Very easy to book a move, people on the phone were super nice but when it comes to your goods, they will be handled poorly. Multiple boxes were destroyed. I recommend you to stick with square cardboard boxes, anything that takes an another shape will be destroyed it seems like my surfboard that was previously bubble wrapped, cardboarded + foam , in a surfboard bag and with extra moving blankets padding. Looks like items were dropped. Claims department will take ages to respond, still no news after a week.

If has been a very stressful experience. The carrier that was hired by them did a terrible job packing and charged 40% more than the initial estimate. I have sent a complain to moving apt and called several times and I haven’t heard back from them or the carrier. Now, it looks like is my job is to contact the carrier directly, so why did I hire them in the first place when I could hire a local company with a better service?. Of course the person who sold me the service disappeared. It has been so far a bad experience and I’m waiting for this to be over. The carrier is traditional express van Lines with a terrible reputation.

Do not use this company!!! My furniture left Knoxville TN two and a half weeks ago and I still don't know the ETA. The truck is somewhere ( who knows where) on it's way to Medford Oregon, where I now live. I was told when I placed my order, it would take a week and a half to two weeks. Coast to coast is three weeks. I have called and called to find out more information and they do not respond. To say I'm mad is putting it lightly. Maybe this company is fine with local moves, but for state to state moves BEWARE!!!!!!! Who knows when your furniture will arrive!!

Before reading my review: Note that they use paid fake reviews! Don't believe in 4.1 star I used them to do an interstate move. I have done a lot of moving due to my job requirement, however, this was the most stressful and painful move of my life and I tell you why: 1) They don't own any truck, they sub contract your move. 2) Because of not owing a truck they don't have control over their price. So they give a price just to get your contract and then you have to follow whatever the driver and his company asks, otherwises the driver will leave you behind and goes for another job. Personally I had to sign another contract with the driver, because he showed up at my place, jacked up the price 30% because APT Moving estimate was off. and they did not answer the phone and driver said he would leave if I don't sign it. 3) They don't give you their direct number. You can try it yourself! There are what they call customer service that just relay your message to the office. There is actually no office! There are two or three nice ladies who always say "we do this, we do that", it never happens. 4) You can never get their dispatch to call you! 5) They told me if I go with their list, it is a binding contract, meaning the price won't increase if my items are exactly the same. It was a lie! My items were exactly in the list, however I had to pay 30% more. 6) They told me they will be on the call with me when the driver shows up, a lie! Nobody answered the phone, even the so called customer service! 7) They sent a small truck which did not have enough space for my stuff and I had to drive with my own car with my bikes, etc for 1300 miles 8) Save yourself the hassle and go with another company which actually has truck.

I also have a large aquarium that was moved without any problems. They were at my house at 9 am and called before they came to confirm. We moved from Michigan to Arizona in Jan. Moving APT set us up with a moving company who has an F rating with the BBB. The moving company is unresponsive to our many calls, voicemails and emails. Most of our stuff showed up broken and a lot of our stuff didn't even make it to us. Almost 3 months after our move we still cannot get answers from the moving company about where our things are at. the insurance we paid for is unresponsive to out claim we filled out. While I understand they do not control the moving company, they should work with companies who have better service. If I could I'd give them a zero star.

We only moved two towns over but the Movers suggested by Moving APT were great. They had very competitive rates, on time, and easy to work with. And everything went smoothly. Our 4 bedroom/9 room house was packed up in about 3.5 hrs and unloaded in 3. Nothing broke and I don't think the move could have gone any better.

Wow where should I start. First this company is horrible at returning calls. They call a lot until you sign up then real bad. Gave me a three day window then showed up 3 hours late on day 4. Then driver asked for more cash. Then when we refused he drive off. This has been the worst experience of our life. My poor wife was in tears. This company should be ashamed but they don’t care at all. Stay far away.

We searched about everywhere for movers we could afford. The selection is huge! Finally we came across Moving APT. I must confess I was doubtful at the beginning as it was hard to believe that affordable moving service does exist. I don't actually know the reason, but their quotes are much cheaper comparing to their competitors. I was absolutely wrong in my beliefs I must say. The guys awesomely completed their job for the money we agreed at the beginning. Naturally, I was glad to give some great tips to the movers and I am happy I did use this company. To describe movers I can say that they are skilled enough to not damage the things and the property, are friendly, devoted, and hardworking.

