If you’re looking for a long-distance move than the cross country is your safest bet. Cross country is amazing. Their prices are great for the service I was looking for I moved across the country from a small town outside of Atlanta Georgia to Los Angeles California and coming from a small town to a big city you tend not to have too much money especially when it comes to moving But it was great prices for what I was looking for and the service match it as well and for me I’m a planner so knowing my next step is a big thing for me especially when it’s all of my stuff and they help Ease my mind big time I would definitely recommend trust me on this

Interstate move from Texas to California I recently used Cross Country Movers for a long-distance move from Dallas, Texas to San Francisco, California. I got a job in San Francisco out of college and needed to organize my move by myself, which is not something I had definitely never done before. A close family member referred me to this moving company because they loved the price and the service and I was not disappointed. Their initial estimate was accurate in comparison to the price I paid of $3,500. The movers did not complain about the amount of stuff I had and were happy to do it. If you want your moving process to be smooth and for your belongings to be safe and secure, then you have found the right company.

Now, lemme preface this with the fact that I’m pretty young and this was really my first legit time moving. (at least going out of state, anyway.) Tbh I really had no idea what was going on or what I was really doing but these guys took care of things and everything’s here lol. Quick too. They used some third party to ship but everyone involved on the phone and in-person was super kind regardless. It was a lil bit expensive (why I’m only giving them 4 stars) but I thought it was pretty worth it considering it was pretty far.

Cross Country Moving, subcontract for different companies, one being Mirit Great American in Jersey City, NJ. I chose Cross Country based on their reviews. I will admit they were Awesome getting my business. I tried to speak with the manager on several occasions with no return phone calls. When I did finally reach her, she informed her daughter was sick and that is the reason she was unavailable . So when she returned , did she forget to return voice messages. When I tried to ask her status about my delivery date, she gave me a day knowing that was a lie. Anne provided me one price and Great American provided another. Anne said she was going to speak with Great American about the online promotion, only never to deliver. I would like my damaged television replace, my suitcase, and to be compensated for Your Lies! I chose your company, you hired Great American!!!

I was so scared of moving across state lines, but Cross Country Moving Group soothed most of my fears. Their customer service reps were very patient in assuring me that I had nothing to worry about. At first I was skeptical, but after moving with them, I knew I had no reason to be! Everything was transported in a timely and safe manner. They made sure to wrap up all my breakable items, so none of them even had a scratch! I would recommend these guys if you’re worried about moving. They’ll make it so you have nothing to worry about!

I am so thankful to Cross Country Moving Group. I've moved five other times in my life and each time I did a sketchy job packing up a u-haul and driving hundreds of miles. Cross Country Moving Group took the stress away!! Not only did they safely pack away my things, they brought it all the way to Connecticut! I'm so grateful to them for saving me time and money and putting me at ease. My girlfriend says she'll be using their service when she moves up here too. She has her own apartment so this moving service will be a huge help!

Moving to a new state was a big deal for me and with my medical condition, I needed all the help I could get. Thankfully, Cross Country Moving Group was everything I could hope for! I was anxious about moving from New York, but the workers that arrived were friendly and answered any questions that I had concerning the process. I was particularly worried about moving both my vehicles, but Cross Country assured me that they could also transport one of my cars for me. Sure enough, they got my car loaded up into an auto carrier and it arrived at my new house in the same condition. I feel like this is such a trustworthy company and I will be forever grateful for all the help I received during this process.

I booked their service TWO months ahead. Everything seemed fine until pickup date was approaching. First, I was told that they can not come the dates I requested. Then, they called me next day said they could come to pick up on the 1st date during the original pick up window. On the proposed pick-up day, I was contacting them and trying to figure out exact time, they told me:1). the truck was having issues; 2). they can come two days later than originally proposed dates. I canceled the service and booked a U-box with U-haul. I am at a remote location, they should have done their studies and learn the risk instead of assuming that all the work orders are the same. I think the story behind is they can not find a truck driver / real mover that they all can make money from. They MIGHT be taking a passive aggressive approach to let me cancel the service instead of telling me they can not. Bottom lines, these people do not seem sharp and professional at all. For instance, they say they will call you within an hour and they don't. I would also be aware of the seemingly fake reviews from Google. Looking closely, many contributors did not have a real profile set up: no photos, no other contributions. I would be aware of that. Lastly, keep in mind, they are a moving broker, not real movers. They specified that in their agreement/work order. If that is something you are looking for, then go ahead.

