First of all, thanks to Steve who has helped me through a very difficult process. Although I & A contracted with a scam company, I truly believe it was out of ignorance on their part. Now that they have realized such as I have, that Ron Jones is a scammer and a criminal, they have worked to make things right. I appreciate these guys, even though I actually didn't use them to move me. Thank you for your assistance. Steve has gone above and beyond to assist me in getting a stolen deposit back. He seems every trustworthy. Would recommend them purely based on my interactions with Steve. I hope to hear from Andrew soon as well.

We had the absolute WORST experience with them... It took a month for us to get our stuff, and a month of us chasing them around to get answers. They wouldn’t tell us were our stuff was, then they said the truck broke down... When we finally got our stuff most of it was damaged. And the more boxes I open the more broken things I find. When I called this morning to complain they said that the boxes seemed squished because there was space inside them... YES BECAUSE THE CONTENTS WERE COMPLETELY SMASHED!!! They took apart a chair and I got it back missing 2 legs!!! This is absolutely incredible... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I wouldn’t recommend this company if it was the only moving company left.

Let me start with how good their sales team and customer service are. Darrick was the guy who booked the deal for me, he definitely knows what he’s selling, he told me he worked 20 years moving people and I can tell you he is a hard working man by the way he’s speaking. They have a nice customer service personnel who are always available and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I moved from Peoria, IL to Sacramento, CA and the whole process was smooth. Movers arrived on time and got out my one-bedroom apartment in no time. They really cover all your furniture with pads and shrink, as promised. The only thing was delivery, I expected it to be a bit earlier but it wasn’t too bad at the same time, I over waited 2 days. Overall a great experience with I&A moving and storage.

I used I&A Moving and Storage for two moves. The service for my move was EXCELLENT as with the first move. The movers called me prior to their arrival time, arrived, and proceeded to work as scheduled. I was greeted and given a brief overview of the move and projected cost. I did a lot of pre-packing and the I&A Moving and Storage folks helped with whatever I missed. The workers took care in their work and were very pleasant during the move. The move was even finished early. I highly recommend the service and would use them in the future without hesitation.

I had an excellent experience with I&A Moving and Storage. The movers showed up right on time (if not a little bit ahead of schedule, which was great because I was on a time crunch). The manager was very nice and flexible with accommodating my schedule, even with the last minute change on my side. Very affordable rates, and excellent communication. This is was very seamless move for me. Thank you all for the hard work! I would definitely use them again.

These guys are brokers, that sell themselves as carriers with their single truck. Also sales rep failed to mention that the destination costs, which are nonrefundable, were a part of their "fully refundable" deposit. It's a total scam.

Absolute criminals. Was quoted one price at a "discounted rate" for a long distance move and then on the day of the move quoted $680 more. I had no choice but to use them because I was on a tight moving schedule and they know that. I was never told that the initial person I spoke to was a broker and that they hire other companies for pickup and delivery. I only got calls back in the beginning when they were trying to get my money. When I had any issues I never got a call back. When I complained about the difference, Arthur would not honor the initial quote and when I threatened to file complaint he threatened to hold my stuff hostage. Thankfully I received my stuff but I will NEVER use them again and I will tell anyone who mentions hiring movers never to hire them.

I was very happy with the customer service. The men who packed and loaded our belongings were very professional. But 1 of the men who delivered our things was unprofessional , rude and condescending towards women. I mentioned that it looked like my brand new floor was scratched by them. One man said it was dirt. I said, I don't care, please don't drag the stuff across the floor. The rude one then replied, "I don't care either." We had to call the police to get them to do things the way they were paid to do. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with I&A Moving and Storage!! Steve called me back immediately with very reasonable prices. The guys were very quick and efficient. They took great care of my stuff. If I could give this less I would! Stay away from this company! They quoted my wife and I a price of $8000 initially, we told them that was out of our budget. So then they found is something for $5000 since we agreed to move our date and do pack one day and ship the next day. We gave them deposit. We didnt hear anything at all, in fact my wife had to call them to double check they'd still show up. So the day comes and the company says the driver will be at our home at 9 am, 10 am rolls around and no one shows, we called the company who then informs us the driver won't arrive until 2:30 PM because he had to pick up another person. They show up (3 guys), then the driver walks through our townhouse and says "oh you'll need a full truck, that's going to he pretty much double." So I immediately get in the phone with his boss and told him the situation, how we were told one thing and now it's another and how now we had no choice because we were scheduled to move and be out of our home at this date. So the boss said the best he could do was $8000 (which was the original price). So of course we had to fork over the money. They pack up the house CARELESSLY, like I still can't find half of the items and things were just thrown in boxes any way they saw fit. Not to mention they didnt finish packing up the house until 3am in the morning. They damaged the hell out of our home we sold, and they said oh just file a claim and cash was due on delivery no matter if stuff was damaged or not because we could just file a claim. So our stuff arrives and they didnt put anything together like we paid them to do, and the manager said oh well just unpack everything and we will send someone back out to put everything together, and we can refund you $200. These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM unless you have no care for your stuff or like giving other people free money. Again heed my warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Update 06/25/2019: So apparently one of the managers must have noticed my review here and on google and didn't take too kindly of my opinion (calling them scam artists) based on FACTUAL events that took place, so he decided to call me (literally minutes ago) and harass me. Stating "how are we scam artists when we moved you." I told him because he gave me one price that we actually put a deposit on, and we ended up paying over $2000 more. On top of that quite a bit of my items were damaged, and so was my previous home I sold due to negligence." His reply was " I asked you was that price good and you said it was, and if your stuff was damaged why didn't' you tell them right then, why did you wait. We have insurance to repair the house. He then claims I wasn't charged for them hoisting my sofa and love seat over the balcony to get it out of the home, when we actually were. I told him he may want to check with one of his employees as they may be stealing, we in fact were charged $75 for that. I also told him he was full of it, in which he replied no you are full of it, and you don't keep your word, we moved you so how are we scam artists? lol newsflash: I PAID YOU for a service which you half way completed (they didn't complete the assembly of things they were supposed to upon deliver except 2 beds) so it is NOT like you did me any favors! He wants to harass me but NOT harass the people that work for them or they outsource smh, again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

