I have used Move Crew personally twice and once for my aging parents. I have had an exceptional experience from my first contact with Sheena to the polite, punctual movers. The team is pleasant, extremely hard working, and able to move literally anything. I moved into a 100 year old home, and the movers got a king sized bed up the steps. I'm about to move again, and I called the "Crew" with three days notice and they were able to help me load a POD to stage my current home in a few short hours. After my closing was delayed, the moving company I had hired was unavailable for my new move day. Less than two weeks away, I was scrambling to find a company that would do a Sunday move at a reasonable rate. I was amazed when Move Crew quoted me a FLAT RATE that was less than all but one estimate from people who would only quote hourly. The day of the move, the guys showed up on time, quickly disassembled my beds and crib, and had my apartment empty in no time. At the new house, they were fast and efficient, and checked with me on the location of every piece as it came off the truck. I would definitely use them again.

Don't waste your time! Total lack of courtesy, respect and professionalism! Communicated with Sheena on Wednesday, 11/21/18. Received an email from Sheena confirming them on being on-site at 9:30 AM on Monday, 11/26/18 to provide a quote to move the contents of a surgical practice. They didn't show and they didn't have the common courtesy to pick up the telephone to let us know they wouldn't be coming.

The Move Crew LLC provided excellent quality service for help moving into my one bedroom apartment into my new house in Philadelphia, Pa. The workers came in a timely manner and was very professional. I appreciate the fact that my movers where young African American males using there talents and energy in a positive aspects. I always love to support black businesses with professional character. I was charge $250 to move a living room set and bedroom set to move 5 minutes away. I feel that this was a okay price for 2 movers (125 each) plus with the labor and own truck. The job only took one hour to assemble the bedroom set. In conclusion, at the end of the movers I paid cash payment and felt comfortable to refer them to anyone looking for help moving services. I pray that this business will be blessed and continue help people with there moving.

Move Crew moved an elliptical from a gym to my basement. They were courteous, professional, communicated well, and prompt. I was very impressed at the effort they went to in order to get the elliptical into the basement -- through a couple of narrow doorways and then down an angled staircase. This company is unprofessional and caused me hardship. The movers arrived without tools and asked to borrow mine. Then the movers asked to stop work to buy more packing materials since they did not bring enough with them. Then the movers damaged several of my furniture items when loading the truck. then the movers did not unpack all of my items because it was almost 2am before they finished. George and Sheena refused to handle my claims and I had to hire an attorney. They refused to respond to me and my attorney. I will be filing complaints with the Delaware Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. I am also considering taking them to court to sue for damages. As you may guess, I do NOT recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about this team of people. Sheena came out promptly and gave us a fair price. She actually was able to move us the very next evening after work!! We were amazed. Having a flat rate was really a comfort as every time we have moved in the past time has run over causing significantly higher prices than we initially expected and budgeted for. Nate, Dave, Dawaun and Charlie were beyond professional and helpful with every step of the process. They were able to move a highbacked bed out of a 4th floor garret bedroom that we were told might never be able to be moved out again- and they were able to do it in seven minutes. We were safely ensconced in our new home that same evening with everything where it belonged with the least amount of stress I’ve ever experienced in a move. Moved on 4/18/19 without a hitch! Sheena was great from start to finish. She's quick to respond with a flat rate quote (love flat rate quotes, no surprises). Most importantly, she was patient with all of my "one last questions...". The guys were great! They showed up on time and were very personable. I've worked for / with moving companies in the past and was given a chance to work with these guys for a few days while I was in town. Working with these guys was a very good experience and this crew definitely has it together. They were kind, hard working, careful, genuine, communicated well and even displayed their concern for the kids by ensuring they were safely out of harms way. They disassembled and reassembled furniture when necessary, wrapped all the most fragile / valuable items and even made sure to protect the glass in cabinets by using a combination of cardboard and plastic wrap. They were also careful in navigating around walls, etc. in order to minimize the chance of damage and were willing to put things where the customer requested. I can't speak for their pricing as I was a temporary worker and not a client / customer, however, based on what I was hearing and seeing, it appears they are one of the best moving companies in terms of cost as well. With all that said, I would highly recommend George and his crew and I feel honored and blessed to have worked with these guys!