The truck and 3 gentlemen arrive at the beginning of the hour they quoted; everyone was professional and nice; they moved items and made suggestions as to how to float the rug we purchased; cleaned up after themselves and left with a smile.... all under the time I expected it to take. This company deserves 0 stars for what I've had to put up with. We moved 2000 miles west from Pittsburgh to Salt Lake City. For starters, when we started with them, we were expected to pay 1/3 of the cost right then. No big deal, but after we were told that we'd be notified 24-48 hours prior to pickup, we were given 5 hours to pack everything. Then after complaints, we had to reschedule with the company since they screwed up. Again we were told that they'd call us again, 24-48 hours in advance. They called us again, once again within 24 hours, not giving us a proper notice. Then with their lack of communication, they had truck issues and didn't tell us when they were going to come get our stuff, so we stayed at our place all day with everything packed that we could pack ourselves from the day before. So instead of sowing up in the morning like we expected, they showed up at 6PM. Now we were told that we'd have 5 people coming to take all of our stuff, so we expected this to take 2 to 3 hours. They sent 2 people and took 5 hours. I have more of a problem with this because this company used a third-party moving company that was poorly rated online. I'm already frustrated by this because they're taking the responsibility away from themselves and putting it onto another company. So we were told to call the moving company to go over the documents we were signing, but Moving APT was closed for the night, so we were redirected to the third-party moving company that spoke broken English and could barely help us now. Watching them pack our stuff was disgraceful. Our contract stated that they were to use moving blankets when packing our stuff. They used cardboard and taped it directly to our furniture. I know already that this is going to damage my furniture. Had we not packed our TVs ourselves with blankets, foam, and cardboard boxes, I'd have been much more terrified. Now when they were finishing up, they had forgotten a desk and a rug. We had to yell at them to get our desk onto their truck! This is entirely unacceptable. They were trying to leave with an unfinished job because they were running out of room on their truck. This truck was already full of what appeared to be a number of people's homes packed into it prior to our own. They had also left us with the rug that we were forced to sell in less than 24 hours. Now, we were told to expect a delivery withing 3-21 days. Even being assured that it usually takes 3-7 days. Not a big problem until you find out a week later that they not only meant business days, but they don't start the countdown until the day you have selected for them to be there. So they added 10 days on weekends, plus a holiday, that we might not see our stuff arriving. You can imagine that sleeping on a floor or an air mattress isn't exactly the most comfortable thing to do for a month. After coming to grips with this and arguing with customer service multiple times, their only reassurance was "If your stuff is damaged when you receive it, we will reimburse you for these items." How reassuring, Moving APT is already not confident that our stuff isn't even going to be delivered the way we left it for them to deliver. Meanwhile, I'm regretting not using literally any other moving service and painstakingly packing everything into a truck myself. I'm still waiting on my stuff to get here a full month later. We were told that we'd be notified when our stuff was on a truck and in-transit to our new home and that we'd also receive a call from the drivers 24 hours in advance of delivery. As you can imagine, none of this has happened yet and I'm still waiting on my stuff to be delivered. Moving APT is late on delivery, rude in its customer service, and unprofessional in not honoring their contract to properly package our things. After all of this, prior to us even receiving our stuff, would you trust this company to take care of your belongings? ***UPDATE*** We got our stuff. Every piece of furniture was damaged (tears in leather; wood peeling, dented, chipped, warped) & missing items. This is the text limit.

We have had a team each time for the moves. They are so hard working and the team were conscientious and careful with our belongings. The fact that we requested them for 3 moves after our initial one should give you some idea of how much we liked Moving APT.

I couldn’t even move one box, which is why I labeled it "heavy". Not to mention entire bookcases on the back. I would go with them again!

I would not recommend them based on my experience. They are a broker. I was not happy with the moving company they selected to actually move me - poor and extremely limited communication, unprepared for move when they arrived, changing fees and dates, and damages they caused. While MovingAPT was responsive up until the move and the morning of the move (when there were quite a few issues), when I contacted them about damages, all they said was they passed on the information to the actual moving company, and no contact after that. While my problems were with the actual moving company more than MovingAPT, in the end you get whichever company they choose, with limited support. I would suggest selecting your moving company directly and not working through a broker.

