The worst! There is always an issue when I have something shipped through DHL! Takes way too long to receive my package. Currently I am waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago! And when it was getting close to delivery they sent it to the wrong delivery center! They are horrible! Idk why it is called DHL Express there is nothing EXPRESS about it!

You gotta have weekend pick up and or delivery! Some of us work just like the people in your company so we cannot be waiting at home all day just to have a package deliverd at 7 pm where we could have went to work and been home to get the package. Extremely irritated that I needed my products on Sunday for a football banquet that now I have to try and get to them individually 30 boys which like I said I work just like the ppl in your company! If your offices are open to make deliveries on Saturday (if requested) it should be open for pickup on saturday even if it's only until 12 or 1 pm. On the verge of losing another customer

This company is holding a package I sent to India saying we needed to put some sort of stamp on it, charging us to bring it back to the states so we can resend it. The consumer has no idea on these laws or what ever customs requires in India. So in reality this company is making money to ship it out, ship it back, and then you get to pay to ship it back out again. You can see by all of the bad reviews this company is a scam. Worst experience ever.

DHL put the wrong address labels on my package and entered the insurance about incorrectly also. I now do not have my package or the $2500 the merchandise cost because it was insured incorrectly. My package was sent to New Zealand and that person is getting to keep it. Unfortunately I have to use DHL often, but if you do absolutely have to use them, DO NOT!

Worst company ever! Needed this package as soon as possible so I stayed home all morning and tracked it eagerly , at 12:20 pm I checked the tracking and it said at 12:15 an attempt was made and recipient wasn't home, I literally have been waiting at my house specifically for this package no attempt was made , no note left nothing , called the company they said there was nothing they could do for me that I could pick it up Monday but I needed it before then hence the constant tracking and the wasted time at home, terrible experience!

Funny. I have never had an issue with DHL. I actually love that I signed up for the TEXTs and I know when a package is coming. In a few clicks I can sign for it and leave directions on where to drop the item (behind the gate). I do not like that they will come at any hour of the day, but that is just against my schedule. All employees I have spoken to are very nice. I get about two items a week.

Truly NO STARS!! WORST DELIVERY service EVER! Two days in a row they claim to "tried" to deliver a package both days I was home. No note on my door...no call no email NOTHING. The only reason I know it was supposedly delivered was by checking the tracking number. The next day I sat on my porch waiting, heard them pull up and sat and watched the driver stand outside then go back to her truck, I turn to shut the door to go out to meet her and she speeds off like a bat out of hell! Then leaves a voicemail saying I wasn't home??? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE and I still don't have my package! BBB review is next!

I paid extra to have a package delivered on monday I waited all day so that I could sign for it because I need it for a 8am class this morning and they never showed up! I will never use DHL again if I could leave a -1 I would! Horrible customer service I signed up for the texts and they said that it would be here at 4:40 monday.They sent me another one at 5:12 am today saying that it was forwarded for delivery at 1:58 am. Save your money and sanity and go with the post office.UPS or fedex at least they show up.

Extremely poor service. We sent an international package to Israel. DHL never attempted to contact the recipient or me to inform us the customs duties or taxes owed. They just sent the package back. We lost $250.00. NEVER AGAIN! We had to ship it out again. Did we use DHL, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Went Fedex!

I got my order on time, only issue is that someone else’s order came with mine—FROM A TOTALLY DIFFERENT STATE!!! Her receipt clearly had a separate name and was looked at, instead they shoved it in a bag, tapes it to the box, then put MY shipping label on top of it. How could a business be so careless? I am working to get this package to it’s rightful owner. How negligent....

If I could give DHL a 0 rating I would. Apparently they couldn't find my apartment so they told me I would have to come pick up my package, which I was fine with. I asked if there was anyway I could pick it up that day and they said no since it was out for delivery but he would ensure it went to a facility that was open on Saturdays so I could try and get it before Christmas.He said that many facilities are opening the Saturday before the holidays to try and get people their packages so it wouldn't be an issue. He said I would get a confirmation text letting me know the facility I could pick it up from. Spoke with a representative today and he said there are no DHL facilities open on the weekends and I would have to get it after Christmas no matter what and on top of that, now that it has been requested for pick up they won't deliver it. DO NOT use this company they lie to keep you cooperative on the phone and do not want to assist in anyway.

