This company made my life a living hell. I am moving from Connecticut to North Carolina. I called the company 2 weeks before moving. The owner came out, and assessed my house. He quoted me at $5,200. Two days later without a reason, that was changed to $6,500. I have to be out of my house December 15th. Originally they told me they could do the move on the 14th. On December 2nd they changed that to the 9th. Not helpful. Then later that day, they told me that my stuff was going to be on the truck with other families stuff, and if the truck overfilled I would have to pay a fee. The next day out of the blue, they completely cancelled on me. Left me high and dry. Now I have to try to find another company that will move me in 10 days. Talk about a nightmare. This company was also extremely horrible with communication. Every time they would change something on us we would try to get in contact with them but never could. They don't answer their emails and they always tell you to call back at the office. Horrible horrible company.

They took care to make sure that everything was packed with care . Upon arriving at our new house, they unpacked with the same care. I have one word to describe their service, FABULOUS !!!. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. Double booked my move. I confirmed several times prior, then they never showed up, and never bothered to let me know. Finally got in touch with them 7 hours after their scheduled arrival and they said they weren’t going to make it, no apology or attempt to remedy, leaving me in a bad position on the last day of my lease with no one to move me, and too late to find an alternative. They were very unprofessional.

I used Admiral Moving because I had used them before and had a very positive experience. This time however it was not the same. I got my quote and it was competitive with the other 2 companies I had called. I did have trouble initially locking in a date to move, but after I notified them of the date they still said that they weren't sure what my date was. When it came time to pay them the bill was $1100 higher than quoted. When I called to check on this the owner blamed me for the error in his estimate. He was rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend them. I am sure that the owner will respond to this post as he has to other posts and continue to blame me, the customer.

We had a great experience with Admiral! From the quick and accurate estimate to the last box being unloaded from the truck, Admiral made the hectic and emotional experience of moving a household much easier! The movers, Gabriel, Cody and George, were friendly, professional and courteous. They were efficient and gentle with our belongings. We appreciated their thoughtfulness and kindness throughout the day. And when I made a mistake and put a heavy box in the wrong room, they pleasantly moved it for me with a smile. The price was extremely reasonable and they provided us with extra packing boxes upon request. We highly recommend Admiral to anyone moving. Thank you Admiral!

My husband and I recently moved using Admiral Moving & Storage. Our crew was Alec, Joaquim and Jose. They were the best. There were some difficult pieces to move, but they did it very efficiently. We had to go to our apartment and then to our storage facility. They were very professional, capable and very personable (they made me laugh on a very stressful day). It was a very hot day and they worked very hard. I would highly recommend this moving company. Mark, one of the owners, was very helpful as well. We will be moving again in about four months to our permanent home and will be using Admiral again.

Admiral moved my belongings twice and did a superb job. Very accommodating and professional. I will need to move once more, probably out of state, and won't hesitate to call them. Please consider Admiral when you need to move- you won't be disappointed!
