Charged $1500 for no services rendered, no refund issued, contract cancellation policy is unfair to customer. Paid $1500 towards move, cancelled within 72 hours in writing. However have to also cancel 30 days before move which is unreasonable as most individuals won't have that kind of advanced notice to cancel. Original booking occurred on 1/25/2019 where my initial contract estimate was $2024.32 total with a reasonable credit card charge of $800. After signing, a few additional minor household items were added to the inventory list whereby a new contract was signed with an overpriced estimate of $4552.65 where my credit card was charged an additional $1500. In both instances, there were no receipts given for any transactions to my credit card as promised. In addition, this company did not confirm a scheduled pick-up time within my requested pick-up timeline of 2/1-2/2. With little customer service help between not receiving credit card transaction receipts and not having a confirmed pick-up time, I cancelled services in writing within 24 hours of signing the second agreement due to finding a more reasonably priced moving company with better customer service (i.e., confirmed date/time of scheduled pickup within 12 hours of booking and documented emailed receipt of credit card transaction immediately after being charged for services) that did not have additional fees such as a $2101.65 binding fee, fuel surcharge $194, etc. that this broker charged. My total budget to move was $3,000 and the other company's estimate was only $2,947 with the additional minor household items added to the inventory list. This company's 72-hour cancellation policy clause is in direct conflict with the 30 day cancellation policy clause, which this company did not point out to me that I could not cancel without a deposit loss under any circumstances if I placed a job within a 30 day window. In fact, this company's cancellation policy over-emphasizes their 72-hour cancellation policy twice, once at the beginning and again towards the end of the policy. Meanwhile, the 30 day rule is in direct conflict with the 72 hour cancellation clause. Disputed both the $800 and $1500 credit card charges, but only received $800 refund. Company has kept $1500 for no services rendered upon receiving 72 hour cancellation in writing. Company's 30 day clause is in direct conflict with 72 hour cancellation policy.

Terrible service. I was told I would receive my items promptly but instead it was 36 days after I moved out of state. When I called to check on the status they could not give me a difnitive ETA. Instead a bunch of BS stating they have 21 business days to get me my belongings. Well it has been more than that and still nothing. I had to purchase items I already owned just to get by at my New residence. This has been highly expensive and fruitless! I will never use this company and have reported them to the BBB. I also plan on calling the News stations so they can warn prospective customers of their deceit and poor customer service. They should tell the truth and say you may or may not receive your home in a month or so. They do not care! Don’t use this company!!!!!’

For starters, you should know that Interstate Moving and Relocation Group is not going to actually move you. They are a third party who is going to sell your move to another company and you have no say in who they sell it to. IMRG will purposely give you an inaccurate quote to gain your business and then when your movers show up you'll be told it's actually going to cost almost twice as much as what you were quoted. Once they've sold your move to another company they don't care about your move anymore and want nothing to do with you. Personally, I don't really even care about price. What I care about is that the IMRG representative we talked to promised our stuff would be delivered within 2 weeks (give or take a day or two). The movers who showed up to pack up our stuff told us that delivery would actually be 5-25 business days from our first date available to take delivery. This was 2 days before we had to be out of our old house so we didn't exactly have any other options at that point. Once our stuff was loaded onto a moving truck it was then sent to a warehouse to sit until they eventually feel like getting around to getting you your belongings. Furthermore, we told the IMRG representative multiple times that our stuff couldn't be on a semi-truck because it won't be able to make it back in our new neighborhood to drop our stuff off...guess what kind of truck our belongings will be on? Yup, a semi-truck. Can't wait for my belongings to show up and see if anything is even in one piece anymore... Will not be using this company again. Will not recommend them to anyone. Would strongly encourage others to look for other options from more trustworthy companies.

Final price was almost double our quote. Everything they originally told us was not the same as the one who called about the inventory. They also said they don't think they will drive our stuff straight to the new house. YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS. Where are we supposed to sleep? How long will it take? Nobody knows apparently. They also said they will be here saturday but they don't know what time.