If you are moving do yourself a favor now – and just stop here! First, I should say that I’m pretty picky, big on transparency (I don’t like hidden charges), and even pickier when it comes to customer service. Move Crew FAR SURPASSED anything I could have imagined, and made my move a great experience. I don’t say this lightly, nor do I tend to submit reviews, yet this time I had to. I moved from the Washington, DC, metro area to Baltimore and decided to use Move Crew LLC at the recommendation of two friends who recently used their services. Shout out first to Sheena. My buddies said she responds fast, and she really does. She explained the flat rate charge and the moving services Move Crew provides including shrink wrapping, disassembling, and reassembling items if needed, and let me know that the flat rate charge was it. No hidden fees! Prior to speaking with Sheena I researched other moving companies within the Baltimore area, and found Move Crew’s pricing to be extremely affordable, and was happy I decided to use them. Within thirty minutes I locked in my moving date. Malik and Malcolm. These two guys really did their thing. They showed up on time, were professional, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. I’m not sure how many employees Move Crew has, and I’m sure the other employees are just as good, yet because I personally experienced Malik and Malcolm and their work I highly recommend asking for them if they are available. My move was fast, they shrunk wrapped furniture, and padded fragile items. They hustled, and made my move easy. Side note, because this speaks to their personal care of my stuff – when they pulled into the new place the loading dock was in the alley. There was a shady looking character hanging around that the guys took note of so to ensure the safety of my items they unloaded, and secured the truck between runs. There were no scratches to items, no marked walls – none of the things you expect to happen during a move. Last, the customer service piece that tied it all together for me was the phone call from the owner George who checked in to see how the move was going. In addition to the recommendation from my buddies, I also checked the reviews and I have to tell you my move was on point. I started telling my friends about my experience so that Move Crew is first on their radar when they need moving services. Definitely use their services before going anywhere else! From the quote with Sheena to the move with Lamont and Francisco, the Move Crew made moving go as smoothly as possible! We moved locally but had 3 bedrooms, a living room, and basement full of very large heavy pieces of furniture. Even after several hours in 90 degree weather the team took care with our stuff and remained courteous and helpful (Lamont and Francisco were THE BEST). A portion of my sectional was to big to fit on the elevator in my building and next thing I know they've carried it up to the 7th floor using the steps .... Called George and this company about moving items out of one room and into my basement. They also moved a pool table to a friends house. You can see the posted pictures of the pool table but you can’t see the felt it’s put down correctly and there was a scratch on the frame. However the worst part is they couldn’t fit my couch out the upstairs room. After denting my drywall they said the only way to get it down was to break a support beam that can be easily fixed and they would be back later that day or the next day to fix it. Dispite the issues there was no offer to refund or discount any of the work. In fact, after deciding that I’m going to throw the couch out and call it a day I offered George the option to come out and remove the busted couch for free and I wouldn’t post. I received a message saying they could come over to fix the couch for $95 dollars or $150 to remove it. These guys are completely unprofessional. I can understand if mistakes are made and I told them as much. But when you make the mistake you need to go out of your way to make it right. There are better options. Don’t use these guys.

