I would highly recommend All American Moving and Storage for anyone who is in the market for a great moving company! My sales representative, Jordan, was extremely helpful and 100% professional throughout the entire moving process. From the day that I booked the move until the last piece of furniture was unloaded off of the truck, he was there to follow up every step of the way. Being in the customer service industry myself, I know many objections may arise that are uncontrollable. However, Jordan and the other employees at All American Moving were able to make moving as easy as possible with a minimum amount of stress. I will definitely be recommending this company!

Let me start out by saying, I've moved a lot. When I say a lot, I mean 9 times in the past 5 years. I wish All American Moving was involved in all of my moves. I am very pleased with the service I received from All American Moving. The office staff insured me I would get a great service and they were 100% correct. The movers that were sent to my home were fabulous! Everybody treated me like family and most importantly, treated my personal belongings and furniture with ultimate care and respect; they treated my belongings like they were their own . My previous moving company was a disaster but the move with All American restored my faith. I am a very happy customer. I have another move coming up in October and I wouldn't think of calling anyone but All American Moving! Thanks for all of your help. You guys are the best!

Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Was quoted $2,000 after the sales rep viewed our complete inventory of what was going to be included in the move. They came two days late, on a Saturday and demanded an additional $500 for the move to be paid in cash for packaging. I followed up with company regarding the charge and didn't get a response. I had to call 3 more times until I spoke with someone who is a manager. This manager called me "pal" and an "idiot" and wouldn't give back any portion of the additional $500. We stressed the importance that our furniture be delivered on the date we needed it by. They said they would do their best. On the date of the delivery they said there would be an additional cost of $400 to have it delivered on the scheduled date. The company is a scam that sub contracts out all their work. They use bait and switch tactics to get customers and the management I dealt with is unprofessional. Don't use this horrific company. They quoted us $2,000 and we ended up paying $2,900 for almost getting what we wanted.

Not All American at all! The company gives you a price, you sign a contract, then lie and charge additional costs for no reason that are not on the contract, and won't give you your belongings until you pay! Really sad story on a 83 yr old senior citizen. I have to tell you this moving coming is no different from the others. We agreed on a price, signed a written detailed contract,and paid it in full, for a move from one apartment, and hold our stuff for just 24 hrs and then move it back to the same building 24 hrs later. When it was time for our furniture to be moved back, Cary, the businesses secretary informs us that we now owe an additional $330. We had clarified this move and amount several times prior to signing the contract. My wife explained to Cary we had a signed contract that included everything listed above. While we are the phone with her, she's emails a "new contract", adding $330 to the bill. Now we have a "new contract", that wasn't agreed or even signed by us, as a big surprise! Cary lied to us.. She didn't realize that my husband was listening on blue tooth when she told us that everything was included with the move from one place, back to storage, and returned to the new location 24 hrs later. This was all included in our signed contract. Cary's boss gets on the phone and tells us they will not bring our belongs back unless we pay the $330. This is such a scam, especially on a 83 yr old senior citizen. There is going to be a follow up complaint to the BBB regarding this scam they pulled and lied about it. I don't recommend them to anyone, as a signed contract is useless in their eyes. The crew that returned the furniture had a really bad attitude. Very unprofessional! I do not recommend them at all.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that this company tried to provide us. I guess the first thing you gotta ask is why do they have a fake address listed online? We had already chosen another moving company, but American Moving and Storage called us because they saw our moving listing and wanted to offer us a better rate than the one we got from our current moving company. It says that the phone calls are recorded when you call their phone number, and the sales person Ingrid, quoted us for a 4 to 5 hour move binded in, so that it wouldn’t be charged hourly after the five hours agreed-upon. All of the items that were to be moved or agreed-upon and written down and presented on the contract, but for some reason when the movers arrived the owner did not want them to do the job. They did not want to honor the deal we had agreed upon that was binded. They wanted to do an hourly rate of 140 instead of the binded deal for 4-5 hours that Ingrid had worked out with us. We didn’t even know the term “binded” before this incident, so Ingrid actually explained to us over the phone that it meant a flat rate instead of hourly. This is why we decided to go with them, because we just couldn’t believe the awesome rate they had promised us. So, we asked if they could review the recorded phone call so they could see that we are right, but they refused and said that we were being uncooperative. They also refused to give back our deposit of $200 that we paid with a credit card. Chad, Who is apparently the owner of the company, was extremely rude to my wife on the phone. Definitely not the kind of professional people you would want to be speaking to that represent a company. So, we wanted to go to their location since they stopped answering our phone calls, but it just took us to a pawnshop off of Stirling Road and 441. Buyers beware, I would be extremely careful with this company if you were hiring them make sure that you don’t get burned like we did.

Worst experience for me was dealing with them to get an understanding of where on earth my stuff was, it seemed impossible to get a straight answer. They are treating clients as a joke! You are moving and you want the peace of mind of a professional company that would have reliable customer service, stay away from them bc I guarantee they will cause you stress and worries.

Moved from a house to a condo. Coordinated the move with Cara. She was awesome. The movers, Roosevelt and his team, arrived as planned and worked quickly. Encounteted a few issues with the HOA but Cara handled it. Had a really great experience.