We were moving approximately 150 miles and we had two trucks worth of stuff along with multiple fragile boxes and items. They were careful with all of our items and were able to get the move done in less time than I was quoted for. That is rare to find, and I am extremely thankful I went with them for my move.

I went with this company to move my parent across country. Sweet as pie until you sign the contract. Promises of great customer service every step of the way, great communication. Lies. They were late picking up. Said we could pay with cc and then wanted CASH. Promised delivery in 3-7 days (21 was the maximum) and it took over 30. Promised a daily refund if it was late - not true. Dispatch lied and lied for weeks trying to get a delivery date. Whe he finally showed up, the stuff was packed to the brim of the truck - 10 boxes high. Everything was crushed. The driver was so rude and he doesn't lift a finger. They hire a couple of local guys off Craigslist. They had no moving experience, didn't know how to safely carry anything. I couldn't fault the local guys, they were trying. Moving company is not responsible for damage - you have to go back to the Broker, and they send you to a third party claim/insurance company. They want original receipt from items you bought 20 years ago. Multiple estimates on damage. 10 pages of paperwork and you don't even know what $$ you might be entitled to. So it was not worth another minute of my life dealing with them. So, we had missing items, broken items, everything was late, my parents were completely stressed out for weeks thinking they would never receive their stuff. And all for a low, low price of $3,000. This should be criminal.

I received very creepy, inappropriate text messages from an employee at Moving APT. I do not appreciate Ava texting me and sending me pictures that I did not ask for. For someone to contact me respectfully from a business I would not have minded. However not telling me who was texting me, sending me pictures of my information on a computer and pictures of random people sitting at desks is not ok. If you expect people to come to you for business, hire people who know how to interact with people respectfully and not creepy. I am extremely disappointed and concerned that you have people like this working for you.

We’re thinking this company may have scammed us. They wanted $700 in advance for a move from Beaumont, TX to Tulsa, OK and told us that the movers would call us the day before the move... Well we haven’t received a phone call. We tried calling APT to see what the hold up was, but they are unable to contact the movers and keep brushing us off. We have to move out of our apartment in two days. Now we are out $700 with no one to move us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After a nice phone call I decided not to go with APT because the rate they quoted was 3 times what any other company quoted. When I politely declined their services I received several emails as a scare tactic to get me to use them. Then days later I received another phone call and the individual was rude, and condescending. When I pointed out that it may not be his intention he laughed was entirely rude again. I let him know that even if I chose a different company I would not be using APT because of his behavior. Upon reporting them to the Better Business Bureau I found they are the exact thing they claim everyone else is... a broker. Stay away from this company. False representation, excessively high rates, and scare tactics.

DO NOT USE Moving APT. They will trick you with hidden fees! I called 7 different moving companies, they were the best price. 2 days before the move I am being told there is an additional $1000 in hidden extras I had to pay. They do not tell you any of this when you confirm and make your first payment, they want until a few days before to tack on the extra fees then make you pay.

This is the only moving company I've ever used and they rock! I used them last year during a move and they were very fast and efficient. I decided to use this company again a couple of weekends ago and was very impressed! It only took an hour and a half for my whole move including packing everything up in the truck and dropping everything off into my new home. The crew was really nice and worked very efficiently to get everything done. On top of that, the move costed less than what I was quoted for! This is the best company if you're looking for a great value while still getting excellent service! I will definitely use them again in the future if I move!

