This company had high marks all around, a very courteous sales team and dispatch, and a good price. I had a move from central US to the West Coast and felt confident I made the right choice after much investigation. The movers were courteous and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and I didn't wait very long before getting my furniture on the West Coast, even though I utilized a months worth of storage. Unfortunately, more than half of my furniture arrived broken. And I don't mean a scratch here or a dent there - I mean UNUSABLE. Legs splintered off of end tables, my dresser drawer shattered from the inside (?HOW), my daughters brand new wooden daybed literally broken to pieces. When I addressed this with the driver and the movers, I was told that it was an act of sabotage due to the fact that the movers or storage people on the Colorado end didn't like the driver or the company. I tend to believe this based on the fact that the damage is so widespread and the only two boxes that arrived with gaping holes were marked Fragile. Either way, they need to figure it out and take action because at this point, I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy.

I used them to move my home to a different state. From my own experience, moves are always difficult and I was very stressed about it. Luckily, this time I got it right and booked incredible movers! these guys are so efficient and professional that they made the move to look like an ordinary one. They showed up exactly when they said they would and they did a great job. Nothing was damaged, and the entire crew was friendly and respectful. From the time they showed up at my old house till they were done unloading everything at the new house, they moved my entire 3000sqft house in about 8 hours. 5,400 ish was needed to drive my property to Bellville, Il. This price was not discussed prior to me calling to get my property delivered. When I set the the packing and moving up with Edens, I told them I would possibly be in this area. I still didn't get and estimate. They did a great job packing my property up and getting my property in the truck and that price was not bad. Communication was an issue and so was the 650 dollars biweekly to keep my property in storage until I found a place. (My property was sitting at a storage mart) Long story short, I got another company to drive my property over to Belleville for a fraction of the price. My items did a have a couple dings on them, but I know that occurs when you move. I wouldn't use them again.

I have moved often in my life and had lots of experiences with moving companies both good and bad. With Eden's Moving, the whole process from getting a quote to saying goodbye to the movers at the end of the move was flawless and a pleasure. Everyone were friendly and courteous, the three movers themselves treated the move as if they were moving celebrities and took care of the items as if they were movers for an art museum. I don't really understand all the negative reviews for this company, given that we had a great experience with them. This isn't our first long-distance move, although it is the first that we paid for on our own. Moved from San Jose to Denver. The three person team that came to get all of our stuff in San Jose was AMAZING. Our stuff had been put in storage a few months earlier and "packed for long term storage" by a different company. The guys took extra time to rewrap all of our furniture in moving blankets and additional shrink wrap. They were also very vigilant to make sure that every piece received an inventory sticker. At the time our our "move out" we didn't have a final destination address - not a problem, we called customer service and provided one along with our first available date. Our stuff arrived approximately two weeks after our first available date - about average based on our previous experience. The guys that delivered were equally as awesome. They called the day before to provide us with a delivery time, arrived when they said they would, and took care when moving our stuff into the apartment. They were also extremely efficient. Moved everything in and then started unwrapping and reassembling. They also took any boxes we managed to empty while they were here down to the trash for us!! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is some lack of communication between their customer service team and the delivery driver. We had provided a delivery address as soon as we had it, but the driver didn't know where to deliver. Also some confusion as to acceptable forms of payment upon delivery.

My neighbor recommended Eden's Movers to me and it was one of the best recommendations I ever got. I have (unfortunately) too much experience with moving companies and most of them were not good experiences.. I called Eden's, spoke with Drew, he was very professional, thorough and he gave me a fair quote. Obviously I was still worried about this move and if you would hear my stories you would have too. Anyway, couple weeks later, the movers came on time, friendly, equipped, very organized, knew exactly what they are doing and took all the stress out from this day. I booked Eden's about two months prior to our move date. Drew, our sales rep was a true experts and did a great job. The 3 movers who did our move finished early than anticipated! These guys were great. Fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. Used them for a seven-hour move. Showed up on time if not early. Worked the whole time with maybe just a five-minute break.In particular, they brought a nine-foot couch up three flights of stairs only to discover that it wouldn't fit through the door into the hallway. They not only brought it back down, but tried two other staircases and ultimately managed to get it into the apartment. And they kept a customer service attitude throughout. Highly recommend

