bed that took a long time to take apart/put together. They treated my items with care and made sure to wrap everything very well. Appreciate all for your help.

Moving mania inc was the one that moved us last month. We are a family of four and we have many things. The crew came at 8am sharp on the day of the move and quickly packed and loaded everything. They actually finished this side of the job an hour early! It did save me some money! I was impressed at that very moment! The delivery was on time as expected and we saw that there were no damages at all. Also they did not try to add any extra fees on the bill. All in all, we were smoothly moved!

The salesman was great. We were charged alot more than initially stated and it arrived a week late. By the time it actually arrived, it cost us over 2k to have them lose half of our belongings and break the rest. We told them we had belongings of other people and they didn't even bother to come get it. They haven't responded despite the multiple emails and calls. No wonder they only take cash...beware this company! Check out ripoff report and their Facebook reviews. Seems to be a more accurate depiction than their Google reviews. BE WARNED!!!!!! Our whole Moving Mania experience was just horrible. We were quoted one rate, but ended up paying double due a few extra cubic feet. Who knew a few tubs and boxes would cost just as much as a whole load. Then the pickup crew arrived an hour late. Totally unprofessional. The MM staff was completely rude and argumentative. We couldn't get a straight answer for our delivery date. It was constantly changing. We finally received our items from Moving Mania—several streets away as they would NOT deliver to our door. According to their very rude customer service people, they conveniently made it our problem for delivery due to the fact their moving truck was so large. That wasn’t our problem. But they made it our problem. They wanted to charge us an extra $400 so they could rent a smaller truck. We didn't agree to their terms. We ended up renting our own truck for $40 and did the exchange while blocking traffic. In the end, MM did not deliver our items to our door or place them in our desired room upon delivery as per the contract—something they LOVE to refer to. Another problem we encountered was some of our items were broken. (I’ve attached pictures). So much for MM's supposed “safe” moving practices. Don't trust this ripoff company. They will empty your bank account, destroy your stuff as well as your nerves.

This moving company did more than I expected! They did not fail me! They moved me in from point A to B recently and they did a mind blowing job. Their sales rep provided a detailed revised estimate on site because I had more inventories. The moving team moved all of my stuff nicely and they really took good care of my piano. Let's face it. Moving sucks huge nuts. The whole time leading up to it you're like 'might as well say goodbye to this fragile thing because it's gonna break into a million pieces'. Moving mania inc is definitely one of the best moving companies. I have used them 4 times, for both cross-country and out of state moves. Professional movers who are employees of the company do their job accurately and it saves the clients lots of money. The movers I have had in the past took great care of your items. They are helpful and polite. Their estimates are always on point. I've had companies provide an estimate to find out they low balled to get the job. Their manager has provided estimates that turn out to be exact, he knows his business. I always think the highest compliment is a referral. I have referred them to several friends with the same great result.

They are the ABSOLUTE WORST moving company! Pathetic excuse of a company! No accountability! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Here's my experience with this company, moving from FL to CA: Quoted for $1100 and signed up because the sales guy had a great pitch (oops). Movers came and packed everything up on the planned day, but somehow turned my small job into an expensive job! The job ended up costing around $800 MORE than quoted. How is that possible if I had the same amount of items estimated? Movers said I would hear from dispatch once my items arrived at the warehouse. Expected a call, but got an email. Okay great. It ended up taking two more weeks for my items to leave the facility on the 18 wheeler with other moves. Keep in mind, NOBODY ever called me. I had to call them to check in and see what was going on. It took OVER A MONTH for my boxes to arrive. Before they did, I actually was contacted by somebody in LA (8 hrs away) who had mistakenly received a few of my boxes. Great! Thankfully, she was kind enough to reach out, because I put my name and contact info on every single box before they were even shipped. My boxes arrived, AFTER the guaranteed 21 day delivery window, smashed and abused. How can you be so careless? Unsurprisingly, I opened boxes of broken glass, plates, and other valuables. Oh wait, but my story gets better. One of the moving guys who delivered my boxes behaved very unprofessionally and basically groped me in my apartment--I received delivery by myself. Are you kidding me??? Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior!!! I was charged an additional $50 upon receipt because there were more than 10 stairs that had to be climbed to reach my apartment. There were 12 stairs, but one flight. You have to pay what you owe in full before they begin unloading the truck. How ridiculous is that? You mis-deliver my boxes and I still have to pay you for the entire job? Where's the accountability? This company is so horrible. They give false timelines, make false promises, and disrespect you, all while asking for more money. Stay away! I would give ZERO stars if I could!

