Terrific service. The staff in the office was prompt, professional and kept me informed about arrival time, etc. The two movers were courteous, friendly and very fast and efficient with the move. It was easy and straightforward. Will use them anytime I want furniture moved.

Fresh Start was by far the best moving company that I've used. They had extremely reasonable rates compared to all of other moving companies I was considering. I am very glad that I used this moving company, because this was the best moving experience I've had. As a college and graduate school student I have had to move many, many times, and I've never had a moving company handle my items with as much care as Fresh Start Relocation. They were very fast, professional, and made this move my easiest to date. I can't recommend this company enough, and I will, without a doubt, be using Fresh Start Relocation for all of my future relocations in this area.

I was moving for work and found Fresh Start Relocation on Google. I have to be very careful on who I hire because I have extremely expensive furniture. I took three quotes per the regulations of my employers and decided on moving forward with Tyler. Tyler was very friendly and was meticulous on going through my entire inventory and explaining how my antiques, paintings, china, and most importantly my sports memorabilia was going to be packed. His quote wasn’t the cheapest but Tyler made me feel the most comfortable out of all 3 companies I spoke to. I received a welcome call from a nice lady named Phyllis whom went through the complete process of my move then emailed me a recap of the conversation. She explained to me they will bring all of the packaging materials and do everything for me and didn’t have to worry about anything. I also bought the full valuation insurance from Bakers International. Freddy and his crew showed up the day before the move to do a walk through and give me a revised estimate. Our move was done over the phone with Tyler so I wanted to make sure the price would not change. Tyler’s quote was pretty much dead on. Everything Tyler explained to me at the beginning was how it went on moving day. Freddy and his team took their time made sure I was comfortable with how my more expensive items were being packed. I have 2 small children. One of the guys was so kind with them. Played with them while I was doing the walk through with Freddy and being extra nice to my wife (who was extremely nervous). Freddy and his team were on time both days. I was so happy with the job they did. I had to be at work the following day which was a Friday. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery day and they were right on time. It took them 3 days to get to us. Bright and early Monday morning Freddy and his team were there ready to roll. It took them all day but they unpacked and reassembled all of my beds, tables, and even hung my 80 inch Television. I bought all of them dinner and got to know Freddy on more of a personal level. I can’t say enough about Fresh Start Relocation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a truly great moving experience. eden

Fresh Start Relocation popped up in my email one night and the rep that I talked to seemed knowledgeable. He sent me information and he was persistent. He would ask me how I'm doing and check on me in a very customer service friendly way but not being too overaggressive. I gave them a pickup date and they came a day early, so it was very good. I had majority of everything packed and they just came to do the large items - the living room furniture, the sofas etc. They picked up on the 16th of December but I didn’t leave Florida until the 22nd and I didn’t get to Virginia until the 3rd of January. But I had told them that my place would not be ready until the 8th, so once I moved into my apartment, a couple days later, they brought my furniture and everything was right on time. Everything that the company represented was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve traveled, made several cross-country moves and this was the best experience I've had by far. The service was good. In fact, I was under the estimated weight load and I got my money back. The cost was a bit more than what I expected but it was well worth it and I would do it again.

Thank you so much Fresh Start Relocation! From start to finish they helped me remain calm when moving across the country. Everything was explained in detail about what I needed to handle, and what they would handle. Miranda emailed me a booklet explaining how to pack my items, and it had great tips on getting organized. Even when I moved my dates, they made it work! My Relocation Specialist was Rich. He answered all of my questions and responded to me even at 9:00 at night on a Sunday. When moving day came the drivers showed up on time, and called to let me know they were on the way. They took care of disassembling my beds, dressers, tables and I paid extra for them to pack my TVs, mirrors, and tables in special boxes. The wrapped all of my grandmother's antiques. It was well worth the cost! They took such good care of my items and packed the truck with efficiency while I sat back and relaxed. I was provided copies of all of my inventory lists and documentation before they left. All of my items arrived at my new home in no time, and in perfect condition. When the movers arrived at the new house, they unloaded all the boxes and furniture, and they even placed them in the right rooms for easy unpacking! Everyone that I encountered, whether on the phone or in person, was very friendly and professional. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and eagerness to help! Thank you!

2 years ago I had Freddy as a mover from Fresh Start Relocation for a local move .....had great services and terrific young men who did the job. So I hoped to receive the same thing this time around and was so excited when it was Freddy yet again who walked through my door! I most definitely had great service and terrific young men do this job too. Price was reasonable and could not ask for more helpful, pleasant, people. The movers were so cheerful and patient! They displayed a great deal of skill as they maneuvered the large heavy pieces and made sure we were happy with the placement. They dropped off pieces at two different locations for us. Very committed to the job from start to finish and cleaned up after they were finished. This is the BEST moving company ever!! I have moved many times throughout my life for college and graduate school. My experience with Fresh Start Relocation was by far the best moving experience I have ever had. They are FAST, PROFESSIONAL, and AFFORDABLE. During my move, I had a challenging situation where several other people needed to use the service elevator around the same time we did. So, my goal was to get everything up to my new apartment by 3PM which was the best case scenario I thought could be done. The movers at Fresh Start Relocation had the job finished by 2:30PM!! Even faster than what I thought was possible. The amazing part is that they were as careful as they were fast. They wrapped all the furniture in padded blankets and tape, individually wrapped all our plates and cups, and made sure that all items arrived in the exact same condition they were in before. To top it off the price was extremely reasonable, cheaper than all the other alternatives. Moving is usually an annoying and tedious experience, but with Fresh Start Relocation they took out all the hassle and actually made moving more fun and exciting. Definitely will hire them again in the future.