Moved from KC to NYC recently. Everything was timely and the price did not change as we had exactly inventoried everything with them prior However, unfortunately we had several boxes that were nearly destroyed with lots of broken items in each box. A wood TV stand was also completely destroyed and fell apart when the movers took the tape and blankets off of it. Probably 300-400$ in damage overall. We called the company, submitted a claim for the items (with pictures and details) but were told they were not responsible as “boxes and wooden furniture is inherently fragile and they are not responsible.” What? What else do people move or move with? Disappointed.

Thanks to Eden's movers our move was fast and stress free! Our sales representative was friendly and professional, and he made all our bookings and created our moving schedule. The moving crew came on-time went straight to work, wrapped and secure our glass items and did an amazing job packing our piano. Once they finished loading everything they took it to their storage facility because we still couldn't get to our new home. couple days later we booked them to come to unload our belongings in our new home. They put everything in place according to our requests, helped us reassemble some of our furniture and did an awesome job. It took us two weeks and we finally finished unpacking everything! We are very happy to say thank you to a company that offered us as well as provided a great service from beginning to end. I highly recommend you guys to anyone looking for a good moving company that cares and offers quality services.

The good: The movers that came to pick up and deliver my items worked hard and generally did a good job. The price I was quoted was the price I paid except for the very large fee to have my items moved to a smaller truck and delivered to my apartment. The bad: My office chair was not delivered. I only had a total of 20ish things to be delivered. And 1 of those was lost... Ultimately I think the problem here is twofold: 1) The 'insurance' is sixty cents per pound of item lost or damaged. Yes, I signed the paperwork that gave this info, I get that. However, I don't really remember at any point of being given another option. I don't know that I would have taken it anyway, as I didn't think delivering 20 ish items would be that big of a deal for a moving company. When you are only paying sixty cents per pound for your mistakes as a moving company, there is very little incentive to actually get things right, or find items that might have been lost. That brings us to #2: The claims process itself. Its 2019. Its an era where you can file auto claims with your phone. Yet here, you must be sent a form, print it, complete it, and mail it back along with a typed letter of what has happened. Remember, its 2019, not 1989. This process seems to be designed to discourage claims from ever being filed. When combined with the sixty cents per pound settlement amount you have a very big incentive to never file a claim, while at the same time, the company itself is discouraged by the same process of taking care of your items in the first place. Its lose/lose for the customer. Should I ever have to use a moving company again, I would almost certainly seek out another company.