Ask for a package to be placed on hold 1 week later I come to pick up and it's there ready to go got it in less then 2min and still made it to work on time. The nice lady in the front reception area was super friendly and even gave me the website to quote a package I have to send to mexico. Overall great experience! Disappointed in DHL. Ordered an item on expedited shipping, KIM KISANG attempted to deliver it and claimed I wasn't home when I was, just didn't take the time to wait and knock hard enough on my door in the lower level. Called in as I needed this package ASAP and that if they can drop it off by EOD yesterday and they said no guarantees so I waited until today. Called this morning to see if there was anything that could be done about getting a call when the driver arrives and customer service said that's at the discretion of the driver as they don't have company phones, so again no guarantees. So then I spoke to Sherry at this location and asked if I could please have the package left there so I could pick it up. Sherry claimed that it would be ready to go in 1 hour after I called around 8:45am. got there by 10:15am and the associate who took care of me said it was on the truck out for delivery. I had Driven 35 minutes each way to get that news. Avoid the headache if you can.

They dropped the ball. Understand everyone makes mistakes. However, this is my launch of my business. They told me my product will be delivered Friday January 29 th. It stopped moving at noon Friday with no attempt to contact me, they were going to just wait till the weekend was over. Unfortunately I was needing them for the weekend. Not till Wednesday did they have everything processed to ship. IGabe them everything they needed Monday. Guess what, they won't ship them till tomorrow. There's been zero support to help move this along faster. I think you really need to evaluate you customer service needs. On your recording,via phone, you claim to help the process be speedy. I found this not to be true. Reconsidering my means of product transportation. Smh.

On 2/20/2017 an item I ordered was delivered and signed for to the wrong location. The agent that I spoke with didn't have any answers, and even said sometimes the drivers will give it to a neighbor, which unless authorized, is totally unacceptable. I then asked the agent if my item is never found then what am I supposed to do. His reply was for me to contact the vendor and see if they will either send another one or give me a refund. That is totally unacceptable, and where is the accountability. Thanks DHL, now I'm out $188 bucks. I will make sure in the future if a vendor is using them for a delivery, then I wont proceed with the order.

Id rate them better but they supposedly attempted delivery today but failed. I do work for a courier company though so for the rest of you folks who think it's a 1 star. Let's put it this way. Your packages are arriving late or getting lost because your lazy so all the delivery companies are getting buried in consumables for you. Used to be electronics you got. Now it groceries. Pathetic customers. You guys are why my driver didn't want to waste the time to deliver the one package I got all year. Go to a store lazy customers!!!!

I agree with all the other negative reviews. This company is Horrible!!! They don't even deserve the one star!! Claiming I wasn't home for delivery and not leaving a delivery notice for me to sign; showing up at weird times and leaving a delivery notice when there was never a knock; and on a Friday, saying there was a delay, so I'll have to wait till Monday, with no explanation. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business!

I have contacted 3 different companies I made me purchases from after I was told by your customer service to do so . All of them said my item was shipped. But I can't access any info about it. This company is an absolute joke. Over a week and a half ago I ordered a package with $22 express shipping that guaranteed that my package would be here the Friday before Christmas. On that Friday I got a text saying that my package has been but on hold due to the address being incorrect. When I called a DHL service provider he confirmed that the address that was in the system was exactly my address and there’s no reason for the package to not be delivered. The very nice service man told me that my package would 100% be at my front door on Monday the day before Christmas so I will be able to give the gift I ordered. Monday roles around and at 7:00 at night I get another text saying my package has been put on hold and will not be delivered till Thursday!! THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS! At this point i am so frustrated with DHL and having to yell at all the service providers that can’t do anything about the lazy workers that decide to just put packages that they are too lazy to deliver on hold. I hate DHL and I will NEVER buy anything that is delivered by them ever again. This business will fail because they hire lazy workers and have horrible customer service.

What a horrible service! They insisted I stay home to receive my package on the 30th called in from work to make sure I get it but they didn't even bother to deliver it. I've been waiting 3 days passed my delivery date for a package that has been put "on hold" due to "inclement weather" which is a joke because the streets have been TOTALLY DRY and clean for the last 2 days! It arrived in Denver 3 days ago according to the updates and has been sitting there. Since then, website hasn't updated the status and I've called several times to see if I could drive to the center and pick it up... BUT apparently I'm not allowed to do that since they have no idea where it is and if its going to be delivered soon or not. Now after reading the other reviews I see that this is a common issue with this company. Customer service doesn't even allow you to call the local office to get information. Surprised that an international shipping company can operate in such an unprofessional and dis-organized manner, especially with packages that are high $$$ items.