I could not be happier with the service, the professionalism, and the quality that Cross Country Moving Group delivered. I am usually a worrier with things like this, and I was reassured through the whole process. I paid this company a broker fee and a separate company to do the move. A total swerve. However, JT Express Movers, who actually did the move, did a nice job. Use them. If Cross Country calls and gives you a quote, hang up. They are just charging you a fee to find the actual moving company.

DO NOT use this company!!! They are the absolute worst! They picked my stuff in Florida on May 30th and said it would be delivered to my new place with in 21 days. It is now 44 days and no one can tell me where my stuff is! i call almost every day I have already paid them over $2000! When i call they just put me on hold for long periods of time.When i do talk to Chad or Annie (supervisors) they say they will call me back with ansews, they never do! I've file a complaint with BBB and im reporting them to Dept. of Transportation. Just please don't use them they are crooks! Sue Callahan

Company does not deserve one star. Poor customer relations even up to management. Move from Columbus, Ohio to NY. Truck was two days late for pickup of furniture and did not get delivered for over 14 days after pick up. For 3 days they were to deliver furniture and finally showed up 4th night. Driver had family with him and thus needed our help to unload. Have still not gotten mattress and box springs. Were told in a warehouse. Obviously furniture had been on numerous trucks prior to arrival. Cost was more than the estimate due to trucking companies able to charge more once picked up. Still waiting for bed and it has been 2 weeks. Price sounds good but company not dependable. Good luck if you use them. They have no clue where their trucks are.

This was a very pleasant experience from the moment I called Cross Country Moving Group until my move happened. The representative I spoke with deserves 5 stars alone for how patient and informative he was with me after having to get a moving company at the last minute when I found out that the one I was currently going to use bailed on me. He also provided me information for a discount code via an app to help offset the price which was a plus. On the day of the move, the movers arrived promptly (actually 20 minutes ahead of schedule) which was really impressive. They moved my furniture pretty swiftly, but it did take longer than I would have imagined moving a small one bedroom apartment to an even smaller apartment. I didn't have much, but I guess the wrapping took up most of that time. They even went a little over, but did not charge me for it, which I thought was grand! Hire them now while they’re still generous!

The WORST decision we have ever made. Day 37 with no delivery. We have filed complaints everywhere - DOT, BBB, FMSCA, local authorities - and still have not and likely will not receive any of our belongings. Employees are beyond rude and unhelpful. They readily admit that they have no information, no location for the truck, no driver contact info. One employee will tell you one thing only to be directly contradicted by another. How they are even still in business is beyond me, but I'm sure it won't be much longer with the way they run things. I can only assume they make their money from the stolen goods. I could not recommend staying far away from them any more strongly.

So when I was offered a new position recently, I was thrilled for the job! Only problem was… I would have to move out of state to take it. Communicating with them was a pleasant experience as they were both friendly and professional. When it was time to go, the movers were at my place to pack and transport all of my things. Cross Country did a great job. Nothing but excellent service from start to finish. They were great working with our family’s needs and were quick to respond to all of our questions before hand. During the actual moving days we were under tough time constraints. But they worked hard to finish on time and with no incidences. They ensured door jambs, stair railing and thing were protected from scrapes and other damage. They worked at a fast pace but while making sure everything was where we wanted it to be. From the initial appointment and quote through the multi-day packing, loading, delivery and unloading process they were wonderful. I would recommend this company for anyone needing a stress-free move!