Fantastic work! We moved from Golden to Washington DC and we were very satisfied with our move. The movers were reasonable, professional and efficient. From the beginning the estimate we got was extremely thorough. Barry our sales representative gave us many tips and help us with getting insurance for our belongings. The movers came to our house on time, packed and wrapped our belongings really did an awesome job. We were so happy to receive our belongings in good condition, few items were damaged but thanks to Barry's recommendation we are fully covered and we already filed the claim with his help. This Company started out as a Fantastic Mover. They literally rescued me in t time of need. I had hired another company that did not show up and Eden's was at my door with a truck and men less than 2 hrs after calling them. Understand my move was long distance from Colorado to Florida and my belongings were stored with them at a Premium Price for 1.5 months. From 03/27/19 - 05/03/19 My Delivery Date. When I called to check on delivery ( I also knew they had 21 days after the initial delivery date to deliver) I was told it would be loaded on the 11th and delivered between the 14th to the 18th. Ok. I'll live, I thought but found it to be bad service or planning that they Really didn't try to bring my goods on my set date. The mover called on the 17th said he would be here the next day but then found I was close by and wasn't sure but might come the afternoon of the 16th. No call back to inform he would not show on the 16th until the 17th about a half HR out. Ok, I'm Happy. My long awaited bed, couch, loveseat and basically All I own are here... He arrives, starts out the delivery with a complaint of having to back down a very wide 2 lane, short street a blind man with a cane could have done... ( I personally have driven Articulated Buses, 40' buses and was a Driver trainer for years and I have More Truck Drivers in my Family than most know as friends). He sets me up with the lists of 149 items to be delivered and I'm to check them off by #ed boxes. I'm feeling good about this as I'm just certain all is as should be.. Then they start to offload. 1rst issues arrive as these 2 don't want to place items in the house. Boxes labeled clearly as to room & content ( ie.. Bedding, Glass FRAGILE, kitchen, open now and the list goes on.) My partner starts moving the boxes that they have off loaded to our outside lanai. Many seem to have been handled badly. As this continues they finally start putting all boxes in the lanai. As for those Boxes and Totes:::More than HALF. Actually about 2/3Rds are CRUSHED OR BROKEN!!! NEW BOXES AND NEW TOTES!! In pieces. The bottoms in shreds, clothing hanging out of the totes. I hear falling things inside the truck, I see them carelessly drop, throw and load My Things on dollies WITHOUT CARE OR RESPECT for us or our goods!!! As for the furniture:: My couch and loveseat are ALL motion, steel framed pieces. I watch my couch fall over, I watch them pull on the arms, I watch them slide it down the ramp. Yes it's BADLY DAMAGED. The steel framing is bent on a 400poumd couch and 1 arm is Floppy!! The Fabric is torn and ripped up. My loveseat:: Bottom frame is Literally CAVED IN!!! I paid more than $3500.00 less than 2yrs ago for this set!! A corner unit is set in my house upside down and they can't understand why the shelves are falling out!! My Antique side table ( the 1 my Great Grandfather made) has a claw foot broken off and I'm told glue it on, it's old and rickety. It's Not Important!!! At the end of the move in, I've called Eden's claim dept. I sign all documents as Damaged goods pd in full and the mover isn't happy I've put this on Every PG I signed.No Tip given! I also called my Renters insurance for a claim. These pics are only a few and I'm certain as I unpack more, I will shed many more tears. I Don't Recommend this Company sadly

I really appreciated the in-home inspection and guaranteed quote as this transparency gave peace of mind that there wouldn't be any costly surprises later on. Scam!!!! Beware of this company!!!! Please read story below before wasting your money. We were moving from California to Miami. Asked for a quote to move over the phone. Described in detail how many furniture items there were and how many other items. Were quoted a soft quote for $2200. The house was sold and they ran late to pick it up and came in on day prior to closing. When they came they asked for $4806 claiming that I did not provide the correct cubic size of the furniture. Now I cannot possibly imagine how anyone can provide cubic size of a shipment of your furniture. Total scam but since we had to move that day we had no choice. The furniture was supposed to take a week to get there it took a month. They took cash on pickup and asked for cash or cashiers check on delivery. When it came I asked them to see the furniture to make sure that it is in good condition I did not even ask them to bring it in the house. Considering it was a month late I was obviously concerned that it is damaged. They utterly refused to show our furniture with cash upfront!!!! It would of taken them 15 min to show but they refused instead telling me all kinds of nonsense. These guys are scammers - businesses today do not behave in such a way. Save your money and your nerves. We plan to sue them and will file with Better Business B.

I was totally deceived about the timing of my move. At this point I am being told they have no idea when my items will arrive. It could be anywhere from tomorrow or in 21 days. They keep quoting dot rules, that should be a limit not an expectation.

