Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, please!!!! Not a mover- only a sales office and switchboard to connect you to the companies who will be actually moving your things. Horrible pass-around service that is "24 hours" although really it's just a cell phone router to the unlucky customer service rep who will answer the phone anytime-- but can't do anything for you. The companies they contract with are not professional or timely. The first company CANCELLED an hour before pickup causing the entire moving process to be pushed back a day (who does that???!!). The second company can't even give me a time frame for the delivery of my things so I'm currently calling them every day hoping to get an update but all I've had so far is that there are 3 trucks ahead of me. No clue what that means. Don't work with this company. They are not located where you are, and don't hire movers and companies which are convenient for you- only for them. The low price they wave under your nose is not worth the disconnect and headache you have to deal with!

I had such a great experience I spoke with Kevin, who helped me break down all the materials that I need it moved from California to Florida. Not only did he make sure I wasn’t over charged but I also got rid of any extra charges that are normal company would’ve assessed based on how much stuff I had to move. I have gotten a lot of quotes from various different moving companies but this was the only company that was able to deliver what they promised. I have to move my family member from New York to Florida in the next couple months and I will be using them for sure.

Worst experience I ever had with a moving company. They lost the control bar to my lawn mower and I had to order a new one that cost almost $40.00 dollars. They also put a dent in my washer, broke the handle on my wife vanity and the small drawer that goes to it. Scratched our TV stand, and broke the leg off of it. I walked in and noticed one of the movers trying to put it back on. I asked him what happen and he said "its that chip wood its cheap". I told him it was fine when it was on the truck. I went to the tool box and got him some longer screws and he fixed it. No wonder you have to pay before they unload your stuff. I really don't want to give them one star. Pathetic!

Short version: Do not use First United Moving and Storage. You will regret the decision for the duration of your move and for months afterward. This is the worst company I have ever worked with in any capacity. Do not use their services. What First United sold as a product was miles away from what was received. There are some positive reviews of the company, especially for local moves in Florida, I cannot speak to that, but as a long-distance mover, the only advice you need is to stay far away. The key service a broker should provide in a long distance move is arranging the transit and hiring good local teams---First United fails on both fronts. They ended up charging 150% of the original quote ($3000 vs $2000) and the contractor they used (Energy Moving) was horrible (look up their reviews). As I said, this is the worst company and worst service experience I have ever had---worse than cable companies, worse than used car salesmen, worse than any customer service experience you've had. It is actually difficult to find reviews for First United on google. You may wonder why this is. They recently changed their name from "Pure Moving Company," a moving company listed at the same address. Look up Pure Moving Co on BBB and you'll see why. The Yelp reviews and My Moving Reviews for First United Moving are available if you want more confirmation to stay away. If I could only preserve one review on the internet, it would be this one. Working with this company is the worst consumer choice you can make. Additional Info: I was initially sold the product by a “manager” Travis Scott. If you read the reviews on other sites, you will see his name come up elsewhere. Below is the letter I sent to him describing my issues. In addition to what is discussed below, he also did the trick on me of promising it would be by weight then charging by the sq. foot instead. I assumed that was a confusion on my part, but it seems to be his standard practice based on reading other reviews. So, I probably gave Travis too much credit for honesty. My experience with First United was exceptional! I had previously in the past used another company to help me move From the house I recently moved out of and the service was not up to par. Not only was the customer service unsatisfactory but upon time to move they were not on time and notified me that there would be an extra charged for certain additional items to be loaded into the truck. First United helped me every step of the way with no hidden fees and went above and beyond to make my move as stress free as possible. I highly recommend them and plan on certainly using them in the future!