We own a lot of stuffs and hiring a moving company seemed like the right idea. When I called Cross Country Moving Group, the man on the phone was friendly enough. He asked a lot of questions to come up with an adequate quote. The crew came over to my house on time and they were very well equipped. They used tons of packing materials to safeguard my breakables. They carried large pieces of furniture with such ease. All four movers were very energetic and competent. The delivery was made just a few hours later and all our belongings traveled quite well. The crew unpacked everything and helped us assemble the furniture. It was a very pleasant move overall.

My sales rep Mark Shenberger quoted me a price of about 14k which I only wanted to pay about 10k for our 4 BR house NorCal to AL. I reduced my items dramatically TWICE to the point where we gave away a significant volume and weight worth of items as donations... easily 1000 lbs ... and they wouldnt quote me a price on the final manifest... leaving it for the actual trucking company to do. Guess what the trucking company quoted me once completely loaded... the same 14k as originally bid... but we have virtually no furniture now... if we kept all of the original items i am fairly sure we would have been charged 18k +. You have to sign a contract with the broker allowing the actual moving company to change the price on you. Its no holds barred bait and switch. RENT THE UHAUL AND DO IT YOURSELF.

Cross Country is an exceptional moving company! They were very receptive to the questions I had called with prior to hiring them, and they went to great lengths to ensure the moving process went smoothly. I never hired a moving company before; the most I had ever done was rent a UHaul truck and move everything myself. No idea what I was thinking at the time, besides “My arms are burning! I should have stretched more!” What else can I say about these guys? They brought order to a time in my life that I thought was going to be a lot messier, and a lot more distressing.

We move constantly! I've used so many different moving companies and have had up and down success. One friend suggested this company for our next upcoming move. I saw so many good reviews and some negative as well. I decided I would give them a try. My move was from Kentucky to Utah which may not seem like a long drive, but it is. With moving so much we used to sell and then buy new furniture, but a few years ago I decided I wanted to keep all my items. I thought I would have too much and they would need to make two trips. I was highly impressed by their knowledge of what to do with so much stuff. I don't know if this counts for most people, but I have a nice bourbon collection. One of the many things I needed to be safe in the move. Every bottle survived! I was shocked because of my past experiences. They truly earned my review!

Cross Country Moving was excellent, professional, and easy to work with. They moved my family and I across the nation, even though we had a fair amount of furniture, they made the move super easy. For certain items that required special wrapping or care, they asked us about how we'd like those items taken care of. I remember with our previous experiences with moving companies, sometimes they'll just grab items, toss them in the back of the truck, without asking about how we'd like to take care of them. The employees were personable too, which made us feel comfortable with them moving our stuff. I'd use their service again. By far, one of the better state to state moves I've had. We were moving to go live near our children. My husband hired Cross Country Moving Group to take care of the moving and he left earlier. I was in charge to look after everything. It was a mammoth task but thankfully I had the help from the movers. The crew of four men arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They were so strong and experienced. These reviews have to be fake. This company is extremely sketchy and disorganized. They harassed me nonstop about signing their contract bc I was getting other offers - calling, texting, emailing - and because I was in a rush I booked with them. I needed the pickup to be on a specific day and time. They promised me it would be and then ghosted me and stopped responding when I put down my deposit. They passed me onto a local moving company and they were like what?! They did not mention any day or time they just said sometime on x weekend. Even better, my final price was 25% higher than what the broker named David told me, and he had said because my storage unit was way under the minimum job there was no way it would increase. Overall a horrible company to work with. Super sketchy, dishonest, will say anything to make a sale.

