I'm taking a huge risk here writing this review before I get my things from them but here it goes, on October 2, 2015 they picked up my stuff from San Juan and told me it would take up to 6 weeks to get them to my new apartment in Orlando, FL. I called in on October 24, 2015 and they told me that my things were in Jacksonville waiting on release. I called in every single week after that and they kept telling me that it would take an additional week because my container got randomly selected for inspection. I called today November 19, 2015 and a very rude lady told me that my container got selected for an additional inspection and could take up to 5 additional weeks. When I asked her if they expect to deliver my things on 2015 (honest question lady, look at a calendar) she told me that if I wanted to be sarcastic that I should go ahead and be sarcastic. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This company has the worst service. Find another one. The price is not that good either. Their delivery is a nightmare! Esta comoañía da el peor servicio. Busque otra. Su servicio de entrega es pesimo. El precio tampoco es competitivo. Les doy un 1 de 100!

Worst Company, horrible Customer Service had their company phone not working without letting their customers an alternate phone to have communication with them. Also lied stating Hacienda PR may charge 30 to 40 dollars for all shipments which that's false hacienda don't charge a penny. Don't waist your money and time with this company ever.

Horrible company. From the ones that load the truck to the ones that work in the offices, they're just a bunch of lying thieves. They pack a table for us and the table arrive all broken and they don't want to pay for it. Also they open one of my boxes and took some items and the company say they're not responsible for that. How are you not responsible of your employees open a seal box to take stuff from it? Really hope this company closed down.

Extremely unprofessional! The only good thing you will get from this company is the prices. My family and I had a nightmare experience with them. From the beginning it was a disaster. The biggest issue they have is the lack of customer service and a lack of communication. We were scheduled to have our furniture and other belongings picked up on a Friday.We were moving our two kids (5 yr, 7 month old) and ourselves to Florida. When that Friday arrived we called in the morning and verified and were told to expect them from 9:30 am to 11 am. After waiting hours upon hours we decided to give them a call at about 2:00pm and we were sold they should be on their way. Waited 2 more hours and decided to call THEM again. We were put on hold for a long while, then we were told that the movers were held up by an unexpected truck inspection and all of their trucks were taken. They did not offer any apologies, no solutions, nothing! We urged them to try and help us out because we were scheduled to turn in our apartment keys that Saturday morning and we lost a day we could have worked instead of spending it waiting for a truck to never come. After much debate and us having to keep calling THEM all we were offered was a next early morning pick up. The next day, Saturday morning we called them again and Monti confirmed that the truck will pick up our things early that day. We basically experienced the same thing from the day before and the movers appeared at 4pm! Another day spent just waiting for them. The wait to receive our furniture was not an easy one either. We were told we had to wait 15 days max. But that was a lie, we did not receive our furniture till an entire month later. They never kept in contact with us, we kept having to reach out to them. We kept getting the run around from the Monti team (New York and Orlando staff). The Monti team kept bouncing us back and forth and pointing fingers to each location and not taking responsibility, stating that they do not have any supervisors and going as far as questioning our intelligence. My family and I had to sleep uncomfortably because we ended up going through our funds by staying in hotels for longer than expected. Having to sleep on the floor in an empty apartment with our kids. When we finally received our belongings one of our televisions was damaged. And we are currently dealing with that. It has been 3 weeks since the delivery and we have yet to receive any word on our television being replaced! I don't recommend this company for big family move at all!! They need a lesson on Customer treatment and professionalism.

Worst moving service ever. Moved from CT to Orlando FL and my son's bedroom was completely broken,my office desk they finish destroying it trying to fit it together instead of putting it together in office of my house which is a 2 story home. My 62 in t.v is missing,I'm missing a big box with a playground house in it. These employees that came did not handle any of my stuff with care they were rude and with a attitude. They also didn't want to put any of my other 2 bedroom sets together.This happen 10/10/15 and till today 11/12/15 I still have no response of my missing TV and box, everything I call there still searching ct storage and orlando storage. I will never do another moving with them or refer anybody about this company, I will rather do a Uhaul and move my stuff on my own and with care.

Our experience with this company has been negative. When we contracted them in PR, we paid additional to have our things packed “professionally”. When we finally received our furniture, a number of things were broken, damaged or missing. When I asked the delivery people to unpack the stuff, they told me “they never do that”. I had to remind them, we paid extra to have them pack and unpack the items. They weren’t happy with this and their attitude was totally unfriendly. As if they were doing us a favor, opposed to honoring a service they offered. As we unpacked the items, I noticed a number of things broken, the lead delivery person made a quick list of the items I noticed in the rush of the moment and asked me to sign it. Since they were in a hurry, I couldn’t account in the moment for all my concerns. As I went about organizing I noticed more problems: a broken chair, missing frame of a platform bed that has been rendered useless, tear in the fabric of our Sleep number bed, broken drawer chest, etc. We filed a complaint with Monti and while legally they have 45 days to resolve the claim, it has been 59 days and we still have not received their promised “sale claim release”. I contacted them 3 times already and their office person, Ivette Cruz has no qualms about making excuses as to why their claim release hasn’t arrived. Never, ever use this company as their integrity is in question and their approach to customer service is abismal.

If you can afford to relocate to a new destination without any of your belongings to include your vehicle, then for sure pick this company. They have a long history of using port inspections as an excuse for the insanely long transport times. As for my personal experience; any other moving company can provide a faster and reliable transit time for your property. It took them 80 days to deliver a small SUV from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Orlando, Florida; yes you read that correctly 80 days. That is almost twice as long than shipping a car from North Carolina to Germany!!!!! Every time you call for a status, you’ll get the same excuse.... the container is still pending inspection at the port. Which is a blatant lie. Bottom line, find another company; they don’t deserve your hard earn money. Update: finally received the vehicle, I found out it was available only because I called for the 100 times. The car was scratched on several places, you could even see paint from what was hit, someone left a window open so the carpets got wet, and mildew grew all over; also the front floor mats were muddy. To make matters worst; someone used my SUV in the 4WD mode and left it like that, God knows for how long they used it in that mode. On all my moves, which are more than 17; I have never seen such disrespect for others people property, I won’t recommend this company at all.