We hired Eden's to move our home from Aurora CO to Belle Vernon ,PA. We used their storage service and they also packed everything for us. Overall, they did a fantastic job. My brother-in-law used Eden's moving services and recommended them to us for our move he used them for a local move in Aurora CO but he knew they also offer out of state moves. I contact them for a quote, spoke with Barry and he did an excellent job in customizing the moving process to fit our limitations and our budget. He went over with us on every single item to make sure we have an accurate estimate and that we labeled all our valuable items properly. He also helped us get the third party insurance package that from past experiences I don't recommend moving without one. This is our fifth long distance move in the past decade or so and with Eden's we had without a doubt the best experience. A couple of days before the move they sent me an email with a time frame of when they would be arriving. They came to our home on time with all the packing supplies and materials, they packed everything so carefully that their were barely any damage and it took us forever to unpack everything. The movers and the packers worked so hard to pack and load everything. They were super professional, polite and friendly! The drop off took a about a week more than anticipated but still with in the time frame that was set and The team got to our new home, unload everything according to all our labels and they also were very fast and efficient. I Would definitely hire them again once I know were we are moving next year and I definitely recommend them and their services! I truly hate writing bad reviews but I feel the need to warn others not to use this moving company! I hired Moving Forward Relocation which hired Edens Moving Company to move my items. I had the same experience with the price quoted going up at the time of move- paid almost $1000 more than I was originally quoted. On top of that on the day of delivery only ONE guy showed up to move all of my items up three flights of stairs. When I had asked if he had a crew coming to help he stated he loaded my items by himself so he could deliver by himself. Boxes were falling off the dolly and rolling down the stairs and the majority of my furniture came damaged to the point that I had to throw it away. Not only that but my box that had all of my expensive electronics (which I stupidly labeled) is missing. The mover didn’t check his list and was in a hurry to get done as he had to be somewhere else. When I called customer service I was told to file a claim and the lady I spoke with said ‘I don’t know what you want me to do for you’ she could transfer me to someone to report the terrible service I received but that he was going to tell me the same thing she did. What a waste of money! I paid to move items from Colorado to Florida only to have to buy new items anyways. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

My husband and I have moved with Eden's Movers for the second time now, and they are excellent. Top notch customer service, they are licensed and fully insured unlike many companies, and especially for long distance moves its very important because things sometimes break and if you don't get insurance, the moving companies are required by law to pay you close to nothing for the broken items. The movers we had in both locations were extremely professional, on-time, fast, careful and very efficient. They moved us out of a two-bedroom apartment in a four-story walk-up apartment building and had everything out and in their truck within hours. We used their storage until we got our key to our new home and we got all our boxes and furniture. The movers that came to unload our stuff worked even harder. The weather was terrible! it was so rainy and they had to be fast in order to prevent everything from getting wet, it was the worst for them but they had such good energy and easily kept our stuff and our home clean and dry. Mike, Our sales representative was awesome! (before we worked with Ofra,she is also very professional and friendly) friendly, responsive and thorough. Overall, highly highly recommended.

I had the worst experience with this company! When they initially got to our apartment they had told me they only had us down to move our bed, tv, bookcase and 30 boxes. Instead of explaining that it was a misunderstanding or miscommunication the lead just kept blaming Drew, making statements such as "He's just a kid, he doesn't know how to do his job, he is messing with peoples money, he's still in highschool" and kept going on and on about how it was Drews fault. I also had to hear the comment "if you take care of your boys we will take care of you and get it as close to your quote as possible." I was so uncomfortable with the little statements that kept being made I went and picked up my husband from work so he was there with me. They rushed through the whole process saying we have a time limit we need to be done by 1 o'clock. Everytime they came back up all I heard was they need to be done soon. I felt so rushed! And felt they weren't treating my belongings good. I made it very clear which boxes were fragile and they took them all out on the dolly down the stairs, you could hear glass breaking. They didn't bring any tools with them to disassemble our furniture like I was told they would do as well. Because of the fact they kept saying they were on a time limit a lot of our belongings were left at our apartment and not moved. The comment was made to my husband "I don't know why you hired us, you should of got your homies to help you move." And the amount of cussing that took place was uns When I contacted the manager he said his crew stated we had them leave our stuff at the apartment becuase we didn't have the money to pay over what we were quoted and we wanted to keep it as close to the quote as possible which was not said at all. My husband even told them I'm willing to pay you guys for all the time you guys need if you go past 1 o'clock. We alos had some of our furniture damaged. Our nightstand looks like it was dropped and it wasn't mentioned to me once. I had a jewerly organizer that was left laying over! They made our move very stressful. We paid for a complete move and got half the job done and now have to find out a way to move the rest of our belongings. Very dissatisfied with their service!!