Worst experience ever DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please! There are fake reviews that this company pays for. Every single bad review is exactly what you will get. Allow me to elaborate... We ended up chancing this company as they gave us the lowest price in the initial overview stage. We provided exact measurements and box counts and they gave us a clear estimate. Upon arrival of the movers, they showed up in a RENTED enterprise truck. Then, they proceeded to tell us that we had more than they initially quoted us for (a lie as we gave them all measurements of everything as a whole) and told us it was going to cost DOUBLE what they first quoted. Uhm, no. we agreed to pay a slight increase and settled on that. We were then told it would be about 7-10 days until they reached our new house in CO. It took 3 MONTHS! Not only did it take three months, but the dispatcher refused to give us an exact date up until the day before they arrived. Also, they pushed the arrival time back from "early in the morning" to "9:30pm" on a weekday that we had to be up early for work the morning following. Once the movers had finally gotten to us and unloaded our things. Everything was broken. And I mean EVERYTHING, despite a guitar that they packed without being told to do so. Our dressers were destroyed, tv's broken. There is not a single reason for me to recommend this company. They buy FAKE reviews and scam good people. They broke contract on many fronts and we are currently in a lawsuit to sue them. STAY AWAY! Trust me, I made the mistake of believing the fake reviews, do not be like me!

Recently due to work and time constraints I bit the bullet and contracted Moving Mania INC for our move. The prices were very economic compared to the level of service that we got and the amount of items that needed to be moved. Unethical and drama company with non professional people in the market just to rip off. After they took your order they disappear and there is no certain way to know when they will deliver. Good Luck with wasting money especially time with them. You may get your stuff delivered eventually after their rip offs but things will be broken. They accept cash only because they deliver late but they need secure deposit. STAY AWAY if you love your peace of mind and money.

These guys are fabulous. The gave me the best rate for my move from California to Arizona to were very accurate and prompt in loading and unloading and had the best communication. The guy who was in touch was this super awesome kind man who helped me all along the way and even went above and beyond when the truck broke down in the middle of the way to come and take over himself with delivering mu stuff. I have had a HORRIBLE experience with these people!!!! They broke almost every single piece of furniture I had. They came to my house took all my furniture and told me they were going to move it to Californiawhere I now live but then they put it in a warehouse. They told me I didn't need insurance on my furniture but obviously I did. He said "Don't worry we will take good care of your furniture" then put his hand around my waist and I quickly pulled away! They are terrible people to deal with and I hope they get their license taken away. When I call to try to talk to them they always give an attitude and hang up on me!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is how they work... when you call you will connect with a representative (Adam Hanley) who will make you all types of promises and then take a deposit. The second you get off the phone with them they are unreachable. They do this because by breaking communication with that initial person they can do whatever they want as far as timing and you have no way out because you paid a deposit and you have nothing for written proof. I made it absolutely clear I needed my stuff 10 days after pick up, because I had to leave for work for a week and my apartment would charge me 300$ For covering this service for me. I called 3 days before drop off and they hadn’t even left the state and had 5 different excuses of why. So they showed up late after I had already left the state and I had to pay an extra 300$. Then when I asked for reembursement just for what I paid my apartment (300$) for showing up late, they said that they had 3 weeks to arrive and that they weren’t late. But since they completely cut off ties with the initial person who plans your move they own you and screw you over. 1 positive thing is that the actual people who show up and move your stuff are super friendly and fast. They were great guys. The logistics people and customer service is terrible and they don’t care about you or your stuff at all.