Everything I asked them to do they did. They accommodated me in every way and I couldn't be more pleased. The prices were fair and the quality of work was fantastic. All of our belongings made it to our new home 500 miles away without as much as a dent. Their movers arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled, which was a nice surprise. SCAM BEWARE!!! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!! My grandmother used this company to help her achieve her dream of moving to Florida. From the start this became a nightmare. The first problem was she had to leave a day later than planned because the movers said they couldn’t come on the planned date with no explanation and a 2hour notice, the next day she had to leave and still no show from them. Lucky her family was able to stick around and wait for the movers to finally arrive two days late. That was just the beginning of a nightmare. She arrived in Florida with happy and ready to explore, she was told her stuff would be there in a week. A week goes by and still no sign of her stuff. Finally THREE weeks go by (luckily she had some furniture already there) and then the real nightmare began. The mover shows up and see it’s just my grandmother and decided he’s going to bully her out of her money. She already put down a 700 down payment and then when they arrived she was expecting to pay 900 more. They said they’d take $250 off for her troubles, instead he tried to yell at my grandmother and make her pay $1900 on top of the $700 down payment. His explanation was it was a over 1000miles which was FALSE, it was max 800miles. When my mother called he said it was because he put extra items on the truck. We explained we don’t want the extra stuff just the stuff on the contract and that it wasn’t 800 miles. He yelled at my grandmother and said “pay me in cash or I’ll take your stuff to Missouri” “GO GET MY MONEY NOW”. We wanted to just get her out of it and be done with it but he wouldn’t except a check or anything electronic payment. The police had to be called due to her feeling unsafe because of his behavior. YOUR MOVE SHOULD BE PEACEFUL DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS HEADACHE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.

As one of the premier choices in the area, they understood exactly what we needed in a mover and over delivered in every aspect. From our first initial phone call, the estimate was spot on and the pickup was right on time. I have a hard time believing the reviews giving this company 5 stars. This has been the worst experience. I cannot believe the way this company does business. First I was not aware this company is a broker. I signed a binding estimate with them and was promised my things would be delivered less than a week after pick up. They hired a third party company with a D- rating from BBB. On the original date of pick up no one showed up to pick up my things and it had to be rescheduled for two days later. No one showed up on the day I was told my things would be delivered. I spent a month on the phone hearing excuses and promises of delivery. 34 days after my things were picked up they were finally delivered. The moving company brought a new contract I had never seen or signed and requested I pay them additional money even though I had invoices stating I owed $0 and had signed a binding contract. I was forced to pay even more money or they refused to take my belongings off of their truck. Cross Country Moving stated that any contract they had made up was valid. The majority of my things were damaged. They broke into my fiancé’s tool box and broke it. My things had dirt and leaves all over them like they had been sitting outside. We suffered over a month without our things and lost wages due to the negligence of this company.

I was quite worried having to move. But thankfully I hired Cross Country Moving Group which is just the best in this field. They had a long distance to cover and I had to completely rely on the expertise of my movers. They performed amazingly though. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the van with my valuables. They delivered everything after 3 days. All my breakables survived the journey. I really couldn’t find any flaws with the services they provided me. I have to make a special mention about the cost. These guys charge very reasonably for the superlative services they provide.

I wish i can give them low star than 1. Completely messed up service. Sales person promises heaven, good prices, on time delivery. Actual experience is so bad that i cant even comment. Pick up date gets messed up. They pick up stuff before the window and do not deliver on time. They do not have there own logistics carrier and work with third party vendor. After 100s of enquiries..they do not have timeline for delivery nor any information. You are not allowed to escalate matter with management. WORST SERVICE, FAKE SERVICE...BE AWARE OF THUGS.

Cross country moving group recently helped my wife and I move closer to my aging parents. They sent an appropriate number of movers to help us move all of our belongings, including my grand piano and other musical instruments and accessories. This is the worst moving company I have ever used. From the beginning of the process to the end...a nightmare. Joshua Freed gave us an initial quote of $6,000 and then they outsourced the actual people who came to pick up our belongings, and they told us it would now cost $14,000! They arrived late at the house for pick up, and they arrived days late at the other end for delivery. Every time we called, they told us a different lie about where the truck was and when it would be delivered. Company is totally disorganized, don't return phone calls or emails once they have your deposit. I would give them negative stars if I could. A NIGHTMARE.

Definitely recommend Cross Country to handle the stress of the moving process. We usually move ourselves but we really didn't want to put the mileage on our cars (my boyfriend and I are moving from Philly to Atlanta). It takes a LOT of trust to have all of your cars moved on such a long trip, but they didn't disappoint. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the guys arrived a few minutes late (traffic related), and I'm painfully punctual. But when they arrived they were very apologetic and so polite...even something as little as that was such a relief. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, (including stops for gas/breaks etc) and our cars made it the entire trip without any damage. Pricing wise, it was fair. It wasn't a light load! Also, it was a pretty long drive, so factoring in gas and everything, it made sense. All in all, the guys were great and I would recommend this company for sure. CCMG, thank you!!!