First I would like to say that moving is very stressful. I’m the service industry myself and all have to say is this company provide more then just a servcie. From the office staff of Jordan and Bill these guys made me feel so comfortable. They were so detailed with my entire move. They sent an estimator to my home in Pembroke Pines to move me to my new home in plantation. The movers Anthony, Roosevelt, Andrew, Shaun, lael, and Vinny were so professional and efficient. They took so much care with moving my stuff. They work hard and packed everything and labeled every box. You pay for what you get. Spend money and have it handled by all American moving and storage. BUYER BEWARE…..Do not have any expectations that you will be doing business with a honest company. This is company has mastered the art of deception, misinformation and distorting the truth. BUYER BEWARE…..Do not believe the sales pitch that it will cost you less if you ship and pay per cubic foot ($3/cu ft) versus ship and pay by the pound. The process begins by having their representative grossly underestimating your cubic feet, then you signing a contract, a contract that is binding with no refund. BUYER BEWARE……If you decide to pay 50% by credit card, do not have any expectations that the credit card merchant will approve the transaction. Prior to them submitting my $6000 charge, I called the bank and notified them of the upcoming charge because of the high dollar amount. I did not want my bank to think there was any fraudulent activity. This moving company said the bank declined the transaction, but gave no reason. I got the bank and this company on the phone simultaneously and had this company try the transaction again, this moving company said the transaction was declined, but the bank said they were not receiving any attempted transaction that he/she could see. Now, ask yourself why a moving company would want to decline a credit card transaction because it forces you to pay cash so that the moving company does not have to pay the credit card fee of 5%. In my case $400. Now if you don’t pay cash at the time of delivery, then your belongings go to an impound storage, and you have to arrange for pick up and delivery, but that is after you pay cash to the moving company. BUYER BEWARE…..I have been a healthcare executive for more than 20 years. I typically move every 3 years, so this is my 6th move. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please BUYER BEWARE. There are other reputable companies out there, please do not make the same mistake I did.

Let me start off with a positive before I let the public know a list of reasons to never use this company and why they will be reported to BBB. Emmanuel, their best employee has been everything I expect in a mover, honest, timely, informative and respectful. Outside of that they are stealers, robbers, LIARS and thieves. They quote you one price and after they load up ALL of your FAMILY'S belongings they take your items to their personal warehouse were they change the contract and give you a new price you must agree to and if you don't they hold your items hostage. We live in JACKSONVILLE AND WERE MOVING TO NOLA AND THEY DECIDED TO TAKE OUR ITEMS ALLLLLLL THE WAY BACK SOUTH FOR WHAT?????? To tell us we will not recieve our items unless we agree to the new change in contract they put together AFTER TAKING ALL OF OUR ITEMS!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 3 year old and we have been sleeping on the ground for almost a week as "CHAD (THE OWNER), CARY, JEFF, JESSE, YOYO" all of these liars said my items would be at the destination the next day. Until this very moment I have no idea when I will be receiving my stuff; they have EVERYTHING. They are CRIMINALS AND BREACHED A CONTRACT THEY CREATED!!!!!! I agreed to pay one price and PRIOR to them taking ALL OF MY BELONGINGS, there was no talk about a price increase or changing of contract after 3 days of not being able to reach ANYONE in the office!!!! ALL AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE are CRIMINALS!!!!!! Ive moved numerous times and used moving company's and they ALL WERE HONEST AND TIMELY! ALL AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE, say they are coming at 8 AM and then show up at 11 PM at night. They are DESPICABLE! BEWARE! ALL AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE IS ANYTHING BUT AMERICAN!!!! BEFORE YOU TOOK OUR ITEMS (YOU THIEVES) YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN US A NEW QUOTE AND WE WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU TO GET THE F OUT OF HERE BECAUSE WE HAD MOVING COMPANIES WHO WOULD HAVE DONE IT FOR LESS AND BEEN PROFESSIONAL!!!!! THEY LEFT OVER $1200 worth of VALUABLE PRODUCTS IN MY HOUSE, thank god for my leasing office taking pictures and sending them to me I now have evidence plus my own photos that I will be using. ZERO STARS, if possible. The other negative reviews you'll read here are accurate and mine is just another one to add to them - including the naming of specific employees. Please, do not hire this company. It is moving day and I am currently waiting on a truck. I have had no communication from the company after scheduling two weeks ago. I have had to call the company three times this morning to figure out what is going on. My husband took a day off work for this, and so far, no results. I've got a baby at home, the entire house packed up - by myself since my husband is working in the city we are moving to - and another child I'll need to leave to go pick up from school. The day is almost halfway gone already. I do not appreciate the complete lack of communication from All American Moving and Storage (to be transparent, they apparently have it logged on their computer systems that they called me twice yesterday, but I have no missed calls - and no on left a voicemail, if they did call, trying to confirm the move I scheduled with their company for the next day...), I haven't received any follow-up emails, calls, voicemails, or text messages. And I am starting to panic. I simply find this lack of organization and the feeling that I am completely left in the wind about this big event in our life to be totally disconcerting (that means it all makes me feel really, really uncomfortable), and I have lost any potential trust and faith in the abilities of this company to be professional. If I were a part of the All American Moving and Storage team, I would like to think I would understand how disruptive moving is to the families and try to make sure the whole process was as considerate as possible on our end, because, you know: customer service, and money, and livelihood, and all that. UPDATE: I just called to cancel the move, because this is just ridiculous - especially after reading other reviews specifically mentioning Jordan, who happened to be the one I was speaking with the most, and how truly rude and uncaring he was to other customers. I told him I had no faith in the company's ability to handle our move with care, that their lack of communication was appaling, and their customer service showed how little they valued the people who paid them money. Jordan said "But you gotta think about the rain, Ma'am - I got people waiting three hours on trucks to be unloaded because of rain, think about that. I can't control the weather. It backs everything up. You gotta think about that." I let him know that my issue had nothing to do with the weather. I take umbrage with the way the company has handled everything - and no one mentioned rain or weather or a reason for things being "back up" before this...that's the poor communication piece I'm talking about. So, once I said that, Jordan decided it was appropriate to try to turn this into an argument, "Who didn't communicate with you? Oh, let me shoot you an email showing you that we called you and that YOU didn't answer and YOU didn't communicate with US." So, NOW I receive communication. NOW they are able to send emails. When I told him earlier that I had not been contacted at all, he said their computer log showed they had called me twice yesterday afternoon, and that I should have received a text after that. I have no missed calls, no voicemail, and received no texts. But now that I am a dissatisfied customer, this has turned into some classless, Judge Judy situation, complete with "let me prove YOU wrong" emails. Ridiculous. I let them know they could keep the $200 I had to pay as a deposit to secure my moving day, since I was positve I wouldn't get it back anyway, and Jordan said, "Yeah, I'm gonna keep your $200 - thanks for that." Please, have nothing to do with this company.