I want everyone to know about Moving mania inc because they are very professional and worth recommending. I think they are a proper moving company and they do give an excellent service. My wife and I hired them a few weeks ago and they did a lovely job. We have no complaints at all! They moved us very quickly and made sure all of our things were well protected. We move today and the original estimate I was quoted 1296, once the movers got to my apartment the price went up by 1007, Moving Mania did not even move my boxes. I wish someone could have warn me about the storm I would be getting into with Moving Mania. Honestly, I would have less gray hair and not lose $1800 on a within state move. Let me tell you this they have ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEES OF 100% satisfaction!!! I have a lot to post and wish I had recorded all the calls I went through with this company. Only thing is I can't send photos of our "missing" but really stolen belongings, cause we don't have them. I did tell them I would make sure everyone out in the world. As a traveling nurse I have extensive experience with moving companies. Moving Mania is by far the worst company I've come across, please do not trust this company with your items. In addition to the horrible customer service,when I received my property I had a great deal of damage done to my large appliances(which now needs to be replaced) rips and tears to my furniture I also had several missing items. It was reported to me by the storage facility that the driver had literally taped some of my items to the outside of the storage unit because they would not "fit" inside. When I asked about the missing items I was told that one piece in particular was still in possession of the driver, as for the rest of my missing items I have no idea where they went .Please do not use this company I would suggest Ubox or another well established company.

Horrible experience. The quote doubled the day of the pick up, from an initial quote of1600$ we arrived to 3200$! And I did not add any furniture. The first time I contacted the agent I sent photos of my furniture to make sure that he would prepare a precise quote but Dave on purpose classified my item in the wrong way. For instance the king bed was in reality a king bed frame+ front+back+sides, the couch was not a 3-seat but a 4 seat, the dresser was not considered single but double. They also charged me 200$ more to disassemble my IKEA couch and my IKEA bed. They told me it was going to take ~12-14 days from FL to CA. It took instead from June 20th to July 18th........they also refused to reassemble the couch because they said that IKEA furniture is not part of their job. Also it was impossible to ever speak again with Dave after I signed the initial quote. I wanted to complain about the doubling of the quote but he never answered the phone again. If I knew I was going to spend 3200$ I would have chosen from the beginning a serious 5 star moving company. Luckily my stuff was not stolen or broken- like it happened to other customers. I would never recommend this company! save yourself some headaches!

I got to know about Moving mania inc from a friend of mine and he insisted that I should hire them for my long distance move. I gave them a call and found out that they have low rates. I hired them for my move and they explained everything I needed to know. They mainly focused on how the rates vary. They guided me very nicely and in doing so, there were no extra fees in the end. I wish I could give negative stars for this company. Please avoid the stress and failure of promised seriveces and price and go with another company. The purpose of this review is to hopefully save others the extreme disappointment, lies and financial scam I have been through with moving mania. I have never had such a horrible experience throughout the entire process of a move. To begin the drivers/loaders first showed up to my job hours late with open beer cans in the truck and smell of beer on their breath. I found one of the gentlemen (Tron) sitting in my condo a lot and wasting time. 5 hours later my items were finally loaded up and I was given a quote of almost three times as much as the original quote provided by Dave the salesman. I understand what a quote is and that I did add a few boxes and containers and that would change the price but it was not three times as much stuff so why was my quote three times as much? I know Dave underquoted so they could present the lowest price and I would go with their company. Sometimes the lowest quote is t the best and I have learned that. I tried multiple times trying to speak with moving mania and found Phyllis the senior support manager to be extremely difficult to work with and was never once of any help in resolving any of issues or concerns. She was constantly extremely rude and belittled me. My stuff had to be held in their warehouse until I found where I was going to relocate. I was told I had to put in a delivery destination even though I didn’t have one so they picked Ohio where I was from. I was told by Leo the dispatch manager that as long as I didn’t go somewhere too remote my quote would not change based on the high shipping cost I had to pay due to the time of my move in December when shipping freight costs were at their highest. I was told an additional cost of $1200 would be due at destination. I was originally quoted this move would cost less then $2000 (clearly a lie and once they have your stuff you really can’t do much about debating the original quote that was a lie). I had already paid close to $2000 at this point. I was quoted $140 for my monthly storage but later when they had my things I was told it would be over $450 monthly. Leo did go to the warehouse and say the footage of my Items was “mis-quoted” and he adjusted, but it was still $360 a month for storage. The last step in this horrible process that has already cost way more then quoted was having a destination for delivery. I called to inform them I was ready for delivery to CA (I underatand that is further then OH but I was told my price would not change due to the high cost of shipping at the time I booked). Now my cost has gone up $906.25 in addition to the $1200 and will take weeks to get to me even though originally I was told they will deliver to anywhere in the US within 7-10 days. It’s been two days since they have known my destination and I still have no itinerary, load date or delivery date. To sum up I am reporting them to Florida Consumer Protection for the above reasons and hope my things arrive soon and undamaged. Based on my experience I am doubtful and feel this company will damage things on purpose and take their time.

