Moving is never easy, but William B Meyer and crew certainly made it as painless as possible! Customer service was outstanding and the moving crew was professional and efficient. This is my fourth move with William B Meyer. If there is a fifth move (and I really hope there isn't!) it will be with Willam B Meyer as well. There's no higher endorsement than that! Thank you!

We hired William B Meyer/United Van Lines to move us from CT to AZ. From beginning to end this was a positive, fantastic experience. The estimator (Bill), was thorough and helpful with suggestions and comments. The day of the move (Rafael) and his crew arrived on time and immediately went to work preparing and protecting the house with mats, floor runners, etc. The furniture was protected and handled professionally and carefully. Rafael drove the truck to AZ which added to our comfort level. The delivery could not have been better. Again this crew and Rafael handled our belongings with great care. They were courteous, competent, and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend William B. Meyer, and United Van Lines.

The "loaders" left half a basement behind! Recent major back surgery prevented me from micromanaging. Got to my destination, everything arrived a week later. When I itemized all that was left behind, I got $250 for my vacuum cleaner. The rest--I would say value $2000. THEY DID NOTHING!!!! If you use this co. Check everything. I am still coming across things I no longer have. The loaders were so quick to leave, I didn't even have an opportunity to tip them--thankfully. THIS CO SHOULD BE ASHAMED IF THEMSELVES. THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT MY LEFT BEHIND ITEMS. I honestly couldn't believe the treatment I received. It was a VERY BIG move. Their business practices are horrible

The moving crew was very professional, personable and responsible. They arrived in time and completed packing all of our belongings quickly and efficiently. Our stuff was held overnight as requested and promptly delivered the next day. Again everything proceeded without a hitch. In addition, we received a $500 refund because the crew was able to load all our things onto one truck instead of the two trucks that were initially included in our estimate. The guys we dealt with were an absolute pleasure. Warm, friendly, cooperative and very helpful. Nothing was broken or damaged.

William B Meyer went above and beyond with our move from MD to MA. Due to a lack of things to be moved from MD, b/c we had moved the majority of things, they subcontracted out through another company to make it less costly for us because we didn't meet the 5,000 pound load. They, literally, saved us thousands of dollars, and I could not be more grateful or appreciative of their effort and thoughtfulness for that. They went above and beyond there, and were communicative, timely, professional, readily available and answered any and all questions we had well. The movers on both ends were excellent: prepared/wrapped the furniture extremely well to ensure nothing was damaged, efficient, professional, and friendly. We could not have had a better moving experience with William B Meyer.

They borrowed my tools to take apart my furniture and kept them. I tried to track down my tools and the woman on the phone asked me, "What are you trying to pull?" Excuse me?!?! Not to mention the fact that it took a WEEK to get my stuff. Not much fun sleeping on the floor for a week. DO NOT HIRE THESE JERKS!!!!

I don't even know where to start. This was the BEST moving experience I have EVER had! It started with Gil who came to the house to give us an estimate; it continued with Mary at the office, who communicated effectively, and gave me peace of mind throughout this otherwise stressful process. And then the actual packing/moving crew.. WOW!!! The crew leader "Andrey" was AMAZING!!! Super efficient; very professional and friendly, and just a gem of a person! Gus and Mike were also fabulous packing everything with great care. I HIGHLY recommend William B. Meyer for anyone in need of a GREAT moving company. They are the BEST!!!

We had a great experience. They came over to give us packing tips because we wanted to pack ourselves. The driver was personable and professional. The crew took great care to be sure no furniture was scratched while it was being loaded. It was no easy feat to move a large cabinet over a stone wall, and down a hilly driveway. Everything arrived intact to our new home. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the crew that loaded it and a new crew that unloaded it. They took care not to scratch walls or furniture. I would recommend them to anybody, and I would use them again. They really helped take the stress out of moving.

Worst moving company ever. Folks from company showed up on time however left saying they will be back in 5 min with the cartons and packing material but never showed up. Got a call 2 hrs later from the company that they cannot come. Company advise customers to have PLAN B. They made me miserable on the day of my move as my flight was scheduled for the next morning and it was last day of my lease

Excellent service on a local move from an apartment to a house. Meyer sent two trucks and 6 men. It could have taken two days, but they were able to break down furniture, crate fragile items (two TVs and a glass tabletop), load everything, transport, unload, and reassemble furniture in 8 hours. Very coordinated, smooth, and friendly. Would highly recommend for moves.