Moving with IMRG was one of my worst experiences ever! 1. On the day of car pickup they called us and cancelled it, and after making a lot of calls we found another car mover, which charged us $200 more! We were lucky that a friend of us in town accepted to hold onto our car, till the new pickup date. 2. Another company named Unique Vanlines came to pick up our home stuff. Despite IMRG verbal statement that the fee is based on weight and if the announced weight is more than the actual weight, I will be charged less, but the driver said it's just based on cubic space and they never ever charge you less than the initial price. Our stairs had 13 steps and the driver charged us $75, because it going up and down had a combined 26 steps! 3. They delivered out stuff after 4 weeks (From Indiana to California) with 2 broken floor lamps and a lot of scratches over furniture items. The driver made me sign the form and pay the rest of money, and after I did, I realized one night stand and my office desk was missing! The driver knew about this and promised I will receive them in a week. It took another 3 weeks to receive them! The delivery of these 2 items happened through a 3rd company, and they were not even given a job number and I had to explain for ten minutes who am I and what is it about. All the customer service people I talked about about this move were impolite and unhelpful. I have claimed for the damages and it is still in progress.

Using Interstate Moving & Relocation Group alleviated the stress that usually accompanies a big move. I was pleased to find their phone representatives were friendly and helpful. The movers were not only capable, but also punctual. They arrived on time to both locations, and were able to move boxes and furniture with ease. The transitions were smooth. We specifically and repeatedly told them what date the movers had to be at the drop-off location and were repeatedly told, “no problem”. Since my daughter was moving to another state, she had to notify the building what day the truck would be arriving. We were told to call anytime the week after her items were picked up to get a day and time the items would arrive. We couldn’t reach anyone that week. 5 of us flew to NY to help with unpacking. The day the truck was supposed to arrive with her stuff, we finally got someone on the phone and were told that the truck left our state that morning and would not arrive until the following week. We had to supply her with items to get by for the week and flew back home as scheduled. She was left without help to unpack and put together her furniture. I was told that if I wanted it there on a certain day, I needed to pay extra. No compensation for our expenses or time was offered.

Don't recommend these guys. My friend opted this and they did contract to some local guys and their services are very rude and really frustrating. Please avoid these guys if you want a smooth transfer. These guys come and did the estimates but moving day they have opted out most of the stuff with silly reason and ended up with the noisy situation. They have delivered the parcels after 3 weeks which they promised.

If you look this company up on Google maps, there is a reason you will not see any moving trucks at their address. Once you contract with this company and you're past your cancellation date, they will hand you off to a logistics company that will come and pack up your stuff (Interstate Moving is just a sales organization). The logistics company will then sell your "move" to an independent driver that takes your stuff to your new home. You might get lucky, but your stuff is packed, loaded, then unloaded at the logistics center, sits waiting for a driver, then is loaded again. We had several damaged and missing items and found little accountability from anyone. We submitted a claim for several thousand dollars and received a $95 check. We will NEVER use these crooks again and suggest you do the same. Stick with a company that does the whole job (sales, pack up, drive & unload). It might cost a bit more but well worth it.

Is it possible to give no stars? This company is the worst in every way, and the positive reviews must be fake. Your charges and delivery date will not be honored; do your homework carefully, as when they pick up your goods it will cost a whole lot more than the estimate states, and the cost will be calculated differently than in the estimate. Your delivery date is NOT guaranteed without an extra cost (they won't tell you this), and you will wait for your things, up to 30 business days! When you call with questions or send emails, you will get curt, unhelpful responses and will be treated as if you are the problem. RUN.

Interstate Moving And Relocation Group did a magnificent job taking care of my long distance move. When I found out my daughter was pregnant I instantly did some research online about moving companies and put in my information online and I received so many phone calls. I had no clue what the process would be using a moving company so I was very confused and had a lot of questions. When my moving coordinator from Interstate Moving called he was so polite, kind, and informative. He answered every question with no hesitation. Out of everyone I spoke with, Interstate Moving And Relocation Group was the company I chose to go with because I was not pressured to make a reservation right away and even after I moved my pick-up date back they were still able to accommodate me and my busy schedule. Moving is something I absolutely dread, I've always done it all on my own and at this age there was no way I could possibly move 800 plus miles on my own. The movers were super helpful and considerate of all my belongings and made sure to write "fragile" on all my expensive and fragile belongings. As well as blanket and pad wrapping everything! Interstate Moving was reasonably priced, and the staff was very accommodating. The movers called 24 hours before pick up to confirm everything and they called the morning of pick up to give me an estimated time of arrival. When they showed up they were so kind and introduced themselves right away. After that we did a brief walk through and I showed them what I was moving. I didn't have to lift a finger! Interstate Moving really helped me out and made this move stress free and possible. I couldn't thank Interstate Moving enough. I was very satisfied with the turn out of my move and I most definitely recommend them and their 5 star service. Amazing job!

