I was on the phone with my husband (who is a contractor) as he was getting his truck unloaded. I could hear "Phil" in the background , cursing and swearing to the workers and being very derogatory towards my husband and his helper ( other guy on his truck). I listened for a while and he is extremely disrespectful. Very unprofessional. We will not be using this location again again. The movers ( two males and a female I believe) did a phenomenal job even while being disrespected in front of drivers.

Don't be fooled by competing movers. This is the only one of 4 that gave us an actual firm "estimate" of our moving costs. Others would give us an estimate, but then make it effectively meaningless by quoting that they needed to weigh things after loading to give us the "real" cost. That's bogus. This company quoted us a price and stuck to it. Awesome. We had them both pack and move us. The packers on the first day were on time, quick, and packed everything so nothing broke in transit. The folks loading & moving us were friendly and knew what they were doing (we had some heavy stuff, and 3 flights of stairs!). My only quibble is with their ability to tell us when the furniture would actually arrive. But that seemed to be true of all the movers we got quotes from.

These folks moved my Daughter and Grandson back to Seattle for me last month. The communication throughout the process was excellent. It started with the Salesperson Mike Martin and continued perfectly with Wendy who was in charge of my move the rest of the time. Mike gave me a cost that was Guaranteed and never changed, they even had to put on a smaller truck to get in my Daughters new apartment complex, all for the original cost. I have moved 9 times in the past 25 years and somehow there was always "additional charges" but not this time. I wish I could remember the Drivers name as he was excellent too. Great Job everyone, thank you!

They arrived earlier then expected and were able to move everything needed in the scheduled time frame. Steven and Terrence were very polite, courteous and efficient. Very respectful of property and furniture being moved. Would recommend them to anyone. Mike who set up everything stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and followed up afterwards. Great experience. Going to use them again for our final move in a few months.

They were supposed to show up to load our furniture at 830 am. The two moving men showed up on time ready to load. The truck did not. So after 4 hours of being told "we are checking into it", "something went wrong with dispatch", the driver will be arriving at 10, then 11:15, then 5 minutes away, etc. Finally at 1230 pm the truck did arrive. Just very un professional. I was never really given an answer as to why this dysfunction occurred. The unloading in Atlanta went great. The truck showed up when the driver said he would along with the moving team. Great service on that end.

This was the best moving company that we have ever used. They were extremely organized and professional throughout the entire process. Mike Martín is a fantastic salesperson. He was able to provide us with top notch service at a reasonable price. Marco’s crew was fantastic... not even a scratch on anything. They were polite and extremely hardworking.

Love the company and the work ethic of the workers. My husband always has great things to say after he drops off a load there . I don’t know who Jeff and Wendy are but Phil seems to tell my husbands driver all of their business, which is a little personal and inappropriate. Unprofessional.