These guys did an incredible job moving me and my family. They made sure to wrap everything very carefully and used caution when disassembling and then reassembling my furniture. In the past I have had items get damaged and even go missing with other moving companies. I know that when I hire All American Moving and Storage that I will not have to worry about any of that. They offer very competitive pricing and are very professional. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the multiple price increases of our move (3k-10k) because they didn’t send someone to estimate our costs. To promising our stuff will arrive in seven days and it wasn’t till 2 weeks after. Then telling us we can pay our remaining balance the day the drop off and calling a week in advance basically demanding we pay something in advanced to insure their money gets to them. Oh and the freight driver rescheduled with us 3 times and was five hours late because he over slept and not to mention I had to decipher the unprofessional texts that were sent to me. A very expensive lesson to never work with them again. Terrible experience when you are moving your family across country.

The most unprofessional moving company. So far my mother has been cussed at by the driver, fluctuating prices. Clearly there is a miscommunication between the delivering driver and dispatch as they both claim differing things. Every single point of contact for this company has been rude. Complaints have been made, repeated phone calls not returned. Delivery driver is demanding he can only deliver on one day and is not able to accommodate any other delivery date without storage fees even though we are given only 2 day notice. I used North American Van Lines for my across country move and they were nothing short of superb, clearly All American has a lot to learn. Now we are told by All American that if we aren't able to accept the items on the day they choose, they will charge an EXTRA $1500! The AG will be hearing from me soon if this is not resolved and I will get my attorney involved. Will update review if this gets resolved or becomes worse.

Horrible experience with this company. They ended up being over 5 hours late and lied to me about why. As a result I had to move in the pouring rain and in the dark. The guy who I spoke to each time they missed their expected arrival time couldn't have been less sympathetic and most of the time nobody would answer the phone when I called. The movers themselves were nice guys and they hustled. They were the only ones who represented the company well. One of my big planters was broken in the move. I submitted a claim with photos to be reimbursed and was continuously ignored by Chad the owner. I got tired of hearing that "Chad would get back to me" so I stopped pursuing it. I guess he prefers to lose business rather than pay for my broken item. No appreciation for customers or their reputation.

Overall, do not recommend this company. This is a company that tries to save you money by hiring a driver and contracting work in local cities. It's basically a crap shoot on how good/bad these workers are. And the company charges you according to how long these people take, which is pretty variable. Also, there is no reason for the workers to care about quality as theyre hired per hour. Pros: Our rate was competitive, and things were brought to the arriving city in a timely fashion and in good shape. Cons; The workers were great in one location, terrible in the other. They would leave randomly, sit, talk on the phone, blast music, and the company representative had no control over them because technically they aren't employees. The job per hour was supposed to end at 9 pm, but they didn't get done until midnight of the same day. Also, what they charge for and give you is different. But "its a fixed price" so they make you pay whatever they bill for instead of completing. When talking to customer service of what was on the contract vs what you received as services, Chad, the person we talked to, tried to manipulate the conversation in a way he was constantly right, even though we just wanted to show him that we paid for two drivers hours, when they only had one the whole time. Also, the customer service people also charge you for workers time, but cannot guarantee quality of the work....kind of a huge disconnect. Yet they swear by the "hours these contracted workers are there. I would avoid dealing with Chad, he is simply unprofessional, and is probably trained to defer monetary complaints. I would avoid the company altogether, as they have no control of the quality of their work, since it relies solely on outside contractors.

Our experience with All American Moving and Storage from initial contact with Bill for the estimate, follow-up with Riley to finalize the move schedule to be excellent. I also got a call the day after the move was finished to insure everything met or exceeded our expectations. Roe and his assistant packed and loaded the truck at our previous home in one day. They left late in the day to drive so they could be close to our new home that night. They were there early the following day. Both were very professional and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to insure our move went as planned. I highly recommend All American Moving and Storage for your next move.

I recently used All-American Moving for a very small move. I was trying to find a mover to get just a couple of pieces of furniture from my house to a consignment furniture store about a mile from my home. I contacted a couple of movers, but their prices were too high for such a small job. I contacted All-American and they were able to meet my need because they had a regular scheduled moving truck route that came near my home. They gave me a call before heading my way to make sure I was home, got the piece without any issues, and quickly delivered it.

For the most part, excellent service and fair prices. Team worked efficiently and always had a smile on their face. Our movers were Kyle, Emmanuel and another guy that I can't remember (sorry!) My only complaint is there were a few grease marks on our couch. These can be easily taken out, however, I don't think they should have happened in the first place. I highly recommend All American Moving & Storage!

On 6/7/18 an employee of All American Moving and Storage hit my daughters car while it was sitting at a gas pump. As requested by the president of the company I obtained 2 estimates. Per the police report this company is self insured. My daughters car is yet to be fixed. A few months back I received a call from John Thomas, Cincinnati Branch Manager, informing me the president of the company was going to make payments until he had paid off the estimate. The first check I received was a little over $300. the estimate was over $1800. I have received around $1000, but have not received another check in months. I will never use this company and would never recommend it to anyone!!

If you're reading this and are thinking of using this company, I would think twice. I was going to use this company but ended up not moving. My credit card was on file there with my deposit. I was credited my deposit back only two days later, someone within the company decided to use my credit card and was recharged my deposit. For whatever reason, the company can't give me an explanation so I turned them in for fraud and contacted the Better Business Bureau in Florida. I'm sharing this because it can be you too.