Total dissatisfaction! Were supposed to pick up our furniture Saturday or Sunday with 48 hour notice....never showed nor called. No emergency contact number, had to wait till Monday at 9am. Was told they would be here to pick up between 1 and 4.....no show. Called again, said an hour away.....7pm no show. Office closed at 6. DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!

HORRIBLE. IMRG is not a moving company they are a broker. They did not confirm inventory or move times with me. Day of move I still had no idea when they were coming despite multiple calls. Once they get your $$$ they are done with you. They contract out all moves so you aren't booking with them and they won't help you with any problems. Save yourself the headache and make sure you book through a moving company not a brokerage.

Bait and switch, led to the worst moves I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor, and carefully read the all reviews of all moving service companies and go with the one with the best rating. You get what you pay for here - they'll quote you low rates just to get your business and then bait and switch and outsource the entire job to a really cheap, incompetent and dishonest business. Look at these reviews here and you'll see a lot of other people with horrible experiences about their move getting outsourced. Their sales dept will tell you your job won't get outsourced but this is a lie because it's exactly what they do. If you request a quote, Terry from sales will call you 10+ times a day and harass you until you naively agree to their services because their prices are so low. Once you've signed the contract Terry will disappear and your costs will sky rocket with add-ons and the services promised will never be delivered on.

I will never use INTERSTATE or ANGEL lines who they subcontract thru. Stains on my mattress end and 2 boxes never received. They tried to give me another persons box. Not to mention pick up was Nov 4 in Iowa delivered Nov 17th in Texas. They damaged the gate driving thru it without waiting for it to fully open. Move yourself people!

We were moving from San Diego to Maine last year(2018) and my husband had heart issues. I informed the company that we had to postpone our move. We had already given them 2600.00 deposit. So he had one of his valves operated on. But that didn't work so the doctors gave him a pacemaker. I totally kept the moving company informed about everything . The pacemaker wasn't working enough because his heart was so weak and he ended up with open heart surgery on June 17 2019. He is still in the hospital getting better with an artificial pump called an LVAD. I called them on July 8 2019 to inform the company that his cardiologist does not want him to move for at least 2 years. I asked for our deposit back because he hasn't been able to work for 2 months. A woman from the company called and said no I couldn't get it back but she could extend it a year. No way. Will absolutely not use those heartless people. Go somewhere else for your move.

I used Interstate moving for my move from Ohio to California. I had a great experience and talked to them many times when I had to re-schedule my pick up dates and they got my stuff to my new apartment on time with nothing broken. I would recommend them for anyone who is trying to move, just once you book with them make sure to not answer any calls from other moving companies because they will try to convince you that what ever company you are moving with is the worst! But I really had a great experience! Shout out to j&j moore nationwide van lines for really freaking me out when I accidentally answered a call from you. Thankfully you were proven wrong :)

If I could leave negative stars I would. I never leave bad reviews but I paid the deposit weeks ahead of time for our move. The movers were supposed to shop up either Saturday or Sunday. We never heard anything. Monday morning I called and they assured me they would show up before 4. At 4 I called and they assured me they were coming. We were supposed to be out of our house on Monday before noon. Tuesday morning I called and canceled and wound up renting a U-Haul. it was like pulling teeth to get my refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want movers who don’t show up.

Interstate and Relocation Group served us a while ago and were professional and respectful. Their house movers worked hard and thoroughly all day long and completed our move on time. Our furniture was covered with quilts and also in plastic wrap so there wasn't any harm to our stuff or the house we left or the house we relocated into. They also covered some of our doors and stairs to protect them from damage. The team did all you could ask of. Also I want to mention the guys who answered on the phone. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

So I was moving from Boston to Kentucky and I made couple phone calls to moving companies. I received a phone call from Camron, he was so into selling me the service he would 4-5 times a day. Once I booked him, I never heard of him or the company. I basically got played by him, I would never recommend this company to anyone, definitely not my family for sure. They will call you until you booked them, once booked you are no longer value to them. I got ripped off the company and five stars Gusys company. Both company are playing games with you and will charge you way more than they originally quoted. Please save yourself from this company.

