A big mistake using this company - do yourself a favor and stay away. A broker that will wash thier hands of you once sold and picked up. Been a nightmare, my stuff was picked up on May 31 (after being late 4 days) and as of June 26 have STILL not recieved. To be fair, spent 9 days in storage as I lost my first condo as I couldnt be there on time based on the 4 day late pick up (which I fault them with).

SCAM and cheap broker. They even don't have any profile on BBB. There is another company with very similar name and located in California. Don't make your decision by looking at another company profile. Hiring this company means paying an untrusted broker $500-$1000 just to find some untrusted moving people. For sure there will be damaged and stolen items and you will not be able to reach them anymore.

The guys were very professional. They only had to move bedroom furniture but it was all very heavy and it was raining the whole time. They wrapped all my pieces in thick blankets so not to damage anything. They worked together very efficiently. Very friendly guys with a great work ethic, they were thorough. I will definitely refer anyone I know moving to call Continental Moving first.

Mike Freudlich.... lied straight too me telling me spoke to dispatch and my stuff was on a load then disappeared!! Come to find out STUFF WAS STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE!! Guy says oh my brokers are honest BRIAN ROBERTSON PROMISED ME A DELIVERY DATE....LIE!!! This company a scam please use someone else!! IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE THE EMAILS ILL GLADLY SHARE!! Everything was great until they got our deposit then everyone we needed for assistance was ghost! The driver showed up late the first day and we had to move to the next day. Then when they showed up they took 3/4 of the day for 600 cubit ft of stuff. They tried to charge us more than our contract and then continued to call me at all hours of the day to try and tell me there was more then there was even though I measured and inventoried everything in the house and relayed it to the scheduler and the quality assurance team. I reiterated to the driver, QA team, and scheduler 6 times that our delivery date was the 9th, on two days after pick (31st) the driver called me at 6:30 am to ask if I was ready for drop off, after telling him I had told him already it was the 9th he abruptly hung up on me. This process has been a nightmare full of people who will only care until they get your money!! Even after pick up they continued to try and tell me there was overage even tho the truck showed up 3/4 full! I will never use them again and would recommend you do not either! Don’t bother calling customer service you will sit on hold for long waits and they don’t care either! Terrible company, terrible experience.

Called to get a quote on moving my personal belongings, got a quote that was reasonable and competitive with other movers I had called. Few days prior to move is where it went downhill quickly. After signing a contract and paying the deposit they called to do a quality assurance call to verify everything I had told them about the contents of my move. Suddenly there was going to be BULK PACKAGING CHARGES, DUE TO SIZES AN WEIGHTS of the items I had givin to them up front. Exact weights, models for reference to be checked, sizes to the exact inch.. when they tried to charge me another 800.00 on top of the contract I had already signed. My reply was I am not paying you more money for a contract already agreed apon an paid in advance. Day before moving day I get to my house to prepare for the movers the next day. I get a call saying they have a crew available for that day. I said I could be available for the crew to show up. ( was promised a 53ft truck an 3 men to load and go to new home. ) what shows up at my house is 2 very small young men in a Penske rental 26ft truck. One of them was 5ft8 160 lbs the other boy was as 5ft4 130 lbs. Telling me they are here to load my 900 lbs an 1370 lbs safes and other belongings to go to conoga park,ca. To be unloaded an reloaded to go to my final destination. At that point I said your loading NOTHING AND TO GET YOUR BOSS ON THE PHONE. FROM THAT POINT ON THE LIES FLOWED LIKE THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER... Now that they did not move anything of mine. They wont take my calls, they argue with me via email and have not returned my money for the deposit.. I can not stress this enough!! This company is a scam! They do not have a P.U.C. PERMIT in California or NEVADA. If you let them load your belongings they will hold it hostage for you to pay them more money for fees an storage charges. Use a local company that has a P.U.C. PERMIT FOR BOTH STATES YOU ARE MOVING FROM AND TO.

Great job moving heavy awkward items. You will not find a better company. I called a couple of different local moving companies and they did not seem interested in the job. They responded quickly and did a great job moving my items even though he was short one helper. A pleasure to find that there are still people who take pride in their work and company.