Don’t be fooled look at all the five star ratings and look at the dates! The paid for these fraudulent reviews to dupe you! Look at Facebook and Yelp! Here is my story: Salesperson lied to earn the business would never speak to us after the deposit was paid. We were given an estimate of approximately 2200 to do the cross county move and we were very descriptive of the items we needed moved. He said we are a family owned business and do this all the time our estimates are firm unlike other companies the only thing you would pay for extra is extra boxes not on the invoice. I was told that we have a truck "going that way" and you could have your stuff in less than a week more likely 5 days. We don't sub contract any of our work out we do it all in house that is how we have been in business for so long. Come the day of the move the movers arrive as scheduled to load the truck. We did have 1 extra box and were willing to pay the cost of that. The movers loaded the entire apartment on the truck then sent someone up to meet with my girlfriend. We were told the estimate is wrong and the price was more than 30% higher to what was quoted. They tell you this AFTER your stuff is already on their truck. Since we were moving the very next day we simply had no choice but to agree. They will not take any payments other than an initial deposit on a credit card they require cash or a cashiers check. I now understand they do not want you to do a chargeback on the credit card. We numerous times tried to contact the sales person only to never be called back or e-mails responded to, The people in the office claim to not know what the salesperson has said and did not want to get the complaints. Fast forward out delivery day was 20 days not 5 days so over 2 weeks with no furniture or clothes in our new location. When they finally delivery they try to add almost $300 to the price! One angry call to dispatch and suddenly the mistake is found. I wonder how many people actually just break down and pay it to get their stuff? The crazy thing is that the work they did was good we received our items and while still unpacking for the most part everything arrived and is undamaged. The movers the hired in Utah were sub contractors. At the end of the day I want to them to honor the original estimate that we were given. I have initiated this dispute with the credit card company for the $580 deposit we paid for the job. Above that I would like a refund of $25 per day for the difference in the 5 days I was told it would take 7 at the longest to the 20 days it actually took.

He was very understanding of my concerns, apologized, and assured me that I would receive a refund of my deposit without incident. I do wish that my sales rep, Dave Myers, had simply forwarded my email or call to the appropriate person, rather than ignoring me. Like so many other reviews I have read, I was conned by Dave Myers into believing this is a trustworthy company, family-owned, blah blah blah. He emailed me a very low price, then when I called to speak with him he jacked it up by $300 but I still went ahead and booked it and paid the deposit. I had only read a few reviews at that time and while I did see some negative ones, I saw positive ones as well and reminded myself that people tend to review negative experiences more than positive ones. The more time that went by I had this nagging feeling that I had made a mistake booking this company. I found sooo many negative reviews all saying the same thing - once they get your deposit you won’t hear from them. Once the truck is loaded they will tell you that you owe hundreds, if not thousands, of more dollars. It’s anyone’s guess when your stuff will arrive and what condition it will be in. I felt like I didn’t have many other options and wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, so I decided I would still use them. I emailed Dave to let him know I had my new address, and also asked a question about my move. He never responded even though when he wanted my business he emailed me back within minutes. I called the office the next day and was put on hold for a couple minutes, then told Dave was on another call and he would call me back. He didn’t. This was playing out exactly as everyone said it would - you will never hear from Dave again. I decided I wasn’t willing to put my valuables in the hands of these shady people. I made other arrangements and called the office again to let them know I would be canceling and they needed to refund my deposit. No one answered the phone - shocking. I also emailed Dave again to let him know and again, he ignored me.

