My family had a very unique housing situation which not only changed dates, but places and the need for storage. What could have been incredibly difficult was managed beautifully by the team at Kaster. They completely lessened our burden in a very stressful time. Not only were the administrators very accommodating, but the team of movers themselves very very kind, professional, and went above and beyond - even helping cut back some bushes at my request so we could fit a piece of furniture through the Bilco door into the basement. I had a massive amount of items, and a vintage house with difficult doors and halls and they handled everything perfectly. The items were handled with care and they put everything where I asked - even accommodating my indecision when I decided that I wanted an item in a different location. They really went above and beyond. As someone who has moved quite a few times, I won't use anyone else again. Definitely recommend.

This is probably my 6/7th time using Kaster over the past 30 years. It is professionally run, and courteously so, efficient, competitive prices but it is the guys on the ground, putting bed frames together, moving furniture to 'just where you want' and the general pleasantness and demeanor of the crew that brings it all together. They have earned 5 stars!

This is the second time I have used Kaster Moving Company, the first a long distance move from Michigan to Connecticut of my in laws belongings and then a two step move of most of my belongings into storage and the rest into an apartment. From start to finish, Kaster handled both moves smoothly and with professionalism. These were complicated moves; with unknown number of boxes and items, very tight move out dates, with artwork, piano, and antiques that needed special handling . I honestly really appreciated that Kaster's team took the time to inform me that I did not correctly pack my items and made sure there were redone to ensure their safety. There was no damage to my belongings and their team was a pleasure to work with; I will definitely use them again when I move out of my apartment next year.

I was out from Joint Base Lewis McChord (WA state) to help my brother move from a four bedroom house in Monroe to a two bedroom condominium in Shelton. It was last minute when I called Kaster Moving Company, as two other moving companies had failed to follow through & move him. I spoke directly with the owner, Kevin, who also came by to access the situation the next day. He was able to get a four man crew out to the house the following day. The four gentlemen were phenomenal. They showed up fifteen minutes prior & had awesome attitudes & personalities. They made the move much less stressful with their friendly & pleasant demeanors. Their work ethic was remarkable as they continued to work hard from start to finish with smiles on their faces. I cannot say enough about the entire staff who I talked with &/or met. From the first "Hello" to the last handshake they all went above & beyond my hopes. I did tell them on several occasions that their staff & their services were second to none. This was our second move with Kaster and, like the first time, the Kaster team was outstanding from the first meeting to the final delivery of our property. They showed up exactly when they said they would; they were extremely careful with everything (nothing broken or lost); and they took the time to listen to our concerns. Kaster Moving is by far the worst moving company I have ever used. Lazy staff did not correctly protect my belongings in moving. Thousands of dollars in damage to my furniture, appliances. They bashed into Walsh and ceilings moving furniture. The rot goes right to the top. The company president emailed he would reimburse for the negligence. No go. The worst company out there.

I hired Kaster for a long distance move - they, in turn, hired Atlas movers for the bulk of the move. I had things missing - one art piece was found with the driver who was "holding on to it" - The boxes were mangled - looked like the had been put through a cement mixer. I had other things missing as well. Atlas reluctantly compensated me partially for the move and for that, I was grateful to Kevin Kaster since Atlas rejected all my claims initially. i had a choice of who to hire, like all of us, and I am sorry I hired them

DO NOT use this moving company or Atlas Van Lines! They are SCAMMERS! This company has zero integrity and does not care about your possessions. The owner is not an honorable businessman and his company's tactics to drive up costs are disgraceful; not to mention the inexperienced team of movers that essentially will come into your home and have no care or regard for your belongings. He will not repair any damages done to your belongings by his employees; and will charge your credit card for bogus charges without your consent. Atlas Van Lines the parent company will also try to minimize any claims you file. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company to move your belongings and save yourself the stress and disappointment. Moving is stressful in itself; having a moving company try to scam you, minimize your concerns, and not do the right thing by its customer when the situation is due to their errors and negligence makes the experience beyond horrible. On principle I will seek restitution for all the pain and damages this company has caused me and my family.

Kaster made what could have been a disaster move into a timely, positive experience. From John, who came to my mom's apartment personally to give us an estimate, to Jamie in the office who guided us through the process to the very nice men who packed everything up in record time to Sergio and Clay and the crew who loaded the truck and drove everything 1200 miles to my mom's new apartment - we could not have asked for more. Professional, polite and timely - a real God-send.

I had Kaster do both packing and moving of my Residential home. I've moved over 10 times, and my experience with Kaster was by far the most pleasant. They were fast working and very professional. Overall great experience :)

We just had Kaster Company move all of our belongings from Greenwich, CT to Florida and had a great experience. Not only did they move all of our belongings when stated but they also took care of packing items that were not packed yet. I highly recommend them
