We replaced a decades-old water heater a few months ago, and were unable to get that heavy monstrosity out of our basement. I called Fallon late on Friday afternoon, and it was out of my house by 9:30 this morning! Everyone we worked with at Fallon was kind, courteous, professional, and set reasonable expectations, and was great about contacting back. From Jessi at the front desk, to Danny and Kevin who actually came over to take out the beast. SO GLAD TO HAVE IT GONE! Thanks, guys!

Moved from east to midwest in 2017. Horrible experience. Two packers came to pack four bedroom house. Ran out of boxes and one went out to get more boxes. Told me they would use a dedicated box for the TV and the pictures I added show how they packed the TV using a used amazon box. They did not wrap the TV screen with anything. The last picture I added on google map shows an example of their packing. Delivered weeks after the promised date simply because they could not find a driver.

The best moving experience! Carlos,Sal and Nick did a great job.The crew was courteous , polite and professional. I am very pleased with experience start ( with Jessi ) to finish ( with Carlos ). I highly recommend them !

Moving can be very stressful. From start to finish Fallon made this as stress free as possible. Jessie in the office was great along with the crew they sent for the actual move. The guys were polite, efficient and a pleasure to have around. They actually finished in less time than was anticipated. Recently I have moved a few times and no one was as good as they were. I was very thankful to have them. It was one less thing to worry about.

The packers were unfriendly and didn't care about packing properly. They packed a glass vase filled with pebbles together and so the vase broke.Most of the boxes were damaged as well as most of the furniture. The stirring as equally reckless, they storred a sofa at the angle which damaged one arm rest. Also some items were lost in transit. Will never use them again and would not recommend them.

Treadmill delivery poor. It took them 9days to make the delivery *They tore my box up, what if I wanted to make a return?* Nordictrack had them assemble my treadmill, & they used power tools when the instructions clearly said not to *had i know this before hand i would have made the stop*. They did not attatch the arm properly. They stole/misplace the hex key that came with the treadmill now I can't adjust they treadbelt until nordictrack sends me another one. I have yet to even start a workout cause of this.

Jessi helped me throughout the entire move and was always helpful in answering questions. John and his crew that came in were so polite, professional and always smiling, even while working so hard. Fallon was the delivery company for my bedroom set. On the first attempt, they were an hour late and only had a dresser and a chest on the truck, missing the bed frame and 2 nightstands. On the second attempt, they were again over an hour late. Keep in mind they gave a two hour window and didn't call to say they were running late. Two hours after they got here, they had barely finished putting together a quarter of the bed frame. When asked how long they would take, one of the movers said he was only a driver. When asked what he had accomplished he said, "a shoe rack." To be clear, we didn't order a shoe rack. When we checked what was happening the "shoe rack" was part of a bed frame, but the wrong bed frame. They delivered all the wrong materials. It was a waste of our time for the second time this week. On both occasions, there were arguments between the two person delivery team. On both occasions, the drivers reminded me they are just the driver and it wasn't their mistake. Update: Over a week later we are still missing our furniture. When I called to let Fallon know about my service experience I was interrupted and told that they won't know who our drivers are and hopefully we get someone else. They had no interest in listening and took no time to assure me that they would provide a better experience in the future.

Fallon Moving and Storage not only made our move as easy as humanly possible, but Jessi, our move coordinator, knew me by name and literally made ALL of my questions, problems, concerns, and even freak outs go away! From the owner, to the move coordinator, to their warehouse workers, to our move team, they were wonderful. I would recommend this company to everyone, use them for all my moves, and thank them so much for all their hard work on our behalf!

We used Fallon for our recent residential move and had a great experience. The crew who came out were professional, efficient, and friendly. They made sure they placed all the furniture where we wanted it and packed and delivered several delicate pieces with no problem. Their pricing was very fair based on several quotes we got and they ultimately came in under the estimate. I would not hesitate to use them again. An awesome job all around!

we just moved from canterbury, ct., to contoocook, new hampshire, and the fallon guys were great! gave us a good estimate -- that, after the move, was lowered by about $400 -- and they were with us every step of the way. boxes were provided, the truck showed up on time for pick up, and they packed everything that we had not -- artwork, tv's, etc. they also showed up on time in new hampshire two days later and within four hours had the entire truck unpacked, the major furniture items unwrapped, the beds rebuilt, and the house ready to go. oh. and it snowed during delivery. they put a rug on the wood floor and used the cardboard from the boxes to all over the house to walk on. it couldn't have been better. rich and kris

Fallon was great through the whole process from the in home estimate to the end. Steve gave a thorough estimate which ending up coming in a few hundred dollars lower in the end. Although we didn't move very far, the crew was fantastic. Not one piece of furniture damaged or mirror cracked. Thanks to the crew leader Leroy assisted by Jonathan and Anthony. The efficiency was amazing! They were polite professional and courteous moving out and moving in. Thanks for a stress-free move.

