Horrible experience with this company. You basically pay them what they call "complete service" and "door to door shipment" and it is all a LIE. Payed around $3000 dollars to have shipped from Miami to DR and have been going from city to city to do paperwork for them! And now I have to pay around $300 dollars more so they can release the shipment. Hidden fees everywhere! They do not know what expectation setting is. Not a trustworthy company. Save yourself TIME and MONEY and RUN towards any other moving company

Terrible experience, they didn’t even unwrap the furniture or throw away the garbage. Refused to assemble the bed they disassembled at pickup. When i called the supervisor she had a terrible attitude raising her voice at us. Very unprofessional.

im very pleased with this office. they helped my family and i move from orlando florida to berlin germany. it took a little longer than expected, but being it was going by boat that was to be expected. there was some minor damage but the insurance company took care of everything, no complaints whatsoever. i will be using them upon my return.

Very kind and cordial staff. They arrived on time for the estimate, took their time explaining everything detail by detail, and gave me a great rate. Come the time of my move, they did not dissapoint. The movers were very effecient and delicate with my goods. At destination in NY it was no different. Also i have to mention, i have moved many times before, but this is the first time that the same company that is picking it up, is the one delivering itm it gives a peace of mind knowing imy goods were always in their posessions, with other companies its usually an entirely different company delivering. Would 100% reccommend.

Una representante de servicio visito nuestro hogar en PR y fue muy amable, ella nos explicó al detalle de todo y nos gusto el proceso y el estimado que se nos ofreció. El día 10 mayo 2019 fueron a mi casa en Puerto Rico el chofer con sus ayudantes a buscar que nuestras pertenencias que ibamos a enviar para los EU y de igual manera fueron muy amables durante todo el proceso. Nuestra mudanza tardo 2 meses y 3 dias en llegar a nuestro nuevo hogar en EU. El día miercoles 19 de junio aproximadamente a eso de las 3:00 pm mi esposa y yo resivimos una llamada de la Sra. Patricia Bonilla preguntandonos si el día lunes 24 de junio 2019 estaríamos disponibles para resivir la mudanza. Tuvimos que decir que no porque nosotros llegamos a los EU el martes 25 de junio y no teníamos a nadie que la resiviera por nosotros. La Sra. Bonilla nos comunica que el proximo día de entrega sería pautado para el día 8 de julio debido a las rutas establecidas. Este no es el problema, el problema es en la actitud Arrogante, Prepotente y Desdichada que se comunico la Sra. Bonilla con nosotros, la cual nos dejó muy mal sabor y una incomodidad grandisima. Comenzaron a correr los días y mi esposa y yo no sabiamos nada de nuestras pertenencias hasta el día 8 de julio, día en que estaba pautada la entrega de la mudanza. El día 8 de julio mi esposa y yo nos comunicamos con la Rosa del Monte a eso de las 9:00 am y es la Sra. Bonilla que atiende nuestra llamada. Cuando mi esposa y yo hacemos nuestro reclamo, la Sra. Bonilla nos tildo de mentirosos, le falto el respeto a mi esposa y dijo que de su boca su boca nunca salio tal informacion. En ese momento y en la misma llamada nos comunica que la ruta estaba atrasada y que el martres en la madrugada el chofer iba a salir a repartir las pertenencias. Mi esposa y yo nos sentimos insultados de la manera tan vil, arrogante y poco profesional que se nos trato. En ese momento perdimos la confianza en el servicio de la compañía y nos hizo dudar de su reputación. Aún así llamamos ese mismo día por la tarde para verificar la información que la Sra. Bonilla había puesto en el sistema. Para nuestra sorpresa, la información puesta en el sistema decía que el camión saldría miercoles en la madrugada, (24 horas después de lo que se nos dijo). Mi esposa y yo dejamos de llamar martes, miercoles y llamamos jueves. El jueves nos comunicaron que ya el camión había salido, que tenía que hacer 15 paradas y que 24 hrs antes, el chofer del camión se comunicaría conmigo. Pasaron las 24 hrs del jueves y el viernes a eso del medio día resivo la llamada del chofer comunicandome que el sábado a las 12:00 pm estaría entregandome nuestras pertenencias. Llegó el sábado y a las 11:40 am me llema de nuevo el chofer para confirmarme que estaría a las 12 en el apartamento. El chofer y su ayudante fueron muy amables, profesionales y muy confiables. Nuestra mudanza llegó en excelentes condiciones y le agradecimos con nuestro corazón. Ahora es que viene la parte buena, hablando con los caballeros que nos entregaron la mudanza, nos comunican que el bagón que estaban transportando lo llenaron con la mercancía el jueves a la tarde para saliera el viernes en la mañana y que la compañía lo llamo en varias ocaciones para cancelar el viaje. Osea que el chofer no salió ni lunes, ni martes, ni miercoles, ni jueves, salió viernes en la mañana y llegó a mi casa el sádo 13 de julio. La Rosa del Monte tiene un serio problema teniendo a la Sra. Bonilla en la posición en la que esta, deben analizar más afondo antes de nonbrar a una persona a algúna posición. ¿Porque digo esto? Porque la Sra. Bonilla comunica información que no es correcta y no es verificada poniendo en contra a la clientela con los choferes de la compañía, cuando el verdadero problema está en la Logística y en la falta de comunicación entre los departamentos.