I would like to thank All American Moving for the awesome job they did for me and my family. I have a 6 bedroom house and I recently moved from Miami Fl to Orlando Fl. All American was referred to me from a friend that recently used them in the past I was going to go with the company I have been using for several years but my friend would not stop ragging about this All American company. I called the sales representative at the office and they recommended to me that they have somebody come take a look at my items. The agent they sent to my home was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable, he explained the whole move to me step by step and when the crew showed up the day of the move that is exactly what happen. My home was very big and took up two full trucks just like they estimated. The price was very fair my total amount was the same price they quoted me at the beginning of the move which usually never happens when moving. My family and I are very happy with the decision we made. If anybody needs a reputable moving company these are the go to guys!!

All-American Moving and Storage was terrible. They took weeks to deliver my friend's belongings from Brooklyn to Upstate NY. During that time, daily phone calls to their customer service line produced nothing but promises of a return phone call. Not one phone call was returned. Not one. The staff acted like they were doing her a favor just by answering the phone, and the attitude was at times quite nasty. They took her money with impunity and gave lousy service in return. She will never use them again, nor will I. We cannot recommend All American Moving and Storage.

Worse experience. The moved and stored everything from our condo for a year. When they returned the furniture many items were missing. A few of them very expensive. I had to constantly call them and ask for help. The manager Charlie kept on saying I have areas I need to search and will get back to me. He would never get back to me. So I would have to call him. HE seemed upset that I bothered him with looking for the thousands of dollars of missing items. Four months have gone by and now I do not hear anything from them. Really disappointing and unprofessional. Stay away from All American unless you like losing prized possessions and lots of money.

This is the worst company that I have ever worked with, in any industry. They were late for every stop, broke countless items, including my baby grand piano. The piano was insured, but All American violated my insurance by packing it incorrectly. Their salesperson, Jordan, will say anything to make the sale, including "I'm a good Christian and would never lie." He lied about the training of their movers - when they delivered, one mover showed up to unload a 5 bedroom house. He called someone on Craigslist to randomly come help, after I spent hours on the truck unloading myself. They guaranteed 4 movers. He promised that they would move all of my items on one of their trucks. They showed up in a Budget rental truck that was too small, and split my items up. He then promised that my items would be consolidated to one truck. Upon delivery, the second truck didn't show up. It came 2 days later. I still never received my mattress, or a number of other items, which mysteriously disappeared onto a third truck. He lied about the price. We signed a guaranteed contract, which was even agreed upon when they picked up my items. Upon delivery, they asked me for more money and refused to unload without me paying. They lost the parts to my two year old daughter's crib. She slept on her mattress (which they ripped) for three days. When the rest of the crib arrived, the screws were still missing, so my wife had to go to Home Depot to buy replacement parts. When I called about my mattress, Jordan thought he put me on hold, but I could hear him. Multiple people were joking about me being upset, and Jordan then said "just leave him on hold." The cost of damage to my items (three surfboards, art, lamps, piano, custom record shelf, dresser, crib and more) and replacing lost belongings far exceeds the price of the move. Their operation is dishonest and unprofessional - an utter disaster. I cannot stress strongly enough how aggressively you should avoid All American Moving.

From getting an initial quote and everything all set up with Jordan, to the efficiency of the boxing, loading, unloading and delivering process... They called upon arrival, were punctual and I must say, the nicest group of men, which can be uncomfortable as a female when dealing with males, but NOT HERE! I felt very comfortable with them. The packers we're polite . I paid a bit more than expected ,when the driver arrived at our new location the first thing he mentioned was about a tip. I didn't appreciate that and let him know. When the rest of the crew unloaded our goods they put mostly everything back together without putting in screws, a few things we're damaged ,and a box or two missing overall I regret that I used them and would warn against anyone else using them.

Shabby operation. I too had to call the police on them. My dad went into home hospice care so we hired them move out and store some of his furniture so we could move the hospice furniture in. Since it was going to be a small amount of lightweight furniture and a short storage period we were told we would get a $200 discount (not true, in fact they charged us $200 extra by keeping the supposedly refundable deposit). I had to be in the hospital with my dad and made an appointment to meet the mover at my dad’s place. The mover came more than 4 hours late, claiming their truck had broken down so they’d had to rent one (nonsense, they just don’t own enough — or maybe any — trucks themselves). When it came time to retrieve the items from storage after my father died, we set a specific date and time window with the movers. They never showed up and no one answered the phone (it was a weekday); I must have tried to call them 15 times. None of my messages were returned. Finally, at 8 pm I called the police and reported the theft of our property. When my niece finally reached Chad the next day, he mendaciously claimed he had spoken to me the previous day and he again promised to give a discount (which he didn’t). Then, when they finally delivered the furniture nearly month later, they were late yet again — again breathlessly claiming that their truck had broken down and they’d had to rent one (uh huh). It’s not the driver’s fault; they just work for this fly-by-night outfit. Their business motto should be “We don’t care and you can’t make us.” (This is the first negative review I have ever written; I hope it’s my last.)

BUYER BEWARE. ALL AMERICAN MOVING AND STORAGE IS A DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PERFORM. I contacted them concerning a move. I was given an “estimate” of $1,450 by a sales representative named “Chris” based on detailed descriptions and photographs of my furniture. I allowed them to charge my credit card for a $550 deposit. The move was scheduled for December 1. Instead, they arrived in a discarded U-Haul truck with the lettering scratched out on December 7. I was not able to contact them during the interim period – they did not respond to telephone calls, texts or e-mails and frequently did not have an active voice mail box. Without looking at my furniture, the van driver said that the price of the move would be $2,950. After a long negotiation with the driver using a “dispatcher” as a foil, we agreed on a price of $2,000. The driver then demanded another payment of $750 in cash. I was promised a delivery date of December 12. My furniture finally arrived on December 21. I was told by the delivery driver that my furniture had changed hands among five different movers. A couple of boxes containing personal items had been opened and items removed from them. One bed frame was badly dented and a table was scratched in several places. The company must have blocked my contact information as I am now unable to communicate with them. They claim that “Chris” is unknown to them. I have since learned that they are in default with DOT and numerous complaints have been filed against them with other regulators. The entire experience with All American Moving and Storage has been costly and emotionally draining. I urge others to avoid what has been an unbelievably terrible experience.