Just received all of my items on the 19th. My pick up date was the 4th so I waited only about 2 weeks for my stuff to be moved from Florida to Colorado. I had a brand new tv wrapped and taken by moving mania and it came back in perfect condition along with my night stand, no scratches or breaks. All my boxes are together and not really dented. Moving mania really helped me stress a little less knowing they would take care of my stuff and still be costly. This company was great to work with. I got email updates all the time, the company is one ring away when you need some questions answered or even just to get ahold of the driver to find out a date he’ll be there. If I’m moving I know I’ll have moving mania to help me out. The movers were so nice and quick to grab and go and to dropp it all off at the end. They’re very professional and dropped everything inside my apartment on the 2nd floor with no problem. I’m very happy I got to move with this great company.

My 1 bedroom apartment with these items: queen mattress, 2 twin mattress, 1 crib, tv and stand, and approximately 16 medium-sized boxes (no couch, no dresser, etc) cost $1750 to move. Original quote was about $1200-1300. Tips: Do not hire them until they come to your place and give you a proper estimate—not over the phone. The actual movers were careful about loading my things, purchase your own moving supplies. You pay half up front and the remainder upon delivery (apparently only in cash—shady but willing to overlook this). Took approximately 45 days to arrive at from Florida to Utah, not much of a problem for me, but they didn’t communicate delivery date very well. Also delivery driver is now demanding $125 more than what I signed for on the remaining balance on my contract!! After all of this I will use a pod in the future.

The crew I got from Moving mania inc for my last move did a pretty decent job. I was impressed enough to call on them again in the future. My move was last minute because of delays. But they managed to not only show up under short notice but actually come the next day again they asked for a one day window. I didn't expect our belongings to make it to our new place for two to three weeks so again I was impressed by the delivery being made in less than that. My mother in law will be moving here in 2 months. I will definitely have her call these guys again.

I needed to move from SF to NYC. Naturally, I was worried to deliver all of my belongings across the country. I am so glad I've chosen Moving Mania, from the very first phone call to pick-up to despatch Moving Mania employees were kind, informative and reliable. They packed my things as if it was theirs and delivered them without even one scratch! Again, it was a cross-country move! They even beat their delivery estimation and arrived three days ahead of time (after they confirmed this is OK). I would recommend them anytime!

This is only a one star review because zero stars is not an option. Moving Mania is a terrible company to deal with throughout the entire moving process. Not only do they have horrible communication, but their drivers are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve met. On top of that, they don’t do anything about items that are missing or damaged. If you end up with missing/damaged items you have to deal with a third party. Upon our stuff showing up(not on the day they originally agreed upon) the driver had us sign the inventory sheet before they even unloaded anything saying it was “standard policy.” Should have realized that wasn’t true right away. Once they were finished unloading we mentioned the damaged items at that time and in a rush the only thing they told us was we had 60 days to make a claim. Before we could even actually inspect everything inside our boxes the driver and his partner rushed out, leaving us to hope all our stuff was there. All together we had roughly $1,500 worth of missing items and Moving Mania told me that the items were definitely gone and not going to be found and that’s why they have their insurance company. The total the insurance company is going to pay out is $68. What a joke this entire process has been and I really hope this review steers people in another direction. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THIS COMPANY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS! I am adding to this review after the original was posted. Less than one hour after posting, the owner of Moving Mania gave me a call and was immediately hostile with me over the phone claiming that I was “ruining his business.” He told me there was no record of moving any of my items along with having no idea who I was. While I do understand that Moving Mania does share business with Region Relocations, I also can read my paperwork to see that the trucks physically handling my belongings are from Moving Mania. Also, I felt the need to review my phone records to find out if the “owner” had ever been in contact with me. I already knew he had, but my records confirm that the number he called from today has called my phone several times, including the day my items were picked up when he called trying to get in contact with one of HIS drivers. As I said already, I would suggest you look at a different moving company considering a man claiming to be the owner has started to threaten me with legal action over the phone.

They quoted very reasonably and stuck to it till the end. The movers were so fast at the packing and loading the process- great coordination among them making it a smoother and organized move. Honesty this service doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I’m just being generous. We called for an estimated price on moving our things, the cost was $3,483. The man Dave told us to pay the first deposit for it to be set up, you pay the second deposit when they pick up and once they arrive you pay the remaining balance. Somehow we are being charged an extra 3,000 which equals out to $6,000 which made no sense. when the contract we initialed was for 3,483. people don’t know how to do their job right. They’re a huge rip off and would dare go through them again.