The long distance was my biggest concern during this move. But I have to say, Cross Country Moving Group Inc took really good care of everything. The movers arrived on time. They were all very efficient and experienced. It took them just a few hours to finish loading everything onto the van. They packed everything very well earlier so my valuables could survive the long trip. I was given quite a long window for the delivery. But luckily the delivered everything on the first day and I could happily avoid sleeping in the sleeping bag. 2 of my plates didn’t survive the trip. Everything else traveled quite well. I will surely hire them again.

THE BEST MOVE OF MY LIFE! I have moved five times in the past 15 years. I've used multiple moving companies and have always had a problem with customer service or damaged packages. Do not use them! Read the 1 star reviews. They all have the same story and that is what happens. SCAMMERS!!!!! I spoke to Josh, Eric, Amber and Amy while dealing with my move. Josh was nice, he was the one that got me to use them. Then it all went downhill from there. Eric and Amy were so unprofessional and laughed when I refused to twice as much the day of when the 3rd party movers showed up and asked for 2x the amount on the contract. Amy told me I will never get my money back because they always win. Eric said he would email me a new contract which never showed up. And Amber told me I needed to cancel 3 days prior. How would I have known to cancel 3 days prior when the movers showed up and asked for 2x more than the contract. The 3rd party movers were nice and felt bad, they told me that this happens all of the time with the company. They left and gave me their number and told me if I figured out another solution that day they would come back and help me separate from the contract with this company. The movers told me they see them under quote people on purpose to get the deposit and then charge them thousands more when the movers show up knowing most people will just pay because of the timing and hassle. Do not take the chance with this company! There are so many moving companies, pick anyone else! I ended up using Uhaul u-boxes. They were professional, timely, stuck to their quotes and were very friendly and accommodating!

I have moved many times in my life, and this time I decided to hire movers. Cross Country Moving Group were amazing! The movers arrived within the window they gave me. The movers were respectful and friendly and took the time to hear my concerns with a few pieces of special furniture. They packed my furniture and boxes with great care in the trucks. Delivery to my new home was also within the time window given to me, and my furniture and all boxes arrived in the same condition they were packed in. The price was fair and comparable to other moving companies as well.

My I hired Cross Country Moving Group to move a bunch of my mother-in-law's stuff from her storage unit in Delray across the state to Port Charlotte. Most of the things in storage were items that my mother-in-law purchased with the intent to sell on eBay and so she was extremely adamant that none of these items get damaged in transit otherwise they would lose their resale value (even though 90% of it was junk anyway). The guys from Cross Country were true professionals in every sense of the word, they took every precaution possible. I would totally hire them again!

But the capabilities and resourcefulness of Cross Country Moving Group made our move quite easy. They didn’t quote astronomically like other moving companies. I contracted with Cross Country Moving for an interstate move scheduled for next week. When working with the salesperson, we discussed that all of the furniture would be protected and packed, including glass furniture items. We had also discussed how the bed, frame, and box spring would also be packed. During today’s prep call with his manager, I learned that the packing of glass furniture was not included. I also learned that they do not pack the mattress and box spring themselves, and I was responsible for putting the bed in bags myself. The move was not as “door-to-door” as the salesperson had led me to believe. They could take care of these things for me with additional fees. My salesperson has also told me that he overestimates the cubic footage needed for a move in order to be conservative in case extra items are added once packing begins. When I went over my items again with his manager, my estimate jumped substantially. Later this evening (same day), I called back and asked about cancelling the order. My original estimate raised about 35% from the quote the salesperson gave me, and I decided it was best to explore parting ways if Cross Country would return part or all of my $700 deposit.The manager said that my order had already been dispatched and it was impossible to return any of the funds. I thought a cancellation was the best option for both of us, but now I feel trapped and will most likely have to stick with the move. The current rating is based upon my current expectations and customer service. It does not reflect the quality of the movers or the condition of any of my property upon delivery. I will re-evaluate this review upon completion of the move during early June.

