Great communication from the very beginning with our estimator, Joann. She was extremely helpful answering all our questions. Jake, in dispatch did a great job keeping us posted on the drivers and what to expect along the way. Our movers/drivers were very professional and took great care to make sure we understood the process and timeline. The belongings showed up in great shape, everything was fine. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a moving company!

This company is the real deal. Authority Moving Group is communicative, reasonable, and courteous. I don’t just mean the desk staff either. Their movers were above and beyond what I expected. This is the first time I’ve moved anywhere let alone long distance so it kind of goes without saying I was nervous. I had never hired a moving company before and there were so many (too many) options out there. I asked a friend who’d just moved to the area who she used and she mentioned Authority Moving Group. She said her experience was really positive and that she didn’t lose anything or have any damage during the move. I decided to call them to at least get an estimate and even the conversation on the phone was positive. They were really nice to me and were able to help me out with anything I didn’t understand or had questions about. They moved me in record time and just like my friend’s experience everything was done safely. I just wanted to take some time to recommend them because it was a truly wonderful experience and I’m very grateful.

Thankfully my daughter was on top of everything and started reaching out to other companies to make sure my move happened on time. She decided to hire Authority Moving Group for me. They were very responsive to both of us and genuinely wanted to help me out during a rather difficult situation. They packed, loaded, and moved me cross country as quickly and carefully as they could. They even followed up to make sure everything went okay. It was a very nice experience.

The last moving company we used was a nightmare but we are so grateful for the great experience we had with Authority Moving Group. We had a bit of a complicated move. It was cross country and included a lot of difficult pieces. We had to be moved completely within a very small window as well. Thankfully Authority understood that and their guys showed up on time and worked hard to make sure everything was handled very respectfully. I also had a great experience with their office staff. I probably emailed them a million times but they were always helpful and willing to give me all the info I needed. I would definitely recommend them.

The guys at Authority worked non-stop until our move was done. They had their work cut out for them with all of our stuff but they handled everything with great care. I enjoyed doing business with them and would happily do it again. Their rates are very competitive and more affordable than any other company I contacted. The guys really went out of their way to get their job done on time. I would definitely hire them again or recommend them.

It’s been a couple of months since our move and while I wanted to write a review sooner I’m glad that I waited because it gave us a chance to get settled in and to make sure that nothing that we sent with Authority was damaged. The good news is that everything was in perfect condition. Now onto the actual move, I was so impressed with the movers from this company. They really take their job seriously and on top of it they were genuinely friendly and kind guys. That alone is enough to make me want to hire them again. Not to mention the fact that they were the most affordable company that we got an estimate from.