I spoke with Donald French today. I am a first time mover and am in a rush to choose a moving company. Donald was able to guide me step by step in order to give me the most accurate quote which I found hard to come by with some other companies. He was willing to go item by item in order to get the correct price. After explaining my other options and my situation, he was open and honest with me. Even though Continental had the best price, the delivery date range was from 6-21 days due to the long trip to Houston and federal law. He advised me to go with the other company that could guarantee the delivery date of when I need it. I Ioved how he did the right thing by being honest and didn't try to trick me into going with them. If I had a longer time frame and didn't need the delivery date to be exact, I would have chosen this company 100%. They also store your items for free for 30 days if they arrive to the destination early.

Everyone we interacted with, from booking to the actual movers, was very professional and friendly. They made sure everything was moved carefully and they made very quick work of it. I can't imagine trying to move without these guys in the future!

Horrible company. They were 4 days late picking up my stuff. Causing me to be two days late to my new job. Ended up paying $700 more than my estimated cost. Took over a month to receive my things. Then they lost two boxes. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!!

The WORST experience EVER. The driver NEVER showed up I was lied to five days in a row that a driver "was on his way'. No follow through,I had to call them for updates, they had an excuse for everything and truly do not care about the customer. You are crazy to even consider moving with this company.

Absolute scam. First off, if you look at all of their reviews, they've only reviewed between 1-3 reviews. AKA this company and their fellow scammers, they're a broker who flaunt their "guarantee" of 4-5 star movers only to find out their moving company they brokered us out to is F rated by the BBB? how ironic? I dealt with Anthony who was great, remembered my name and everything and was told this would be hassle-free. Paid my first payment and boy did everything change. I was told packing was included then boom. 1 day before the move, I called them for packing instructions only to be told packing was not included. Then had 24 hours to pack my entire house to then be called two hours into the 4 hour window that they cant pick it up until tomorrow. During this time only 1 person answered the phone which was absolutely useless only, finally once the phone was answered we found out the move was outsourced to a company rated an F by the BBB and then to find out the rest of the payment was supposed to be in cash or money order with no cards allowed. They trying to cancel only to also find out nothing is refundable. BE FOREWARNED.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Future note as well, This company baits and switches , gives your business terribly rated companies, offers condolences of $100 dollars, then continues to buy more fake reviews to cover up the Bad real Reviews. Has also now been reported to the FTC and BBB for bait and switch and Spam Reviews. You can also tell the reviews are fake because they all state continental is the moving company which even as classified by their "DOT Number" they are not, just read any of the reviews

If you do not take anything else from this, WATCH your wallet. Be very weary about this company. I am former military and have made tens of moves and this move has been the worst communicated from Continental as the broker. On your 1st call, they will give you a great rate and ask for your down payment, after that, everything goes down hill because they have your unrefundable money. After the 1st call, the "quality" call occurs and now the estimate goes up 20%, and oh by the way, in the 1st call, they left off the upright piano, wow, gee that must be why it was so cheap in the initial call. . Now, the day of the move, the estimate is 30% above the original quote. Contintentals response to me was you should have called us, and you must not have given us the correct items. I did call them and there was no answer, and I gave them everything we had as an estimate. . Continenal said, well the driver has our #, how was I to know that? So, now we are at $3500 over what the original estimate was. We started at 6500, and it is now at $10,200. Do NOT trust them. I am contacting the BBB and DOT.

This place is out to steal your money. They set you up with a terrible moving company that they say has wonderful reviews false. The moving company they set us up with was awful. We had no furniture for two weeks and had to go out and buy a whole new mattress to sleep on since my wife is pregnant. We also told them that they needed to tell the mover that they can not bring a semi truck down to our apartment complex because it is a tight area. They never called the movers to tell them so they show up with a semi truck and tell us we owe them an additional 1000 to get our stuff off the truck. This is the worst company ever. Also we are missing a tv and had several broken and lost items.

Wes was willing to work with me in helping some refugees move for as little money as possible. He was patient, kind, and funny. He put me at ease and made me feel calm, considering this family spoke very little English. We worked together using pictures from my phone to determine the inventory. Horrible experience. Original representative did not accurately write down my order and number of possessions. So second person told me I had to pay an additional $900 for the "added" items. This was AFTER I had paid a deposit of $600. In all honesty, they were so bad the whole experience felt like a scam from the beginning. Maybe it WAS!. . I had to forfeit the deposit. It’s funny that they try to warn you about other movers when they are awful! They called everyday trying to sell us a move package and once they got the deposit it was like a one night stand! They wouldn’t call back would not email back! Did not show or call when they said they would. Save yourself money and heartache go with a real moving company not a broker like these guys!