This company and entire team were beyond amazing. I will tell you that we had to move our move date twice and then we had to request to have our stuff stored on trucks for a week. Literally up until the minute the trucks arrived at our new house things were going wrong left and right on our end. They were extremely helpful, patient and a ton of fun to work with. Nate did an awesome job contacting me about their arrivals and making sure everything got where it needed to be - excellent memory too considered we had a week between move out and move in! I cannot imagine ever using anyone else to move my belongings. Beyond awesome!!!!!

They even moved my dining furniture around a couple different times until we figured out how we liked it. No problem or complaints at all to do it! The guys were troopers - they were not able to pull the moving truck into the driveway at our new house because of a steep hill, so had to park it on the street and carry/wheel everything up the driveway into the house. Given a two hour window to make a delivery, from 5 to 7 p.m. Missed it by four hours, didn't get delivery of item until 11 p.m. I would have rescheduled if they could have let me know that it was gonna take just that ridiculously long. But they couldn't even give me an ETA once they blew the deadline. The delivery guys themselves were apologetic, polite and efficient. It looks more like they were given far too much to do in one day by people above their paygrade.

We could not have been more pleased with the services we received from All American Moving. We were moving my 91 and 88 year old parents from a home they lived in for 59 years. This was a traumatic move for them, as they did not want to leave their home, however it was all in their best interest. We were actually concerned for their health, as my family all new this could take a toll on them. All American sent us two men, Nat and Dave, who could not have made the move go any better. They had shown care, compassion, safety, and were very professional in dealing with all of our parents personal items. They put my 91 year old mother at ease. They let my mother know they would take good care of her possessions. They worked non-stop. Actually we had to make them take breaks. By the end of the move, I think they made my Mother feel like they were her own family, but then she realized her own family would have taken many more breaks!!! The office staff was also very helpful, and our final bill was very clear. We would recommend these movers in a heartbeat. Thank you All American Movers, our family truly appreciated your services.

UPDATED: All American Moving and Storage fixed damages incurred upon delivery. Upper management was courteous and professional and did assume responsibility for shortcomings. I have faith the company has learned from their mistake and will be more proactive in handling future customers’ concerns if they should arise. Thank you for addressing this review and rectifying the situation. November 13 we had a couch delivered. The process seemed to be relatively quick and painless and I signed the papers after inspecting the couch for damages. Shortly after they left, I went downstairs to make sure the front door was shut and locked in the common area. It was then I discovered not only was my door frame broken but a couple banisters in the common area hallway had been as well and they put a small hole in the wall. I immediately took pictures and called and left a voicemail with Gloria that day. I had spoken to Gloria before the couch was delivered a week ago concerning another issue. My boyfriend then took over the process and made several more phone calls that were never returned. He then gets a hold of John, the manager, nearly a week after placing phone call after phone call. He informs us Gloria doesn’t work there anymore. Gloria has a number that still rings through to her voicemail. He asked my boyfriend to send pictures of the damage through email which we quickly provided. Once again, several days later, he informs my boyfriend because we didn’t contact within 48 hours after delivery we have no recourse. He also went a step further and said he contacted the four delivery drivers and they said they didn’t break anything. It’s very disheartening to know that FOUR individual people lied if they were contacted. This makes me question the trustworthiness of this company and quite frankly, the person in charge. If anything, I hope this is a cautionary tale. All American Moving and Storage will do everything in their power to manipulate a situation to suit their needs rather than take responsibility for damages. I will update review based on any further response.

Our three men arrived late in the day on their way back from a delivery. One would never have known that, they were unbelievable. They were professional, courteous, upbeat and best of all they tackled our problem with skill and care. We had three full size armoires that had to be hoisted over an upstairs railing on the upper front porch and lifted gently down to the sidewalk. We did not want anything to happen to our armoires or to one of them. They didn't blink an eye. They wrapped them up and strapped them up over they went. There was no damage to our furniture and they were all fine. We could not have been happier with the outcome and wish these young men the best.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I would give them 0 stars if I could! My mother in law hired this company to help her and her father move to port orange on May 15. The moving truck was late getting there and when they arrived they were told that they could not take all of their belongings and needed to leave some things behind. Also upon arrival they were told that they wanted to charge $500 more upon the agreed on price. Then to top it all off the movers told my in laws that they would be three hours behind them. They never showed up... May 16 rolls around and their stuff has still not shown up, the main office won’t answer their phone and neither will the movers, another day without their beds, couches, etc. Today is May 17 and they still DO NOT have their stuff and still no one will answer us. Finally we got the police involved and the main office answered, shocker. Now they are telling us that they will not give us our stuff unless we pay $2,000 CASH on top of the money we have already paid. My mother in law and her father are very sick and in no condition to be sleeping on the floor. They have MEDICAL THINGS that they need in this moving truck!! This company has done nothing but beat around the bush and cause them a ton of stress. You people are crooks!

Mike took great care detailing the estimate and took time to alleviate our concerns regarding the packing of 4 light fixtures. Mike built wood crates which had a hook to hang the chandeliers and packed them in a way to ensure no damage. The teams to pack and load the trucks arrived on time and worked hard to ensure we would be finished on time. The sales team was also very helpful in explaining the proces, start to finish, and it was appreciated that the owner can by on the day of the move to make sure all was well.

