We're moving out of the country so I needed a moving company that would come and get our stuff and safely store it for a few years until we move back to America and then haul it to our next home. That company was A Turner Moving & Storage. The employees took such good care of me and did their best to make this tumultuous move as easy peasy as possible. I had 26 years of stuff to go through and it was overwhelming! The folks at ATM&S were with me the whole time. Offering solutions (we can come pick up stuff as you go) and making it all around less stressful. The staff is awesome. They made me feel supported and cared about. The owners of ATM&S should give them all a raise! The long and short of it is my experience with this company has been professional, supportive and in the end I feel confident our possessions will be safe until we return. Thanks everyone!

Contacted A-Turner and spoke with Janie to schedule a moving consultant to come to my home and look at what and amount of items needing moved to our new residence. Janie was extremely rude and obviously too preoccupied to deal with my call. She told me the move was going to cost me 5000.00 to 8000.00 “ if you can afford that, then we will set up an appointment “ I advised her our move date was 8/9-10, at which point she said “we are in our peak season, so it would be after the 19th.” I told her it was my understanding that a consultant would come to my home and quote me a price, at which point she said “ If you can do 5000.00 to 8000.00 then we will send someone”. Truth be known, we were prepared for the high end of her not so professional quote range, however, am not willing to deal with that level of unprofessionalism during an already stressful 800 + mile transfer. Have decided to spend my 8000.00 elsewhere. Way to hustle Janie. Perhaps some customer service training would benefit you.

Josh and I were moved from Gainesville to Bozeman, MT in early May of this year. We want, albeit belatedly, to commend highly the services of Turner Moving and of the phenomenal driver, Joshua Parrott, who arrived precisely on time, skilfully negotiated a small road where major condo construction was taking place, managed to park in mid street without annoying neighbors, and spent a day unloading our belongings (2 men) and placing them in the various three stories of our new home. Truly hard to believe all this happened with good cheer and generous spirit, never once complaining. WHile I hope to never move again, if it happens, we shall look for this team of highly trained, courteous-friendly professionals who helped us relocate. Thank you. Josh and Sally Dickinson