FAST AND EASY! Cross country Moving Group made my move much more bearable especially now when Inland Empire is having hot summer temperatures. I moved from California to Nevada. The team was very meticulous in arranging my stuff in their truck. My mother had concerns about the safety of our belongings, and, the company addressed them one by one. Unlike other companies who hurriedly and apathetically answer your questions. My experience couldn't have gone any smoother. The guys at Cross Country Moving really alleviated a lot of the stress when it comes to moving. Which allowed me to focus on other tasks that had to be completed at home before the big move. They took the time in making sure my stuff was packed properly. I hired them when they promised my belongings would be delivered in 2-14 days. It's now a month later and I still have no belongings. Im sure the positive reviews were written by their own employees because this company is totally unprofessional. The bad reviews are an accurate picture of this company.

Moving is such a dreadful process that I’ve had to do quite a few times; but thanks to Cross Country Moving it’s a much better process. They are professional, timely and reliable. They packed and moved my entire 3 bedroom house quickly and saved me so much stress. All my items were packaged properly and unloaded with my direction into the rooms they would be unpacked in. Their pricing is fair for the amount of work entailed. I spent a little over $2000 but considering that they took care of everything I’d have to say it’s a bargain.

Cross Country Moving Group made our last move so easy. This company is just too professional. Every little detail is foreseen by them. The movers were all very capable men who came prepared with all the right tools. I have rarely ever seen such efficient men who love the jobs they do. They finished the job in such a short amount of time and displayed amazing skills. They made the delivery one day later and everything traveled excellently. The price I paid for it stayed within reasonable limits because these men worked so fast! I am just so impressed with these guys that I have to recommend them highly.

First of all they are Dealers and not really a Moving Company. I read the reviews and chose them as my Moving Company. My experience has not been smooth and felt cheated as there was withholding of relevant information from this Company with respect to Moving Dates. Also, its the responsibility of the Company to take its job to closure and keep the customer informed of what is happening with His/her goods. They take money an forget and leave you to deal with some third party they have hired to complete your moving Job. My experience was bad and quite frustrating. If i am paying the money, i would want good service. they are way below the mark. 26-Jul-2019 - So i got my goods delivered and have a missing Bag. I call this company, they said we couldn't locate your Bag and will have to deal with the Insurance of the Third Party. I dropped them a mail with the plight i went through and the outcome was expected. NO RESPONSE. Poor company, poor work ethics. Stay Away.

I was looking for a moving company to help me get out of a bad situation quickly! After looking through various companies I chose this one based off all the positive reviews. I was very happy with the service provided! They showed up on time which was the most important part in getting out safely! The movers were friendly, polite and sensitive to my situation. They worked quickly and were responsive to my concerns with some of my fragile items. Nothing was broke! They didn’t leave a mess! The movers work diligently without wasting time! I would definitely use this company again and recommend it for anyone looking to move!

Update: we have heard back from the BBB (Better Business Bureau) in Florida on our complaint and after we legitimately filed a complaint, they ignored it. Next step, we need to shut them down!!! I have a very difficult time believing any positive reviews of this company. Perhaps, many of them are fake or paid for positive reviews. First off, factually, the company is a moving broker, and not even a full service contractor. In addition, CC Moving Group, Inc. does not give you a choice of the physical moving company to use and they do ask you for 3 deposits (large sums) which seem attractive at first. Then the price goes up when the physical mover shows up, so beware of this bait and switch scam! You will not know you are being scammed until the physical mover shows up, which is when the difference in price is raised between the broker and the mover. This also is conclusive of and constitutes elements of moving fraud. DO NOT, and I will repeat, DON'T EVEN think of potentially USING THEM. Why? This cross-state regional relocation company and their moving services were negligent with damage handling, customer service, ans delinquent with the handling of my property. In addition, they missed any moving estimates they promised. My family moved this past June after selling our home. They had quoted us an attractive moving price based on a falsified estimate instead of providing factual, physical onsite calculations based on weight, dimensionality, gas/fuel and real metrics/values. FACT: they also work with some shady sub-contractors (and ex-cons) that do not honor the price and will damage your things, as they did to ours. FACT: post-move, we now have over $10K in estimated damage to our property due to water and physical mishandling during this move, and this entire move was estimated to cost us $8,500+. So we are negative 18.5K!!! This means we were scammed by this company and its relocation partners and we do not want the same to happen to your family. Please do yourself a favor and delete the listing and email if they have sent you a quote. Thanks to Google Reviews for making this review seen by others to a wide reach/audience, and for making it possible to be read by others who will do due diligence and research, which we had unfortunately not made the time to do and trusted this company. We completely regret contracting them as we have never had the worst experience with a moving company until we used Cross Country.