Customer Service is absolutely non existent. I was told by Chad, the owner, that he would repair my furniture that was damaged during my move. In good faith, I hired this company again to move me in to my new home. I made the mistake of paying prior to receiving confirmation from Chad that the furniture would be repaired. Since then, I have attempted to contact Chad and Cary (customer service) multiple times and have been flat out ignored. I have since found other items including my flat screen TV that was also damaged. I am completely appalled that I am not even being given the courtesy of a call back. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I called an was quoted for 1900, i expect to pay maybe 2500 because i added a few pieces . I had to give 630 for the reservation. Then when they got here they jumped up to $6000 , They started talking about square feet and all this mess that was NEVER Explained before they got my money , Then the driver told me to cancel it was gonna be 400 which was a lie i didnt have to pay him anything. They were lying to get more money .

As many others, I too have had the misfortune of dealing with All American Moving and Storage. Towards the end of last year we made the mistake of utilizing them to handle our moving needs. After having inconvenienced us by arriving over 4 hours late to pick up our belongings which were to be kept secured in one of their trucks inside their warehouse, we learned 3 days later that a 90 percent of our personal belongings were damaged having spent the past 3 days soaked in rain water. Turns out the company was negligent and failed to secure their truck inside a warehouse as promised to us and turns out they obviously do not conduct preventative maintenance checks on their vehicles as they claimed they were unaware the roof of the truck was severely damaged thus allowing water to get inside of it. One can only imagine the level of disappointment to see all of ones belongings in that condition, immediately a call was made to their office to inform them of their incident and from that moment on we realized what type of company and individuals we were dealing with. Instead of being sympathetic and apologetic they were the opposite and at times even becoming argumentative. It’s ironic that when they were notified of the damaged items they immediately instructed their team of drivers to stop unloading items from the truck. It should be noted that at no point in time did we threaten to not pay for the service or anything along those lines but instead they had their drivers essentially force us to pay the remaining balance immediately prior to unloading anything else from the truck. If it wasn’t bad enough that they had just destroyed a lifetime of one’s personal belongings, they were now threatening to keep the remaining ones unless we paid for them up front. From that moment on the lies and deception began and that’s when we were able to see the company’s true colors starting from the top with their owner/president Chad Anthony Bottiglieri. Mr. Bottiglieri notified us on the day of the move that he would be showing up to our house the next morning with a representative from a water restoration company. After waiting all day for them to arrive and Mr. Bottiglieri not answering or returning any of our messages we finally gave up but got a glimpse as to the lies and lack of customer support we would encounter over the next several months. In all my years I have never come across a more unprofessional and integrity lacking individual. From promises to help us dispose of and/or store are damaged goods to prevent the mold smell from permeating into our home to promises of issuing a refund or assisting in getting the insurance company to honor our claim in the full amount, all turned out to be lies. Mr. Bottiglieri went as far as showing up to our home the day the insurance adjuster came on site to survey the damaged goods, while at our home he spoke of how he would never want to be responsible for one losing all of their belongings and how he had spoken to his family and gotten reassurance from them that he was to do what was right. These were simply just a series of other manipulative lies from Mr. Bottiglieri. After over three months of being misled we received a partial settlement from the insurance company. When confronted and asked if he would be willing to simply help out and refund us the cost of the move, to offset the partial refund, Mr. Bottiglieri immediately agreed stating it was the right thing to do and the least he could do to help out. Unbeknownst to us this was just another lie. I hope in reading this review that others look in another direction when looking for a company to handle their moving needs.

Updated review included. During my delivery there was an unfortunate accident involving damage to one of my neighbor's luxury cars. After having contacted the company as well as feedback I have received from the neighbor, it appears the company is rectifying the situation through their insurance. As far as the quality of the delivery goes, it was pretty much standard. Nothing stood out as particularly exceptional but it was done competently. In the end, the whole process was so tainted for me by having to deal with the problems the accident caused that I don't feel that I will ever consider my experience on the level of good to great. I will give 3 stars because the product I ordered was delivered in proper shape which is the bare minimum you can expect from a company that moves and/or delivers products.

I had such a poor experience with this delivery service. I am surprised that Restoration Hardware (RH) uses this company based on the incompetence and unprofessionalism I experienced. Background: I received a call last Friday letting me know that they’ve received my purchase (bed/dresser) from RH and would like to schedule a delivery. I query about timing because similar to most people in the world, I have to go to work. I work 9-5, which is apparently the delivery window too. I pick a weekday slot because the upcoming weekend doesn’t have availability. I tell the man who called me that I can leave early from work with ample notice, but would like to have the latest slot available on the date we agreed upon. He agreed and told me he was putting a note for my delivery to be in the afternoon. He said I’d receive a call the day before to confirm the window the following day AND be called thirty minutes before the drivers were on their way on the day of delivery. I didn’t receive a call/text/email the day before so I became worried. I woke up and called the main number and Beverly told me that the drivers were coming at 10am that day. Where did we get 10am from when it was clear that I needed afternoon? Why didn’t I receive a correspondence? She had to cancel my order for that day. She tells me it’ll come the following day between 12-2pm (again, not convenient for me and inconsistent with what we talked about since they deliver up to 5pm, but it’s only slot they have so I take it). She confirms via email that day. On the day of the delivery, the 2pm comes around and I hadn’t received a call. I called Beverly and she told me that the drivers came and were unable to gain access. It was a boldface lie. I had two friends in the apartment ALL day waiting for the delivery men. She said she’d look into it and call me back shortly. I don’t hear from her for an hour, so I tried calling back and she didn’t answer. Near to 3pm, the drivers show up. They’re outside the window and offered no apology or explanation for being late. They set up the delivery and left. I have no issues with their service during the actual 45mins they spent in my home. However, everything in the week leading up to the delivery was horrible. I would not recommend using this company again! They’re super disorganized and do a sloppy job with planning deliveries. RH needs a new vendor for this service.