The 3 movers they sent over did a great job. Quick and efficient, had us loaded and delivered and set up at the new house within 6hrs. they took the stress out of the move!

I was thoroughly satisfied with the way Fallon handled my move. The initial consultation with Steve was friendly and professional, Jessi in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful with scheduling, and the movers were fast and very hard working. Everything made it to my new home in good shape and the total cost was very reasonable. I will use Fallon again if I have to move in the future.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! Absolutely terrible service! Were hired by Sears to deliver a treadmill and after 2 attempts, including truck arriving to deliver the treadmill that was left at the dock, I still have not received it! Terrible customer service and overall a very awful company to deal with!

Save yourself a major headache and find another moving company! Worse experience ever, lazy unprofessional movers who take constant smoke breaks and no support from the office/customer service. Also note, that one of the few positive reviews here is from Jessi B herself, she’s an employee of Fallon and usually your 2nd point of contact after you get a quote and decide to move forward with them..which I’m warning you, don’t do it! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER w a moving company!! If I could give them -0 stars I would! I’m ready to file a complaint with BBB based on the treatment and service I received, or lack there of!

The entire experience was just amazing! I have to give special thank you to Jessi Bastian who coordinated our move impeccably! She was on top of everything and this was a very long distance move - from CT to NV We are thankful to Jessi and the team and would recommend Fallon to anyone who wants timely secure delivery and all items including 2 cars arrived undamaged and in original condition. Movers especially Chase in Nevada and driver Warren went beyond themselves to accommodate us as we needed 2 extra days due to being late for unload ( snow storm). The entire experience was nothing short of superb and I would recommend Fallon to anyone moving who wants great and fast service! Natasa and Lenon ( moved from West Hartford to Lake Tahoe area)

We hired Fallon Moving Company to move items from Connecticut to Maryland. It was not a whole house move, but we were treated as valued customers throughout the process. Jessi was super helpful and always available to answer our questions, even if they had been asked and answered before! The move involved an interim stop to drop off and pick up items and the extra charge was extremely reasonable. The men who actually performed the move were prompt, courteous and careful. Terrible experience. Called to ask some questions and someone named Jessie rudely told me she would not be able to pull off a move on the dates we wanted. When asked, when move could happen, she went on to tell us she would not know the answer! How do they call themselves professional movers if they do not know answers to simple questions?!?! They need to treat customers with respect as step 1!!

I used Fallon Moving & Storage to move from Conn to VA. I found their pricing fair and their estimate was right on the money. With such a long haul I was certainly expecting some casualties but everything arrived just as it was when they picked it up. Their dispatcher worked with me to have everything delivered on the day that I was available. I was expecting the worst as most do when hiring a moving company, but they came through for me without issue.

Sales approach: bait and switch Delivery: leather couch got torn, antique table scratch off a corner File claim and complaint at the company, have been following up ever since, but never heard anything back. Please make sure you avoid this company for your next move. Below are the details: This is a written complain about their “bait and switch” sales practice as well as the furniture damages after the moving. I have submitted this complaint to Michele Harris and Mark Cavallari on multiple occasions and urge them to send it to their senior management, but I never heard anything back from the company. Related to the misleading sales practice: The sales rep hided the travelling time cost in order to win the sales and I was only surprised with this charge during the move. Here are the details: On Aug 6, 2013, Sale Representative Mark Cavallari came to my apartment and provided a written estimate for my move from New Haven, CT, to Shelton, CT. While inspecting what needs to be moved, he told me and my fiancé that this move would be a quick local move. The cost would be based on the total labor time that would start from packing to the completion at the new place such as after setting up the furniture. He also said that since this is a small move, it should not exceed a full working day. In his written estimate, Mark Cavallari quoted a total of 9 hour for my move. However, on Aug 16th during the move, when I explained the labor time to one of the moving team (consists of Jeff, Jason, and Jerold), they told me that Mark Cavallari was completely wrong about the labor time. The labor hours would include the traveling time from the company to my old address and the returning traveling time from my new apartment back to their company. I was totally surprised about this as this is not what Mark told me during the sales. If the traveling time is counted as the labor time, Mark should have made it clear to me upfront rather than gave me misleading information in order to win the sales, as I also received quote from a local moving company without the need of traveling long distance. I called Mark during the move, asking for explanation and also asked removing the travel time from the total labor time as it was not disclosed to me prior to the move, but he refused. At the completion of the moving, I have specifically noted on the bill of landing that I am willing to pay the 9 hour labor time, but not the traveling time which is about 2.5 hours, but they charge me the 11 hours anyway. To make it worse, the receipt combines the travel time with the labor time and makes the labor time longer than it was, i. e. 11 hours instead of 9 hours. I am very surprise by their unethical business practice and respectively asking for an investigation about their practice. In addition to the overcharge of “labor” time, they also damaged my antique table and torn a leather couch. Again, the claim and this complaint were submitted to the company right after the move. No reply at all till today.