I would not use them again At the beginning, everything seemed great. Our sales representative (Cynthia) was very nice at took time to answer questions. We set up a period of two days for the movers to come between and she stated we would receive a call from their "quality assurance department" in the next couple days to go through things. After 3 days, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called her back, then got an e-mail stating to call the quality assurance department myself. I have no problem with having to make a phone call, but then why was I told they would call me? We were also told the day before pick-up we would receive a call from the movers, but we never got one. This may just be a contracted company, but they were AWFUL! We were finally contacted by the movers at 3:30 pm on the DAY of pick-up, after I had called MovingAPT to find out they would arrive between 4-7 pm. The movers stated they would be 2-3 hours away. I received another call from movers at 7 pm saying they were still about 45 minutes away and they asked if they could come in the morning. When I said we could not accommodate that amount of time for them tomorrow (due to having jobs to go to) the movers were whiney and rude. They moved out most of our stuff and were very ignorant to the other people in our apartment complex. Since they showed up so late, they were moving past 10 pm on a Wednesday (Community quiet hours start then). They made ZERO effort to make any less noise or be even just a little quieter even after asked. They ended up saying they had to leave and would be back in the morning. We had to accommodate our work schedules AGAIN so they could finish. I have no problem making a schedule for these things, I'm good at planning. I expect if I'm paying a lot of money for a service they hold up their end. The following day, all of our stuff moved out, we find nearly 2 dozen empty tape rolls and other garbage in our living room. Not to mention the ones left in our apartment's hallway and in the door jam (Fire hazard). When I called quality assurance at Moving APT they had no solution or anything to help me feel better about rude people I wasn't sure I could trust having my stuff. I had multiple phone conversations with people there and there was no one to help resolve my frustration. The only saving grace this company had from me not being their worst nightmare was our things arrived on time, with movers who were not rude. They need more people like them, and not the ones who picked up. After all was said and done, we had paid about $1000 more than our estimate. I was expecting this not to be dead on, but planned for about $300 extra. Like I stated at the beginning, I would NEVER move through them again. Find yourself someone else or use a pod and hire movers locally.

Well, it has been 10 days since they picked up my things and I still have NONE of my things. Like a previous post said I was guaranteed the price unless I added more things, at the end they told me I owed 300 extra dollars. I ended up leaving a sofa, because for 300 dollars I can buy a new one. I asked the movers what time I should expect them they told me in a week, I informed them I was told I had a straight delivery. His response was "they tell everyone that". No one is answering my questions and I am beyond frustrated. I will NEVER use this company again or recommend any one to.

If I could give them a zero star then that is what they would get. We have moved to Montana and we decided to go with this company. We put a portion of our money up front and they made sure that we noticed that we were bound by the contract to be available for the three day window they had for our pick up which was Wednesday through Friday . 1. Received a call the day before the pick up window and was told the truck company they were using would only take cash or money order but no credit card. Ok, we weren’t happy with the last minute notice but obliged. Was told the trucking company would call me the next day (we are supposed to receive 24 hour notice before pickup). 2. Moving APT calls on first day of possible pickup (Wednesday) and says there is a slight delay as the trucking company’s truck broke down and they are trying to fix it or find a replacement truck. 3.Trucking company calls on the second day of possible pickup (Thursday) to say that their truck is broken down and would like to know if we could do Saturday or Sunday instead (this is one to two days after scheduled pickup window and outside of contract) because they now have to rent a replacement truck to get my things. Now I’m really not happy as I have traveled from Montana to Ohio and am now looking at extra days past my window and more money being spent on my part. I tell them no later than Saturday. I call Moving APT and inform them that this is not acceptable as this is now costing me more money and time. I tell them I don’t want any later than Saturday morning. I then get another call from the trucking company and they say they will be here on the last scheduled day of Friday and that the truck driver would call later that day. Moving APT calls back and confirms Friday again. 4. Friday morning comes with no call from the driver, trucking company or Moving APT. Call truck company it goes to voicemail. Leave a message and no call back. Call Moving APT and get someone who tells me the lady I have been talking to before “Whitney” is in a “meeting”. I explain that I want an immediate returned call as at the end of the day their company is in breech if contract. No returned call and now my calls are going straight to voicemail. Doesn’t ring or anything, just voicemail. The trucking company finally returns my husband’s phone call and tells him that they cannot get here until Saturday again. They also tell him that they can’t get Moving APT to answer their calls either (WOW)! 5. Next phone call is now to our attorney.

Updated 8/19/19: MovingAPT has followed up with my concerns and agreed to look into issues with the Traditional Express Van Lines carrier. I’m thankful they took the time to follow up with me to ensure I had good customer service. MovingAPT has been a top 10 worst experience of my life. Never have people treated me so poorly. I’ll start at the beginning: When I went online and requested a quote, my phone number and email were given to several other moving companies who called nonstop asking about my move. This was a breach of my privacy and the companies would not stop calling until I had signed with APT. Upon pickup, my mover showed up 6 hours late and worked to load the truck until 10pm at night. I was alone, and this compromised my safety as it was dark outside, and the neighbors were disturbed too. Upon pickup, I was notified of several extra charges not listed on the original quote, for things like my tv, mirror, etc. I was also not given a copy of my contract. Pickup was the first time I even saw my contract. Then, my movers proceeded to deliver LATE, leaving me without any of my things for 5 weeks. Nobody from the carrier company or APT would answer or return my calls. I had no control over where my things were. Upon delivery, I was charged another $300 IN CASH, my boxes were smashed, and everything was broken. Delivery was done at 9pm in the dark (again).