Still waiting on my couch to be delivered... Was supposed to be delivered yesterday but never arrived because I couldn't get there AN HOUR EARLIER THAN THE SCHEDULED TIME (they called at 2:01pm thinking I'd be home for the delivery even though that wasn't the agreed on time frame which was from 3-5pm) So they apparently decided to just not come at all and make NO effort to reach out to me. I arrived home barely after 3pm (no call from them- no knowledge of where they were) and waited until I had to go to my meeting around 4. My girlfriend took off work early to cover the last hour of the time frame. By 4:30 they still didn't show up and then I began being ghosted by the delivery driver after several attempts at trying to reach back to him. I tried calling them during the delivery time but the driver never picked up. I told my girlfriend to call because he was ghosting my number for some reason and when she called him he picked up (again this was all before 5pm) and told her there was nothing he could do and was "off the clock" even though it was still during the timeframe of our delivery...Now I'm being told it will be another week before there's another time they can delivery my couch and brought up a "redelivery fee" that they are (sarcasm) so generously are paying for "this time." I'm also a business owner and would never EVER treat a client like this. 1 ) do not alter a timeframe when both parties agreed 3-5pm IS the time frame 2) NEVER CALLED SAYING THEY WERE THERE TO DELIVER THE COUCH 3) ghosted my calls 4) picked up when my girlfriend answered and lied to her saying he was off the clock (well before 5pm) 4) They didn't immediately try to resolve the situation, instead doubled down and took the side of the delivery driver who was objectively false in his accounts of what happened and the times they happened ( the driver said we only contacted him well alter 5 which is a total and complete lie) NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I've never been treated worse as a client in my life. I seldom leave reviews but this is well warranted.

We used this company to move about 30 minutes away and they were an AWESOME company to work with. From the beginning to the end, I conducted my business with kind, caring, and overall positive people. They truly understand how stressful moving can be, and do their best to eliminate as much of this stress as possible. They did a preliminary "walk through" of our place over the phone to get an accurate estimate of the amount of things that needed to be moved. They were up-front with all of their costs, and if something was mandatory for the move that we provided, they removed it from the invoice (such as mattress bags). Honest and hardworking company overall, and they sent a furniture medic out right away to repair a small scratch on our headboard. They take every comment and complaint seriously, and were truly wonderful to work with.

I just recently moved to an apartment from a townhouse and when I say that the movers were outstanding I cant reiterate that enough. My wife and I were absolutely frightened at the thought of a cross country move. And then we met Charlie from All American Moving and Storage. Charlie immediately put our concerns to rest, assured us everything would go smoothly, and promised no screw ups. He and the entire All American team delivered on all accounts. Moving an entire household of items from South Florida to Iowa is a major project. Add to that the fact that we had many fragile items that meant a great deal to us and you can understand our concerns. Let me just say that everyone from All American treated our possessions as if they were their own. Chad, Charlie, Bill, and Cary were in touch with us every step of the way. Charlie supervised the packing and loading in Florida, then met us in Iowa to make sure everything was unloaded and put away with the same care as we experienced in Florida. We were torn between using a national brand name mover or a locally owned mover. After meeting the All American team, there was no longer a choice. No national company will care for your valuables like the family owned and operated team at All American. Plus, being able to pick up the phone and speak to the company's owner is a great benefit. Here is the executive summary: Excellent Value, Excellent Service, Excellent Communication. Excellent Care. You can't ask for anything more on moving day. Chad - your team is the best!

The movers were scheduled for 11am and didn't arrive until 3:00pm on the day of the move. The movers were not made aware of my special requests and I had to call the office constantly to correct and remind them of my original special requests. I was assured when I hired them that my move would "work perfectly with their schedule" and then later told that the manager asked the salesperson NOT to conduct my move on that day. A one day moved turned into a three day move. I can go into great detail what occurred over the three days but what needs to be known is All American Moving & Storage is a disorganized moving company. I am ok with issues happening I am willing to work with fixing them. However, I had to ask All American Moving for an apology for their errors, I had to argue with the on what was originally agreed to be done (IE my special requests), I had to constantly remind them they have to make up for their mistakes when I was asked to pay more money, and in the end I did get moved but I had to lose two additional days from work to make up for their mistake. I would NOT recommend using them at all for moving services. They don't seem to be able to schedule their men and are more interested in moving on to the next move over finishing what they have promised. (I am sure they will response to my review with "on Tuesday we weren't allowed in the new unit and had to rebook for the next day" This was true, however if the move was fully conducted on first day there would not have been issues moving the next day.)

Besides moving my condo contents, All American had to pack and box everything. They did a great job. We didn't even remove what was in our bureau drawers, kitchen drawers, etc. They came in and did it all. We had to keep our stuff in storage for 2 months which All American was able to accommodate in their the storage facility. Move in was quick and movers assembled all bedding and any necessary furniture. Would definitely use All American again.

I couldn’t believe that you can have such a terrible company, they were suppose to come to our house to pack on Monday but they never showed up instead they kept saying there are running late and until Wednesday they still haven’t come. We had to leave the house on Tuesday for new tenant to come, this is not something flexible moving a house. They left us with so service lots of extra expenses and so much aggravation. Oh, and they took $200 deposit from us, thieves. If I could I would give zero stars and I sure that all the five stars here are their own people and not actual clients

Very disappointed at the overall service, particularly with pick up (3 days late!) as well as delivery (missing and broken items). George and Eddie were very good for pickup, even working through the rain, and keeping me informed as to how things were progressing. That's about the only positive experience with this move. Every single box had exterior damage from being "transferred" from one truck to another. Was also told by the salesman that the estimated cost would go down if I had fewer boxes than estimated. I had 10 boxes less than estimates, but no reduction in cost.