I had a fantastic experience a week ago with Interstate Moving Company. It was a move in less than 3 hours all the way from storage in Florida to the Brandon. Chris is the owner and was able to schedule me for a Sunday morning move less than 24 hours in advance. Our movers (Steve and Dave) were great. I could not believe how quickly they got all of my belongings to my 3rd floor apartment, and everything arrived in great condition. We had trouble getting my box spring around a tight corner and they got creative and found a solution. This was the best moving experience that I've ever had!

BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I won't even give you all the horrible things that happened with this move. Just the highlights. First of all, Terry told me exactly what I wanted to hear. 1. That the furniture would be picked up on a Thursday and arrive on or about Saturday. 2. That I could pay with my credit card by phone since I would not be at the pick up location. 3. That I had thousands of dollars in insurance for damages. 4. That the furniture would be picked up between 8am and 6 pm. I was given a contract and was able to review and sign, however they are a brokerage and there was another contract upon pick up which had other items that I wasn't aware of when they picked it up. I had to pay cash NO credit cards. They wanted to arrive the location at 9:30 PM. I only received half of the shipment which I didn't know until after I gave them cash upon arrival. They refused to unload the truck without it. It arrived 21 days later. They put the furniture in a warehouse. Had I known that I NEVER would have hired them AND they knew it. So they lied. The furniture are antiques. They've been in my family for more than 100 years and they assured me everything would be fine. Glass sides were missing. Glass shelves were missing. A bench was broken and a leg on a desk was broken too. Then I found out about the insurance. It was only 60 cents per pound. Yes, that could add up to a lot but the glass wasn't that heavy. So essentially there was no insurance. The worst part was that they didn't care. ABC Moving USA was the moving company which was contracted out by Interstate Moving and Relocation Group INC. They lost and never found the boxes of glass. Do yourself a big favor and don't hire this company. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, but don't deliver.

No satisfaction with this company. I was told one thing on the phone and now I have no idea where my furniture is and they want up to 30 days to deliver. None of that was explained up front. Now they want an extra $750.00 to expedite the delivery or it stays in storage for 2.5 months that I'm on the hook for. The truck showed up at 7:30pm to load me (I was told between 1:00 and 3:00 pm) and the driver told me my furniture was headed to Florida. I'm not sure how all these other review are 4 and 5 stars.

Been in the midst of trying to move from Ohio to Austin, TX. My work life is extremely busy and requires most of my time, thus my research into a company to help with this move. Correct me if I am wrong but I feel like some companies just really try to take advantage of the fact that you're a busy business man. Be forewarned, these movers are professional scammers. I contracted Interstate movers who subcontracted to Five Star Movers. The original plan was for them to pack up our four-bedroom house on a Saturday at the end of August, then load the truck and move our belongings on Sunday. We were moving from Massachusetts to Arizona (so a big move cross country). They asked us for an initial inventory which we provided and gave us a quote of $8,320. Then, one week prior to the move, they asked for our final inventory which was the same except for the number of totes we had. They raised the initial quote by $3,399 saying we didn’t tell them we had an elliptical, a treadmill and several other items. We told them we absolutely had told them knowing full well they were big and heavy items. I find it interesting that they don’t ask for anything in writing only verbally over the phone (which would alleviate the problem). The day prior to our move, we hadn’t heard from them when they would be arriving to pack us, and we were then told we were going to be packed and moved on the same day (Sunday). We told them this was unacceptable as we were flying out Monday morning at 6am and there would be time available if they didn’t get the job done. They assured us they would have enough people and time to do the pack and move same day. The Five Star moving crew showed up Sunday morning, and after half a day it was apparent, they weren’t going to finish on time. They ran out of room on the truck they had rented for our stuff and needed to come back the following day. I told the crew chief we would not be there to do so. We had to leave the door unlocked all night and the next day so they could come back and get the rest of our stuff with another truck. They also failed to mention that they would not pack any liquids (even if fully sealed in original unopened packaging) or aerosols. As a result we had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of cleaners, soaps, perfume, cologne, etc. As we were not there for the final walkthrough, they left several items behind and packed up unnecessary items. They asked us to sign a contract based on cubic feet but the final price would be based on weight. The final price was an additional $3,000 making it $6,000 more than the original quote. They simply explained it away by saying we had “more stuff than they expected” even though they had our final inventory prepared one week prior. The truck with our stuff didn’t even leave Massachusetts for 9 days and arrived 18 days after they packed us up. Once they arrived, there were multiple items damaged and broken, other items that were disassembled and the hardware missing, and they lost the legs to the bed in the master bedroom! They disconnected the refrigerator water supply, but didn’t reconnect it in the new house, our refrigerator (which was cleaned prior to packing) was coated in black mold, making it almost unusable and items from multiple rooms were packed into the same box making it impossible to find things when unpacking. Having moved multiple times before, this was by far the worst experience ever. The moving company made several mistakes, not one time was anything done to remedy the situation and the movers packed us so badly even the movers on the receiving end stated they couldn’t figure out why they did things so badly. The price increased twice making it very difficult to get the postal money orders they say they need. Our $9,000 move became a $15,387 move. They hold your furniture hostage if you refuse to pay the increase for their poor planning. I find it interesting that they give you everything in writing, but everything you give them is verbal over the phone (so they can say you didn’t tell them you had certain items). Stay clear of these professional scammers disguised as movers.

