We hired shoreline movers for a move from wallingford to Durham. Ron and his team were great, very professional and efficient - they arrived on time, wrapped and secured all furniture and were careful with everything. They made sure all the items packed went into the right rooms and even re-arranged some placement as needed. I would definitely recommend using them and plan to next time we move

I had a good experience at first scheduling the move but then moving day came. The movers were supposed to be there at 9, I got a call at 11:45 saying the truck broke down and they could fit me in next week. They agreed to refund my $100 deposit but I still haven't gotten it a month and a half later.

I originally called for help moving a few items, and they told me they have a 3 hour minimum: 2 hours labor and 1 travel. After I coordinated a date, I called back to schedule with Shoreline, and left multiple voicemails over 3 weeks. When someone finally called me back, he told me they had a 4 hour minimum, and when I told him that I was explicitly told they had a 3 hour min and I have been waiting three weeks to schedule with them, he told me, "You're apparently in a bad mood. Why don't you hang up and try another company." As a struggling college student who just needs help moving a few items, I hope this post will enlighten others to this company's poor business etiquette/customer service.