I hired Cross Country Moving Group Inc quite hastily as I needed some movers very urgently. But, on contrary to my fears, the movers turned out to be delightful. The men were all very experienced and it showed in their work. They packed up all our belongings and didn’t take a lot of time in doing so. Not only were they fast, they were also very efficient. They took such great care of our furniture while loading them onto the van. Soon they were off to the road. They made the delivery right on time as well. All our things traveled quite well. I have no words for how amazingly this crew handled my move.

A friend referred Cross Country Moving group to me and I emailed them right away. They responded almost immediately and were really easy to work with virtually and in person. Moving is a very tough and sometimes even painful experience, but Cross Country Movers Group Delray, Fl made it easy and painless for my move from NY to FL. The movers treated my home as if it was their own. They were respectful of my home and were friendly and easy to work with. I asked around and my coworker said this company would do the job well. I was a bit worried since I hadn't used a moving company before. I decided to try them out for this move and it went super smoothly! They lied about when the furniture would be delivered (they said 2 weeks, it was 4 weeks). And the movers caused over $4,000 in damages. Don't believe them. Don't hire them. They are crooks.

Thank you to Cross Country Moving Group Inc. my wife and I experienced THE worst move we have ever had. We have moved multiple times and know that things don't always go as planned and items can be a bit damaged especially in a long distance move. However, these people put us with a company (Royal Logistics, LLC) that was not on time, unprofessional, and careless with our belongings, not to mention the 20 or so boxes they left behind. For a company to say that they will help you coordinate your move and help the move to be as stress-free as possible and then not do anything to advocate on our side other than to tell us to file a claim with moving company is, to say the least, very disappointing. Users beware -- this is just a broker company, not an actual moving company. You pay them your money up front and then they are done with you.

I was trying to help a friend from college move from her home in Florida to Idaho. It is such a long trip to do by herself, so I looked up local companies near her and Cross country moving group helped her out with the information I gave them. They were good about finding her the right size trucks, hook-ups for her car, and making sure the moving company was reputable. They handled all the logistic side of moving which is not mine, nor her strong suit. Anyways. It was a smooth process. I just gave them a call and they were able to work with me quickly. Their website had some information, but the employees were so helpful, and I preferred that.

Three months ago I was planning to move from Orlando to Miami. It was my first time to move, and I dreaded doing it by myself since I had no idea how. Then one of my friends suggested that I hire the services of the cross country moving group because she had engaged them before and they had satisfied her with their services. I called Cross Country moving group to find a reputable company that I could trust. Not only did they find me an Automotive transport that was reliable and safe, but my cars got to the new shop a little early without a hiccup, and the total was less than I had planned for as well. They were friendly and attentive through the whole process and made sure I had a good experience with them over anything else. They did arrive a few minutes late to drop off my things but that was because the weather was a little rough and they made up for it by sticking around to make sure everything was where I wanted it to be inside even after getting soaked from moving it in! They promised the world and didn't even come close to doing ok. It took 19 days to get my stuff 500 miles! I was charged more money every time I had contact with them. They hid behind there contract and don't care about customer satisfaction. I was told "sorry your upset, but all we can do is listen." This company is a JOKE!
