Be very careful. They packed us up and told us they were heading to our new house 20 minutes away to unpack. They ended up taking the truck to their offices and refused to deliver our belongings to our new house until the next day. Problem is they never told us their plan, they left our house and told us they were going to our new house to unload (which was a lie). They literally disappeared. We spent hours trying to hunt them down. We had nothing prepared for the night, everything was in the truck. We had to beg them to deliver us a bed just to sleep on. I'm not kidding, this really happened. Then two months go by and they send me an up charge bill for hundreds more and are threatening to send me to collections. Again, this is no joke. They won't talk to us about the up charge and refuse to call us back. This is not a customer friendly business. Be very careful.

I am very happy with this moving company and my driver, Kelly Underwood, who made the process very smooth. They were able to provide top notch services despite also dealing with difficult weather (hurricane Florence) and unpredictable roads. They didn't take unnecessary risks. Everything arrived in great shape. Kelly also hired local professional movers to hep load up and unload the truck. Kelly was very nice, easy to work with and professional. I would recommend him and this company to my best friends if they were moving tomorrow :)

My family and I would like to acknowledge the wonderful job that has been done so far by First Class Moving Systems, Inc. of Tampa, an agent for North American Moving Services. We are actually doing two moves with them for two separate houses. The first was a move with storage at their facility and the second move will come in late July when we combine the two houses for one shipment to Phoenix, Arizona. And we are also shipping three automobiles with them. This review/commentary concerns the first move. Howard Young and his skilled and professional crew, Marlon, Derrick, and Cherise, packed us out carefully, intelligently, and with a practiced and proficient speed. From the moment they entered the front door, they never stopped working until the job was done. And they were friendly and relaxed and a joy to be with. My family and I highly recommend with confidence this highly qualified company and Howard’s amazing team if you are ever in the need of a fairly priced, responsive, professional move. Finally we would like to also thank Roger for his consulting services pricing the move and especially Stephanie for her kindness and professionalism in coordinating all of this. The movers packed and moved at an extremely fast pace. But in my opinion I might of made a mistake using them for my move. Problems that are now outstanding they are dragging their feet,because they know they are wrong an will have to pay out for the damaged furniture. At the beginning they say one thing and at the end in my opinion they are dragging their feet . Be very careful and you need to keep copies of every conversation for protection.Now I am feel they are stalling to set up appointment for someone to see the damaged Armoire. Since they also have pictures. Plus the driver supervisor , the coordinator and the sales consultant and the claim person have all the pictures of the damages.

They didn't bring all of our stuff from storage. The guy told us he couldn't fit it all on the truck, but he had other people's stuff on his truck. He also said it was up to us to go back to army transportation and figure it out. That was over a month ago.

I hired First Class Moving Systems out of Tampa. I made a great mistake to hire them. When I called this company employee name Angel Vanderwood sent me an estimate with one-third price than what I paid. Later company employee Roger Thompson came spend 3 plus hours to see my moving items and gave an another estimate that he told it should be most accurate because he spent three hours to each of item and measured. They took payment in advance by phone took my credit card information. They charged me $2579 in round. Scheduled day driver came without boxes and left early. We wasted one full day because driver did not come prepared. Driver also told do not worry I will adjust this time on next day. Next day, head driver was lost most of the times. They took break half of the time so it took way longer to complete the job. When they complete the jobs, it was not done all the way and they wasted so much time and I did not signed the finishing contract. I did not received any call from First Class Moving System that why I did not sign or how was the service rather because they have my card information previously they charged near $1500 me again without calling or noticing me. When I received their email it has been already charged. I called them they were so RUDE. Hiring First Class Moving System was the greatest mistake I have done. I then had to dispute the charges and as of today there is no positive solution yet from them. This was the WORST moving company I have ever hired where I could hire many local companies in Tampa Bay area where I lived for 30 years wouldn't rip me off. I was so wrong and it was a great mistake.

First Class packed up the entire contents of my house in Florida, and safely transported them to Colorado. The initial estimator was extremely punctual, professional, and very efficient. Communication was great throughout the move; all representatives were available for questions/scheduling. There was an extra stop en route to pick up/drop off some items, which went very smoothly. The extra stop was not something that every moving company was willing to do, so they gained my business with that option. Everything was on time, scheduled well, and everyone seemed to care about the contents of my home. The packing crew was A+++ excellent. They packed everything very well, safely, and thoughtfully. The loading/unloading/driving crew was great as well. One nice thing was that the driver and loading/unloading crew was the same on both ends of the trip, so there was familiarity with the items, and a feeling of personal accountability for their care. One of the packers was also present on loading day, which was nice as well for continuity, although that packer was stationed in Florida, and stayed there. We are still in the process of unpacking, and so far we have only found one chopstick that was damaged. That's it. Not bad. There were many fragile items, many small, and some not so small. In a move like this, it is difficult to imagine everything making it safe and sound, but First Class did an excellent job, and I couldn't ask for better. I would hire them again, no hesitations.