Please please please run far away from this company and save yourself the time headache and money. First off first United is NOT A MOVING COMPANY! They are a broker so your move will be done by another company they pick (almost always with horrible reviews). The experience we had with them was great at first until it wasn’t. Never having moved out of state before we didn’t know anything about protocols on what trucks have to go through over state lines, needing back up days and time, and the move not all being done same day. We went along with it thinking that first United were our movers and they would be great since they always picked up my phone calls and answered my questions but was I so wrong! Everything up to the day we were supposed to move was great they called confirmed went over the packing list and I thought we were ready to move. The day of the move I was supposed to get a call before 4 and no one called. I had to call them only to find out the move they had earlier in the day took too long and took up too much room that they would not pick me up. They promised that they changed around their schedule for me to be the first pick on the back up day. Again no call that morning, when I called they said the truck had broken down and they weren’t coming AGAIN! I was at my breaking point they promised that afternoon they would be there but I was done. I found out that they can hold all your stuff for up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS! I do not have 21 days to waste waiting around for my stuff. I was very lucky not having them pick up my stuff. Please save your money and find a reputable company even if you have to pay more. The deals that Jeremy will give you are no deal at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! LIARS! My move was scheduled between 10 and 2 on june 29. Never showed. Called them 3 times no answer. Finally called the sales department and he picked up of course. Eventually the dispatcher called and said he could not meet my request to drive from overland park ks to Kirkwood mo and put my stuff in storage until I arrived in 2 days. The sales person told me this would be no problem. So I had to agree to have the movers take my stuff to my daughters and put it in her garage in kirkwood. They did arrive at 5 and charged me more for steps. Now I have to find another mover to take my stuff from my daughters garage to apartment. This company lies!!! Dont use them!! I was lucky I got my stuff in one piece to Kirkwood. Their price is cheap at first but it will cost you more in the end. STAY AWAY FROM FIRST UNITED!!

This is a broker. They use unregulated moving companies to move your goods. They want a down payment, when finalized they raise their quote.. I was just moved by a company they set up in California, when they got their a day late in a rental truck, the driver charged me a $1,000.00 more because he said it was under quoted.. I called first United who didn't do anything to help.. I had to move and was in a tight spot with 770.00 non refundable deposit! When the movers got to my place, they only had 90% of my stuff.. comes to find out the movers are known thieves.. yes, and I am out a 2000.00 mattress and dining set.. THIS IS A BROKER, THEY 3RD PARTY OUT THERE SERVICE... they suck.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They gave my contract to a second company that committed fraud to overcharge me by more than $2,000, and now they won't do anything about it. Details: We were given an estimate for about $3,300 based upon an estimated 534 cubic foot move. We were told we'd get a Friday afternoon pickup and then weekend delivery. They gave the contract to Mosley Van Lines who picked up our furniture on Friday night. While loading, Mosley said that the estimate was probably too high and that we'd owe less than the estimate. After the truck was loaded at 1:30 a.m., we were told that our furniture took up 1400 cubic feet, the cost would now be about $6,400, and that we would lose our $1,600 non-refundable deposit if we backed out. We had no way of verifying the 1400 cubic foot representation absent removing everything from the truck, which would take hours and it was already 1:30 a.m. On Saturday, we called First United & Mosley to get a delivery ETA. Both companies told us to our surprise that they never deliver on weekends. On Monday, Mosley delivered the wrong furniture. Then, the following Saturday (notably, on a weekend), Mosley delivered our stuff. When Mosley delivered the furniture, it was clear that our furniture took up only about 720 cubic feet on the truck. I measured. Mosley refuses to refund the excessive charges that are clearly based upon fraud. For their part, First United claimed that they would be an advocate for me, but I don't think they have actually advocated for a refund. In fact, they seem rather defensive of Mosley's fraud or, at best, neutral.

Horrible experience from day one to the end. Expensive just to move a baby grand piano, in which they add to a larger delivery. My delivery was several days late on my piano from the carrier. And watch out for the fine print on the contract you sign. They quote you one price, and then the fine print says they can charge you extra for packing material! Go figure. This is a moving company, and packing should be included in the price quoted. Rip off. Do not recommend

Very helpful on a stressful day. These men knew what they were doing. We had several large, awkward pieces of furniture and lots of stairs. They were protective of both homes and belongings. This by far was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The initial phone call was pleasant as expected and after I put my deposit down and they came to get my stuff everything went down hill from there. It took them 3 months to move my things from St. Louis to Detroit a 500 miles work, after they were relentlessly telling me that my things would be there two days after they pick up my things but that was the worst part, you’re probably wondering what could be worse then waiting for your things for almost 2 months well sit and listen the worst part was customer service, they were rude and very disrespectful over me asking for my things after weeks of telling me nonsense and not having a clue on what was going on. But overall I would run from this company if I could give a zero star and poop emoji I would. They are a broker not a moving company if you don’t know what a broker is quick google search but good luck if you’re reading this but if you decide to go with them, at least I warned you