Great experience and service. I was a litter worry because of the bad reviews but let me tell you. My family was moving from GA to PR. The advice me to drive to FL to save some money in transportation. We where running super lata and we where flying the same day. I call them and at soon we got there the ran with us and help for ud to be able to make our flight. I totally agree with the other customer. this company is so unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. No one speaks English and they give you the round around. My mistake was not doing my homework like I usually do. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as Consumer Law and others. A Company like this should not be in business and get away with what they are doing to customers. They need to be held accountable for their actions (lack thereof). She hired them to move her furniture from Florida to Pennsylvania. She had spoken to them previously about her plans to move, he move in date with her apartment in PA, and everything. They packed up and moved her things out of her Florida home June 19th... They said she should have her things first week of July... First week of July came and went with nothing about her furniture, not an update, nothing. My mom called them,t told her if she didn't receive her furniture by July 11th to call them. July 11th comes, nothing no furniture. She calls and speaks to manager, he says that it's still "in transit" my mom asks in transit from where?? The guy said he doesn't know. How doesn't he know where my mom's furniture is?? You would think these things would be logged and tracked, but I guess not. So now it's July 19th, a month since she left Florida and still no furniture and she's paid for her apartment and can't stay there. She called today, same response...we don't know where the furniture is, if it's not there by next Thursday call again ?!!!!???!!!! So unprofessional! My mom made the mistake of paying in full to these people, so she's out of her $3200, her furniture, and the $1250 month's rent she paid for July without being able to stay in her apartment. Stay away from these people! Do not use their services!

This is the worst moving company that I know of. I move my furniture from Puerto Rico in December, they lost two of my boxes with my belonging , broke a glass table a chair and I have filed a claim for my loss. They will compensate me $130.00 only including what I paid for each box, as of today October 29, 2018. 8 months later after I received my furniture I have not being compensate. Please do not use this company because they are not professionals.

They broke lots of items, lost one box and they don't even tell you when your things are coming. The guy who answers the phone doesn't even speak English. We paid 4k+ to ship our things to PR, including a motorcycle. Which hasn't arrive and they can't tell us when. Using LA Rosa del Monte has been a huge head ache. They are really bad. Very poor customer service and they take advantage of the fact that they are the only company that provides services to PR. I'd rather give my things to good will than pay LA Rosa del Monte.

Worst people EVER!!!! I manage my moving through their Puerto Rico (PR) office (where everything worked out fine) to Tennessee on May 21 2018. I was told that my property will arrive to my house in approximate 6 weeks. At the 5th week I call (never got a call from them) to fallow up the process. They told me (Mrs. Bonilla, the only time I spoke to her) they didn't knew the status and that there was no way for them to know when my stuff will arrive. Unfortunately the office in PR and the one in Orlando (FL) works as a different companies, not like one (they lack communication between them). I called PR and they refer me to Orlando. What they don't seem to realize is that every day that passes it costs me $$. They are not giving me charity because I paid for a service. I'M STILL WAITING AND SPENDING $$. I used this company due to a referral. In which, I was given an idea on how they work and I was content with the information. I moved from New York to Florida and the day of pick up (June 30th, 2018) the two young gentlemen seemed very polite and hard workers. I was courtesy to gave a $100 tip. I was given my receipt for 8 boxes in total and was told it was going to take about 20 days to arrive. Upon arrival, which took 6 weeks instead. I received 7 boxes in total. When I called the office in NY and spoke to Mr. Figueroa, he claimed I paid and shipped only 7. Unfortunately, when I called the office in Orlando. The claim dept was never available. As for right now, its been almost a month of me receiving my shipment and my missing box is nowhere to be found. Sadly, I would never recommend this company.