I had very little time in hand and no one could move me under such short notice. But this moving company was the one who agreed to move me and not only just that, their rates were very low too! Moving mania inc was the one that moved us last month. We are a family of four and we have many things. The crew came at 8am sharp on the day of the move and quickly packed and loaded everything. They actually finished this side of the job an hour early! It did save me some money! I was impressed at that very moment! Do not use this "moving company" they are everything except that and they pay for fake reviews to get you to think otherwise. They fooled us, don't let them fool you. They WILL damage most of your fragile items and the boxes will show up crushed no matter how many times it says "fragile" on the side. They WILL be late or show up multiple days AFTER the established date for both pickup and delivery. They WILL keep your stuff for months longer than intended claiming a new BS story every time you call to check up on them. They WILL raise the premium on you saying that you were not truthful with the amount of stuff that you originally told them to pick up (check other reviews if you think I am kidding). You WILL be disappointed with your decision to suffer more money in damages than you pay these overpriced jokers. Stay away, pick a real moving company.

Just by looking at the guys that work for this moving company, you may be skeptical about their service. Their appearance is just like any other mover in America but, I was pleasingly astonished when I watch them pack and move my belongings. The excellent moving service of Moving mania inc from packing, moving to unpacking made me really glad. The manner of these movers makes them the best among other moving companies in the country. I am thankful for the service. My move was wonderful and enjoyable owing to the speed the guys from this company move my belongings. The movers were able to reach my new destination before me despite the fact that they carried heavy items on their trucks. The most interesting of al is that nothing was damaged in my belongings. For that I give them my two thumbs up.

These 5 star reviews are all fake. They took an entire day to pack up our small condo and that was with my husband and I helping. When we received our belongings, all of our dining chairs were in splinters and completely irreparable. Our full sized mirror was completely shattered and our full sized keyboard was broken from having someone's heavy furniture placed on top in the truck. Several boxes were missing, and I still don't have them. The men who arrived at our final destination refused to pull the truck into our driveway and would not even bring our belongings as near as the garage let alone into our house. We had to unload and carry our items ourselves. We received no reparations for our belongings because the company required quotes to repair the items rather than replace. No one could repair the shattered chairs or a broken mirror or keyboard, and I couldn't get these quotes. I provided cost to replace the items, but Moving Mania did not acknowledge this and we keep getting the run-around from the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company.

The highlight of the whole move was when they began to take out the television sets and stand, they knew exactly what they were doing with the wiring. They had this contraption that made sure none of the wiring got tangled or out of place from how it already was, and the day all of our things arrived at the new house the movers even helped us plug everything into the walls. I have a fear of electricity and have never been good with wall sockets so I super happy that the guys were kind enough to do that.

The most efficient movers and very friendly! We just used Moving Mania to move apartments within SF. We had two pick-ups to move into a one bedroom and it took just a little over 4 hours (but we have a lot of stuff). I was worried about my TV not having its original box, but they padded it with no problem. They disassembled and reassembled the bed for us and even helped lay down the new rug. We had a lot of little bags, suitcases, and bins so they helped us move these into larger boxes for easier transport. Being it San Francisco, we had to move the truck while loading/unloading many times as neighbors were trying to park. They were always pretty quick and patient about it. Overall, highly recommend! They are efficient and try to do it as quickly as possible. Thanks guys.

Not a good choice when it comes to moving your prized possessions. These guys are horribly unprofessional and the exactly opposite of punctual. The original pick-up date established was moved 3 times without us having a say in it whatsoever, they don't care about your schedule. When it comes to drop off, they were MONTHS behind schedule... that's right, MONTHS! I hope your dont need your stuff, because if its with these guys, you will not get it for a very long time. Not only did they keep our stuff for 60 days longer than intended, almost everything that could be broken was broken on arrival. Furniture that they disassembled was missing half of the hardware and could not be reassembled (aside from one chair...yay....). I can't believe how stupid we were to trust a company that sends people to pick up my stuff in a RENTED TRUCK! Seriously? I could have rented a U-HAUL and loaded it myself. I didn't need some questionable and rude meth addict looking drunk men to do it for me, especially if I knew they were just going to crush all of my boxes that clearly said "fragile" on every side. Pick a moving company that actually hires people who can read, not these illiterates with no punctuality whatsoever. Not to mention, they tried to raise the quote on us at the time of arrival, of course when we put them in their place, they offered a refund on these newly added fees. Snake oil salesmen is what these guys are.