Contracted with First United for an interstate move on memorial day. Without saying anything to us, they subcontracted it, and we never heard from them again. Their subcontractor Ocean Moving showed up on moving day, loaded the truck, then told us our 900 square foot apartment was over 120 boxes (I hadn't even bought that many boxes?) and demanded another $1000 and refused to take anything back off the truck or let us count the boxes ourselves to prove them wrong. They proceeded to either destroy or lose thousands of dollars worth of our stuff. They ripped the legs off of our Casper adjustable bed rather than unscrew them, which destroyed it. They ripped a keyboard stand apart rather than take out the screws. They mangled our laundry sorter and then threw it behind the fence on the side of our house. They cracked the mirror on my mirror-front vanity. Not a single one of our table lamps made it to the house. They're just gone. Only three of our four kitchen chairs showed up. Our kitchen table never made it here. This is just a very, very small amount of the things that were destroyed or missing by these people. The best part is the "so called" claims process where you spend two full 8 hour days painstakingly listing your mangled and missing items, their estimated value, serial numbers, model numbers, weight, dimensions, purchase date, etc, just to have their system "error" and you do the whole thing over again. When you finally get it submitted they email you every few weeks with an "its processing..." message and a dead link to "check your claim status." After that.... who knows? It's been since memorial day and we still only have destroyed furniture, dead links, and a "pending claim" to show for this cluster. And dont try to call First United. They will never ever call or email you once they've unleashed their subcontractors on your house.

Booked months ago. Missed pick-up twice and never returned calls for two days. Finally got them today and "the truck broke down" and couldn't even be bothered to call us. Update : when we called them after getting another mover, considering they might offer additional help, they had read the review here. Rather than try to help they complained that we posted the review and hung up. No contact since. Poor customer service when things go wrong, maybe awesome when nothing goes wrong, so take your chances or not.

If you have money down on this company and it’s not too late GET IT BACK NOW. was told my furniture would be delivered within two business days. Driver got There never even pulled into driveway and did inventory ) of course missing an entire room on the estimate and I was told at least 7-10 days as the movers would load my house on truck and take to storage until a truck was headed our way for delivery. WTH? Say what? What a disaster I called for my agent and surprise no answer. Called after hours line. And was told that I could not get a refund because they provided me with a service WHAT SERVICE? UOUR TRUCK NEVER EVEN PULLED JN MY DRIVEWAY!!!! I am so angry and am out $650 deposit for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! oh and by the way if u hire these people for the love of god make sure u have blankets tape and bubble wrap for movers to use. Evaluate they had like NONE!!! Will be taking this to yelp bbb and small claims court.

They quoted us one price, We paid the initial deposit of almost 2k then when they got to our pick up location they almost tripled the price. When we told them not a chance they refused to refund our money. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. Fraudulent practices and absolute refusal to work with the customer. I would NOT recommend them and would NEVER use them again! First of all, they subcontract your entire move (with multiple subcontractors) - which is never mentioned (it might be in the fine print somewhere, there's a lot of fine print in the contract). This also means that their quotes and promises are inaccurate and invalid. I scheduled a move with them in July for an August move date, which was flexible but was supposed to be picked up BY August 23rd and delivered after August 25th but by August 30th. Items were picked up on August 26th. After multiple mishaps (broken down truck, failed and miscommunications, etc.) I am writing this review on September 24th and I still have not received my belongings nor have I received an approximate shipping date. Apparently (due to the way the subcontractor entered information into their system) they have until October 10th to even provide me with an ETA! And, even after multiple assurances that I was under my allotted space, my bill is $300 more than the quote (so far, at least). So, a month after wanting my things to be delivered, I am still waiting to see if I even get them. And it is apparently all my fault...according to customer service...it's ridiculous.

Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews. The customer service and “managers” will say anything to get you to sign the contract which when you read it it says they aren’t liable for anything anyone says. Customer service yells at you and doesn’t allow you to speak partly cause they’re uneducated and partly cause they’re liars. Save your time, headache, and money, because your stuff will only get STOLEN.

DO NOT USE! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! MAKE YOU PAY CASH FOR PICKUP & DELIVERY WITH NO RECEIPT - After speaking with Jason who is apparently the owner, he never told me they were a broker otherwise I never would have used them. Our items were loaded and unloaded multiple times very poorly. Everything we didn't pack ourselves such as furniture, was damaged or lost. I am missing the back to my sectional, and they have no clue where it went. Yet when they were unloading our items, they asked my husband to tell them which mattress was ours because they didn't know. He could have easily said someone else's was our's and they would have had no clue. They were late for both pick-up and delivery because they trucks broke down. Although all the trucks are rentals to begin with. We were told our price would go down if we got rid of stuff, yet after cutting my initial list of items in half, my bill went up another $1200. We were expected to pay for pick-up and delivery in all cash which was over $3000, and no one could give me a receipt. I had to create one myself. Communication was awful from start to finish, and when I tried to call to get updates, I was told I just had to be patient and wait. They are simply in business because they lie about their services and then once you agree there is no getting out of it because they refuse to give you a refund, and chalk everything up to the fact that everything is simply a quote or an unavoidable problem. Now I'm trying to file a claim and I can't seem to get the correct information I need to do so from anyone.