We contracted this shipper in June 2015 and December 2017. My items were shipped from Chicago to Puerto Rico. They picked-up as scheduled. I received great service from managers Javier and Jose and the pick-up crew. The items they packed arrived undamaged (display cabinets, large decorative mirrors, marble top table, washing machine, cloth dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, patio umbrellas, lawn chairs, bicycle, artwork, collectibles, and other items). All arrived undamaged. I shipped 177 boxes of household items and all arrived undamaged except for three glass cups I packed, which cracked around the rim. I just couldn't believe the care given my shipments in Chicago and in Puerto Rico. Delivery to my home in Puerto Rico was within 6 weeks. Pricing and insurance were excellent.

I used this company to move my things from Chicago to Puerto Rico. Among all the things I needed to get to Puerto Rico there was an antique kitchen table and a tv, they said that I didn’t have to pack those myself because they make wooden boxes for that kind of things and that once they arrive and delivered the employee was going to open the box and leave the article in the kitchen or living room were it was supposed to be in the house. They asked if I wanted to insure the shipment and I said yes. I was told that the insurance covered up to 1,000 in damages but that I was not going to have any issues because none of my things cost above 1,000. I received my stuff 2 months later, both tv and table were wrapped in paper one of the legs of the table is broken and the TV looks like someone smashed it with a hammer. I made the the claim with Rosa del Monte in Puerto Rico and 3 weeks later they send an email saying that the 1,000 in insurance is divided between every article and since I have 13 pieces they have to pay me 76.92 per broken pice, a total of 330.76. They asked for an quote for fixing the table and the quote was for 350, what they are going to return its not even enough to fix the table. They are very nice, but they give you the wrong information to get you to use their service and when you receive your things they are broken and you are supposed to replace them with 76 dollars. I don’t recommend them, I will never use them again and I advise everyone looking for a moving company to NOT USE LA ROSA DEL MONTE.

My stuff got picked up august 1 from Puerto Rico to Dallas, TX. To this day October 13, I'm still waiting for my stuff to get here. I call every week and they tell me a different story. I lost all credibility to this company. My advise, pay extra with another company and get your stuff on time and safely. my family is very pleased by the service we received from this company. They moved us from Chi town to the 305 and it arrived right on time. They even called me a few days eaely from Miami so i could book my flight down so i can receive my stuff. Everything came out perfectly, they even shipped two of our cars and it came out perfect. THE FEE TO BRING UP TO THE 3RD FLOOR WAS $75 AND I HAD $100 I ASKED FOR CHANGE HE SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANY I SAID WELL.... I NEED CHANGE HE WENT TO ASK THE OTHER WORKERS WHEN HE CAME BACK WITH THE CHANGE HE THATS ALL WE HAD TO ATE .. ( THATS NOT MY PROBLEM ) WHEN THE GUY WAS PUTTING THE STUFF DOWN HE WAS NOT DROPPING IT DOWN SLOWLY. AFTER THEY WERE DONE HE TOLD ME TO SIGN OFF THAT I RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT. WHICH I DID WHEN I STARTING UNPACKING I NOTICED ALL THE STUFF THAT WAS BROKEN. WHEN I CALL FOR THE CLAIM ( SINCE I PAID EXTRA FOR THE INSURANCE ON MY SHIPMENT ) THEY SAID I DONT GET A REFUND BECAUSE I SIGNED THE PAPER THAT SAID IT WAS ALL GOOD WHEN I ACUTALLY WAS TOLD TO SIGN THAT I RECEIVED THAT PACKAGE. IM HIGHLY UPSET THAT THIS CHEAP/UNPROFESSIONAL/GHETTO MOVING COMPANY. I WANT MY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED AND GET A REFUND FOR MY DAMAGE ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ORLANDO NEWS/ BBB / ATTORNEY GENERAL / Update: After reporting them to the BBB they still did not want to compensate for the damages stating I signed the form etc ( in which I was mislead about ). Aside from that the head here in Orlando IVETTE was super rude and unprofessional and just didn't care. Unfortunately I had a 2nd shipment sent from Boston before this happened. On July 1st I had La Rosa Del Monte ship my belongings from Connecticut to south Georgia. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Which is true because I have shipped with them twice before. She told me it would arrive Tuesday the 6th. Never arrived. Today she is telling me the drivers are on their way and I'll get it this week and she has no way to contact the drivers. The receptionist told me my stuff has never left their lot. You get what you pay for. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Pay a little more with other movers and have a piece of mind.