The moving portion of this company is great. Moving out of our house was smooth and took much less time than I ever thought - the team was outstanding. Our items were stored for three months without issue. Our items were also moved into our new house without issue (though that team moved at a much slower pass than the prior one). A few of our items were damaged in transit; I have moved a lot and I have come to expect this given all the handling of the different items. It happens - and that's why we purchase full insurance coverage. The problem with this company is their claims process. We filed our claim the week before Christmas. It wasn't "acknowledged" until the second week of January and that was after repeated calls to various folks within the organization to get someone to respond. Through this process I have learned that Janna is apparently the only person in the claims department. She is very nice, but sounds like she has enough work for about 10 people. After providing Janna with pictures (and another few friendly reminders about my claim), things were settled and I signed the paperwork. That was February 1st. Going on three weeks later and have yet to receive anything. And once again, no response to my emails or calls. UPDATE: March 1st...STILL WAITING.

Their name was chosen appropriately: First Class Movers! This team exceeded our expectations. It was a difficult move emotionally and logistically (for us, not the movers!) We were moving our parents, from their home of 49 years, across state to be with us. First Class Movers were professional from the first phone call (Amanda & Michelle), to the estimate representative (Roger), the packing and loading crew and the delivery/driver crew (Danny and David). It appears the movers made sure our parents did not have to lift a finger on the loading end. I know at the receiving end, the team was pleasant, professional and accommodating. Mema only has about 10 boxes left to unpack, and we haven’t found one item damaged or broken! Thank you for making this bitter-sweet move as pleasant as possible. It is worth every dollar to pay a professional to handle the process and the stress!

This company is crooks! They took my furniture including two mattresses. I bought zipper bags and packed the mattresses myself. When I got my furniture back instead of my mattresses i got two ratty old mattresses not wrapped or in my bags. I had to discard them because i was afraid of bed bugs. When i complained they said i gave them two mattresses and i got back to mattresses. I have the pictures to prove the switch but they basically told me i was out of luck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Roger totally held my hand through the estimate process and let me know how the entire process would be handled. Nate and Antwon showed up in Apollo Beach FL on time and ready to work. Padded and protected all areas that needed. The furniture was loaded and driven to my second stop in Cumming GA, to pick up everything in 2 storage units. Jay and Al took over driving from Florida, met me right on time in Cumming, loaded the units, and headed to TN, my final destination. Next morning they were ready to deliver. Mother nature was not kind that day, but they made the best of the situation and were able to handle it without frustration. These folks definitely are the professionals that they claim to be. There was a consistent thread with each employee I encountered and it was of customer service and satisfaction. I will call them again next time without hesitation.

I was extremely happy with this company and the move I went through. I had never hired a moving company before and they made it very easy and explained everything so well. Bad experience. I let a review on their official website but they don't show my reviews! They show only the review with 5 stars, it's a shame! I move every 1 year and a half, so it was not my first moving. It was a bad experience. My furniture was not well packed, they are using old blanket. The chief was very unfriendly and complained a lot. I don't recommend this company.

Made a move from Tampa to Fort Myers. The First Class Moving admin team did a great job setting up my move and making it happen quickly. Tomas and his crew were absolutely a pleasure to work with! They were courteous, helpful, consistent, SPEEDY, and cautious with my belongings. They were efficient in packing, loading, and unloading my belongings. The crew was extremely polite and nothing short of spectacular! I've moved many, many many times, and have never been as pleased as I was with this moving company! I am very dissatisfied with First Class Moving; definitely did not feel like I was being treated as first class. Seemed more like I was a bother for them to deliver to me. If I had had my choice I would not use them. They recieved in something on monday but won't/can't deliver it until Friday afternoon. And the person that I talked to ... Kyle ... was not a very customer friendly person ... couldn't answer his phone or return calls and his message for voicemail didn't seem too nice either.

Wow! We feel so fortunate to have picked the right movers for the job. First Class Moving Systems did a completely awesome job, beginning to end. Nate Stevens was the team lead and driver and he was the best you can find. Very professional, polite, hard working, diligent, and through it all had an incredible attitude. This guy likes to move! His crew all got along great, helped each other out, and had fun while doing a very hard job. Nothing was lost, nothing was damaged, everything occurred on time, and no extra charges or deceptive practices. If I move again, I will definitely call First Class Movers (and ask for Nate!).