At first I was skeptical for using this company, after seeing so many bad reviews. But I’m so glad that I did it anyway. The Rep. Cary was very nice she informed me of what I should do and what to expect. She also gave me $100 discount for “first time move”. I am very pleased with my moving experience, Emmanuel and Shaun are awesome. They did a very good job, they are fast and professional. They took care of my stuffs with special care. This is the most dishonest, unprofessional company ever. Despite having a confirmed move, the truck was five hours late and the driver lied all day, saying he was on the way every time I called. The salesperson, JORDAN, refused to take my calls all day, refused to send another truck after keeping my 95 year old mother waiting for hours and refused to adjust the bill. The driver wouldn't unload the truck unless we would go to ATM and give him cash, claiming the office was closed and only JORDAN can approve credit cards. After the lying thief driver took our cash, we heard him talking to JORDAN, the lying thieving salesman. NEVER use this company.

Top notch 5 stars! We had to move and were on a strict schedule. They came over late because of some issues beyond their control but got a truck to my house in no time at all with 5 movers instead of 3. They moved us out in two hours so the buyers of my house could move in at noon. We paid extra for the movers to dispose the unwanted furniture and they gave us a special rate to store my stuff overnight. The next day they dropped off my stuff and It was so flawless! Great job and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolute crooks! Do not trust this company. All of my furniture was damaged. My movers agreed that I was missing several items including legs to my formal dining table. The movers also agreed that only one night stand arrived missing the rest of the entire bedroom set. The movers that delivered also agreed that most of my boxes had been opened and and half emptied. It has been over a year and I have gotten nothing but a run around. I know that the movers saw a single female and took total advantage!

I used this company twice in the past and they were great: the move was finished in less time and underbudget from what they estimated. My most recent experience was not nearly as swift, however. I moved from a two bedroom townhouse (~1200 sq ft) to a similar unit, roughly 20 minutes across town, with easy access to both front and back doors at both units. I was quoted around $800 for a 6-8 hr move (which seemed high, considering my past experience), scheduling the move was easy and the movers showed up on time ~8:30 am on the morning of the move. I had everything in boxes ready to go, they surveyed my apartment and verified the list of furniture I gave on the estimate was accurate (this is important), but seemed to take a long time in loading up the truck. It was roughly four hours until the truck was loaded, longer than any previous move had taken in entirety, as well as longer than my dad's recent move out of a 3-bedroom house and into a fourth floor apartment. Unloading was less smooth: it was early December and a light snow drizzle began in the afternoon. The snow developed to more a more serious condition and the move had to called off at 4:30pm and rescheduled to three days later. An inconvenience, for sure, but I also did not want to put the movers at risk of injury, especially for something as unpredictable as weather. The remaining items were a washer and dryer, futon and several weights and work out equipment items; I had previously moved the work out equipment to the basement with my dad in roughly 45 minutes, they had moved half of it in, already. Before listing my grievances with the company, I will say that the movers were friendly and cordial, and that none of my items or either of the apartments were damaged in the process, which is still a major plus to me. However, the parts of this I felt were unprofessional: - It was made to be my responsibility to reschedule the move. I moved on Saturday, called the office Monday morning to reschedule for Tuesday, had to call twice to get through to someone who could help. I was tersely told 'Assume we'll be there first thing on Tuesday morning'. Great, I figured, as I had work plans from 11-3 that day. I had to call on Tuesday morning around 10:30 am as I had not heard from them yet, evidently I was not first in line, despite being told so, and had to call and schedule a re-re-delivery for 3pm that day. This could have been avoided with better communication. - I was charged roughly $100 over the estimate on the first day of delivery and told that I 'most likely--90-95%--will not be charged for the redelivery' from my mover. Considering it was already over budget, I found this comforting, however, I was charged an additional almost $300 for redelivery, bringing my total to almost 50% ($1155 compared to ~$800) over budget. I called to ask for a bill reduction, as to me, it seems ridiculous to charge someone that much over the estimate, especially considering the circumstances, and was offered only a $55 reimbursement. The reason cited was that my list of items, specifically my weight equipment, was inaccurate, despite the movers giving me the OK when they first showed up in the morning, hence the inaccuracy between estimate and actual pricing. As a customer, I don't want to be blamed for them going over budget, especially considering the egregiousness of the splurge and that my list of items was deemed accurate the morning of the move. I still cannot believe that it cost nearly $1,200 to move a two-bedroom apartment 15 miles across town. I recommend seeking a different moving company, All American may be great when they works well, but dealing with their office quickly caused an unpleasant experience and a major hit to my wallet.

Awful! I hired them for my move a couple of weeks ago. They showed up 6 1/2 hours late! They sent people from a temp agency that took 7 hours to move my two bedroom apartment. I had my wedding band stolen, as well as gift cards and a check book from my dresser. They ripped my new mattress. They have refused to do anything about the problem, and then they charged my credit card for $300 over the amount they were supposed to. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!

I am sorry to say I am not having a good experience with All American Moving. The movers themselves were very professional, hard working, and courteous. Unfortunately, a table and a chair were broken during the move. I was told that All American Moving would repair the items and deliver them to my home shortly. I have made several inquiries, but the furniture has not been delivered. In fact, more than a month after my move, I was told that the repair work on my items has not even started.

All American Moving delivered two pieces of furniture that I'd ordered online. They did a great job! I was called a week or so prior to the delivery to arrange a date and time frame. I received an automated call the day before the delivery as a reminder and the delivery guys called the day of the delivery to let me know when they were on their way. The delivery itself went very well. The furniture was placed where I wanted it. The delivery crew was very conscientious and professional. I was very happy with the whole process, from start to finish.