The old bait and switch. They talk themselves up and then broker you out to a substandard moving company (ocean movers... check their reviews). Then the other guys arrive and try to strong arm you for more $$. And of course United doesn’t return anymore of your calls after they screw you over. I booked with them and was quoted a price and delivery date. Now I’m out $400 extra dollars and I’m 4 days PAST my delivery date and still no clue when all my belongings will arrive.

I would never ever recommend this company to anybody. They lie and lie. They are the broker and they pass you to other. They picked up my furniture from Arizona on July 8th and they promise they will deliver it on July 30th to Albany New York. They passed us to the worse company executive moving company which they are 2 star according to yelp. It is Aug 2nd today and I still didn’t get. They called couple days ago and they said it will be shipped on Thursday aug 1st and when I called to executive yesterday to make sure is been shipped they said it will be shipped next Thursday Aug 8th. I came to from California to Albany to help my son to set up the furniture to his new apt which he start his collage on aug 6th and I am leaving on 7th. Customer service at first United and executive moving are so rude. Please don’t use them they are a bunch of Liars and not reliable.

Horrible experience. They give you a good estimate and it turns out to be double. They continues to tell me lower numbers of boxes needed and I kept telling them I needed more. They said they would pack everything and then when I had already agreed then they told me they don’t pack what’s in your drawers. I got my own boxes and packed my chest of drawers. They told me they would pick up my stuff on Sunday or Monday. They called to verify my items and told me they wouldn’t give a specific day because they didn’t want me to make plans. Then on Friday at 3:19, I received and email that I had to confirm by 6 or they would reached me. I called at 7 and the number I was given was wrong. I found another number and spoke to someone that confirmed the number was incorrect and that I had been confirmed for Monday. Then I received a call from a guy that he was my driver and would be there at 11 on Sunday and not the confirmed Monday. He was 20 minutes late. For a 2 bedroom home, it took them 11 hours. The price presented was double the estimate. The people who move you are subleased by First United. When I called First United, no one answered. Oh and there’s a big deal that you have to pay in cash when you receive your items. I requested to see the movers driver’s license. It’s an expired work VISA. They said my stuff would be delivered on Tues or Wed and now they are saying Thursday. I pray I get my stuff! I’m worried with all the lies!

Very disappointed with this moving company. Called them a month and a half before my move, and was given a reasonable quote. 2 days before my move I call them to confirm, and they state that the driver will get a hold of me the following day to notify time of pickup. The next day comes and I hear nothing so I call First United. They state that they are working on contacting the mover, but by the end of the day they state that they are no longer able to service my move due to some excuse about DOT pulling over their drivers. Okay, well I gave them a window of 6 additional days to service the move, but they said that they would likely not be able to do it in that time either. Then after all of this they had the gall to try and fight me on getting my 450$ deposit back, and in the end still kept some do to "processing fees"