BEWARE! Go to protectyourmove.gov to find legit moving companies and to see the tips on why this company is one of the many scam rings. These brokers have multiple different company names, look up the phone number for pricing van lines and see who answers the phone...they will hang up or pretend to be APT. They are related to all the scam moving companies and they will under quote you and then the mover will hold your belongings hostage until you pay 3 or 4 times the amount quoted. They will pack the truck so it looks full and then when they do deliver, if they do deliver, they smash your stuff in so hard to make it fit half the truck and put someone else’s move in with yours. After you do pay a ridiculous amount of money, the scamming movers will store your belongings for months before you get it, if you get it at all. Their recording says you are being recorded, ask if you can record them and they will hang up....what is there to hide if you’re legit? PROTECTYOURMOVE.GOV use it if you value your belongings and money!

If I could rate them a zero stars I would. Moved to California from Utah. First they said they would come the 2nd of July while my mom waited at our previous house, as I have already relocated to California while my mom let them in our house and we tried to contact them and couldnt get an answer to why they weren’t there my mom waited 6 hours till they finally got ahold of us and said they will come the next day. They didn’t consider luggage bags full of clothes “boxes” had to pay extra for all those. Had the option to wrap my own TVs I did. They said they would wrap them and tried to haggle my mom into paying for them to wrap them again and they already were wrapped now they are here after being hours late and want to charge me more for them to walk a little distant to my new apartment which it’s not that far of a walk to move boxes a few feet away from their truck. Scetchy company, scetchy workers, horrible communication and horrible costomer service.

A move across the country was never supposed to be easy. But, with some kind of divine intervention, the movers from Moving APT made it happen without a single issue. This company is a fraud. Would never work with them again.. pls don’t fall into their trap. Sales team gets the contract by lying and agreeing on a quote amount. Next step is to get you to sign lengthy paperwork (which you will not be able to read) and get you to pay the deposit. After this step sales person disappears from the picture.. you just cant get hold of him. Next, close to your move date, you get a call from someone saying that they are “quality assurance” with all reasons why your quotation is likely to go up. When I said I would like to cancel the move due to increase in their quote, they refuse to pay the deposit back with the reason that you have signed the paperwork and move date is close. When I insisted that I will cancel or pursue legal options, they requested me to pay the moving company (they outsource to other companies) additional labor charges and they agreed to pay me back. They put that in a mail; once done, they have changed their version, from reimbursing additional charges to small part of charges. Once again, this company is a fraud .. pls pls stay away from them. Update to the review based on the response from owner of Moving APT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I got a response from the owner of this stating that they are a 3rd party referral service. The sales person while trying to sell had a completely different version. They make false promises first, then make you sign long contracts of pages n pages which you will not have time to read. After signing the paperwork, they will call and tell you why your price is likely to go up. I really hope other positive reviews are genuine ones. I would suggest that you stay away from them.

My husband booked our moving company through this 3rd party company and the person who helped set us up really left us screwed over. He was new and when went through the list of inventory it was very minimal. When the truck from the terrible moving company that they booked for us finally arrived, we ended up owing an extra $2000 just to get all of our stuff to go with us. That's a pretty big blunder. And the company they set us up with is terrible. Honestly, we don't even know which company it is! We have been given the names of 3 different companies now. So we have no idea where in America our stuff is. They may need to look into better moving companies to work with. Very disappointed. From now on we will always move with U-haul and do the work ourselves. No surprise fees from other companies because someone didn't know what to do and we know exactly what we get and the condition in which our stuff will arrive.