DO NOT use this company. I moved over 5 months ago and I'm still stuck with trying to deal with them. Phone calls go unanswered, and emails go unanswered. When we moved we went with Charter Van lines, who subcontracted out to Eden. It was never our choice to go with them and they have been horrible. The only reason they get 1 star is because the men who came the day of our move and upon delivery were very nice and helpful. The company however is a nightmare. Our things were delivered 20 business days and 29 business days after they picked our things up, only 1 day away from a breech of contract. When they came we had a few boxes missing, our bed was never assembled, things were broken or misshapen and I am still trying to get someone to contact me regarding a claim. We moved in September and it's January. Please whatever you do, DO NOT use Eden.

The guys on this end in Minnesota wanted to be paid more in order to bring my broken stuff in and more for it being brought to the 2nd level. They wanted only cash. Totally shady company. Zero customer service and the hire everything out to whoever will finish the job!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Unfortunately, the pick up was amazing and the drop off is not. I had 5 stars but i dropped it two stars because of the drop off and delivery. They contract with a broker to drop your stuff off in the net state which is extremely unfortunate! They don't have a name or a date at all for a drop off. They don't give you any way of contacting the broker either. I am 8 months pregnant and I am without my things! :( First, I talked to Ofra, she’s a very sweet and personable person. You must ask clarifying questions if you want all of the information. I must’ve called her back 6 times with add-ons and things I had to take off the invoice. She didn’t care how many times I called, she was always really sweet even though I felt like I was bugging her. Please note: Be honest about how much stuff you have. Be nice to the people who picking up your things. They work hard every day. They are not lazy people. Be respectful. Make sure your glass tables, TV and dresser mirror are boxed up appropriately before they arrive or they will charge you to wrap it up. I got an extra $120 added to my bill but I didn’t care. They’re the professionals, not me. Also, get a mattress bag for your mattress and wrap it up before they get there. I got one for 20$ or they will charge you for 40$ for theirs. We had Martin, Miguel and Sam. They were super fast!! Thanks so much guys. You made our lives so much easier for our move from Colorado to Texas. You rock!

I’d give them zero star if I could. I move a lot between states and this was the worst moving experience I have ever had. We gave them the full list of furniture we want to move and they estimated the cost for over 3k. When the crew came and packed our stuff they told us that we need to pay additional $1,400 for “long carry” (80 feet) and extra space in the truck even though they knew exactly what we want to move 2 weeks in advance, that we refused to pay and wound up throwing away a few things to save space. Also, they told us over the phone that delivery takes 2 to 7 days, the crew that came told us that it will be 7-14 days! When they arrived with our stuff they added another additional $350 on top of what we have already payed for another “long carry” even though our apartment is next to the loading zone. The crew leader started cursing at us in Spanish not knowing that I speak the language. Awful company, horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Our boxes were upside down in the truck, things were broken, we had mice in our belongings. They didn't put our furniture together. It was a disaster! Awful experience. We were offered $90 for damages when our damages were 100's of dollars. I would never recommend this company for an out of state move!!!

My experience with Eden Moving Services was great. They moved our items with great care and were very easy to work with. Having little experience with moving companies, it did feel like I had to manage things a little more than I thought I would: ie. a few things were left wrapped from the move, our patio umbrella was left wrapped and disassembled (it’s very large and cumbersome), furniture was placed by the wall but not up against it (furniture that I can not move by myself, like a king bed and a large dresser). I figured for the price, I assumed it would be more thorough and detail-oriented. I’d highly recommend them for your move, just be sure you follow through each of the rooms thoroughly before they go.