We had to clear out our storage and needed help with a bunch of stuff. They have a 3 hour minimum but that was the right amount of time for everything. They came with a huge truck and three guys. These were the most organized movers I have every seen! One guy stayed with the truck and received everything the other two moved everything from the storage to the truck. They were very friendly and careful and like I said, extremely fast, which was amazing. So hapy to have found them!

THIS COMPANY PAYS FOR FAKE REVIEWS, DO NOT USE THIS "MOVING COMPANY" - These guys are incredibly rude and unprofessional. The people who came to get our stuff showed up drunk and reeking of alcohol and loaded items onto their truck that were told them specifically NOT to load, but hey when you show up drunk I doubt you care.. This is NOT a moving company, this is fraudulent company who broke almost all of our fragile glassware. The amount of damage suffered in this move is more than the scam price we payed these idiots to move our stuff in the first place. Honestly, if I knew it would be this bad, I would have made multiple trips to drive the stuff myself. Would have been cheaper after all of the damages. The sheer harmony and coherence displayed by the movers from Moving mania inc during my last move is absolutely commendable. I wasn’t expecting much from the company as I didn’t really know much about them. But they were just unbelievable. All four men were very strong and organized. The best part was that when one of them would struggle, others would come and help out. I have never seen 4 men working in so much sync. They packed and loaded all my belongings quickly enough. The delivery was made on time and the men assembled all my furniture for me. They are cheap too!

I always try to leave positive reviews to offset negative ones, but unfortunately this time I cannot. Long story short, the salesman tricked me into thinking he was the driver and was trustworthy with his price- turns out they hire 3rd party drivers and it ended up costing 150% more than the original quote. -THEN- When they made the move from Orlando, FL to Memphis, TN, one box was crushed with a nightstand and a lamp and they lost my $200 headboard, Lorraine in customer service at first was nice and seemed like she was going to help, then stopped replying to my emails for months. It’s been 6 months and I’ve had no reconciliation. Just stick with a professional mover. This company is trash.

This was the exact nightmare you think of when using a moving company. We moved from Florida to Texas. We had the movers pack our stuff as we had already moved prior to our house being sold and I had just had a baby. Our stuff was picked up Dec 18 and dropped off in Texas on January 5. The driver was rude and uncaring. I saw my things being unloaded broken, and missing pieces. I filed a claim and the total loss (of things that I remember) came out to $7706 . I had photos and original receipts. I was offered $62 as a settlement!!!!!! This was an absolute insult after they way they treated our family's belongings. I tried multiple times to call and email Lior and I never received a single returned call or email. Just because I did not elect to pay for the extra insurance does not give a company the right to damage and lose a family's belongings.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! They gave me one price for their job (1100$), when driver came to pick up the boxes they doubled the price because it was more boxes (2200$). I agree to pay extra for extra boxes but not twice of price they told me! After that they said that it will take approximately 3 days to deliver our items. And asked me to prepare cash to pay for driver! I said I didn’t expect to pay 2200$ instead 1100$ so I don’t have cash. They agreed to take my credit card but with 3% fee for transaction! I paid everything! After that guess what happened? They disappeared!!! Nobody called me with updates or delivery day. I had to call every day for 30 days. Why 30? Because that long it took them to deliver our stuff! Every time I called to ask when we will receive our boxes the dispatcher kept telling me that she doesn’t have that information! When I started asking her where exactly my stuff she said it was unpacked in different state and waiting for truck that will go to our direction (state they unpacked was to aposite direction from state they have to deliver). When they finally deliver our stuff, the driver refused to take the boxes and furniture inside the house. He unpacked everything in driveway and left. My mom 56 old and my husband who didn’t sleep for two days because he was with me at the hospital ( I just delivered our baby) end up to take everything inside the house. Beside that we couldn’t find one box. It was missing and some kitchen plates was broken. I never write reviews, you have to be really bad to make to write one!