This Company is the absolute worst. When they finally arrived to pick up my boxes, they ended up charging me double the price that I was quoted. Then, it took an entire month for my things to arrive (I eventually found out that they were holding my things at a facility for 3weeks). When I saw my things on the truck, each and every one of my boxes was damaged significantly, almost as if they’d been dropped from a three-story building. The movers wouldn’t move my things more than 75ft without me giving them an extra $150 cash. The movers themselves were rude and unprofessional. Throughout this process the customer service was horrible as they would leave me on hold for absurd amounts of time and promise to call me back, which never happened. I chose them because I was trying to save money on my move but, with the extra charges and the way they nickel and dime you, you end up paying much more than expected. If I could do it all again, I would rather carry my things on my back and walk from Massachusetts to Texas before I used Moving APT again. I truly believe it is the worst company of all time. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

DO NOT USE!!!! They lied about their binding rate, they are like any other moving company that raises their price coming moving time. They broker your move out to unprofessional people. The moving company that was hired tried to run my card without doing the work first. Upon delivery, they were dropping my boxes everywhere. They were lazy and inconsiderate despite them not having to pack anything. They only had to load/unload the truck and drive it to its destination. Go elsewhere, it’s a sham of a company.

When you receive a good review you take credit but when a bad review comes along all of a sudden you don’t affiliate yourself with your contractors. I can provide you with every bit of information about my move and I can also tell you that every time I have called into speak with someone nobody has called me back. I have previous cross country moving experience and initially was excited to book with Moving Apt. Up front, I queried if my items would be going to a storage facility after pick up and was told no. I also stressed that I have time constrictions from work after 3 weeks but was assured my stuff would be moved immediately to avoid this. The price I was quoted included $500 in case I needed assistance packing my stuff. I was told that the disassembling my sectional and my bed was under the moving costs, being included in the provided service. When a local moving company came to pick up my packaged materials, I again queried whether my belongings would going to a storage facility first, and again, I was told no. I again asked the timing of delivery and was assured delivery within the time frame I had previously discussed. I questioned whether my belongings would go on a truck as part of a shipment of multiple moves and was again told no. I was then charged for $300 for packaging, which by the way, all my items were boxed. What was failed to mentioned, was that the wrapping of the sectional and the bed were actually not included in the moving cost but were charged as packaging. I was told as this was a cross country move, they had 21 days, which is not what is listed on the contract after the fact. Great. Now, 16 days later I receive a telephone call that my stuff is finally being loaded on a truck to begin the trip. The dispatch person with Arrow Moving Company was horribly rude and quoted me a 6 day time frame. When I said this was not was I told, she stated this happens often. Hmmm. My favorite part was when I stated that I had work obligations during the time I was just told asking for a solution, her solution was she would place my belongings directly in storage across the country and blithely asked what I thought about that. Update: The iron rods that connect the bed frame to foot board of my bed were missing so I now have defunct, useless parts of a bed frame. Bookcase damaged. Many things broken. Boxes smashed.

Super great and helpful to set up your move but once it gets past that it's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone and nobody returns your messages. I changed the date of my move 2 days after I originally set it and they never updated my account even after I talked to several people about it. I get a call at 1130 pm the night before my move for a confirmation (which I didn't answer because I was asleep and tried getting a time all day), only to find out they never updated the movers with my date which is why I never got the confirmation call. So now i am moving the original date and thank god the moving company they set me up with seems cool. If you want a cheap move they will help you find it. Cheapest quote, never again. Didn’t follow through with the expectations set. Customer service sucks. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Person who quoted us/signed us up was great, never talked to me again after he made a sale. Supervisor who does the recap lied to us. They outsource the drivers for pick up and delivery and have no control over anything once your stuff is picked up. Three guys in a graffitied truck came to get my stuff. They made me take a whole day off work, never showed up that day so I had to take off the following day. Terrible business model. Oh, and I checked my stuff. Half of it is damaged. Desk, dresser, tv. How does someone damage your tv when it is bubble wrapped bagged and boxed? There was a literal hole through the box, bag, bubble wrap and tv screen. Obviously not handling ANY of your things with care. Seriously DO not use this company.

I would give 0 star if I could. This is an agent instead of a moving company. The company actually moved my stuff from MI to CA was Cross Country Movers. After over 1 month delay which caused me to buy new clothes as well as furniture to maintain basic needs, they damaged my motorcycle which cost me over $200 for 2 motorcycle damage estimations and over $1500 for repairing, lost several of my items and pieces of my furniture which cost me over $500 to restore, and by the end only had a settlement of $52 which is ridiculously unfair.