They were not thorough in their quote which made it cost double on moving day. They are also a broker as well as a moving company. So the company who actually moved us was Oasis when we were fully expecting First United to show up. I was not made aware of this until the day they showed up which made us very uneasy. Oasis, despite their bad reviews, ended up being the better company to work with. Marlo, the driver for Oasis who moved us, was absolutely amazing and we were very happy with his work. He is very fair and experienced. Also, First United was kind on the phone at first, but absolutely horrible and rude to work with after we were locked in. I am not impressed with their customer service. Oasis was a little better and organized but hard to get a hold of on the weekends when we needed them but First United was able to get ahold of someone for us. So between the two companies it worked but was a pain.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged me $900 over estimate and have still not delivered my things FIFTEEN DAYS LATER! I hired this company to move my furniture and belongings from Illinois to Utah. They came to pick up my stuff on Thursday, July 11th. The movers packed my things up carefully and quickly. They arrived within the appointment window. Everything looked good so far. I asked the driver when my belongings would arrive in Utah so I could make sure to beat them there and he said Monday, July 15th. Based on that, I left early and arrived in Utah on Sunday, July 14th. The driver did not arrive or even call on Monday, July 15th. I called the company that afternoon and they told me the driver would be there by the end of the week. No call/no show by Thursday, July 18th so I called again. This time they just told me it would be "next week". No date, not even whether it would be the beginning or end of the week. The customer service representative told me she would call me on Monday, July 22nd. Surprise, surprise, there was no call on the 22nd. I called them again on Tuesday, July 23rd. This time, they told me it would be the end of this week. It is now Friday, July 26th. I called today and now it will be "next week". Again, no specific date. Apparently, they can take up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver your things and they do not have to give you an ETA. I have no idea where my furniture is. I suspect it may be lost. I sincerely doubt I will receive my furniture next week. Do yourself a favor and hire another moving company. TLDR: Company made me pay $900 over their moving estimate. It has been 15 days and I have not received my furniture. I have no ETA as to when it will arrive.

Literally where is my stuff!? I was picked up on the 3rd of JULY! Absolute nightmare. I am doing a review on the BBB and will soon be contacting the police. I believe my stuff has been stolen. So first I was looking for some quotes online to see if I should uhaul my stuff. Their sales person Jeremy Price assured me this was the cheaper way to go. I was quoted from uhaul 900 for my moving truck of 1000 c.f. gas would cost me a couple hundred. I was quoted 1800 for the move with them, and was told they were giving me a military discount. They had me pay 500 down to reserve. They said I would pay the other portion half at pickup and the remainder at drop off. Seemed fair so far. Thought it was sketchy they wanted me to pay in cash to their truckers. First RED FLAG! They assured me they worked with and trusted their people. They gave me a multiple day window for pick up and drop off. They never showed on the day they said they were going to no one called to let me know I called them late that night when no one came. They apologized and said the truck broke down and they were going to try to get me another one by the next day. Right before pick up some rude guy Scott I believe he is the owner called to go over my inventory. I gave Jeremy a thorough depiction of what I had he put way less down. Didn't include box springs ect.. They said they just wanted to make sure they were sending the right truck to me. They also jacked up the price and made it seem like I didn't disclose everything to 3100 the contract didn't reflect similar pricing at all. I so wish all my calls were recorded with these scamers. Well they did show the next day. turns out they sent out another company not first United some American pro movers unmarked truck I only knew from the paper work. After I was loaded until 230 am by 2 guys Jeremy said their would be 4. He also said I just needed to open the door and make sure they were paid. They made me stay there the whole time. They said it would take 2 hours. It's took 7! These people were totally unprofessional. Banging my stuff around hitting light fixtures with furniture. They had someone else's stuff on the same truck I was supposedly paying for. Unloaded a bunch of their stuff packed mine in with it. They literally didn't even close the truck and had my mattresses on the tail gate. If it rained during the drive everything near the outside was going to be ruined. I was freaking out. There is a lot more about this American pro movers I could say that they sold me out to without even asking me, but this needs to stay on first United. American pro movers said I didn't pay them. First of all They wouldn't have moved without some sort of payment and I had the contract where They showed the cash payment. It was the year off type with the yellow under paper so I proved it to first united. They assured me I would have a delivery window of a few days later. It's is almost 3 weeks. No one will tell me where my stuff is or when it is getting here. They keep telling us the truck is in the shop. They told us it was in the shop literally the day after they left. It doesnt take that long to fix a vehicle and they should have sent another truck to move the stuff. I have had to buy air matresses and hundreds of dollars worth of supplies. To live in my new empty house. Talked to them this morning they are still sticking with the trucks in the shop. A trucker could have been to California and back 3 times by now. Where is my stuff!!!! They are probably going through my boxes stealing stuff. Also the truck is wide open so anyone can access my stuff.