This is a fantastic moving service! Very professional and reasonable. They were very responsive to all my questions when scheduling. The movers were so friendly and efficient. They were also patient with us trying to figure out where we wanted some of our furniture and willing to try to get a large item up the stairs for us, even though in end we couldn't move it because it was too big for our stairwell. My movers, Tim and another guy, were both MAGNIFICENT! Arranging it with George and Sheena was easy. Sheena helped me to make the deposit after I had difficulty locating the email. Sheena in the office was 100% on point with communication, pricing and scheduling and the crew was PHENOMENAL! We had 4 guys move us out of our house yesterday (7/25/2019). They showed up on time, were personable, respectful, honest down to earth nice guys and got right to work. I was worried that all of our stuff in our 3 bedroom house with a basement would not fit on their 26 foot truck, but the guys packed it in professionally and organized and in a shorter time frame than I expected. SPECIAL thanks to Charlie on the packing of the truck, he did a great job neatly packing all of our stuff but I didn't get to see him on the unload to thank him. Our stuff sat on their truck overnight as we waited to move into our new house the following day. And the following day (today), three of the same 4 guys that moved us out, showed up to move us in, and again, the guys were nothing but professional, hard working and great guys. Move Crew came to the rescue for me on Saturday. I am going through a divorce and needed a quick move When my personal helpers fell through I was feeling totally overwhelmed. I called Move Crew based on a recommendation from my son and daughter in-law who moved 2 weeks ago. They were at my house the same day within 1.5 hours and made it happen. with 3 stops we were done within 5 hours, very nice and professional. They truly love what they do. Move Crew service was Awesome! Being that it was my first time using a moving service company, I did not know what to expect. After researching a couple of companies, Move Crew stuck out to me. I contacted the company for a call-back quote and Sheena called me immediately. Customer service was on point. Although the date for my relocation was within the same week (in 4 days), Move Crew was able to fit me into their schedule. Unlike other companies I had contacted, Move Crew based my quote on number of bedrooms rather than number/weight of items or hours of service. It was a flat amount, which was comparatively way cheaper ($500) than others I had contacted ($700+ and $1000+). I was surprised and loved the offer so I paid the very low deposit ($25). On the day of service, the weather was not conducive - it rained! I was worried. I received a call from Sheena about 30 minutes before service to let me know the crew should be there as scheduled. George showed up on time with the crew. Upon assessing my items, he sent for a 4th person. In no time, all my items were neatly and securely wrapped and carried into the truck, THROUGH THE RAIN (All Items Were Protected from the showers and NOTHING WAS DAMAGED). My new place was a high rise and quite a bit of a walk to my unit. The movers brought everything in and placed them exactly where we wanted. I did not request for disassembling/assembling, but the movers were willing to help put anything together. After the service, the movers made sure everything was where we wanted it before they exited. I will definitely recommend Move Crew LLC anytime, and I plan to utilize the service again.

We just moved into a house and hired another moving company called step by step and they canceled 2 hours before and told us it would be a week before we capfuls be rescheduled. We called these guys and they came out same day in less than 2 hours. They was very careful with all of our stuff and worked nonstop. We hired Move Crew to move our son from his home to apartment. (He downsizing) They were very professional and did not waste anytime. They arrived at 11:00 and were done packing the truck before noon. The two men they sent to do the move were efficient and very polite. Cost was quit responsible. They charged us a flat fee, which included travel time and still was lower than all of the other quotes I received. They disassembled and reassembled all the furniture. We had a great experience with Move Crew LLC. They are a family owned and operated business out of Delaware who works in the tri state area. I was referred by a friend who also found their services to be helpful and economical. I got quotes from several other moving services and Move Crew blew them out of the water! They charge a flat fee versus hourly. Sheena, the co-owner was helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Her team was experienced, professional, fast, and capable. They had our items packed expertly in their 26 foot truck, and unpacked them in a flash. The day was one of the hottest but they didn't waiver and their energy levels were impressive. A terrible moving experience! After loading the truck they drove away with two items sitting there unloaded. We had to call them to come back for them. The next day they arrived at our new location 5 hours late and took 6 hours to unload a two bedroom apartment, finally finishing up at 2 am. In the process they broke one piece of furniture and severely damaged 4 pieces of wood furniture, none of which were wrapped or covered in the van or on the hand truck. In addition, they stacked boxes marked "Fragile" under heavy items and all boxes were turned upside down either on the truck or while unloading. Finally, we discovered many of our belongings (clothing and business files) on the floor of the truck and in the street. When we mentioned the damages and carelessness to Leonard and Floyd, the crew who unpacked the truck, they refused to take responsibility and were unapologetic. We reported all this to George, who assured us he would take care of the damages. Five days later we have heard nothing despite repeated emails to him. The cost of repairing the damaged furniture will be more than the move itself. Finally, we can't even get them to send us a receipt. Do not use this company!

