In downsizing from my home of 40+ years I contracted Firpo-Heritage to do the move. From the Estimator to the Scheduler to the Packer and Movers I was impressed with their experience, thoroughness, attention to detail and overall care that they took in moving my furniture. Needless to say that it was not a routine move, but everything was handled in a very professional manner. Much care was taken to prevent damage to the furniture. The crew moved efficiently and completed the move within the estimated time. I highly recommend Firpo-Heritage Moving and Storage.

They moved us several times in the past 5 years. Each time they get worse. This time 1 month ago was the worse. When i called to schd the move they said their précis would have change much from the last time we hired them - it did. We moved at least 1/3 of our things ourselves so it should have only took them 5 hrs., they charge for 8.5hrs ( then they sat in the the driveway for almost 1/2 hr before leaving). They took multiple breaks (more then 3). It was a hot day we provided them with Gatorade and water. I asked them to wrap certain furniture, however ( to drag out the day) they were wrapping all my furniture. They were polite I’ll give them that. They also damaged very expensive furniture. I called the office and explained why i was disappointed. The excuse was that some of the guy were n training.

We recently moved my mother into a senior living facility. The team at Firpo did an outstanding job. They were friendly and easy to work with, very helpful with planning for the move, on-time the morning of moving day, efficient and quick at moving the furniture and boxes, very polite and professional. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

Horrible! Nightmare experience! I would leave a negative 10 stars if I could. I have used Firpo many times over almost 3 decades for moving and long term storage without issues...until... In my last move ( items in their warehouse storage to me home) there were NUMEROUS antiques were damaged. Paul has NEVER apologized or completed repairs on items in almost ONE YEAR. In fact, his consistent approach was to seek to shift blame for the damages and question how multiple pieces could be damaged. Since the items were in the possession of Firpo, I wonder the same thing. Paul has never proactively followed through to see that damaged pieces are fixed. The worst situation is that their extremely negligent handling of an antique European armoire has damaged the piece beyond repair. Paul deferred attempted repair to others, who have also never followed through; yet no follow up or communication from Paul or Firpo. This experience has been SO BAD, I plan to contact several Philadelphia media investigative journalists to highlight the nature of this experience in order to alert others and save them from a similar fate. The Imburgia family reputation is being ruined by such unprofessional moving services and the aberrant customer service treatment and people need to be forewarned. RUN from FIRPO - HERITAGE if you value your possessions, integrity, and honest communication in dealing with a moving company.

I highly recommend Firpo-Heritage for any residential and commercial move. I have used them a half a dozen times in the past and most recently with my 3,000 foot sales and marketing office and each move has been seamless. They are efficient movers and packers and they are conscientious with your belongings and courteous and profession with your family and staff. They help make one of the most difficult days in your life super easy and manageable. They've also always come in either below or at our estimate. I've never had any unexpected fees or issues.

My parents moved in October and moving with Firpo-Heritage was hands down the best move I have ever seen. To start, when the estimator came out he was very efficient and actually accurate with the cost of the move. The people in the office were also very helpful with getting us prepared for their move. Their "packing" girls came out the day before the move and packed the entire house into boxes. They were amazing. When moving day came the guys were so respectful and careful with my parents' furniture. They wrapped everything inside the house with their moving blankets. I could not believe how careful they were. Even little details like padding the staircase and putting covers down on the floor was amazing. Nothing was damaged and my parents are VERY THRILLED they used Firpo-Heritage!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

We are currently Firpo Heritage for out two stage move. We had to move out of our house and store a majority of our things with F-H while we wait for our new place to be ready. This is truly a family run business that but service before everything else. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been personable and professional. On the day of the move they arrived on time, set up protection on the banisters and hand rails. Wrapped and/or boxed furniture and mattress and always took care navigating the more difficult sections of the house. The crew worked well together and before you knew it the house was empty. Also their pricing is more than fair, especially for the service and care you get. I was recommended F-H by family and I will be recommending them to others as well.
