These guys were really great. They got to my grandmothers house right on time. They came prepared with boxes and blankets, even though we told them we had boxes (which we ended up needing). Todd, Evans, and Robert were super helpful and polite. On our end, we were unprepared, but they were all very patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend these guys and Los Angeles - San Francisco Express.

On the day of the appointment Roger, Nathanael and Emmett showed up right on time. They were truly professionals, who assembled my furniture's fast and reliably. Cameron and his guys were extremely helpful with my move this past week. It was my responsibility to hire movers and, being a girl hiring movers for the first time, I was nervous. These guys did an exceptional job. Not one thing was broken. They were efficient and know what they're doing. I found them very easy to get a hold of every time I called and was put at ease when they showed up right away. They were also friendly and fun to move with. Our family will definitely be using them again in the future.

It was a great experience working with them. Movers just know what they are doing. It’s really obvious that they are well trained, very organized and professional; their truck is really clean and packed with all the necessary equipment and packing supply… I was really amazed that it only took approximately one hour to finish the packing and wrapping and carrying our belongings to the truck. The same was with unloading our items and organizing our home; it took faster the anticipated. It was a successful move.

I hired Los Angeles - San Francisco Express to do a small move for my daughter from LA to Santa Monica as unfortunately she needed a few pieces of furniture out of storage and a few boxes sent. Many movers I talked to had a minimum much higher than Los Angeles - San Francisco Express, and of the movers in the same price range Los Angeles - San Francisco Express had the best reviews. Roscoe, Lucien and Watkins were an amazing pick up crew; they were out today and very professional and courteous and willing to go the extra mile! I hope that the delivery in Santa Monica next week is just as successful ( otherwise I will change my review lol) But this crew was really great, as was Clinton, the sales/estimator, who was always available and personable despite my repeated calls about details. Thanks and I will use you again next time and refer to others!!

I contracted them for my recent move. I needed to move a small 1-bedroom condo's worth of items. Since the first call and bid, they were top-notch. They were professional, timely and very thorough. I had a few antiques and valuable items to ship and they ensured everything was packed right and handled with care. They walked me through the whole process from beginning to end and were great. My account person was amazing. She was prompt and very on-top of things. I would use them again. I researched a lot of moving companies and I found them to be priced fair and affordably. I had debated whether it was cheaper to just trek across the country and do it myself. Honestly, it was not worth it. The peace of mind and professionalism and ease of it all made the decision an easy one. I've used moved before.

I have used this company for my last three moves, including most recently into a four story walkup with lots of heavy boxes. Booking with them was super easy--Curtis was very responsive and their pricing is very reasonable. The crew's captain was Ilia, and he was great--very helpful and friendly, thorough and professional. And the whole crew was efficient and careful, and worked really hard. I hate moving more than anything, but they made it much less terrible than it would otherwise have been. Highly recommend!

The three movers sent to our home were great. They spent a considerable amount of time communicating with me and understanding what the job entailed and how we needed it to be completed. Once they got started they got right down to business and wrapped all of our furniture with moving blankets. They were very respectful of our items and got the job done in a timely manner. The estimate was exactly the price we paid. The truck was early on both ends, and the driver communicated with us the entire time about our moving dates and what to expect.

Unfortunately I've needed their services more often than I'd like. These guys are always professional, courteous, clean and really do a great job taking care of my furniture. Everything is wrapped or put in a blanket and I've not once had any problems. I recommend getting the 3-may crew because for a small amount more, it makes the overall move go quicker.

It's the first time we use a moving company, and it ended very well. Jason, Andrew, Rick are professional. They packed our furniture with blankets, and protected our chinaware's with papers and boxes. Nothing was broken or scratched during the transportation. And movers didn't rest or even drink water. After two hours' packing and moving, the crew arrived at our new address earlier than we do. It only took them two hours to move, unpack and assemble my furniture's to our new home. They placed the beds, desks just to the right place. Guys are so quick and professional, I'm very impressed.

Fabulous cooperation. The office staff contacted me promptly to schedule a quote. Their bid was the lowest. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole moving process. On the day of the move, their driver Felix and his crew Andrew, Vlad, & Jack arrived promptly. Movers were friendly, hard working, and conscientious particularly in taking care of my family heirlooms including antique furniture. They helped me move today within LA. They arrived exactly on time to pick up my stuff, packed incredibly fast, and we were quickly on our way to the new apartment. Four guys were there to help with the packing and moving, and none of the items in my apartment (including a fairly big couch) were an issue for them. The support they provided pre-move over the phone was incredibly helpful, straight forward, and honest. They gave advice regarding packing materials, how to prepare for the move, price estimates, and more. Would definitely recommend.

We had 2 movers for total of 3 hours. The handling if our bedroom suite was very professional, they handled as if their own. The truck was loaded very tightly and the trip was made with every thing in tact. We would use again and recommend to friends. Moving is never fun, but Los Angeles - San Francisco Express makes it as easy as possible. I have used Los Angeles - San Francisco Express twice in the last 2 years and I have been completely impressed both times. They are professional, courteous, quick, and careful. I have probably the heaviest mattress in the world in LA- these guys carried it up 3 flights of stairs without hesitation - it's gotta weigh around 300lbs too! When I move again someday (ugh!), I will call Shane and give him my business because his team does a great job. No issues in 2 moves, that deserves 5 Google stars. I mean look at all the 5 star ratings Los Angeles - San Francisco Express has! Barely any business has 5 star reviews - and this is a moving company on top of that!