BIG MISTAKE HIRING THE MOVE CREW Why? I paid $250 to have a 4-piece bedroom set moved from Newark, DE to North Wilmington, DE which seemed high to me. I saw good reviews and thought they must be good -- NOT SO! It begins like this -- I scheduled a move for 2/27/13 with Shina Williams, the owner's wife.. Then I called on 2/26/19 to confirm the time . Shina said the furniture could be moved that afternoon since a truck would be ak!vailable between 4:00 - 5:00. I was anxious to get the furniture so I agreed (BIG MISTAKE). They didn't arrive in Newark until around 7:00. Afterwards, the woman in Newark told me the driver couldn't drive. She lives in a culdasac and there were cones that the driver knocked down. I was waiting and waiting and no one even called to update me with the time change. Finally, the movers arrive around 8:30. As they were bringing in a piece of furniture, it was obvious they were tired, so I said something. One of them said they thought they were done for the day but then they were notified about this job. They had been working since 6:00 a.m. I felt bad for therm, but nonetheless I wanted my job done right. Much to my dismay, that NEVER happened. They never attempted to put the headboard and frame around the bed, saying it couldn't be done. They said the headboard would have to sit on the floor behind the bed. I said no way since I had bedbugs before and that was too much of a risk. One of them said they would take it. So I told him to take it, when I wanted to say, "You didn't even try to put the headboard on so how do you know it won't fit." I was home alone, or I'd have said TRY since that's what I'm paying $250 for. I TOLD them I had a headboard around the bed prior to having bedbugs,. However, at that time, I didn't have enough bedbug entrapments for under the headboard, feet, etc., so I had it removed. THIS TIME, I purchased 2 boxes (4 in a box) to ensure I had enough for each of the coasters and both sides of the headboard. NEXT, they didn't attach the top of the dresser (which is the width of the wife dresser with a mirror and shelves). They just sat it on the dresser, saying that it would be okay. NOT SO -- the following day while cleaning the mirror, the top moved forward and the mirror slid down. I was more than disgusted! I was so sorry I let Shina con me into agreeing to the change, all for the benefit of her and George -- $250 more income for 2/26/19! On 2/27/19, I called George, explained the situation, told him I wasn't happy and I wanted him to come to put the headboard on and secure the mirror to the dresser. He said he would and to call Shina to scheduled a time. So I called Shina. She told me to call George and schedule it with him. How annoying -- he tells me one thing and she tells me another. AMAZING -- Shina had no problem scheduling the initial move, but she didn't want to schedule a time for what wasn't done right during the initial move. I also want to note Shina was unpleasant several times when I spoke with her. I waited about a week and called George again, but never got a return call. Then I called Shina. Unpleasantly, Shina said they were really busy because it was the end off the month (it was the first week in March). I wasn't pressing her not was I unpleasant like her, I wanted WHAT I PAID FOR! I didn't get anywhere her. So I was back to calling George, leaving messages with NO return calls. I was totally annoyed and unhappy with the lack of "ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE." Well, I finally got lucky (I thought), when I called Shina to schedule George to return on 3/12/19. I called Shina on 3/11/19 to confirm the time. On 3/12/19, I waited all day and George never came nor called to say he wouldn't. So on 3/13/19, I called George, and he answered, saying he'd come that afternoon. He did, but he only got the headboard on. He said he had to take his son somewhere and he'd.return in about an hour. WELL, HE NEVER RETURNED OR CALLED TO SAY HE WOULDN'T! BAYSHORE or FIRPO NEXT TIME -- THEY ARE WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY!

They were on time and worked fast. The communication through e-mail was excellent, they were always quick to respond and answer my questions and concerns. However, if you plan on hiring this company, make sure you sent an exact list of all your belongings... I sent a rough list with the heaviest items and they didn't move anything that wasn't on the list (i.e: TV, desk chair, armchair, coffee table, lamps and a standing fan) so we'll have to rent a small u-haul or something to be able to finish the move... since we can't afford to hire moving services twice for the same move. I guess it was a miscommunication, I wish they'd been more clear about the policy of not moving what wasn't on the list to avoid stressful situations. Other than that, they were great and careful with our belongings.

These guys were the best! Super kind, incredible price. On the day of the move, they showed up promptly and were very quick with getting the truck loaded. Our apartment opens into an alleyway with a fence about 4 feet from the door. It can be very difficult to move big pieces of furniture in and out of the apartment, and they were efficient and nothing was damaged. We were moving long-distance (from Philadelphia to New York City), and we actually got stuck in traffic behind the moving truck. The movers were kind enough to wait an hour and a half for me to make it to the apartment, and then an additional 20 minutes while I got the keys from the super. They were so nice about the delay, and had unloaded much of the truck by the time I finally arrived ready to bring it into the new apartment. The new apartment is a third floor walk-up and they did an amazing job getting everything upstairs quickly. They also did a great job of disassembling and reassembling our larger furniture pieces. Payment was easy online before the move even began. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and would use them again!

Excellent!! We've moved several times and worked with many moving companies and the Move Crew is A+. Responsive, professional, on-time and great to work with. We had to have the contents of a large storage unit shipped from NJ to GA and contacted the Move Crew to load the POD. George was able to fit us in last minute and they were right on time.