One of the worst experiences and treatment in my life. DO NOT USE. It’s not possible to give 0 stars or I would over and over. I was told by a manager they would look into my case and she would call me back within 24 hours. That was over a week ago. They are a broker system. They take a large deposit from you and then contract movers to come get your stuff. Communication is terrible!!!! Their sales team is quite pleasant, get your money and then want nothing to do with you. After you pay your large deposit things get handed to dispatch and QC. QC is anything but quality. Frank is very unprofessional and only wants more money from you if you have a change in inventory but cannot tell you why. I was told my move was weight based. When the movers showed up, All State Movers from Atlanta, they told me the move was based on space. Completely opposite of what I was told. Not only did I not have enough space on the truck they provided for the items inventoried, I had to rent another truck to get the items I told Frank about 2 days before my move. QC was supposed to reach out 3-7 days before move. I called them numerous times about my changes and nobody called me back. I could go on and on and will continue to post until a resolution occurs. I cannot stress enough DO NOT use them. It is a waste of time and money. Go straight through a moving company and skip this middle man. I promise it will be worth it.

Horrible company, watch out for their cancellation policy. NOT MILITARY friendly. We booked with them in less than 30 days, requested a cancellation and refuse to refund. Rather they want to keep the money and put towards a future move. Cant trust them, their weight estimates are a little questionable too. We just lost over $2000 due to their policy, hope no one else makes the same mistake. 1 star is being generous. Go with an AMERICAN mom and pop moving company, ill make sure this company does not touch any service members items.

I don't even think I can put a star. I feel like I was robbed. I packed up 23 years of a life was given a quote and then once the items were inventoried it doubled. I moved everything to the garage so there was no stairs, no packing and 4 pieces of light furniture. Probably the easiest move they have ever done. Then on the day of the move I felt like I was paying a ransom. Another 4,000. My 78 year old mother drove from NY to MA to my storage unit stopping to get money an amount that I thought would be based on the second estimate the balance a cashier check and some cash. Ok banks close at 4 and somehow they made it. I received 1 of about 8 phone calls that the bill was higher due to the weight. I was told you have to get the money. I went back and forth with driver and dispatch. It was ridiculous. Again I feel like I was robbed, raked over the goals, taken advantage of. I felt like telling them to forget it and bring everything back to NY, but I had visions of all my photo albums scattered on the highway. Moving is one of life's biggest stressors and they made it worse.

This move has been a nightmare. When I scheduled I asked what day they would need to pickup to have my stuff arrive in the new location on the 3rd, and they told me they would need to pick it up on the 27th or 28th. On the 26th I get a call saying they will be here to pick up on the 27th between 10-noon, and we go over my inventory again. On the 27th, noon hits, and nobody is here and I haven't gotten any calls. I call the drivers' dispatch and no answer. I call customer service and they tell me the movers will be here after 6pm. 7pm comes around and still nobody, and now it's after hours so nobody answers their phone. Friday the 28th comes around, and at 7am I get a call saying the drivers will be there at 8. 9am comes around and I call asking where they are and they tell me they are 10 miles out. An hour later they still aren't here. I call again and again I hear they are 10 miles out. They don't arrive until noon. Once they arrived, they had an old version of my inventory list, and we were all nervous that our stuff would not fit in the truck. They ended up getting it all in, and informed me that they are going to do their best to get my stuff to arrive on the 3rd, 5 days later. The 3rd comes and by 3pm I had heard nothing, so I called and the only information they have for me is that they don't know when it will get there, but it won't be today. On the 5th they call me (first time I didn't have to contact them to figure out what was happening) and tell me that my stuff won't arrive until the 8th, my first day of work that I certainly can't take off. I would not recommend these movers to anybody. I understand that delays happen, but every step of the process has been heavily delayed, and every time I am left waiting with no phone call or email to give me a heads up. Customer service has been good when I've called them, but that is this company's only redeeming quality.

THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Moving is one of the most stressful events that is suppose to be better when you hire a moving company well this was not the case for me. They wanted to change the price we initially agreed on and when i called hoping to speak with a customer representative all i got was the voice mail. After they finally picked up the phone the phone the manager was claiming she couldn't tell me the price because it wasn't her department meaning i would have to wait for a call back.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. This was by far the WORST moving experience that we have had to date ( and by moving I mean trying to find a trustworthy company). Josh provided us with a quote and we told him that we had a lot that needed to be moved. He assured that everything would be adjusted when our belongings were loaded onto the truck. He called us the day before to say that they would be at our storage unit but did not provide us with an ETA. We finally had enough of their shenanigans and requested to terminate our business with them. Conveniently, Tatiana said that we were passed the 72-hour window and were not eligible for a refund of our $1000 deposit. Both Josh and Tatiana were very condescending and rude while my husband spoke with them on the phone. In the words of Josh, "If you wanna go ahead and lose all the money, cancel the job and not have a mover and try and scrounge last minute to figure that out, good luck." With all this being said, avoid this company like the plague.

Do not use this company. They are just broker who hires unprofessional carriers, like ABC Moving based in Chicago and run by Russians. They only wait to steal your money. I have recently used them to move from Minneapolis, MN. What a terrible experience!!! The ABC Moving Systems came unprepared. Can you imagine moving house by just using a small dolly? The move was from the condo, and I have the time window reserved with the building manager. Instead of moving me in 2 hrs, it took them almost 5 hrs. They broke all rules, staggered furniture in the holidays, block the entrance to the elevator. They took brakes for cigarets, came with the moving truck without the platform and left my place dirty, tapes laying everywhere, and they stained carpet as they did use any booties on their shoes. Because the move went outside the reserved hrs, I was fined $500 by the association. The movers broke all safety rules and at the end were complying that they are tired so they would not wrap all my furniture. They were loaded unprotected on the truck and told me that they would wrap them up later. I called IMRG to report everything and requested a discount on the move and reimbursement for the fine. Leonora from customer service said I have to deal with the movers myself. I have signed the contract with the IMRG, and they should be responsible for everything. They refused to help me. They even do not keep me informed on the delivery date. My arrangements were 7-10 business day, and I still do not know when my staff would be delivered. STAY AWAY FROM IMRG as they only will rip you off and send unprofessional movers.

Do not hire this company. I did for a move across the country and was given a quote. they "fawned" me out to another company out of NJ to do the actual moving who charged me THREE times the amount quoted. When I called Interstate, I was told that the company they contracted me out to did, in fact over charge me and asked them to reimburse me for packing materials etc that were never used. I am still fighting this battle with the BBB but I would think twice about using this company. There are far better moving companies out there to use. Do your homework.

I was assured Several times I would get my property by a certain day and ended up getting it a week later because Interstate is not the company that moves your property, they sell the job to a third party moving company! They are just the middle man pocketing the money. Not only did they get almost double what the actual moving company made, they were absolutely no help when the moving company that they sold “my job” to was rude and damaged my property and Interstate kept saying they would “work the route” to get my property to me sooner which was also a lie because they had nothing to do with my property only the “deposit”.

The person who managed my move, Brian, Dave, was a very communicative and capable manager who responded very quickly to all of my questions. Worst moving company ever. When they came to pick up they called the night before to say how they want the money given to them. No where in the contract we signed does it specify how the money needs to be given. I asked when they picked up if I pay them the same way and they said yes. When we got to our destination I made out another money order because I didn’t know when there were going to arrive and it is the holidays so nothing might be open. A week later they call me the Day before they come to see if I had another money order ready which I did. Once the movers got there they said they can’t accept it and wanted to charge us a fee for making them wait because the money order did not come from the post office. Very upset with the way they do things last minute and how nothing is put in the contract. They also don’t tell you that if you don’t wrap your stuff yourself then they charge more for them to do it. Never again will I ever use this company.
