I ordered a moving service with CSS about a month upfront. I paid my deposit and got the supplies a couple of weeks before the scheduled move as requested. Then, on the day of the move, the movers did not come! Also, no one responded to my calls. Horrible service.

I decided to use this company after they advertised in my dorm about their pickup, transport and storage services. This company charges very high fees. What would have been $100-$150 to store all my stuff in a small storage unit cost more than $400 with this company. In my opinion the pickup and transport did not make up for the price difference. On the day of pickup the men were nice enough but not very helpful. They didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable either, as one of them told me I would only pay around $200. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else for summer storage for your college stuff.

The owner does not take complaints well. I emailed the company after shipping my bike home through CSS. The bike wasn't dismantled with much care and I was billed additional fees that were not explained to me when I asked the CSS manager for shipping quotes. When I addressed these issues in the email, the owner called me and was defensive and rude in describing how long he's been working with bikes and seemed upset that I was asking about the extra fees. Overall, it seems like a business trying to take advantage of college students.

This company is awesome!! We live in MA while our son is in college in Boulder, CO. College Student Storage makes moving and packing SO easy!!! They are a life saver!!!

I've used CSS a few times and they've been really helpful each time. They always drop off my boxes in a timely manner and are super accessible if I have any questions, even on moving days that I know are busy. They're really flexible too, and made every accommodation they could have to make the experience seamless.

I am so grateful for the excellent service we received from CSS. It was a lifesaver for us, as we live out of state and really didn't want to bring all of our student's things home. They were timely, helpful, and very personable on the phone, both at pick up and delivery when school was about to start. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