They changed the price of the move three times, claiming that I took up more room than anticipated. My boxes arrived totally damaged and wet. Several items were broken. The items that were broken were one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Some of my things did not arrive at all . I feel that an elderly woman was taken advantage of, price originally was $5,000, upon the destination it had nearly doubled. Do Not use these guys. My mother hired these guys to move her from Nebraska to Washington 2 years ago.... Worst move she has ever had, and being from a military family, we’re experienced in moving. The driver at the time was rude and disrespectful, made mean comments and gestures towards her. They didn’t bring enough packing materials, refused to pack a lot of things, she had to leave behind a lot. Upon arriving at a storage unit many things were broken, an antique table, end tables, jewelry case and valuable china. Of course because it took nearly 2 years to find a place to live, she was unable to assess the damages in full, so have no grounds for compensation. Please be very wary if using these guys and be on the ball if you have damages.

We had a very positive experience with Eden’s throughout our cross-country move. They were reasonably priced, especially when we compared quotes with some of the larger moving companies. They also stayed in close communication with us through the whole process. I booked these guys after seeing their truck at a red light and from the first call they were honest, reliable and trustworthy. I booked them for a long distance move from Denver CO to Santa Monica CA and extended their services to packing and storage as well (what they called the VIP service). We had a wonderful sale representative, name dawn and she helped us getting this job done in the fastest and easiest way. The movers on both locations were great. Fast, hard working and friendly. they did a great job packing our art in customized boxes that they build on the spot, and other then one old book shelf unit and my wife's dresser (that also was not in the best shape to begin with) everything else came back in one piece. We used My Edens moving to move from Arvada CO to Roswell NM. I booked about two weeks ahead of time with Barry, who was extremely helpful. I chose because despite the fact I got cheaper quotes but they offered more customized services and my instinct was I will not be disappointed. The ultimate price I paid matched the quote-- no hidden surprises! The guys called ahead of time to let me know when they were coming each time and arrived at my scheduled time. They were very polite and respectful, each time introducing themselves and shaking our hands. They were also attentive and careful, even wrapping doorways with moving blankets to protect trim and furniture. There were absolutely no dings or damage to any of our furniture. We moved from Denver to Boulder, used what they are calling their VIP service which means they do EVERYTHING. Eden Movers are a very unreliable moving company. They not only lost our stuff but broke, miss placed and did security our items. We got them thought a broken which I would also not recommend Interntion brokers. Our items were moved from Omaha to Kansas city where some of it went on to Denver dome to California and same stayed in Kansas city. It was never security or taken care of. They lost tubs of clothing shoes and kitchen items. Broke mirrors tables and more. They are offering us $114 for everything missing or broken. What a slap in the face. Beware of we you hire or entrust your stuff too.

Hired Eden's Moving for the second time now. The first time was fairly easy for them, from the 6th floor to the 10th in the same building, this move was from the 10th floor apartment to a townhouse about twenty minutes drive from there. We contacted Eden’s Moving July for a quote. Kind of got one over the phone but they said someone would come out. When we called they said no one was coming and that it would cost $500 to send someone from Denver to Colorado Springs. After the movers came they said we had so many boxes it would cost an extra $3000. Being stupid we said okay, should have known better. They came and moved our things on August 17 and we notified them on August 20 that they could deliver on September 7. On September 14 the movers showed up with a semi truck and all of a sudden the driver said he had to leave for ten minutes, so he unhooked the truck and all four left. They did come back and unloaded our things. Long story short, we had a lot of damage to our furniture and boxes were crushed. This company should be ashamed to call themselves a business. If you use Eden’s you are risking a lot. Family business, don’t think so. If you value your possessions don’t use them for long distance moving because they contract out to people who don’t know what they are doing. UPDATE : Got a call from Eden’s rep trying to straighten things out but WHAT CAN BE DONE now. You can’t replace antiques and they called to make themselves feel better. Professional movers go to your house to get a accurate estimate, you don’t get that OVER THE PHONE. They can make up whatever they want, liars, bad company and it is too late for us but like I said in my original review, if you value any of your things don’t hire them