1 star is even rating too high. Company was extremely unprofessional (i.e. driver at destination arrived in flip flops and belly hanging out from shirt). One box did not make it to destination. Movers slung boxes and furniture (which had scuffs and was missing knobs). By the end, company charged nearly $1k more than max price quoted. Will NEVER use them again!

This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with from beginning to end of my move. When they came to my house to pick up my goods they tried to change the price I had been quoted. When it was time to deliver, they charged me an extra $500 for a smaller truck, claiming that the larger truck did not fit my street. When they delivered my goods, we found that my husband's very expensive bike was missing. They were also unable to put my Jacuzzi in place, and left if leaning up against a wall of my house and left, after damaging one of the walls. I put in a call to customer service, which they have yet to return.

Worst company ever to deal with. Didn't call didn't show up. I had to call. They said they were having a bad day moving before they were to pick us up. Then when they did show up the lead guy was argumentative he even called me a liar. They scratched our wood floors, That was just the pick up. Now we had a delivery date scheduled for the 12th of April. No call, no were sorry just the same excuse. They were having another bad day. So it is now the 13th. Said they would be here today at noon. You guessed it. No call no show up again. Then we got a 8am call. Their truck broke down. Now they are not sure when we will get our furniture delivered. They said they would rent a truck from enterprise rental. Maybe I should have done that! Save yourself the headache. DO NOT USE I&A MOVING

I highly recommend I&A Moving and Storage. They moved my mom from one apartment to another in the Bronx. The whole process was very painless. There was constant communication with me and the movers were super careful with every piece of furniture. They were on time and extremely professional. As one reviewer said, no hidden costs, no extra charges. I have personally moved quite a few times, intrastate and interstate, and by far this was the best moving experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this company.

RUN!!! SCAM COMPANY!!! THEY CHARGE YOU MORE WHEN THEY PICK UP AND DO NOT HANDLE YOUR STUFF WITH CARE!!! I'M PRETTY SURE THEY TOSS AROUND BOXES, AS MOST OF MINE WERE CRUSHED, TOTES CRUSHED AND CRACKED, AND YOU COULD HEAR BROKEN GLASS ITEMS IN MOST. WHICH WERE WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP. ONE OF THE GUYS KEPT RUNNING INTO MY FURNITURE WHEN UNLOADING, I TOLD HIM TO BE CAREFUL. HE JUST LAUGHED! I TOLD HIM I WAS FILING A CLAIM. HE SAID THEY WERE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR MY STUFF SINCE THEY WERE IN MY OWN BOXES. BUYER BEWARE!!! NOTIFYING BROKER COMPANY AS WELL. ALL AMERICAN OUT OF BOCA RATON FL. AND REPORTING THEM TO BBB, AND ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CAL. THIS COMPANY IS BAD!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! This is a scam. They will lie and add charges that were not included in the original price just to get more money. They’re very rude & disrespectful! Never showed up for the delivery date when I reserved space for them all to show up the next day (without me even knowing) and want to charge more money because they have no where to park and charge more for coming back out. Can’t get anyone on the phone. The manager never calls back or available to talk when you call. Michael, Arthur, Alex & Steven were all very rude & nasty with me. No help at all. Told me to do what I need to do. I just filed a lawsuit with this company. Please do not use them or you will be as disappointed as I am. The reviews are fake! They tricked me too! Company isn’t even with the BBB! Scamming people! Update: On 2/27 it will be a month that this company has had my items. They are not trying to work with me. They said they will waive the fee to come back out but I shouldn’t have a fee at all because I didn’t even know they were coming that day. Now the same amount of the last fee they are saying they have to charge me that for a smaller truck. Either way they are still trying to get more money. Not once are they taking into consideration how long they had my items or accountability for their mistakes!!! This is ridiculous and a month later I still have none of my items in a new city. All my furniture pieces are mirrored and I can imagine the beat up condition their in for having my stuff almost a month!!!!

Quote you a price load your stuff then hold your stuff hostage as the raise the price thousands of dollars, don't pack very well tons of broken stuff including a one of a kind special built upright baby grand piano, still waiting on information from the company to file a insurance claim it's been over a month, DO NOT USE THEM......

These guys are just awesome!!! Steve was the guy who picked up my stuff, he was so informative and friendly, hands down. The way they wrap the furniture is something. He also offered awesome deals on packing supplies which saved me a lot. Would definitely recommend them!!!

These AMAZING MOVERS were really on top of their game from start to finish. What a great experience I had with this moving company and their staff during my family moved. The lead guy was very helpful starting from our very first phone call. He went over all the details of the move with me and asked very insightful questions. That helped us organize the move.
