Thanks to Todd(Estimators), Claudia (The Owner), driver and helper Luis at Florida Moving Systems. Our entire move went very smoothly. Definitely was not expecting smoothly because we had Very bed experience with another movers in past. Todd and Clowdia assured us so many times don't worry but when went very smooth that time realized that this company is EXCELLENT, RELIABLE ,TRUST WORTHY company . They did not ask for extra charges for anything. They did not charge on our credit card until arrived in Dallas,TX. Did not charged any extra money for using credit card. When stuff arrived in Dallas Hse with there partner Ward north america also very good customer service and very good driver and helper to off load stuff. All stuff came and in same condition as we packed. They deseve more then 5 stars.

Great communication--Todd was always available to answer any of my questions. We moved from Orlando to Pittsburgh while it was still pretty wintry in the 'burgh, but Josh and his crew handled everything like aces, even making valiant efforts to fit a gigantic chair into a room that in the end was just not having it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for affordable but efficient moving services.

Prices sounded good, but somehow, because I need help in the afternoon, not the morning, that's not something that can be done and deserves to be laughed at. They could have at least hung up the phone before laughing at my request.

Florida Moving Systems handled the details of everything with my move, from estimating costs to working around my family's schedule. They packed, loaded, and transported everything and everyone involved was courteous and professional. Given everything that was done by them, I felt that their rates were very fair, considering I was moving more than 11,000 pounds of stuff nearly 900 miles. I dropped 1 star on the review because of the only flaw I found in their process: last-minute uncertainty in the schedule. I had asked for my stuff to be packed and loaded on the same day when I met with the agent giving the estimate, 6 weeks in advance. When he came back with the quote, he said he looked at the schedule and that was fine. Four days before the move, they called me back and asked if they could change it. I understand that stuff comes up and I was willing to accommodate them, but then when dropping off my stuff, the driver who was supposed to call me the day prior to schedule it, called me at 7:45 am to tell me he would be there in 45 minutes. The driver/unload supervisor was fantastic beyond that, but those two things combined made me feel that a 5-star review may be just a little too high. I would definitely work with this group again if the opportunity ever arose.

Do not, so not use this company. They are so awful. My husband and I interviewed three different companies and we chose them, what a mistake. The day of the move we were informed there wasn’t enough room on the truck for all our stuff. They said they would need to send another truck, which didn’t seem so bad. But they didn’t tell us that the second truck wouldn’t come for two weeks after we the first truck. The second truck had out clothes and they told us clothes weren’t essential. I had a death in my family and had to go buy proper clothes to wear to the funeral. Than they left the house a mess. We left during the move and my friend went to closs the house and it was a disaster. They also stole a check I left in a draw and my husband is missing fishing poles and me a bank. They are the worst. Had things damaged and of course I am putting in for damages but I moved with a different company from NY to Florida and has no issues. Never use them. I am waiting over two weeks for a phone call from a supervisor and I call everyday. I don’t want to be that pain that complains all the time but this company has pushed me this far! Look elsewhere. They aren’t the company to use. So disappointed.

Entire move went smoothly. Very helpful people in FL office, easy to deal with, friendly, and professional. Movers arrived for pickup and delivery on time, and everything was loaded and unloaded without problem. Slight damage to two pieces but insurance will cover repair.

Excellent service with friendly, highly skilled staff. They showed up promptly, worked incredibly hard, and took a reasonable lunch break before they were back at it. For how efficient they were, I was afraid the packing wouldn’t be great; not the case! My fine china, delicate wine glasses, etc. all made it across the country in one piece... unbelievable! I would absolutely recommend and am so thankful for their attention to detail and professionalism.

Just had Todd set me up with a move for my office. I have a glass conference table, and some other difficult to move items. James was my driver and he had Jordan with him they were both very professional and effecient. I was very pleased with the process, the sales experience and the timeliness of my move. The entire moving experience which often times is very stressful was not. My wife and I were quite astonished with how smoothly everything went from beginning to end. Paul our driver was wonderful. His professionalism in dealing with us and his efficient leadership of his helpers was remarkable from loading to on-time delivery in Tennessee. All personnel on both ends were very attentive to our needs. We especially give Paul a special thanks. We give him 5 Stars Plus! Also kudos to everyone at Florida Moving Systems.

I wouldn’t use any other movers if I were planning to ever move again. I had packers come in on a Wednesday and the movers were there on Thursday. Everyone was very careful with my stuff, professional, courteous and efficient. I can’t thank that team enough. They were truly professional movers.

horrible moving company. movers came late and took apart my sofa so it could be moved safely. movers in my new destination didn't know how to put it together, now I have to come out of pocket for a third party service for something they did. This isn't covered under all the money you pay for them to move your stuff so BEWARE. Also communication is mostly all through e-mail so make sure you're looking at that regularly because unless you call no one will get on the phone to tell you what is happening with anything. never again, it might be the cheaper option, but you get what you pay for and cheaper is not always better.

Great great experience. Myself and three of the crew worked eight hours. All of the crew were very courteous, friendly, and always willing to accomodate my needs and requests. It was a very stressful day but FMS really made it much easier for myself and my family. I hope to use the same crew again in the near future to complete our move to the second and third floor. I have used Florida Moving Systems for my home a business moves since 1999 and would give them a 10 out of 10. The price has always been fair and the extra work that I added was always billed at a vary fair cost. It took a lot of stress out of the moves having Florida Moving handle everything. I continue to recommend Dave and Florida Moving to my friends and clients. The only complaints that I have heard back on were from those who chose a different mover and regretted not using Florida Moving.

Excellent experience with our move. Packing, loading and delivery were all on time. All three phases were done in under a day each. All of their associates were very professional and competent. Nothing was lost or broken. They were also the lowest price compared to two other national movers by a large margin.