I’m am beyond mad right now!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever hire First United Moving and Storage company!!!!! And this was a professional company I hired! They quoted me $3,000 to move my stuff from California to Pennsylvania but they charged me $5,000. They were suppose to pick my stuff up on July 1st and called to reschedule for July 2nd at 6pm and then cancelled the morning of at 12pm stating they were running behind. My flight was the 3rd at 6am so I had to get my friend to oversee my move (and she had to call off work to help me). Was told they be there at 10am and showed up at 4pm. I did not get my stuff until today (over a month of waiting when it was suppose to come on July 12th). They were to give me a discount and a new total but never called me ( although I called them several times and I’m still waiting for a call back). I could not go to the bank because I didn’t not know the final price and it was cash only. The bank did not open until 8:30am this morning and they called me yesterday (Sunday when everything is closed) saying they were coming. He showed up at 8 this morning and changed me $80 late fee for waiting 30 minutes. Would not unload until I paid them. Only one guy delivered my items and move them into my storage. And look at my stuff!!! This is what $5,000 got me! And now I have to wait until the places opens to speak with a manager. It’s about to go down. And I haven’t even finished going through my boxes (fragile boxes upside down)!! And I paid for these boxes at Walmart, not used ones or free

This company is screwed up. After getting what I thought was a good price to move me. VIP Family package. They were 4 days late and what I thought was weight instead they itemized each piece that was being loaded and moved. It tripled in price when they were done. Before they left gave me a quote which was doubled in price to get my stuff delivered to me. Pricing like this is even unaffordable for middle-class people but I'm sing mother trying to raise my children right. I realize material things should be unimportant at times but they have everything I owned including my kids and to have to pay the amount their requesting its shameless and its HIGHWAY ROBBERY. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED ITS SUCH A BIG SCAM AND SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW. THEY NEED TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR THEIR MISLEADING INFORMATION AND DOINGS. PLEASE HELP GET THEM STOPPED.

This is a great idea if you want to waste a bunch of money up front on a BROKER. They’ll lie to you and say your things will be delivered within 1-3 days; in reality you’ll be lucky to get it in 2-4 weeks, depending how far your move is. They lied 5 or 6 times- the total cost was over 2x their original quote. You also won’t hear from them after the pickup is scheduled... which had me wondering for 2 weeks if my things were stolen. Do yourself a favor and book with an ACTUAL moving company NOT A BROKER. You’ll have no idea who they actually hire to move your things... terrible waste of money, these people should be in jail. Enough of these 1 star reviews and they’ll have to change their business name again. A proper moving company will not ask for money up front and will send someone to your place for a legitimate estimate. Don’t trust their quote, it’s bound to double or triple. If you can’t pay double on moving day, the movers will leave and you’ll have wasted your entire “deposit”. Fraudulent. Nightmare.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Don’t listen to their promises or guarantees! It's all salesmanship. I was given a move day, a few days before move day I was called and told the driver wouldn’t be able to make it that day and after some back and forth, I told them the next week would be fine. The following week I heard nothing from them and when I CALLED THEM, I was told they wouldn’t be able to move me. Again, DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY!!! I am now at my new job in a new state trying to find someone to move my furniture all the while I get to sleep on the floor without any of my stuff! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS AS WELL.

No. Just no...I don't know how all these ppl had such a great experience but mine was extremely terrible. I was told my price and by Ryan Franklin that "your price will not change as long as the inventory you told me doesn't change" and well guess what, my inventory didn't change and the driver wanted to charge me $1000 more on site! The driver was really dismissive and left the scene before the situation was even rectified. The broker company is the one you pay a deposit too and they told me that the driver didn't even call them on site, which he was supposed too..... Then I get told that I was the one who cancelled on scene when the driver is the one who left the scene! And customer service said "well you didn't call us either ma'am" when I called Ryan Franklin 3 times and ever since then hes been avoiding my calls. F*** this company and everyone that works for them...theyre frauds and nothing is convincing me otherwise.

They don’t tell you that this is a moving broker not an actual moving company. They sent out a sub contract company with a beat up box van whom in turn do a INVENTORY of your belongings and tell you it’s going to cost another $1500 !!! Now I am out of $900 deposit and NO MOVING done

I’ve been so incredibly disappointed with this company and my move isn’t even close to done yet. First they promised that the move would take place on Sunday then three days before the move they said I needed to have a two day window- which was never initially mentioned to me. They charged me an additional $500 from my initial move estimate. On top of that they scheduled my move for the next day, less than 24 hours of advanced notice. I’ve now been waiting for the moving company for over 7 hours, after they completely missed the window of time they initially gave, and have given misinformation between the driver and the dispatcher. They’re now asking that I move out tomorrow morning. This has been the most stressful and poorly handled move I’ve had to go through. Now, even if they pick up my belongings, I’m not sure I have the confidence that they’ll deliver them the same day as we had initially discussed. The lack of communication and honesty is so disrespectful and disappointing.