I went to there office after they were close and the staff came out and once I told him everything, he went back in the office and he got my package.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Customer service nice people, but pretty much tell you what you wanna hear. Well my box gets put on hold saying it will be put on the next truck that comes threw Denver. So then on hold for a week, then takes another week just to get here to Colorado, so it’s been out to delivery for three days. But then I call an see what’s up an they say they don’t have it but on the status it says it was already delivered so after hours of calling an trying to figure out where my box was apparently a driver scanned the box saying it was delivered but really wasn’t so now DHL doesn’t know which driver had my box, so now it’s lost. Ordered it on the first of February paid for the express to get it sooner, an still nothing. DHL is still trying to figure out where my box is. Never ever use DHL.

Zero Stars - Worst Shipping Experience Ever. I ordered my wedding shoes from an online seller who used DHL to ship them internationally. I paid expedited shipping fees to receive by a certain date. The driver marked my package delivered on that date even though I didn't receive it. I thought it was lost or stolen, but after several calls they were able to find out the driver marked it delivered but did NOT actually leave the package. For two consecutive days I've been speaking to different people who keep telling me the package is out for delivery but I have yet to receive. Because it was marked delivered, they cannot track it so they think one of the drivers have it but they do not know for sure. What a complete mess and HORRIBLE customer service. I have offered to pick it up at this point but they can't manage to figure out which driver has it??? I still do not have my wedding shoes and I still paid extra to get them quickly. I am beyond frustrated and will tell anyone I can to NEVER use DHL for shipping because they will lie about your package and not deliver it to you.

The package shipped very fast, however, when it arrived, they did not realize that packages are generally left at my apartment office, not at the apartment itself... So because of that oversight, my package was delayed by a day, which was inconvenient, but not really too big of a problem. Their customer service when I called was prompt and helpful.

Literally not even worth one star. Two packages of mine from two different orders were marked delivered with horrid tracking results and not a package in sight. I work from home and have SECURITY CAMERAS and they didn’t even show up. I’m so sick of this. Can someone file with the Better Business Bureau or something? I’m out $80 for both which were not only late but never even ****ing arrived. They are no help. Garbage. I’m sick of it. Even when amazon or fedex throws your package at the door it still counts as a “knock” and you at least know your shattered stuff arrived.

By far the worse delivery experience I have ever been a part of. Package was put on hold because 2 days before today because they couldn't locate the address. But UPS, FedEx and even a DHL driver last month found it perfectly fine. I seriously had to go meet the driver to avoid being put on hold again... What a joke.

Supposedly, they attempted to deliver my package but no slip left, no missed calls and no new emails. Tried to call customer service and was directed to a voice message. Finally found my package which is a 2 hour drive to the service point. This service is terrible use any other if you have the option.

Worst company ever! Please use other service if you need to use the DHL express. I sent a package with the declare value 280,000 rupiah (about US $21) they asked me to pay $2,464 for the costum to be able to deliver the package to me, I need it to back and forth to communicate with the shipper and DHL in jakarta, Indonesia, turned out the DHL agent in jakarta forgot to put dot after 20 in the declare value and made the mistake input the data in their computer to $20,640 as the declare value. The staff in the US doesnt even want to cross-check with the staff in jakarta. Horrible experience!

Super disappointed. I’d say zero stars but the customer service people are nice and helpful about the situation. Shipment shows “on hold” for 4 days; it made it all the way from Europe only to be held in Denver (20 miles from me) for “extreme weather” when we haven’t had any weather other than sun for the past 10 days. And this after some dingbat told me it was on the truck and ready to be delivered between 4 and 8 pm. I’d imagine the real reason is some DHL employee thought my dogs’ leather collar would look better on their dog, than on mine and this will end up “lost”. Gee, can’t imagine what could have happened to it....Ugh. Update: 2/20/19 My dogs collar was delivered yesterday 2/19/19 - 3 weeks from when it was shipped and almost 3 weeks from when it should have arrived. DHL couldn’t find it all that time, apparently, but as soon as a claim was filed by the shipper, it magically appeared and was put on a truck to be sent to me. Really, DHL?! Accountability only materializes when some pressure is applied? Pathetic... I’d be very wary of the methods DHL uses to get your packages routed to you :-/ Good Luck!!

ZERO STARS DHL Denver is a joke. They’ve lost three of my packages, toss them on the floor in the parcel room instead of putting them in the locker, and deliver them to different address. When I ask why my packages aren’t getting delivered but are out for delivery The last FIVE DAYS they blame it on management and the weather????
